This place is a MUST try, I WILL be back! First the lady at the register today was super nice and helpful! The food? AMAZING! Best takoyaki i have ever had! Ramen was super fresh and ill be back to try more! The guava tea was also very refreshing! The cat room was also very well kept and the cats were very friendly! Overall 10/10!

This spot is so cozy and cute! The ‘cat’ room is separate from the dining room. We didn’t visit with the cats this time but would in the future. I think it’s great that you can adopt them. The food is ok too- not amazing but good enough. Just go for yourself to see how niche and unique it is to have in Syracuse!

Food was SO good! I can honestly say I don't remember the last time I've had such good Japanese food. The cats were so sweet, and the food was delicious. We're already planning another trip out to eat here again!! And the service was so lovely, I forgot my purse and they tried to get a hold of us! They were so sweet!!!

Charming and cute. The pumpkin spice bubble tea is delicious and a plus having it in the middle of summer. The beef rice bowl was especially yummy. My kid loved the strawberry sando. Can't wait to come back and try the ramen!

Booked my reservation through facebook: clear and fast communication. staff really protects the cats and customers health with making sure hand sanitizer is present and everyone uses it. especially when going in between the cat area and dining area. happy they are expanding their space and growing their area for the cats. the food was delicious. had the spicy onigiri, honey taiyaki, and a sakura milk tea with raspberry jelly poppers. my mother had a build her own ramen bowl and the broth was very comforting with every slurp! i would definitely come here again as I know that my money is going to taking care of the many adorable and adoptable cats!

Had a wonderful first visit! We only had a single coffee (which was yummy), but spent a bunch of time in the cat room. Prices are reasonable and the set up in the room was lovely! The cats are friendly and there's plenty of places to sit. Tons of toys to play with, different items to read, and overall it's just a great atmosphere. We loved it so much that we ended up extending our hour for longer time because we couldn't stand to leave yet. :) We've already been talking about going back.

From the silent traveler to all of you, be well, be safe, be positive. This place is in a safe location it is near the college campus. The atmosphere is very Zen style. The cats are in a separate room from the dining area there is a fee but it is one that is well worth your time and the value you get from being around the cats. Very relaxing you can take your drink in with you while visiting the cats. The food really really good authentic prepare fresh and ready to go. The staff was very helpful and helping me decide what things to try out grateful first timers meeting with friends and a great first date as well as a second date. A great place for anniversary families will enjoy this.

Did not know what to expect but wanted to do something different. Had a good time. Got a latte and paid for a 1/2 hour in the cat room, which was around $9. Well worth it The cats are very fun and come right to you. Just a chill relaxing space. The hostess is very polite and a great person. Would definitely go there again!

The food was good, especially the Miso Soup. After eating, I paid for 1/2 hour to spend in the cat-room... which was very disappointing. Some of the cats didn't appear to be in the best of health. Some had runny eyes and/or a waxy substance inside their ears. Also, the cat room reeked of urine to the point of forcing me to leave after only about 10 minutes. I suggest they invest in getting some Whisker Litter Robots. I have 4 cats, and you won't ever smell cat urine in my home. This establishment is doing a wonderful thing by offering these cats for adoption, and I praise them for that.

Very disappointed with cat room. The cats beds and toys are dirty and smell. The floors are filthy, cats trying to eat salt from people's shoes. Cat dishes empty and dirty. Water dishes did not look filled or clean. Every surface was dirty. The smell is horrible. I feel bad for the cats. The cat coalition needs to inspect your place with out announcing it. 12.50 an hour the place could be cleaner and up to date.

I have no complaints with the food. But I feel sad for the cats. At least for the day I went. There was only one staff and she was so busy to take orders and served people and have no time to take care of cats. The cat room was messy and smelly, each cage has poop and food spread out. One cat had to be locked (for medical reason) in a tiny cage and had no place to lay down or stand properly because there’s poop everywhere. Poor staff have no time to clean the place up. I love the idea of cat cafe, if only done humanely and properly. I hope they can have more staffs and take care of cats better. Edit: There’s a little room in the public cat room, like a closet room, where the door was not close and I did not need to go in to see there were supplies and few cages in there. I simply saw it from outside. And I did had the old pictures in there. I only speaking from my experience and what I saw.

Good food and drinks. Love the cat room and the adoption option through a second party. What I don’t love? It needs a good deep cleaning. Chipping paint on the windowsills, cat hair on the baseboards. The restroom was filthy. I don’t like to leave a negative review for Lunas however the cleanliness was a big issue for me. Other than that it’s a great spot for Japanese cuisine.

Beautiful place, fun decor and such, but maybe not the best place to bring a kid. We stopped in tonight after Monster Jam with our 3 year old. we promised him "time to pet kitties" but we ended up leaving without visiting the $10/person for 30 min cat room. Not because of the price, but because of our experience with the server. My son saw the arcade room, and excitedly ran into there and sat at a game. we had sat down, and the server marched into the arcade room, pulled my son's hands off of an arcade game and told my mother that he, "CANT be in here" So, we brought him out. He was heartbroken, but we were able to redirect him while we ordered. I placed an order for the meatball special, planning to share with my son. The server said she had to check and see if they had meatballs left, and a few minutes later she came back and said, "okay" so I assumed it was okay to order. We all ordered, and a few more minutes went by, she came back and said, "Actually, we're all out of meatballs so I need you to order something else" I said something like okay, but I needed time to find something for my son. Said server stood over me, so I quickly chose a spicy ramen and continued to try and find something for my son. She said, "I'll take the menu back now" and I was sort of shocked and said that my son needed to eat too and I was just trying to figure out what he was having. We ended up asking for plain rice in a hurry, and they were able to accommodate, but that servers standoffish and rather rude demeanor towards a THREE year old has us never visiting again. I couldn't wait to leave. I will say that after we ordered the rude server left, and we did have a much nicer server, who was very accommodating.
