Poop Nugget

Went to McDonald's right down the street, floor,tables and windows filthy. Ordered 3 breakfast value meals and the total was $52, told the cashier no thanks and we left. Went to this burger King, tables,floor and windows clean and our 3 breakfast meals came up to about $28. Staff is very friendly and fast.

Clean facility, decent food, came for the play place. We visited this restaurant while on vacation. The prices were fair and food was fine. Fast food quality I'd say. We came with several children, and while not advertised, were happy to find it had an indoor play center. I will also note that, though it was a quick look, I would say that area was fairly clean.

The food is edible. The quality is not great but it is not this location's fault. Burger King on the whole has lost its way. Hopefully, they can realize where they went wrong and fix it. Burger King used to be really good, when they cared.

This BK is hit and miss. I seem to get a lot of cold/old food from here. Too many times have I had cold fries, hard (over fried) & cold hashbrowns, or sandwiches with cheese that isn't even melted. Not to mention getting bacon kings with no bacon on them, or paying extra for lettuce and tomatoes on burgers and getting them plain. The wait time in the dinning room is also ridiculous taking upwards of 20-30 minutes to get food.

Work anywhere that closes anytime after 11:30? We'll you're SOL if you do cuz they infact to NOT close at 12am. They close at 11:30 and most nights you can't even get food because they dont have a cook. Why even stay open if you can't serve food... makes me want to move back to phoenix just so I can have a decent burger king experience.

The first time we ate here the employees were really friendly and the food was great. My stomach disagreed though 😒 This time we used the drive thru, they got our order wrong. My husband asked for no tomatoes and extra onions, they gave him no onions but extra pickles and tomatoes. Didn't realize until we were gone 😞

Don’t get me wrong. I love Burger King but this restaurant in Taylor seems to be closed early every night compared to their hours that they keep on the door. The drive-through is almost always closed before 10 in the dining room is always closed before nine even though they say drive-through is open till 12.

BK used to be good years ago. It's a shame now because my kids love BK and their play place. The entire store is run by kids basically. The GM looks like about 22 if even. How does corporate expect a restaurant to flourish when the staff has no work history? I've been in management in fast food most of my career, I can just look at their dynamic and it's not legitimate. From what I've seen in the past staff drinks out back, smokes, cusses. This is all illegal activity that's happening at our BK. Its a disappointment and I don't usually leave bad reviews but corporate will eventually be reached out to.

Drive thru ppl always sound and look like they're so miserable, never friendly at all. Only reason I keep going here is bc the food is cheap. Used to love their burgers but they seem like they are getting smaller and smaller and the fries are always way too salty. Also when I say no ice in my drink, they put ice in anyways. So annoying

Every time I have ordered food from this store the burger is never fresh and has a hard rubbery texture from being pass the throw out time. The burgers are over cooked at times and taste like they were cooked over a wood stove. I am very disappointed, if I’m gonna pay $11.00 for a meal it should at least taste kind of fresh thank goodness my coke was good to wash away the taste.
