Very pleasantly surprised! We went at about 8PM at night and the fries were fresh and piping hot! Ever ordered the box of cookies? Those were made fresh to order and hot from the oven. For a fast food visit? This was great!

Had our milkshakes and frappes out to us before our food. Two thumbs up. Orders were perfect, no issues at all. One of the few McDonalds to actually get your stuff correct! Kudos!

I forgot to ask for her name (she has short curly hair and wears glasses), but the team member that’s in the drive thru taking orders today is PHENOMENAL!! She was so professional, so incredibly kind, and was really efficient working through the line in the drive thru. She honestly made my day, so I hope she gets a shoutout at her work!!

Go here often. Service is usually pretty good. I usually go in and one of the things I really like is the chairs/ seats are all notched so if you have a hand bag or anything with a handle it will hang on the chair with no trouble. Wish other places would do things like this.

It's not too bad, but sometimes the servers at the drive through windows are not very friendly and they give you the wrong order.

Food was fine. The manager was very rude though. I ordered the wrong thing by mistake on the kiosk and asked if I could please pay the difference or be refunded and pay for the correct item. I was told no and that I could buy the bacon to put on the sandwich I had. But for almost $3 for ONE piece. No thanks. My 3 year old then wanted to exchange the toy he got for the one that is advertised on their windows, again no. They don’t open the new toys until they got rid of all the other ones. 🙄 anyway, it’s McDonald’s. Not Berns steakhouse for Christ sake.

While i was here management was yelling at staff watched someone drop a entire cup of soda and not one person took care of it for 4 minutes served the customers and everything but i watched 4 people step in it and there was no sign even (lawsuit) also to boot i know the amount of sauce is regulated and i think the grill person must have been trained but all the burgers were drowneded unreal not impressed with this mc donalds

Update:mcdonalds I won't go to a link and share my experience. I know how this goes and how corporations are like mcdonalds. Just move forward as you won't do anything and I will be dissatisfied and you won't do anything different to appeal to people. So just as a understanding mcdonalds maybe when you mess up you shouldn't throw food away. I ordered off the app for table service. I waited nothing came. I went to the counter and they didn't have my order. Lady looked it up and began to make it. I got my order went and sat back down and opened my sandwich and it was the wrong sandwich. Went back to trade it out cause I won't assume I can keep it even though I know you can't take back food after the customer had it. What do you do? Throw it right into the trash right in front of me. Maybe cause you messed up all the way through the process you could have done the right thing and even offered me to take the food for free that you just threw in the trash....

So went around 8:50 pm ordered the kids food was going to let them eat in since it was Friday night and we were told that the lobby is closed but the sign on the door says 10 pm I really dislike this place anymore the only reason why I come is because the kids love it.

Horrible manners NO customer service. They can never get your order right and when you question them about it you're instantly told to leave. I've tried several times to give this place a second chance a third chance of fifth chance a 12th chance they are horrible they don't care about their customers and have no problem losing your business. I wouldn't recommend this place if you were starving and it was the closest place to you.

You people really need to stop and think who you are serving. Some people are institutionalized and a lunch from McDonald’s is a real treat. Picked up a chicken deluxe sandwich, filet o fish and two orders of fries to take to the nursing home to eat with my 85 year old mom who has dementia (and in a lockdown facility) but actually asked for a chicken sandwich. Got to the nursing home 2 miles down the road. Fries were COLD. The chicken on her sandwich was old and burnt. She couldn’t even chew it and she has ALL OF HER TEETH. The only item edible was my filet o fish. Threw it all out! So disappointed for my mom. She just wanted a chicken sandwich and McDonald’s fries. MAJOR FAIL! So done with McDonald’s. And when someone asks for A TON of ketchup, your worker shouldnt hand me three packets making me ask again.

Incompetent employees who will make you wait for incorrect food, lie that it’s right, and make you go back in to get it fixed. Don’t go to this location. Also waited 15 mins when told to pull around and they just seemingly didn’t know what I ordered at all. You have one job.

Went through drive thru around 11:00pm and ordered 4 meals and they pulled us to the front to wait on our order and we waited over 10 minutes for our food. Front doors were locked and when we said something about having to wait so long, they said well don’t come back. Customer service is nonexistent anymore and this was a manager that said this.

Twice this week I’ve pulled up and they won’t answer any drive thru orders. All lights are on, but no one is there it seems. I know this location is not 24 hours, so for everyone saying it is- it isn’t. Don’t expect them to be open past 12. But I was here around 10pm, and I’ve gotten served at that time before. Multiple people called and called for someone through the drive thru speaker and got no answer. We pulled up to the window to look for an employee and could not see anyone. I work in customer service and understand if something happens and the store has to close (short staffing, electronic issues etc) but If you close early, AT LEAST put a sign up so people know. Don’t just leave them there with all the lights on and no indication that you’re closed.

After hours drive through service is horrible. I vehicle pulls up in the next lane and immediately get service. As I have a mobile order waited for them to finish and me yelling as they started to take the order of the car next to me. Grew up at this mcdonalds. Just a shame corporate should do audits.

Tried to go eat with my family at 930 pm the doors say they close the dining room at 12 am doors were already locked and Tried making a online order and the app wouldn't let me pay and then was turned away at the drive through window trying to pay for my families 50+ dollar meal pretty wild couldn't get my food they just lost out on a big order and I'll never return bad customer service and my family spends hundreds a week there

Trash service, they don't add an item (Coke) to an order. At the drive thru pickup window we find out it was missed. Instead of selling us another we could only drive back around to order as the manager couldn't help. When we expressed the grief of driving back around to wait in line again she said don't bother as we are not going to serve you anyway. How hard was it to take the $ at the window and pour the coke

I went through the DT at 5:30 am.. There were employees in the lobby but no one was taking orders.. They allowed me to sit at the speaker with no response.. This location says the DT is open 24hrs.. This is not the case.. It happens often! Customer service at this location has diminished badly lately.. You can't depend on them being open!!

Give your managers the ability to fix your terrible app mistakes. I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes to apply a deal because I tapped the screen by accident. I know you are not responsible for this terrible app, but it will not accept my Google pay ever.

Just left there. Some of the rudest people I have ever met in customer service. I asked for a receipt and was told they don’t have any paper to give receipts. Then while at the window waiting on my food another girl opens window and states” you need to move your holding up our drive thru. I told her I did not even have my food. With attitude slammed window. I told her to give me refund and I went across the street to Burger King where everyone was amazing. No more McDonald’s on Bearss for me. Only fave a star because it would not let me post without one

I wont be back no time soon. Not to any McDonald's, this location has rude managers and team memebers horrible customer service, cant ask a question without staff attitude. They parked me and then served 4 whole orders before mine when i was there. I walked in for a refund and the person grabbed my bag of food from by icecream machine, no thanks. At this point food is cold and I wont be back. As an fyi, that same cold sandwich was given to 2 boys that order after it was sitting for 10 mins in a corner as I waited for my refund. If u don't like being in customer service then find a new job. Period. This is getting ridiculous with this fast food company and they need a real overhaul or establish some type of standard for the service they provide. I choose to spend my $ there, but I dont have to.

I placed an order and never received my food, yet this location refused to cancel or refund the charge. No food, no solution, no accountability. Customer service was dismissive and completely unhelpful. Being charged for an order that was never provided is unacceptable. If you’re missing staff, overwhelmed, or disorganized, that’s not the customer’s problem. What is your responsibility is not charging people for food they never receive.

I ordered DoorDash from this location twice in a row literally within a couple minutes of each other and for some reason, my meal keeps getting stolen. I have worked fast food before I understand how confirming a DoorDash order works. Employees need to make sure they’re paying better attention to who they’re handing food out to. Now I can’t order any food because nobody will cancel the order so it’s just repetitively sending driver after driver to the store for them to sit there and say that it’s been stolen. I would like to respond to the McDonald’s owner’s Response to my review. Just to inform you, DoorDash did their part. Like I explained above, had The order been confirmed correctly there would’ve been no issue. I can understand a mistake once but when it happens twice within an hour is crazy.

Customer beware!!!!! The ownership of this establishment allows its managers to serve cold fries and extremely greasy burgers. Unlike the crispy, fresh and hot fries that we are all accustomed to receiving from those golden arches. Quality begins with ownership. Properly training managers leads to properly trained subordinates. I don't want a coupon for a free meal if that meal is a copy of the horror I received.

The service here was the worst I’ve experienced. They didn’t bring all the drinks from our order, and they even put our fries and burger into someone else’s order. They said they don’t make cappuccinos, but didn’t offer any alternative options. Several times we were simply ignored — we approached multiple employees, and no one helped. In the end, they spoke to us very rudely, as if we caused the problem instead of them. I do not recommend this place!

Typically when you come to McDonald's you expect a well rounded area, not in this case because the workers were all standing in one spot on they're phones the floor was wet the fries were raw and the burger patty was pink

They are very irresponsible. Today they were closed from 5 to 8 pm, but they continued to receive online orders and when I arrived to withdraw they simply ignored me and in the end I lost my money because they did not refund it or give me the product. If they had an event and they were closed, they should also close the online orders so that this would not happen 😡

Got here at 11:40 on Dec 8 2025 and they hid behind the counter and didn’t answer the drive through … what’s going on they close at 12? It’s a trend lately. Who’s managing? 🤣

I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes waiting to be helped. Watched 11 cars enter and leave within that time, not a single car left having been helped or even with food. When I moved up to the window to see if I could be helped after not being responded to at the speaker I had 2 workers make eye contact with me and continue to ignore me. So I left without my food. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s multiple times And I’m not sure why I keep coming back maybe because it’s the closest? This McDonald’s is so disorganized that people are routinely waiting for their food. Me personally every time I have ordered at this McDonald’s the order has been incorrect with a item missing and or took over 20 minutes to prepare in the drive-through I might add. This place is ridiculously disorganized and an amateur operation Avoid at all costs
