Based on the movie The Founder, I decided to dine in here, the service was great and the food was too however the next time I visited which was 7.09.2025 I was really hungry and the only thing on my mind to eat was McDonald’s I stayed on the queue because it was really crowded then 3 persons to my turn the order till had IT issue, it was painful but the feelings of seeing how great mind achieved this success would never want you to step out without giving for charity… though disappointed but I left motivated

As a Canadian I visited McDonald’s in Frankfurt and I must say the menu items are so fun and different from what I’m used to back home. My ultimate faves were the garlic nuggets and cbo smoky sauce. Absolutely delicious. This location was clean for being so busy and staff were quite organized and kind.

I took the most simple and classic option (1 cheeseburger and 1 chicken burger) which took unexpectedly longer to make than others who were serve faster with larger burgers.

It's a McDonald's so you should know what kind of food (and prices) to expect. We came here late at night when everything else was closed. The food was ready very quickly. The staff could have been a bit more friendly (and they never checked our receipt when we picked up the food so anyone could have taken it). All in all, it was okay. Nothing outstanding but not bad either.

McDonald's is ok, as usual. I just don't understand why I should pay for visiting WC if I'm are client and eat inside. The man was sitting in front of the WC door and showed me for plate with 1€ coins.

Great for the mindless snack or cheat day. Big seating area upstairs, touch screen order available. Minus one star because their icecream machine is not always live.

Out of curiosity, I tried the mcplant nuggets and it was stale and nasty. I guess it’s hard to replicate the iconic McNuggets. Unfortunately, the plant taste is quite strong. Not a fan of the spicy dip, sour cream dip is ok.

Food and service were good. Pay to use the toilet. Very busy location. Tables were dirty, but trash was maintained.

I paid for McMeal and white chocolate pie. I got my food to go and they forgot to put my dessert in :(

Regular McDonald's. Nothing special about the food. The place is clean. Sometimes busy, sometimes not. The outdoors area is nice. Service is super fast though. I ordered on the screen and paid by Mastercard at the screen as well, went to where I should get my order and surprisingly I found it ready.

Meal just okay. Well located. I visited on Sunday morning and the place wasn't overcrowded. You don't wait for long to get served.

We cannot sit inside because of corona regulations. Other than that it is good. It is in the center of konstablerwache and is easily accessible

McDonald's is a McDonald's just very disappointing the fact of pay to use the toilet even if you are a costumer. Also, it's nice to have outdoor sitting, if you take care of it. The tables were dirty and the wind was throwing all the boxes and bags to the ground..

I ordered a happy meal and selected EXPLICITLY a miraculous ladybug toy. I could choose between a Hot Wheels toy, a book and a miraculous toy. I GOT A HOT WHEELS TOY. this is very upsetting because it was the only reason I even got a happy meal. I am sad. I wanted a miraculous toy.

I think free toilets are the least they could offer. In DE you need also pay for the sauce which is free in other countries, you can have as many as you want!

Just a standard McDonald, it has nothing different from any other. Staff is kind and quick to serve what you ordered, you can easily find a seat even if crowded. Bathroom is very clean.

Kids enjoyed burgers, but the fries were sitting for at least 10 minutes despite this being a busy McDonald’s. Nothing worse than cold McDonald’s fries. Order was delivered with an error (one drink wrong and one drink missing).

There aren't enough tables, so we had to eat on a bench. The food was fine, no different than other McDonald's. The biggest problem for me is the man who charges 50 cents to use the toilet.

Very congested and small space between tables. With a baby it is not possible to be seated and to get up without knocking over other people's food. The ground floor is occupied by people who can easily go upstairs to sit which leaves people with strollers no option. Chaotic.

We visited this store but found it to be very dirty. The trays full of rubbish were left unattended and it took a while to be served. Should definitely keep the store clean and improve the customer service.

Went to the bathroom after paying a 29 Euro Bill with friends. First I was sent away because of cleaning. Alright. Acceptable. But after they finished I was told to pay? Customer service in Germany is usually hit or miss (mostly miss 😃) because they don't really ascribe to the concept of the customer is always right. This McDonald's at the corner of the Konstablerwache main station though is pretty bad. I ordered my food (which is actually good) and tried to find a table to eat. All the tables are taken in the ground level so I go to the upstairs seating area (there was no signs saying it was closed or anything blocking the way). After I was 1/2 done with my meal, an employee comes up demanding I leave and go downstairs so I pick up my tray and try to look for a table free. Still none. I put my tray in the only area with a flat surface, the one in front of the area to pick up meals, and just wanted to finish my meal and leave. The employees kept demanding I leave that area. I didn't finish the meal and just left. Definitely will not come back, not worth the aggravation.

ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK WHAT YOU RECEIVED! I don’t enjoy giving bad ratings, but they gave me wrong items multiple times. First wrong burgers, and today green tea instead of black tea :((! It wouldn‘t hurt to pay more attention to the orders guys.

The first McDonalds in the world where the toilet is charged €1. In all other restaurants, if you have an account, using the tealet is free of charge. Shameful.

This place is a mess. Overpriced and their food is not made with fresh ingredients. The elderly employees are very polite but the middle aged ones were disrespectful and even made fun of customers. The prices are insane compared to what you get. Just one street away at Fahrgasse we were able to get some inexpensive tasty asian food with good service which finally made us happy. If McDonalds answer to less people eating meat is changing its color to green and getting expensive without any improvements they lost me as a customer for good. The store was very dirty aswell with sticky floors and employees wear no gloves while touching your food. Zero stars.

So disappointed in McDonald's staff. The young girl with brown/dark hair and eyes, who prepared(NOT the one by who I ordered, but prepared) my meal (02.01.2022, 14:45), was so rude and impolite. Was very rude waitress who did a coffee at maccafe. She Was talking rude without any respect, I asked to make coffee as mach hot as possible that makes her angry a bit...usually in other maccafe it's not a problem. And finally she did wrong drink because she was busy talking with me then listening which drink I am ordering.

I buy breakfast regularly there and usually take it with me to school. Today I decided to finish my breakfast there and went to the toilet afterwards. There is a guy sitting in front of the toilet and demanded 1 Euro from me. This is ridiculous since I already spent money there. Why do I have to pay again! I don’t know how it is allowed.

Gross location. Smells like fish and grease. Luckily, I only stopped for the bathroom, but even that left a lot to be desired. Dirty and the attendant is a scammer. The sign read "voluntary donation" and when I dropped 20 cents in the plate, he said it wasn't enough. "What is this??", he asked. Then he tried saying that the sign behind him required €0,50 and almost wouldn't let me and my girlfriend use the facilities. He only let us go when we verbally considered going elsewhere. He knows he's a criminal and didn't want to get caught. Other patrons that went through didn't pay before either. He targeted me (I'm American) and my girlfriend (German, but spoke English). Tourists beware.

Possibly the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever visited. Food was given to me on a tray covered in ketchup, none of the tables were clean even though it was quiet. Even the stools had old food on them. I would not recommend unless you're desperate.

We have been coming here alot lately and its been actually pretty fine and the food was tasty, always quite full but it's totally understandable since its in the city center. Today it was quite disappointing though. We came to eat as usual and we ordered plant-based-nuggets like always. My friend realised she bit into an actual chicken nugget and we confirmed it by comparing it with others. After 6 years of being vegetarian this was the worst thing to happen for my Friend. It was very upsetting and especially because we told an employee, they didnt seem to care. They didnt even apologise and only offered to replace them with a 6 plant based nuggets pack. This McDonald‘s franchise has more problems than the USA. First, there are only 5 kiosks in the entire store and there is ALWAYS at least one broken all the time, and considering this store is in the middle of the city center, it is not representing the best looks. Customers are packed like sardines in the tight space of this restaurant and the employees often get the orders wrong with food missing. It is highly suggested that you check your bag to see if they got sour order right e. G. if everything is in the bag, the food was prepared correctly, etc. One of the two entrances is also out of order, forcing customers to use door which is only one meter wide. The food gets prepared relatively quick. While this franchise is terrible, so is the one at Hauptwache, though there are more kiosks there. If you have a transferring train here and you know where you are going, a minimum of 12 minutes of time is required in order to make your transfer, however, depending on the time of day and how busy it is, it may take a shorter period of time.

Absolutely shocking experience at this McDonald's. I ordered via the self- service kiosk and used the table service, as I have done in many other countries, but this was by far the worst. A male staff member (South Asian descent) brought the food with an extremely aggressive attitude. He kept speaking German to me very loudly. When I politely told him I didn't understand and took out my phone to use a voice translator to communicate better, he literally pushed my phone away with his hand and walked off in a huff. This is beyond "bad service"—it is physically aggressive and unprofessional. I have never encountered such a rude person in any McDonald's worldwide. Avoid this place if you don't want your day ruined.
