Asador Terraza

Excelente servicio!! Sobretodo porque el mesero fue muy complaciente en traerme las orejas norteñas que ordené! 🤣 ( en realidad el platillo es aretes norteños) pero el me entendió perfectamente!! Muchas gracias por la atención, el servicio excelente las instalaciones de lujo, la música muy agradable , la comida y bebidas deliciosas!! Todo excelente 100% recomendado! Definitivamente volveré!

Me faltaba visitar este asador ya conocía los demás. Bueno pues … me encantó. Incluso más que los otros. El chicharrón de Ribeye con guacamole de-li-Chio-so ! Las salsas solo probé 2 la verde al parecer con aceite de olivo ….. solo en otro restaurant de Cancún la he probado a ese nivel! Excelente y de plató “fuerte “ el cowboy ese corte como para compartir la verdad es de buen tamaño ! Osea si pides el Cowboy en El Asador Terraza, esperarás un filete de res premium, grueso, con hueso corto, muy jugoso y con el sabor característico de un excelente Rib Eye asado al carbón. Neta suculento .!

Pocos restaurantes a los que me atrevo a dar 5 estrellas. Desde las hostess las cuales fueron muy amables, hasta el mesero que estuvo atento hasta lo más mínimo y en todo momento. La comida bien servida y precios ad hoc a lo que ofrecen, las bebidas preparadas de muy buen sabor y la rápidez de la atención y entrega de alimentos se agradece muchísimo. Me fui muy satisfecha esperando volver otro día.

Muy rico todo, el servicio que nos dio Sergio fue fenomenal su gran manejo de explicar los platillos y su recomendación muy acertada, escogimos un corte para compartir Beef Chorizo buen tamaño para dos personas.

El Asador Terraza. Un lugar muy elegante y rico para comer. Los cortes están excelente. Al punto que lo pides el chef lo deja asi. Tiene área climatizada y terraza, y si se puede fumar. La atención de los meseros es excelente. Vale mucho la pena el lugar. Si es caro, pero vale totalmente la pena.

Buen lugar para comer o cenar, ya sea ambiente familiar o de negocios. Tienen buen servicio y los cortes OK.

Si vienes a Tampico tienes que pasar por aquí la carne es excelente y el restaurante es muy bonito

タンピコでステーキ🥩食べるなら1番オススメな場所です。一品一品の値段もその分高いですが、クオリティはかなり高い。 いただいた、Rib-eye(リブアイステーキ)とPulpo a las brazas(タコのグリル)は当たりで美味しかった。多分、お店のショー的位置付けでお客さんの目の前で作ってくれるタコスも出来上がりたてのお肉を切り分けて振舞ってくれるのが最高に美味しかった。 サルサも数種類用意してくれていて、どのサルサもとても美味しかった。基本のサルサが美味しいので、食事も当然美味しいのはうなずける！ 会食にもかなりオススメです。

De los mejores lugares en los que he comido, la atención increíble, muy muy amables y atentos, pero nada intensos ni hostigando, la comida increíble, no hubo un solo platillo que no superara mis expectativas, la carne suave y todo lo demás en su punto, el pastel de zanahoria increíble, y la entrada que te dan de cortesía maravillosa, tienen zona para fumar, no soy de Tampico pero regresaría mil veces solo para volver a comer en este lugar

Muy agradable, el servicio es excelente y la comida deliciosa, si volveré a visitarlos

I'm just leaving a review because Gabriel Aleman doesn't believe that taco holders are used at restaurants in Mexico. Oh and it's not located in a hotel. And El Asador is the bomb!

This is a great resturant. I've eaten there recently and a few more times since it has opened when in Tampico. Food, service and atmosphere are always spot on. If there are any issues, the management will make it right immediately. El Asador is a top notch resturant and highly recommended.

This is a pretty nice spot. I only ate there once before covid hit and the service was flawless. Now. I go and pick up my food and it never disappoints. Want some safe and fancy pants tacos? This is the ticket

I have been travelling to Tampico regularly since 2017 with work and El Asador is hands down my favorite place to eat it. All staff members are so welcoming and friendly, and they really know how to put on a show. They create an upbeat dining experience by playing music and a flaming presentation depending on what you order. Chorizo and cheese taco appetizer with the salt block steak was my go-to.... but I can guarantee you can't go wrong with any other option off the menu.

To expensive for what it was . Service not that great, had to ask 5 times to get the bill. Food was good though!

The place is nice. I think it is very much overpriced though. It seems to be one of the go to places in Tampico.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday since we are visiting my hometown for the holidays and asador is one of the most popular restaurants so the expectations were high. We went there on a Saturday night, so assuming is one of their busiest nights the management needs to hire more servers, we got horrible service but we could see how our server was running around trying to catch up with all the tables and a lot of tables had large parties of people. The food was delicious but the service ruined the experience.

Si quieres comer un corte delicioso este es el lugar, tiene un terraza bonita y una parte climatizada con excelente ambiente, la comida y bebidas son de 10, el servicio es de primera, los precios no son económicos pero vale la pena cada peso que pagarás. El clericot está muy bien preparado. Actualización, siempre vengo en eventos importantes y volví y el personal que da la mesas nos tuvo esperando 25min por que estaban como 5 mesas reservadas para terminar por darnos una de las que estuvieron disponibles desde que llegamos, cuando le pregunté a una simplemente me vio y me ignoró, hasta que su compañera de lentes me contestó. Creo que el servicio al cliente es lo principal, no es como que uno venga a consumir para que lo traten como si nos atendieran de a gratis.

Le subieron el precio a la papa asada y ya ni siquiera te ponen totopos

Desepcionante, un puré con grumos y cáscara, un corte de carne con poco sabor, elotes duros, ensalada mal cortada, ofrecieron de entrada totopos horneados con frijoles (están mejor los de lata), buena ubicación, una lastima en gastronomía

Pésima atención de todo el personal. Al llegar, la hostess no tiene una buena administración, ya que a varias personas que no tenían reservación las pasó antes y cuando reclamaban se notaba que se le olvidaba que había gente esperando. A algunas personas le ofrecían mesa afuera para que no esperaran y a otros los pasaban directo a la lista de espera. Al personal le falta más capacitación o simplemente no contraten gente que no cuenta con el perfil de servicio al cliente.
