One of the pizzas we got was barely cooked. The dough was only technically not raw, as the slices were flimsy and held no shaped. We ended up putting it in our oven for 13 minutes at 350 and then it was much better.

I just stopped by for a late night snack. The lady working was nice enough and asked for my order. I looked around searching for a menu, and I ultimately asked for one. She said that you have to scan a QR code. My phone was dead, so I asked if they have any print menus. She said no. I looked at her with bewilderment, then said, "Well, I guess I'll have to go somewhere else?" They should have a menu. This is absurd.

I stop in to order a pizza for lunch and as I stood in the lobby waiting to order. I was waiting as one employee is the back walking around another was on there phone texting. I was just waiting to see if anyone would talk my order but I had to finally ask.. is someone taking orders. The employee that was on the phone comes over with a attitude and say I'm the only one here"What would like to order". I said I'm good and walked out. I'm not going to spend my money in a place that is rude to me.

Horrible staff at that location. Disgrace to the Pizzahut brand. I was standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes but none of the staff members bothered to acknowledge. They were joking with each other but didn't bother to say " how can I help you" or bothered to say will be with you in second. The manager who said her name was " Gigi " was in the way back playing with her phone. She walked in after time when another employee, went and pointed her towards the front. She was rude, unprofessional and didn't have any skills to deescalate the situation. She kept trying to argue but didn't even bother saying that she is sorry or tried to help with the situation. Tried to asked for a number for the manger, corporate or her boss, but she kept saying that she is the boss of all and that everyone is lower than her. It really looks like she believes that and treats customers the same way as if we are all lower than her. She was upset that how customer walked in and disturbed the movie she was watching or the game she was playing.

Waited 90 minutes for food (estimated 30 minute delivery time.) Food never arrived. When I called, they cancelled my order. I ordered online, but they didn't even bother notifying me online, just straight out cancelled my order (and charged my card.) When I called, they said they were calling my phone, but I was not answering. I did not give them my phone number during the order, it was on my account that I used during checkout. Even my order confirmation did not have my phone number on it. They claimed they tried to deliver, but even though the address was correct, and there was a very nice lady sitting at reception waiting for packages (and food deliveries) they never even attempted to deliver. I'm very frustrated and hungry.

Ordered the wing street big dinner box for $33.26. The pizzas had toppings on only half the pizza’s and crust was soaked with grease. Only received 6 boneless chicken and a bunch of little pieces of batter no chicken. Don’t Waste your money I won’t again…

Seriously pathetic! Asked for extra cheese and pepperoni and most slices were mostly bread!! Also ordered a single serving of pasta which comes with breadsticks and of course they were missing! Taste was not even that great either! Never again!!

I bought a large 3 ingredient pizza, now I realize what 3 ingredient means, 1 of each in each slice so I got 8 slices with 1 pepperoni, 1 beef and one pineapple in each slice!!! Disappointed!!!! That is almost a cheese pizza

Very disappointed on these 2 dollor Tuesday deal personal pizzas! There was more bread then sauce and toppings. I was tasting more bread then the actual pizza..

A little disappointment! Upon walk in to the Pizza Hut I was seduced by an offer of a Pizza with a drink, however at the time I went to order, they said that it was not available. If your offer is not available what’s the point to keep it on display? Is it a Misleading advertisement to attract customers in the shop. So I decided to order another option which was available that consequently it was the double of the price and it came with no drink.

The store is 5 minutes away from my house, and it still took over 1 hour for my pizzas to arrive. On top of that, they was cold and stale. They clearly had been made right away, sat out for an hour while waiting for their driver to return, then brought to me cold. I work HARD for my money, so when i spend $40 of my hard earned dollars on Pizza, it greatly angers me to recieve cold, stale pizzas in exchange. I am sick of this store’s terrible quality
