Drove in to the Drive through in my awesome Orange car and ordered a McDonald Land Shake and McNuggets. The service was awesome and the staff was nice. 10/10 thank you!
I don't eat mcdonald's I only go to mcdonald's for coffee, the half cut iced tea with lemon, and their mocha frapp
My burger was burnt barely any sauces/condiments added. Used kiosks to pay and ordered. Lots of kids getting food and hanging out having fun
They're usually really accurate and the large screen helps for confirmation. I have noticed though, if you have too large of an order you won't be able to see the whole order on the screen until after you say "thank you" dismissing the person on the headset. It's like it a timing thing sometimes. It has been a long time since my order was wrong or they said the ice cream machine was broken–which used to be standard issues with McDonald's.
If you’re not careful of what you choose, it will end up costing you an arm and a leg
Well the snake was great the burgers were pretty good but my order only had 2 burgers I ordered 4 and the fries were hard and nasty.. won't eat here again
Terrible service. I visited this location on Monday, January 19 at approximately 7:30 in the morning. After making my drive-through order, I pulled up to the first window. Upon pulling up to the first window, there was a female at the register. She looked over at me, but never approached the window I waited there for approximately 30 to 40 seconds and she never walked over to the window to collect payment. I then pulled up to the second window and was told I had to go back around because they don’t collect payment at the second window. I never would’ve pulled up to the second window if the woman at the first window would’ve walked over and collected my payment. Just be mindful of any mediocre service you may receive here.

The place was empty when i visited (Monday, around 4 pm). The hostess was police and pleasant but i had to wait for 5-10 mins to place my order. Also, i found that this place was quite dirty and stuff on various tables, and nobody cleaned up even though i spent nearly 40-45 mins. Management needs to get their act together
Rude as people there !!!! They either lag or there mad or both like dang just went there and they handed my food no thank you no bye no nothing just slammed the window rudeness
I went throw the drive through at the speak no one waited on us my husband kept saying hello no came to the speaker so just we started pulling forward to the window then heard the McDonald can to the speaker after we pulled forward then wanted me to go sound after all of that so I never did get any food I left. This wasn’t the first time that I went there and they wasn’t waiting on us so far as I am concerned I won’t go back. If I want McDonald I will just go to one Bakersfield when ever we go. McDonald’s in Taft is a Joke
If I could give it negative starts I would. Don’t go here unless you wanna wait 20 minutes in line
Why is it that they take long to make fast food 😩 I barely come here and they still disappoint either im in the drive thru or picking up in person, all I order is one thing it takes them 30mins to make one thing
TWO AND A HALF HOURS and Doordash is still waiting to pick up. That explains everything. Never again.
Would give it a half star if I could got breakfast and it had hairs in it this place is disgusting the public health department needs to do weekly walk throughs there for sure.

Waited in the drive-thru for breakfast one morning so long made me late for the Memorial Day Service I wanted to see in my old home town. Then when I opened my Sausage Egg McMuffin, there was no egg, at all?!? So, I had a Sausage McNothin' for breakfast and almost missed the service. 0 out of 10 do not recommend.
Ordered 20 pieces chicken nuggets in the drive through, yesterday, and I only had 18 pieces total. SHAME ON YOU! Someone ate my 2 other nuggets! You didn't know I counted my nuggets!
Online states there open 24/7 7 days a week, false information they do close and are not open 24/7 , stopped by on a Friday 4am and building was dark. need to update hours instead of miss leading costumers!
Very rude manager. Didn't catch her name but she continuously copped an attitude because I asked for light ice in my sweet tea. Told me that their machine gives that much ice for light ice but the cashier didn't even ring it up as light ice so how would the machine know lol. Then talked about me while I was right there to another employee as if I can't hear her through the drive thru window.
The worst McDonald's I have been to. They served a milkshake that took three times to serve and then wasn't even mixed. The machine looked dirty and the bottom was wide open. The restaurant is extremely dirty and staff didn't ensure the order was correct. More concerned with the unsanitary conditions this location has. Is there a health department here?
Went there for breakfast our sandwich was ok but the hashbrown was well let's just let the picture speak for itself. I showed this to the manager all she could say was we could you another one and leave it in longer obviously she has no cooking skills, only way to fix this is turn up the temperature on the oil. Then she said we could have a refund I said no I'm not that type of person. We'll never be back.
