Attentive and efficient service. Pleasant atmosphere. The sapote was a very pleasant surprise. It was juicy and sweet. The mole with the overripe fried eggs was excellent. All topped off with unlimited rich coffee. The price was excellent.
Pleasant experience, the restaurant has good seasoning, and they have some parrots that make the stay pleasant.
Excellent service. The food was delicious and the service was unbeatable! Highly recommended.
I went to the restaurant... Very good service, served by the very same guy, without you even noticing. That means being attentive to the customer at all times, as well as to those who work with the other services, and not letting them tell you off. Another thing: everyone is always very respectful.
It's located in the heart of Tapachula, yet you walk in and forget about the traffic and even the heat. The service is very good, always attentive to what you need. The food is delicious, with great seasoning and flavor. The presentation of the dishes is something that surprised me. Don't miss this place for lunch or breakfast. They always have something complimentary to offer while you wait for your food.
It's a highly recommended place for breakfast; it's quick, delicious, with good service and affordable prices. The only downside was that the cup and knife were dirty from the dishwasher, but everything else was great.
Excellent service. The breakfasts are delicious, accompanied by a typical regional dish like pictes or bean tamales with santamaría leaves. While you wait for your breakfast, you can enjoy fruit or other snacks courtesy of the house. Loud music is provided for conversation. You can eat in the restaurant or in the garden, which is very relaxing.
I really enjoyed breakfast here. This time, I ordered chilaquiles with chicken, which came with beans and plantains. They also gave us sour cream, cheese, and hot sauce. As a starter, they served us a fruit whose name I don't remember, but I know it as "loquat." It was delicious. The waiter who served us was extremely friendly and attentive. I recommend the garden area for breakfast; it's very pretty and makes you feel at home. Average price per person: $200 MXN
Excellent place for Sunday breakfast. It's very quiet, the menu is delicious, the prices are very affordable, and the service is good. It's also a hotel; when you come to Tapachula, look for it.
The food was exquisite (I highly recommend the chorizo rolls), the coffee, the bread, the sapote fruit—everything was delicious. They have a very friendly parrot named "Pacho" who is very affectionate (they're not bothersome at all, they're adorable, and they even let you sleep). Miss Martha, the manager Carlos, and all the hotel staff were very kind and made me feel at home. —No complaints about the hotel. Don't even think about renting a Eurocar at the Tapachula airport; it was a terrible experience. Please don't do it.
I ate at the restaurant, it was dinner, when I arrived, there was no other diner, I was the only one, very good service, they turned on the air conditioning for me, excellent atmosphere, noise isolation, very good presentation of the dishes, I ordered grilled fish fillet, honestly it was tough, stiff, and it didn't have a good flavor, but since I was hungry, I didn't complain or say anything, the price is average, it's not that cheap nor that expensive.
I've only been there once, and I was able to have breakfast in the garden. The place is very cozy. Upon arrival, they offer you coffee and bread to start your breakfast. After a few minutes, they take your order and begin preparing it. Apparently, they have plenty of time to serve their customers. Despite having a private event that day, the timing was acceptable. The food was very tasty, plenty for one person, so it's a good option for big eaters. They gave us a complimentary mini tamale to taste, and cheeses as an appetizer. I ordered chilaquiles with chicken, and I really found the flavor to be delicious. The beans were a little spicy for my taste, but for a Mexican, they're super good. Recommended for breakfast, it's very good.
They have excellent customer service, the restaurant food is excellent, and the rooms have everything you need, although for the price they could invest a little more in comfort. But I do recommend it as a good place to stay.
Clean place, excellent service, I went to the restaurant, and the truth is their food has good presentation, good flavor, affordable prices.
The hotel is ok, but the customer service is horrible. The reservation system failed several times and when we arrived at the hotel they only had one room instead of two. Fortunately they solved it. As it was a work trip, I asked for an invoice, they told me that they would send it to me by mail, but despite 3 emails, several WhatsApp messages and several phone calls from abroad, they never sent me the invoice.
At the restaurant, I ordered Oaxacan cecina (dried, salted beef). The menu said they serve 400 grams, but they gave me a piece of less than 100 grams—very small and tough, practically inedible. The bill included a 10% tip, but when it came time to pay, they tried to add another 10%. What a disappointment!
Stayed here for a two nights while traveling through Southern Mexico. We kept some of our cash on us and they rest we hid in the very top of the hotel room closet in an envelope. When we came back for the evening on the first night, the envelope was at the bottom of the closet and MOST of the cash was missing. The next morning we asked if anyone had been in the room and of course they denied it. There was no ATM nearby (the nearest one wasnt working) so we ended up wasting half a day getting wired more cash from people back home. We skipped the breakfast due to our annoyance. The hotel rooms are nice and the parrots are friendly, but the staff got amnesia when asking about the missing money.
