We originally were trying to order from WingStop but they were no longer accepting online orders for the day and it was only 3PM, understandably it was Super Bowl Sunday but when my boyfriend suggested we order from Pizza Hut because you have wings and pizza we were pleasantly surprised to find out that we can order and get our delivery with in 30 minutes! We ordered online and were texts updates and within the 30 minutes we had our pizza, wings and que papas at our door. The contact-less delivery worked great! We were able to tip online and the driver dropped it off at the door knocked and waited 6 ft away to make sure we got our order! It was a great experience!! Thank you!!

The Food was great, service was excellant and the deal was spectacular. They could offer carryout bags that actually fit the pizza box and help prevent tipping the product. Otherwise, it was perfect

We have been ordering from Dominos for a long while (primarily for office parties) and overall have been pretty dissatisfied. We ordered from PizzaHut recently and everything was amazing! The pizzas were delicious, the breadsticks were toasty and the staff was very accommodating. Friendly and prompt delivery, extremely helpful manager, and better deals than Dominos. We'll be ordering from PizzaHut for our office parties from now on.

They always have my online order ready when I come to pick it up. Today, I ordered stuffed crust but they didn't have any available. To fix this, they tried to call me (I didn't pick up) and then when I arrived to pick up, they were very apologetic and offered to make it right with a discount or a free item. The Mgr knows how to keep her customers happy!

It’s ordering Pizza Right? Well here’s the thing, Smiley made it feel like it wasn’t. I placed an order on the app, on my email confirmation it was a delivery, but in their system it showed as a carryout. Granted this locations is really just around the corner, I was busy with Mom duties. The order seemed like it was taking too long, I called in and Smiley fixed it and even made a brand new pizza so it could be fresh and it absolutely was made to perfection, making it not just Pizza. Thanks Smiley for providing outstanding service, A+!!!!

Was surprised by all the extra fees.... service, delivery and then tip - but when you bite into the nostalgia that is the original pan crust pizza and that sweet marinara sauce - it’s so good. I can’t believe I waited over 10 years to have the pizza again. Will def order in the future, but will pick up, delivery is too expensive.

The food was fine, as usual. The delivery, however, was not smooth--the driver could not (despite receiving the same instructions as on prior deliveries) properly use our building intercom so we could buzz him in.

Pizza Hut is always a solid choice when you’re craving classic pizza with great flavor. I’ve been to this location several times, and the food quality is consistently good. The crust is always baked just right — crispy on the outside and soft on the inside — and the toppings are fresh and generous. Their cheese blend is perfectly melted and has that signature Pizza Hut taste that’s hard to beat. I also like that they keep the store clean and comfortable, whether you’re dining in or waiting for takeout. The staff here is friendly and welcoming, and they handle orders with care. You can tell they try to get everything right, even when it’s busy. The only downside is that the wait time can be a little long, especially during lunch and dinner rush hours. It’s not terrible, but I’ve had to wait longer than expected a few times, even for a pickup order. That’s really the only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five.

I have ordered a large pizza and lo and behold the items were correct on it, but even though I asked Andrea, the order taker, to make my pizza heavy on the sauce so it was not heavy on the sauce but it was very, very dry almost like if it did not have any pizza sauce on it. This is the problem I have to deal with for the last fourth years since I have been ordering pizza, it is a puzzle for me. Is the sauce very expensive or people just don't like sauce on their pizza? What is the answer to this dilemma of mine? For me you cannot put too much sauce on a pizza because It would overflow but I would still love it. Without adequate amount of sauce, a pizza is not a pizza. You can leave out any ingredients from it or you can add any to it but if there is not adequate sauce on it, forget about it, it is not a pizza. Sorry, but that's how I see it.

Plenty of high school students working here who don't care about quality or service. The average typical I don't care attitude is to be expected when you come here. Expect longer than normal wait times even when they aren't busy due to being on there phone which I constantly see when I go instead attending to making pizzas or taking orders from customers. Pizza hut is pizza hut but you are honestly better off at another franchise that takes pride in their work.

I have been going to the S.O. Location for a long time. I purchased a pizza an chicken pieces. I wanted to use my $20.00 credit from a while back (can use anytime) but for some reason the female employee said she didn’t see it in her computer. I haven’t been back to PH since then due to being debilitated from a medical issue. So now I have to go back thru all of this w they’re corporate office. Just what I feel like doing!! I wrote all info back when This happened- good thing I did!! This location called me back when it happened confirming I had this credit to use when I am ready. Sloppy record keeping at S. O. PS: to Corporate, thank you for offering a GF pizza. Would be nice if available in medium size and toppings of one’s choice.

The pizzas I ordered was supposed to be approximately $25 it was the big box. After all the taxes and ridiculous delivery fees it ended up being 50 because I like to tip as well. I was supposed to get the pizza within 30 minutes. it was 40 minutes late so I canceled the order. Pizza hut's prices are too high for such shoddy service.

The 2 times that we wanted to order the new beyond sausage, they were out! So had to order just veggies and add our own beyond sausage. Employees are rude.

One of the pizzas we got was barely cooked. The dough was only technically not raw, as the slices were flimsy and held no shaped. We ended up putting it in our oven for 13 minutes at 350 and then it was much better.

The sausage stuffed crust pizza was dry, hardly any tomato paste & no flavor taste. The pepperoni was a bit okay .And the fries were overcooked, and not soft enough. So basically it was garbage 🗑. Listen to the reviews when it comes to this location. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Their food is disgusting and the cashiers will leave the register to cook without washing their hands! Brenda the GM is unprofessional. Couldn’t pick up on time as Cinnabon was burnt when I got there, they made a new one and it burned yet again. I continued to wait for a third batch. About 30 mins later I was given a fourth batch which I also discovered burnt when I got home. Also, while I waited I noticed my pizza out in the open. When I was handed the pizza it was cold which I mentioned to the associate. He just responded he could remake it which would cause me to wait another 15 mins. Obviously opted out of that. Overall disappointment. If you aren’t able to cook Cinnabon just don’t offer it.

I spent $64 on 2 large pizzas, an order of buffalo wings with the sauce on the side. The gentleman that helped me knew I did not want the sauce on the wings. He saw the cook put the sauce on the wings and try to to tell her but, he just pretended nothing happened. I always look around and pay attention to what’s going on. When he called me he pretended everything was ok. I asked him for the side of the Buffalo sauce, he is like” oh, I think they put it on them already” he knew since the beginning, but expected me to just grab my stuff and leave. No bueno. Very upset because I had to wait extra time for the next batch of wings. But mostly the way he was trying to cover it up. Extremely poor customer service. The girl in the kitchen was separating the food with no gloves. Touching different things at the same time😡 including the already cooked buffalo wings.

I'm so mad, I ordered a pizza online with garlic sauce. I got to pizza hut, I was paying for my pizza and the cashier didn't bothered to tell me that they made my pizza with a different sauce i realized it once I got home. I called pizza hut very upset and the guy just wanted to give me store credit when I wasn't going to eat the nasty pizza they made. I was upset that I told them I would drive to drop of the pizza 12pm for the fact I wasn't going to eat it. I was so upset I was looking forward to my pizza, the man called me back saying he would refund my money and I could keep the pizza. I was so hungry I only ate the crust of one slice my hubby did too since it was the stuffed crust. I threw away the rest of the pizza. That's the only thing we ate together on Friday night, sat night comes and I leave work early cause I feel sick it gave me and my hubby the stomach flu spent the whole Sunday in bed in pain and throwing up. Still waiting for my refund, I'm no longer buying pizza from this location.

Ripoff charges in Los Angeles/California include $1.00 increased food prices across the board for EVERY menu item, AND another $1.05 "service fee" for doing business in state. Somehow Domino's, Little Caesars and Papa John's manage to survive without these ripoff EXTRA fees. Won't be ordering from Pizza Hut anymore. Bye!

Not sure who to blame for this, the toppings have been scaled down to trickles whereas it used to be well covered throughout the pizza. A large pizza now has 1 mushroom per slice, ONE!. The fact that either this location or Pizza Hut as a whole has eliminated the packets of parmesan cheese and the chili flakes while trying to now sell it in small containers is a joke (same low quality cheese) but now your trying to make a buck off of it. Overall, while the cheese and products have always been subpar, the fact that there is a push to capitalize on it and make consumers cover that cost is deplorable. This pandemic has caused you to make more money and on top your great idea was, we can slim it down even more!

I spent nearly 30 bucks for a medium cheese pizza, and small drink. When I got my pizza, it was mostly dry bread, and it was cold for some reason.Their pizza is already over priced, but when I called to have them bring me another one the manger seemed to be irritated, but went ahead, and put in another order. I checked it when it got to my home, but not close enough... It was soggy on one side, and looked as though someone dropped it on the floor. I was so hungry by this time I went ahead, and ate the good side, but worried someone did something to it... I highly recommend you stay clear of this place.

I just stopped by for a late night snack. The lady working was nice enough and asked for my order. I looked around searching for a menu, and I ultimately asked for one. She said that you have to scan a QR code. My phone was dead, so I asked if they have any print menus. She said no. I looked at her with bewilderment, then said, "Well, I guess I'll have to go somewhere else?" They should have a menu. This is absurd.

Horrible staff at that location. Disgrace to the Pizzahut brand. I was standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes but none of the staff members bothered to acknowledge. They were joking with each other but didn't bother to say " how can I help you" or bothered to say will be with you in second. The manager who said her name was " Gigi " was in the way back playing with her phone. She walked in after time when another employee, went and pointed her towards the front. She was rude, unprofessional and didn't have any skills to deescalate the situation. She kept trying to argue but didn't even bother saying that she is sorry or tried to help with the situation. Tried to asked for a number for the manger, corporate or her boss, but she kept saying that she is the boss of all and that everyone is lower than her. It really looks like she believes that and treats customers the same way as if we are all lower than her. She was upset that how customer walked in and disturbed the movie she was watching or the game she was playing.

Waited 90 minutes for food (estimated 30 minute delivery time.) Food never arrived. When I called, they cancelled my order. I ordered online, but they didn't even bother notifying me online, just straight out cancelled my order (and charged my card.) When I called, they said they were calling my phone, but I was not answering. I did not give them my phone number during the order, it was on my account that I used during checkout. Even my order confirmation did not have my phone number on it. They claimed they tried to deliver, but even though the address was correct, and there was a very nice lady sitting at reception waiting for packages (and food deliveries) they never even attempted to deliver. I'm very frustrated and hungry.

A little disappointment! Upon walk in to the Pizza Hut I was seduced by an offer of a Pizza with a drink, however at the time I went to order, they said that it was not available. If your offer is not available what’s the point to keep it on display? Is it a Misleading advertisement to attract customers in the shop. So I decided to order another option which was available that consequently it was the double of the price and it came with no drink.

The store is 5 minutes away from my house, and it still took over 1 hour for my pizzas to arrive. On top of that, they was cold and stale. They clearly had been made right away, sat out for an hour while waiting for their driver to return, then brought to me cold. I work HARD for my money, so when i spend $40 of my hard earned dollars on Pizza, it greatly angers me to recieve cold, stale pizzas in exchange. I am sick of this store’s terrible quality
