Drive-thru ladies are always nice and that unsweetened iced tea with extra lemon is delicious and only for a dollar

The Taft California McDonald's fast food restaurant is my favorite for the sausage egg McMuffin meal and of course the Frappuccino Carmel and my friend Crystal loves different fries

If you like McDonald's here it is all remodeled but I think they should at least hang a picture of Ronald McDonald on the wall

Good food, it was kind of slow but it was lunch so I guess it is normal. I have had my order messed up a few times. Other than that, it is a really good place

No signs for things they do not have. I pay for my drink and drive up to the next window and receive a drink I did not order. Didn't ask if that was fine or if I wanted something else.

Just your average McDonald's experience I gues. It' was hot in Taft California where we were working and needed a break from the heat and needed some food. So that's where we ended up.

Food was good normal mcdonald's but the one in Taft is busy most almost constantly and the wait can be an issue if your in a hurry

Other than discovering my QP deluxe was destroyed with shredded lettuce, it was all accurate and freshly cooked.

This is a good place to grab a quick bite to eat. Depending on the time of day u go- the wait is sometimes pretty long. But other than that I gave no complaints. I don't eat here tho very often.

Building just remodelled inside and exterior. Just added "Build your burger self order kiosks", they bring order to your table, your coded disk tells them where you're sitting! New flat screen TVs for menus, scrolling pictures of the different menu items. Food and service good.

It's a good place to eat. The food there because it is by the farms so it is fresher. Even the meat taste better

My burger was burnt barely any sauces/condiments added. Used kiosks to pay and ordered. Lots of kids getting food and hanging out having fun

They're usually really accurate and the large screen helps for confirmation. I have noticed though, if you have too large of an order you won't be able to see the whole order on the screen until after you say "thank you" dismissing the person on the headset. It's like it a timing thing sometimes. It has been a long time since my order was wrong or they said the ice cream machine was broken–which used to be standard issues with McDonald's.

The McDonald's in Taft, Ca. is always good and never disappoints over all but I will say the the pay window this last time I went was managed but a young man who needs to brush up on his people skills. Didn't give a "thank you", "have a nice night", " please come again" .... He said the amount due and took it, was conversating with someone in there with him. Gave us our change then turned away continuing his convo. .. I was like, Hmmm.. said to myself 'thank you have a good night...' . Lol surprising is all because it's not like IAM anyone special and needs reciprocation but in any line of work that one deals with people, it should be mandatory to address whomever correctly.

They got my order wrong. I ordered a sausage McGriddle with egg and no cheese, they left off the egg and a sausage egg biscuit no cheese and they gave me cheese. I always order no cheese because I went to one in Bakersfield and the put cheese on my McGriddle.

Standard McD's fare. Has computerized ordering stations, but they all say "go talk to the cashier." Doesn't that defeat the purpose? Wifi speeds <1MB/s.

I went to McDonald's last night, ordered 1Qtr with cheese, 1Dbl Qtr with cheese, 1Angus Bacon&Cheese XTRA Meat, 1Angus Delux NO CHEESE. Each came with fries and soda. Drove back home everyone got their food, I opened MY Angus delux and there was 2 (TWO) slices of cheese on it, I ordered NO CHEESE, I looked at the note stuck on the box and it said NO CHEESE but the cheese was there along with WILTED lettuce and at least 2 (TWO) table spoons of mayo in one huge clump in the middle of the bun (ewww) I took the WILTED lettuce off scrapped as much cheese off as I could and scrapped off the huge amount of mayo. My drive was LESS than 5 (five) minutes across our little town. HOW HARD IS IT TO "NOT" PUT CHEESE ON???? AND TO USE FRESH LETTUCE???? AND SPREAD OUT THE MAYO???? Simple things that even a 3 year old could do.

Always good food when I visit. They should improve on giving hot french frys 🍟. Because almost everytime I visit my fry's are barely even warm and it's a shame because french fries are the very first thing someone grabs out of the bag after they are handed their order. Everyone barely gets out of the drive threw before grabbing a few. No matter what time I go they are never hot and fresh. So let's improve on that

Tried the mushroom burger the first time and it was awsome. Hot as hell fresh and fresh fries. Then went back for a repeat and it was totally different. Wont try it 3 times. Ruined it for me. Inconsistencies make for bad business. I'll stick with the cold fries and cold burgers that I know when I have the urge. At least I won't get disappointed.

Busiest drive thru in Taft. I realize prices are on the rise, but this McDonalds is getting out in front of inflation. I was charged $6.48 for ONE Fillet-o-Fish and I cancelled the order. I will stick to the 2 for $5 from here on out. The inside of the store is desperately in need of a make over.

The service isn't the best. It's supposed to be fast food but it took forever to get our food and when we got it, it wasn't hot. There was no clean tables to eat at so we had to find the cleanest dirty table to eat on. I could understand the mess if it was busy but there were only about 2 people ahead of us and maybe 3 tables with customers at the time. Be prepared to not be impressed.

Usually a better variant of McDonald's, they don't always get your order wrong, however they occasionally will not give you all the items you order, and other times if you ask for a custom order, they will have the receipt on the item stating that it has for example no lettuce or extra sauce, only to find that they did not customize said order and it is just a standard item despite the slip of paper specifying that it is different.

2 words, caramel. frappe. They have taken what Starbucks laid the foundation for with the caramel Frappuccino and perfected it, hands DOWN. Trust and believe the other frappe flavor is super legit as well, but just go with caramel and save yourself possible regret..

It's fast food, not great...used to be better but now just a has been. They've had to change the recipe because they're fries are not the same as they used to be, plus the ice cream machine is always down so can't really rate those fairly.

Maybe I just picked a bad day, but everything seemed to go wrong. I ordered at the self-serve kiosk, and ordered a plain quarter pounder. First, when it said to pick a table number thingy, there were none. Then, the receipt printer was out of paper. Since I was almost the only customer, I wasn't too worried. Then, I had to wait ten minutes for my order. When I checked it, it was wrong (not plain, as I had requested). I took the burger back and they made me a new one. After another ten minutes, I finally got to eat. At least the restroom was clean.

Awful double quarter pounder with cheese. The patties were so dry they were unrecognizable. It was hot though so I guess reheat.

Fries are to hard and so as the burgers and the nuggets only thing good is seating and the drinks would not recommend that much

Its a mcdonalds, and not a great one. The food is okay, often seems like they just slap the hamburgers together. My biggest complaints would be that they often mess up orders and they focus more on their drive thru than their dine in customers.

Worst McDonalds in California. Do not stop here. It's only competition for being the worst McDonalds in California is the one in Earlimart, which is owned by the same person who owns this location. The management is rude, tables are dirty, your order is always wrong or forgotten. I have placed multiple complaints to corporate, but they've fallen on deaf ears. If you want entertainment out of it, open the mobile app, and find the option for 2 filet-o-fish for $99.99. Sounds like a hell of a deal.

As much as i love this place, they need to start getting orders right. Today my mom and i went there and i ordered a bacon n cheese biscuit with no egg, but when we got home i realized they had given me something totally different! Fix this! It's getting very old! We are paying you guys for something we didn't order!

Food was usual. Got two breakfast platter combos with a coupon. However the service level was frustrating, as we ordered our food as dine-in (even got a table number)and after waiting in our booth for 10 minutes I finally went up to inquire about our order. The girl said it should be out anytime, however we found out it had been sitting on the counter in a to-go bag getting cold for who knows how long. I only go here seldom but both times I have gone this month I have had an issue. I really hope management pulls it together soon.

Place is definitely hit and miss. Last time I was there, it took 5 minutes just to get an order in. Then another 5-9 minutes for my food. Almost made me late to class. When it's good, it's good, but that is rarer than it should be.

We’ve gone here 3 times now. They don’t provide sauces or ketchup even when you ask for it. This happens every single time. I also ordered their pancakes that didn’t come with any syrup. When I went to the counter to ask for some, the gal told me it’d be $0.53! I told her that if I had known the pancakes wouldn’t come with complimentary syrup, I wouldn’t have ordered them. (Oh, but they do come with this, the gals just didn’t put it on the tray.) Pretty sad when fast food restaurants have to “hide” their ketchup and napkins from the customers. When did this start?!

Terrible service. I visited this location on Monday, January 19 at approximately 7:30 in the morning. After making my drive-through order, I pulled up to the first window. Upon pulling up to the first window, there was a female at the register. She looked over at me, but never approached the window I waited there for approximately 30 to 40 seconds and she never walked over to the window to collect payment. I then pulled up to the second window and was told I had to go back around because they don’t collect payment at the second window. I never would’ve pulled up to the second window if the woman at the first window would’ve walked over and collected my payment. Just be mindful of any mediocre service you may receive here.

When did you start using pressed chicken instead of actual chicken breast for your McChicken sandwich? Mine was terrible and not worth the price.

Sloppy service they get your order wrong most of the time. Staff standing around. Last visit they charged me for the wrong order took my card charged me for my order and I still have yet to be refunded!!!

In a hot car with no AC, 100 degrees outside, and the person at the drive through waits at least 10 minutes to even take our order while the other side of the drive through kept going right through.

30 minute wait in drive thru. Lady taking my order in drive thru ignored me until the other line had 3 cars go by, 1 with huge order. They refused to make people park in spots when the food wasn't ready like every other mcdonalds, wasting everyone's time. Unprofessional.

Not once, have any of these people working, been able to get my or my husbands order right. As in they never are able to give us what we order or enough of what we order. We will now be those people that hold up the line to check each and every individual item to make sure we are not getting robbed, if we ever spend our money here again. Advertising that they close at 2am and its 11:00 pm . They shut off all of their screens and left us in the drive through waiting. They helped the car in front of us and ignored us.

My husband and I have been coming here every day for a week since we are working in town, they have Horrible staff, they are very rude all the time to the customers, they have no maintenance staff either, really dirty inside the whole restaurant. The have zero toilet paper on male and female restrooms, no hand soap on either restroom as well trash and fecal matter through out both restrooms in floor and stalls.Breakfast is ok lunch is disgusting.

Closed over an hour earlier than their posted times on a Friday night. Take out service has been extremely slow here. Too bad this is the only McDonald's in Taft. They were out of Big Mac buns on a Saturday night and they ended up only putting two regular cheeseburger buns. I thought Big Macs had three layers of buns?

As I am sitting in an incredibly long line in the drive thru I was having a private conversation with my friend sitting in the car with me and I make a comment of "can't you guys like park the person holding this line up?" And the employee on the speaker says "I can hear you" which tells me she was listening to my whole conversation which is extremely unprofessional. I will be complaining to the manager. The date is 7-15-16 @11:37 p.m. I hope she gets written up

Ok... I ordered two doubles, no ketchup. I got home I had two doubles that were marked as no ketchup. Lo and behold they both had ketchup. This is sheer ignorance. You get an F this time around. Frankly, you screwed the pooch.

Placed a mobile order 30 minutes ago on the app. Just went through the drive-thru and sat there for 15 minutes, Just for them to park me because my food still isn't ready. It's six McDoubles. I didn't order 20 burgers or something. I ordered six small McDoubles. Why am I getting parked after pre-ordering the food and also already waiting in the drive-thru? The lady in front of me ordered 12 McChickens and they let her sit at the window to get her food. She is why I took so long. Why did I get parked? I've been sitting here parked for 5 minutes now. Still waiting. Side note, what is the point of having two speakers if you have one person working both? You can still only do single file at that point. What a joke of a location.

The people at this McDonalds are cool people but the work ethics they carry are mediocre, it’s the only McDonald’s in this city and they always tend to forget to add something to my order like French fries or hashbrowns for breakfast, and the women’s restrooms smells so bad it makes it’s hard to eat inside the store

Here's what happened. I ordered breakfast in the app at 10:20 am. I put it for pickup at counter. I arrive at 10:25 I go to the counter. I ignored for 10 or so minutes. I order a frappe separately at the kiosk. I am told that I must go through the drive through with the code I have even though I wanted to pickup inside. . I go to the drive through. It's now 10:40 I tell them the code In the speaker. They can't find my order pull to the window. Still can't find my order. I have to re order my food and pay for it again. 6$ more this time. They finally give me my food I ordered twice. I ask about my frappe. They can't find it and ignore me at the window for so long I can't stand it anymore. I drive away. I have been on the fence about never ever coming here again for a while now it's set in stone I will never ever come here ever again due to disorganization and straight up incompetence.

I order two Big Mac meals , and what I got two quarter pounders , I asked for my drinks and they told me that they couldn’t give it to me , until my food was ready even though I wanted them first. So they just left and that was it ,no drinks .unfriendly people. Also the bbq sauce was bad it tasted fermented.to make matters worse they were not even busy

These people need to learn customer service and professionalsm. They make lot's of mistakes in a timely manner I hope that the regional boss can see this and make it right they their to serve the customers especially at 20.00 hourly they not doing yardwork to even get paid that. Very frustrating.

Terrible. That’s all I have to say. The lady that was taking our order completely stopped taking the order. Then a man like 2 minutes later continued to take the order. Once we got the food it was cold we couldn’t even eat it for fear of cross contamination. Will never be going again. Hopefully that lady does her job and if not she should be fired she was rude and didn’t even do her job.

The place was empty when i visited (Monday, around 4 pm). The hostess was police and pleasant but i had to wait for 5-10 mins to place my order. Also, i found that this place was quite dirty and stuff on various tables, and nobody cleaned up even though i spent nearly 40-45 mins. Management needs to get their act together

I went throw the drive through at the speak no one waited on us my husband kept saying hello no came to the speaker so just we started pulling forward to the window then heard the McDonald can to the speaker after we pulled forward then wanted me to go sound after all of that so I never did get any food I left. This wasn’t the first time that I went there and they wasn’t waiting on us so far as I am concerned I won’t go back. If I want McDonald I will just go to one Bakersfield when ever we go. Very rude manager. Didn't catch her name but she continuously copped an attitude because I asked for light ice in my sweet tea. Told me that their machine gives that much ice for light ice but the cashier didn't even ring it up as light ice so how would the machine know lol. Then talked about me while I was right there to another employee as if I can't hear her through the drive thru window.

The worst McDonald's I have been to. They served a milkshake that took three times to serve and then wasn't even mixed. The machine looked dirty and the bottom was wide open. The restaurant is extremely dirty and staff didn't ensure the order was correct. More concerned with the unsanitary conditions this location has. Is there a health department here?

Went there for breakfast our sandwich was ok but the hashbrown was well let's just let the picture speak for itself. I showed this to the manager all she could say was we could you another one and leave it in longer obviously she has no cooking skills, only way to fix this is turn up the temperature on the oil. Then she said we could have a refund I said no I'm not that type of person. We'll never be back.
