Late night at work w/ hungry husband & 3 boys!!! Didn't wanna do it,,, but I did anyway!!! So glad! Every one of the men in my life ordered something different AND customized EVERY item!? Just knew there'd be tears & something wrong. NOPE!!! EVERYTHING WAS FRESH, FAST AND CORRECT!!! GOOD JOB JERRY & TEAM

Staff is awesome and friendly. I once saw them play along with a dad that the ice cream machine was “broken” and so his daughter couldn’t get any. They later gave her one in the house.

You know, you're not looking for someone to be happy to see you when you're looking for the best mobile app coupon and ordering online, but even though I only make it through one or two times a month they recognize me and give that half "hey good to see you" grin and make sure my kids get a crown or a free cookie "for being so nice asking for a cup of water"

We dine in, the food was great, service was excellent, the restaurant floors tables were all cleaning the restrooms were clean we had a good time got to visit with some of the employees like you told us how the job was going they loved it. You don't hear that out of a lot of employee saying how much they love their job.

Burger King has Good prices for the mix and match deal. My husband and I always order the two for four deal. Burger King Has good and friendly employees. The place is always clean and has customers.

So this is a bad turned great experience. I had placed a mobile order on the way home for work, about 17 minutes after placing the order I pulled up to drive thru and stated my name and that I placed a mobile order, I was told to pull up to the window. When I pulled up to the window the young lady attending printed out my receipt and stated they were waiting for the Mozzarella sticks and to pull around to the front, they would bring my order out soon. I pulled around and parked in the nearest non-handicap space so I could be easily found. I pulled out my phone and zoned out scrolling through social media, before I knew it 30 minutes had passed. I still had no food. So I grab the receipt and walk inside, the manager on duty whose name I cannot remember, asked how I was and what she could help with. I stated I had been waiting for over 30 minutes for some mozzarella sticks. She seemed shocked and asked what the issue was, I handed her the receipt with the time stamp of around 35 minutes prior, she profusely apologized and said she would make everything fresh immediately. It boiled down to a simple name confusion, my name is Chaistain, they saw it as Christian. My name is not common and I am not unfamiliar to similar issues. She ordered that double my initial order be made immediately, graciously offered cookies and a drink to make it right which I declined while thanking her. Her and her staff did an excellent job and when above and beyond. I had no intentions of making a fuss about the situation anyway, but they well out performed themselves. Thank you greatly. I apologize I did not catch anyone’s names!

Foods good for the most part, not too expensive, good value menu, service is a little slow sometimes even when they're not busy. One plus is they've never gotten my order wrong.

A good team provided cheerful service. I bought a bag of ice for my car's cooler, then waited nearby to meet a friend from out of town. Our food was prepared right, warm when ready, and tasted good. The place was clean. The bathroom was clean. The seating area was about empty at sundown, roughly 9 pm that Summer day. A few other customers inside and drive thru kept the team not very busy. It was food. The seats were not terrible.

If you love fresh fries salted just right then this is your stop! I always stop by when I get that crazy salt craving and leave feeling rewarded! They take sanitation to a new level to boot! Very pleased with Taylor's BK establishment!

Tried to call BK to identify hours breakfast is served, but no one answered the telephone.

"Clean" tables (2) were dirty. Only one diet drink available (Diet Coke). Not much of a choice.

The lady at the front was rolling her eyes because her couldn't hear my order, and they are using burnt oil to make the nuggets and fries. 😖

The dining room was dirty, tables had not been wiped down, floors had food crumbs and wrappers. Employees seemed to care less. Food wasn't as good as it could've been.

It never fails, every time we go here, they mess up our orders and we either have to go back or we just accept what we get. Its frustrating. We try to give them another chance and it just doesnt get better.

Arrived at BK at 9:50 pm on Fri. Doors where locked with workers inside. Cones were blocking the drive through. The hours are 6 am to 10 PM. With all these bad reviews in surprise this place stays open. No way to do business.

The young man that helped me ask for my order and when I gave him the number he didn't ask what size or what drink I wanted I was going to place the order and I had to ask him do I get to pick the size or the drink? His response was almost people just say what they want. His attitude was very indifferent and when you have to go into these places nowadays and stand six feet apart and wear a mask be treated like a virus, at least employees could act like they're happy that you're there.
