EDIT: I already 1-star reviewed this place, but I had to come back after we made the mistake of ordering here again. They left our pizza on the ground (bare, no bag or anything) and didn't even knock or try to call after dropping it off. I checked the door who knows how long after and found the pizza crawling with ants (see photos attached). When I called to try to reach them, it was impossible: I was on hold for a full 20 minutes, then recalled and was on hold for another 20 before giving up on it. This is hands-down the worst service I've ever had from any store or restaurant period. NEVER ORDER HERE. My girlfriend loves domino's, but we had to start ordering from a different store after several bad experiences at this location. After multiple instances in which delivery took over 3 hours to arrive (not exaggerating), we switched to pickup. We showed up almost 30 minutes after the estimated ready time for our order, but still ended up sitting in the parking lot for a full hour before our pizza was ready. To top it all off, the staff is rude and doesn't care to let you know that your order is ready even when you've asked about it several times and are sitting right in front of them. In short, pick a different location if you want domino's.

Can’t get orders right at all… every time I have to tell them you forgot the buffalo sauce and when they put it on there’s barely anything on it…. I have to call after I place order online to remind them to put the sauce. I order EXTRA BUFFALO SAUCE FOR A REASON. And if that’s not enough they bring my order of 4-5 m pizzas at two separate times .. so instead of getting my full order at once they say it’s required to split it an show up 45 mins later with the other half of my order….

We placed an order at 8:18 pm, with an estimated arrival time of 20 minutes. After an hour and a half of waiting, still no update. We decided to call the store where Jacob, the General Manager answered the phone. He was extremely rude, accusing us of lying about the time on the app. He didn’t offer any help or explanation just that delivery has been 3 hours since noon. When we told him that he was being rude and aggressive, he responded have a good night and hung up the phone. Completely disappointed with the disrespectful management team. While we understand it’s busy, there is no need to treat guests like this.

When having your delivery drivers deliver to apartment complexes after it’s rained . Please tell them to drive the appropriate speed limit , the driver who delivered lastnight slashed myself and other residents as they were speeding and we were getting things out of our trunks / vehicles . They didn’t not stop to apologize but you all have to be more mindful when driving in residential areas . You can’t speed through here we also have children who play out here .

Horrible!! Pizza was burnt and cold by time I got it. Horrible customer service. Will never order here again. I’ll drive 20 mins out of the way or wait an hour more to NOT order from here ever again. Yuck

Ordered PAN speciality pizza, really bad quality cheese used which is very hard everywhere big big piece not grated properly and bad taste only one slice we tried and thrown away. Not sure it's all about franchise. will not try any more from that shop.

I went on line to get the 1/2 off any pizza deal and had problems with the app. So I called and ended up ordering by phone to save time, and was told I wouldn’t get the 1/2 off deal as that was on line only by the already combative manager… the “food” was a tiny thin crust pizza. For 15 $, burnt tater tots and a prepackaged salad the driver dropped right in front of me.. you decide

Not sure what happened to this location, but it took an hour for 2 medium pizzas with 3 toppings, a whopping $36 and cold. Last time for dominos delivery for us.

My girlfriend ordered thru the website and her phone isn't working properly so when the driver got here she accidentally missed the call. So she called the store and was very nice to the lady that answered, I heard the convo on speaker, she spoke rudely to my gf and hung up on her and it pissed me off so I told her to call back and tell the lady that she needs to work on her customer service skills. And then the driver came back and we accidentally made the mistake of missing the calls again bc of her phone not working (we genuinely don't know what's wrong with her phone and we're working on getting a new one) Yes its not their fault we had issues with getting the delivery but regardless of the situation we dont deserve to be spoken to rudely and treated this way as customers with an attitude bc of a mistake. She also threatened to call police if we called back and we have no idea if our order will be refunded or not. It's not acceptable at all.

Don't waste your time and money on this place. Pizza was delivered almost two hours after the tracker said it was done. Arrived cold, and the box is soaked from the rain. This is not the first time I've had this experience, but it's definitely the last time. Never again.
