The prices have gone up quite a bit over the years but the wings are still great. Great selection of different types of wings and sauces. My favorite is boneless anything.

Always delicious and fast on Grubhub. Sometimes Grubhub orders take awhile but Wings is always fast and the food is always hot. I love all the flavor options for wings and it’s always my go-to on Grubhub.

Gone here a handful of times, never disappointing or otherwise dissatisfying. Always get what I want or need and feel fulfilled and satisfied.

Visited Wings Over tonight and Kelia had such amazing customer service! She was extremely helpful with explaining different meal options and giving me a better understanding of all of the wing flavors I was interested in... she really took her time with me and didn’t make me feel rushed at all, even though I was taking a long time! I wish came across more employees that are as friendly and helpful as Kelia! Thanks for the great customer service!

I've been to different Wings Over locations and this one is hands down the best. I get the same order ever time and it is amazing ever single time! I never have to wait and the food is always hot and fresh! 5/5 stars

Ordered the tender sandwiches for the first time today and it was absolutely immaculate. The butter on the sandwiches tied it together perfectly. So buttery and so crispy. I would 100% recommend it to anyone coming in for some tenders!

Best chicken wings I ever had

I went in to wings to place a to go order. It was my first time in so the manager at the counter helped me by explaining the menu. I believe his name was Eric. He was so helpful and explained all the different sauces to me! The are so many flavors to choose from! The food was amazing! Best wings I have had in a long time! Not only was the food great but the customer servicee was wonderful. I will be telling everyone I know to go to wings and I will definately be back!

First time here tonight. Great food. Crispy wings and yummy sauces. We got tenders too. Kids loved them. We live 20-25 min away. Well worth the drive.

Love the variety of sauces, nearly stroke out picking what flavor of wing I want, always super good, in and out fast. Super friendly female at register that works Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s very good at her job and knowledgeable.

I strongly suggest using Wings Over Syracuse to deliver. Grubhub will cancel your order without a notice. The driver will cancel based on his/ her previous experience with other customers not given a tip to their standards. I just want Grubhub to know that some people value your hard work and will give you a tip to show appreciation for your service. Please don't assume in the near future.

Regular or boneless you really can't go wrong, many many sauce choices for any palette. Great choice for large groups. Determined to have a party with the aircraft carrier. NO SIT-DOWN TABLES. Take out/delivery only.

Wings over Syracuse is my all time favorite place to get fresh hot tender boneless wings. They’re wings are not kidding TO DIE FOR. And their staff is very professional and quick to take your order with a smile. Always prepared on time if not sooner than expected! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and their Grandmother. 👏🏻 Their manager Jeff took care of me last time on an extremely busy day and exceeded my expectations emensly.

5 stars!!! My fiancé and I decided we really wanted wings, so we decided to try out Wings over Syracuse. We called and had our order delivered. Once it got here we noticed we were missing a sauce and one of the sides was missing a few things. Nothing major. But we called and told them the issue. Within a half hour the owner himself was personally dropping off the items we had called about. And apologized for the mix up. Now the food was amazing, but the amazing customer service this restaurant showed will be what has us coming back again and again….

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Full story: I am a Syracuse native who has lived in the San Francisco area for the past decade. While SF has some of the best food in the world, their wing game is WEAK. Due to this, whenever I travel home I make a mandatory stop here to get their amazing wings. To top it off, the server was amazing. She is super nice and welcoming (and cute 😊). Fantastic experience!

Drove past the plaza a handful of times and have always wanted to try Wings Over Syracuse. Well worth the wait, got 2 different flavors of tenders (Hot Honey and Dill Pickle) and the waffle fries. Everything was great, service was great, and everything was made fresh to order. Highly recommend.

My daugther and I stop here before hitting the road to return to Utica NY and i dont know if it was because we were hungry but food taste good we had the 8pc tenders with 2 flavors but we ended up doing all Honey barbecue with garlic Parmigiano frys and we did range for the dips. These guys have it down to a science I set the order for 4:25 I walked in at 4:25 and the order was just being put out to be picked up! We ordered Tropical Heat(mango habanero) and Hot. I do wish they brought back the After Burner but these sauces are still great! The blue cheese is absolutely delicious we always order by the 5 pack and then some extras on top of that to save for other things

I use the Nottingham one in Syracuse, New York. The same girl brings my food every time and she's very, very good and very polite. She does a very good job.i forgot to mention I have a credit for 20 dollars I didn't use for a couple things missing one time but you guys said I could use it anytime..and you were very kind with Accommodating me whenever there was a problem.NOONE IS PERFECT BUT YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN VERY CLOSE TO PERFECT.TY

LOVE this place! Super clean, staff is super friendly and welcoming. Wings are hot and crispy, cooked to perfection. Couldn’t decide which flavor to get at first because of their many options, so I asked for recommendations from the staff and omg - DELICIOUS! I usually don’t like bone in wings much but I can honestly say WOS - Nottingham has changed my mind!! Can’t wait to try more flavors next time.

The best option for delivery wings in the area. Specializing in pretty much only wings, with a variety of sauces. Fries are pretty much always soggy but that's secondary. All around good food and good delivery times.

ORDER ONLINE, it's the only way they'll let you order. Don't like the price especially now that it's only take out but the chicken and sides are pretty good. Would overpay again.

Amazing food. By far the best wings you can get anywhere you go. I literally have not tasted any better wings. However, the delivery is expensive and they sometimes do not get the order correctly. I ordered twice on the phone for a pick-up and when I arrived there the meal was once totally different and the other the flavors were not divided the way I ordered. Other than those two times, it has always been pleasure.

Great wings and reliable in terms of timing, only gripe I have is that twice I've ordered something like golden BBQ or sweet onion BBQ and received just regular BBQ. Still delicious, just not what I ordered. Also got the wrong sauce a couple times. Check your bag before you walk out the door.

Ok so a month ago i gave it 5 stars and today i have to change my original review. I love this place, the food is usually good and on time and delivered hot. I usually order from here almost once a week. However the last few times ive ordered the food was not up to standards and i just gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured they were busy or had a off day. Things happen, not usually a big deal i could still eat the food. The last few times the onions rings were over cooked and burnt, the forgot cheese sauce i ordered and waffle fries were overcooked. All little things not a big deal and like i said i just let it go. I really am not one to complain. However today, i ordered food like normal, no issues until it came to delivery, i got a email stating it was delivered and there was even a line like signature where my signature would go on the bottom of my receipt email in the attached file picture . Then i went on the website to track order and it said the same that it was delivered, well i didnt get my food. When i called the restaurant, the lady who answered was a little abrupt but she did look into the issue. She said she got ahold of the driver and i was told my food would be here soon. Well i got my food, the wing box was opened on the side and sauce got all over the inside of the bag and drink bottle and my onion rings didnt seem like it would have the normal amount i came to expect when ordering. They also gave me blue cheese dressing instead of the ranch i asked for, i know this wouldnt be a big deal except i am Allergic to blue cheese! Which again all of this would have been fine, things happen except my food was COLD!!!! The onion rings were cold and soggy and the wings were cold like the have been sitting around. The one thing i cant tolerate especially when ordering delivery is having Cold Food!! You have a expectation to have your food arrive hot or at least warm enough to eat. I had to put my food in the oven to heat it up!!! They do make the besy wings that i have found, and the prices are good for the amount of food you get and delivery prices are good. However after today and the last few orders ive gotten i am not going to order from them for awhile. I gave them many chances. And i will say i never called to complain but not i feel like i have to give an review on the service lately.

Recently, I hosted a movie night for a bunch of my friends. We treated ourselves to scrumptious and unbelievably delicious wings and ribs from Wings over Syracuse. Wow – if you like hot, the Chili wings were not only on-fire spicy, the flavorful sauce was amazing. The rack of ribs was tender, juicy and extremely lean. The meat was just right. Next time, I ordered the boneless wings, and they were just as good. Since I ordered a large amount, they were nice enough to send a sample of all the boneless wings, each as tasty as the last. Delivery was promised for 30 minutes; it arrived in 25. Not inexpensive, but worth every penny. Recommended.

Was in Syracuse this evening and wanted something quick and to go and Wings over Syracuse was a soild call. Service was on point got us what we needed when we couldn't find it one the menu. unfortunately they were recently robbed along with other locations in that shop which is sad to hear the door was wood boarded up, not really thier fault but does make ya want to get in and out. Hope the landlord of the building deals with it some how. Over all cant go wrong with Wings Over.

Wings were pricey but good and the fries were soggy. The girls behind the counter was really nice.

The hours are never the same, some days they are open, random days they don't deliver. I have even seen where they didnt deliver for a few weeks, love the food but get it together and set some stable hours.

Great food but it’s a hit or miss when it’s delivered. Sometimes they barely put sauce, they’ll mess up a part of the fries, or give wrong drink. But when everything is done correctly, it’s easily a 5 out of 5.

The delivery was timely and the food was amazing and hit the spot however they forgot part of the order. This usually is where most businesses fall in professionalism and customer satisfactory but they came through even after the store was closed and the manager himself brought the order apologized for the inconvenience and upgraded us a size on the missing order. Ladies and gents this is how you keep a happy clientel and thriving business.

I ordered wings superbowl sunday. Asked for medium and they were so spicy/HOT literally nobody in the house touched them but me. Feel bad nobody got to enjoy them. But if your able to stomach super spicy in the place of medium you'll be good.

I always get the same thing, chicken caesar salad with honey bbq boneless chicken. Usually it's excellent but today when I opened my salad the container was half full, like literally half the salad was missing. I understand mistakes happen, but paying for a meal and then not getting all of it is extremely frustrating.

Mediocre wings with mediocre sauce. Every time I eat them my stomache hurts but something about them keeps me coming back every once in a while. If you're looking for good wings go else where but if you like chicken tenders with sauce you can check these guys out. The only reason I'll give three stars is for the waffle fries.

Not the same anymore.... the last time I've had wings over chicken was before summer and then just last night... I don't know if it was the remodel of the place that the chicken is different but wasn't impress like I use to be! The prices prob were the same the last time I had it or I just don't remember smh, but you guys know who your catering to and that's to the students. A dollar something per wing...but make that money smh...to say the least I wont be back!

Wow, I could get sushi for these prices. Someone is high if they think this is acceptable. Food is good but seriously, this is criminal pricing.

The reason for the two-star rating is because on 6/1/2020 there was a customer who kept coming in and out of the establishment without a mask on and nothing was said to him by the Management of Wings Over Syracuse. Additionally, two out of the three employees who were at the front counter had their masks pulled down under their noses at the time of my order pick-up. These are not safe practices during the COVID-19 pandemic

I have been there twice and I didn't like the quality of the food. Obviously, I have not tired all the menu but the ones I tried (hamburger and wings + fries), unfortunately, left me a bad impression. I could barely touch the fries and the burger tasted like nothing to me. The place is good for a fast bite and I assume people mostly order take-out. The staff are friendly though.

Unfortunately the consistency of their quality has continued to decline. Sometimes you get awesome wings sometimes you get wings with hardly any sauce ir dry run on them. Just check your order before you leave.

Not really what I’m looking for in a wing. I ordered the buffalo hot and they were very soggy. The size of the wings is great, but the texture and flavor of the sauce (very vinegary) were not impressive.

I waited for over an hour. When I finally got my food, it was luke warm. The fries tasted like baked, store bought, crinkle cut fries. (The menu said the meal came with waffle fries.) On top of that, they were soggy. Also, the tenders were anemic and the honey bbq sauce tasted cheap. My buffalo wings were overcooked and dry and that buffalo wing sauce ALSO tasted cheap. In fact, everything tasted like it was picked up from the frozen section of Walmart. I also ordered a 20 oz Coke Zero and got a Diet Coke instead. They NEVER called me and asked me what I wanted for a substitution. Also, my wife ordered a 20 oz Sprite and got a 12 oz can... 2.99$ for a can?!? VERY expensive can of Sprite. Honestly, the bleu cheese was the best part of this entire experience and it was pre-sealed. (It was actually pretty good.) I DID eat everything, it WAS edible. Fortunately for me, I am a skilled cook and I was able to save the fries. (I shallow fried them in a few inches of oil in my cast iron dutch oven. The oil was tempted at 345° f and it took about 3 minutes using a gas burner.) That being said, if I wanted to go through that, I would have just saved the trouble and cooked at home. I am quite dismayed to have paid 30$ for this. I would like my money back, but I understand that it probably won't happen... I have worked in the food industry for a few years and my general rule of thumb is you can tell how the staff is being treated by how good the food tastes. This food tasted like the staff was overworked and like they were not paid enough to put care into their job. This was backed up by how skittish the staff were when I called a second time to make sure the driver was ok (the roads are slick and I was a bit scared that something might have happened.) They sounded like they were anticipating angry customers... That is NOT normal and it is indicative that there is something is wrong with how this place is being run. I feel terrible for the staff, when I called the driver to make sure she got her tip, she sounded like she was about to cry! I'm not sure how this place is run. These accusations are nothing more than an educated guess based on my experience with the service based industry. The impression I got was that the owner likes to cut corners and that the staff was used to being verbally abused, either by customers or by management. I could be wrong, but it is my belief that a reputable place would take pride in their food. I will NOT be ordering from this establishment again. I did NOT put in a formal complaint because that would imply that I wanted to eat there again and I do NOT. Overall, I am EXTREMELY dissapointed...

My past few orders here have been disappointing (very often missing menu items), but tonight was especially lame. My take-out order was almost 30 minutes late, rude staff interactions, the salad had *massive* chunks of un-chopped lettuce in it, and the order of wings which was supposed to have two flavors only had one. One extra star, because the food tasted good, as usual.

The loaded tots were inedible! It was like someone just poured an entire jar of processed garlic powder on them. Literally 3 small pieces of bacon. Very sad!

Just called to place a large order. I am 2.9 miles away. I was told three times it's out of their delivery area. Good choices

BEWARE... They have Summer hours not shown on their website or google, website shows open 11am-3am... Sign on door says Summer hours are 4pm-1am, what a total waste of time driving 30 minutes to get there!

Ordered from the Nottingham location and waited for two hours for food that never arrived. Was offered waffle fries on my next order. I elected to cancel the order for a full refund. Will not return.

The woman working the counter was extremely rude and dismissive. She was working with her phone on full blast and watching TV while working with customers. She need to be taught how to work with customers because she’s not very good and treats customers rudely when we’re spending almost $100 in wings.

Never answer their phone. Their hours say they close at 3am on Saturday, I called starting from 2am and called 7 times until 2:30. Then I went there, got there at 2:40 and they were closed, although it said 3am on sign too. Change your hours to the right ones then. I called this morning (sunday) starting at 11:10 and they open at 11. Called three times and they never answered. Terrible business practices. What type of business never answers their phone?

Upon ordering off the website, and waiting for delivery. Was informed that my order, after being placed, had been stolen by some random individual and there was nothing that could be done on the restaurant’s behalf. And that I should somehow get to the bottom of the issue myself, tracking down who may have taken and subsequently failed to deliver my items. There was nothing that could be done about sending me a new order, that had indeed already been paid for but simply, not delivered, and most likely stolen. The severe lack of problem solving or people skills coupled with the gross inability to adequately understand without even the smallest morsel of sheer willingness, to TRY to even pretend and attempt to address the issue was mind blowing!!! My order history and frequency speaks for itself. It’s very unfortunate that now because of this, I will no longer be a customer of this establishment and will be sure to spread the news of such a terrible experience with who I once praised and showered frequently with my hard earned money and consistent patronage. A missed minor correction, that will undoubtedly be costly as the future quickly approaches. I will be getting a refund and with that, you couldn’t PAY ME to spend another penny here, Ever AGAIN!

The absolute worst chicken I ever had. Soggy I asked for bbq and it taste like they put some cheap hotsause over it onion rings were soggy and tasteless as well. 😞Delivery took over 1and 1/2 hour . Thus is my first review ever totally disappointed. 😡

I just received a delivery from here. It was all cold. They didn't make my meal fresh they grabbed food that had been sitting under the light and through it in the box. The chicken was dry and hard. I didn't even eat it. Im Disgusted. Worst 30 dollars I ever spent.

I've had good experiences with Wings Over Syracuse previously, but tonight they did not deliver the correct order tonight. When I called, they claimed that I needed to bring in the faulty order. Before this, WOS tried to gaslight me, telling me that was wrong and actually received my full order because "flavors tend to be quite similar." As if I could distinguish between Sweet Chili and Medium Buffalo! Insulting and unprofessional. Thankfully, I ordered through GrubHub, and they were able to correct the issue. Interestingly though, WOS lied to GrubHub too, claiming that the 8 wings that they screwed up cost $7, even while the order of 25 wings cost me $45. Shady business practices. Avoid.

Ordered delivery online 2 hours before closing. Order was placed and processed, I even followed the link to track my order to see it was received. The estimated delivery time was an hour. While waiting, the hour came and went. I logged back on to track the order and it just said "cancelled".. never called or texted. They just left us expecting our food for an hour and a half. I then called to ask what happened and it rang for over two minutes without an answer.

Online order never came called to see what was going on immediately placed on hold. Incompetent pure and simple. I had to speak with a grubhub rep to cancel my order otherwise it would have never of been cancelled and they would have stolen my money if I was none the wiser.

This restaurant does NOT follow Covid 19 guidelines. When I was there to pick up my order, I could see in the back none of the people preparing food wore masks or gloves. The cashier had a mask down under his nose while checking people out.

The food is great, but the guy who delivered was a straight up asswipe. Asks me how much money is there, I tell him and say thank you very much, have a good night! He just turns around and walks to his car. I will be complaining to the manager.

This store thinks they can tell drivers that they can't work multiple apps. First, I'm not sure how they think they can tell how many apps I work as I'm not handing them my phone to go through. Second, it is a violation of labor laws as well as doordash policy to restrict our rights to work for whoever we choose. We are independent contractors and not employees of any company. Shame on you Wings over syracuse!

If I could give it a zero, I would. I came here recently and I got food poisoning, so did my partner. We decided we were hungry late night and it was close and open so we figured why not. Never making that wrongful decision again. The wings when we got them, we're not warm and they were also very wet... not to mention the next day, there was maggots swimming in the wings we ordered. For the absurd price, it is not worth your time.

Ordered for the second time in a week...the wings were dry, not breaded, like they were last week, one was undercooked...and called the store...was told we dont bread their wings at all. I'm confused. Two different products from the same restaurant in one week.

Wings were extremely well done to the point I thought I had a bone in my mouth.. fries were cold. Not sure if this is how New York does their wings but I was expecting better results for the money I paid. $40 for 12 wings and a regular order of fries is outrageous!!! Well... Went there for this first time ever today, was not impressed. I asked for the Buffalo chicken sandwich along with the Chicken Bacon Ranch... When we received our food - there was no blue cheese on my sandwich , as you can see from my pic, it's included... ....and....my friends chicken bacon ranch didn't have any ranch, when I went to the counter to ask for both sauces, as they both should have come with, I was told NEITHER was included with the sandwiches!!??? One is in the title-CHICKEN BACON RANCH.... The other, clearly states on the MENU that it's included, I was CHARGED FOR THESE ITEMS!!!!! never again.

This place doesn't do much for me. It seems to be more concerned with giving the customers quantity over actually making good wings. I've had it a couple times and each time the wings were tough but plentiful. Took about an hour for delivery, which on the longer side but excusable. An hour wait, for not so great wings isn't worth it though. You'll be full at the end of the meal, but it's mostly with rubbery wings covered in sauces that all taste pretty similar.

Nice place but the wings are too soggy! Fry those wings hard, so the skin is crispy, were paying big prices for pizza hut wings!
