Literally "In-N-Out"!! I went on a Saturday, although it was super busy, the staff managed to take our orders pretty darn fast. The wait to get our food was no more than 5 minutes. The staff at this location were super kind and friendly; they all had the biggest smiles. They have a pretty darn good system of getting all orders in and out fast without messing up any orders. Overall, great experience, friendly staff and fast service, not to forget to mention that In-N-Out Burgers, indeed have THE BEST BURGERS!

Love the food it's always fresh. Amazing quality as well as taste. Yes, their food prices did go up, but it's still the cheapest burger you can get for what you get. I ordered a 4x4 with grilled onions, animal fries, and a strawberry shake, and it was all less than $20. There is nowhere you can get that good of a deal for the price. I just wished they did delivery.

First time in the establishment after hearing good things and it certainly did not disappoint! Food was amazing and animal style is the way to go. Service is quick even with the place packed to the gills. Nice to watch the potatoes sliced for the fries too, keeping it classy and fresh. Definitely recommend a visit.

I went to this In N Out with my caregiving client who is quadriplegic. The manager (I believe) I think their name was Omar took our order and was very patient. Every employee that we encountered made us feel like welcome. They also sure we had a table that worked for us and stopped by several times to check on us. A+ service. Very considerate! I stopped by in-and-out Burger yesterday for pup patties. This is the hamburger patties without salt. They prepare for your dogs and I took the 2 new puppies. You have never been in-and-out Burger before and they had their lunch. There very fun but the 8 is so fast I didn't I have time to film it.

I thought all in-n-out locations were the same. That is until I visited an OC location. It had bad reviews but I thought why not. It was so bad that I had to ask for a refund when I got my food. This location off temecula prkwy is my hometown one. I now appreciate this location that much more. They are always on point, very rarely mess up, and in typical in-n-out fashion, the customer service and the employees at this temecula location are nothing short of fantastic.

The hamburgers are good, but they put on lettece that are not flat. Makes it hard to eat. The service is excellent. No wait time. The atmosphere is noisy and hard to communicate with your guests.

Food is always fresh and great. They are really good about accommodating no bun, protein style burgers.

There is a reason they have two simultaneous lines over 100 ft. each late on the weekends wrapping all the way around to the other side of the parking lot.....its In-N-Out. Simple menu, quality products, classic open grill & preparation station, whats not to love? Just be prepared for those lines if you get hungry Saturday or Sunday night.

This is the best In-N-Out I've ever been to!! The cooks during lunch/afternoon know how to cook the fries PERFECTLY and the burgers are always on point here. One thing I will point out is the late dinner staff needs to cook the fries just a little more to be perfect. Overall the best In-N-Out I've ever been to keep doing what you're doing!!

First time trying In-N-Out burger and there no words for me to describe how amazing the burger, service, and the atmosphere there in general. Service was quick and efficient. Employees got my order ready in 3 minutes. I had the Double-Double Animal Style burger and I have to say this is the best burger I have ever had in a long time. Definitely recommend this burger, it is so delicious. Very clean and well-maintained restaurant. Amazing experience overall! 😊

Everything was great except one kid that was sitting at the bar seats. The seats swivel back and forth, every time he moved the seat it would make a loud metal squealing sound. It was so loud but the Father seemed to not hear anything. Please put some oil on your chairs.

Usually happy with In-N-Out — I eat here multiple times a week. But they’ve messed up my order at this location the last two times. Kind of disappointed, especially since they’re normally consistent.

Always great and fast service

Great place to sit and enjoy a nice meal. Breakfasts are the best. Lunch menu is good but not the best place for dinner in my opinion. Service is great but usually a little slow if it's busy. Understandable, but they could use an extra waitress at times. Friendly atmosphere and prices have gone up like everywhere else but still reasonable.

This location has has my full support! My family and I have never been disrespect nor treated wrongfully. The employees are well trained, respectful, courteous and customer oriented. In a nutshell, I feel welcome and "at home" when dining at this location. Please, continue to provide an excellent service and atmosphere so that all customers enjoy what I did.

In-N-Out is always consistent. This is a big plus for this burger giant. Prices are reasonable and service always good. Something I never noticed before is the up charge for any special order. We ordered our fries with cheese on top and also animal style. This almost doubled the price of the fries. I felt that was a bit excessive and therefore I only awarded 4 stars instead of 5. Still a favorite of ours and everyone in our family. Their focus on freshness and keeping the menu simple allows for efficiency and quality. We will remain a good customer to In-N-Out.

I went through the drive and placed my order. When I realized I had forgotten my wallet. I had to cancel my order and return. They were so kind.

The first window, girl took payment was equally pleasant and welcoming as the first. Well done and thank you! 2nd window was wonderful too. The food was really good and quality was great! I know it's very subjective, but I have never been a fan of their fries. I wish they had a 2nd option, like onion rings or tater tots to choose from. Anyways, great burger and wonderful customer service!

This is the second time I ordered a Double Double animal style but with raw onions instead of grilled and they got it wrong. Looks like whomever was in charge of pulling the items gave me the wrong burger. Because of this and my previous experience not having my order right despite my receipts clearly stating the order I am giving this experience 3 stars.

This was my first N & Out experience. The line was super long but moved really fast. I liked that. The burger was good but not mind blowing. The fries were not good. The Arnold palmer drink was not good. The price was good.

Their hamburger was great, but they’re french fries were awful, I had to throw them away. I think they were double fried because they were super greasy and limp. They did not taste fresh at all, but the hamburger was delicious. I eat it in and out often, and I have never thrown out one french fry, so that tells you that they were definitely not delicious.

I gave it a three because, first off, as my first time at this location, it wasn't a good experience. The employees were very friendly and kind. however, the guy who took my order either messed up, or the guy who charged me did. They gave me someone else receipt for their order. I didn't even realize. When I picked up uo my food, they gave me a double double with animal style in it, which I don't like. They said the order was messed up and to keep the money since I was charged way less. I told the woman I'll return the money for the proper change, but she said it was easier for them; and they gave me his order still, and that's not what I wanted. I don't eat animal style. The woman literally insisted. I know it's Super busy there and she just wanted to get me out of there, But giving me more money back at the circumstance that I have to keep something I didn't want to eat was not what I wanted. I wanted my order, and to pay what I owed. I didn't like this because I didn't get to choose to get what I ordered. Won't return to that location.

The person at the second window told me I was wrong (my receipt proved otherwise), and still wasn't given all our food, so had to go back inside. I went to this In-N-Out store on a Monday night just before closing My order taker was Daniel BA. I ordered a number two combo for the car when I received my order I was given old cold fries that seemed to be already cooked an re dipped in oil. Regardless to whether or not it’s closing time fresh hot food should be Served to every customer. Then I looked at my receipt and noticed I was charged for a donation without my permission. Worst In-N-Out experience ever.

The tables were dirty. Informed the front counter. Also it was too cold inside where the outside temperature was 55. The locked thermostat was set to 64 degrees. Missed my mustard on the side order, but it was fine. The 4x0 burger could have been cooked more. Still pink, even as I ordered them well done...but it was not too bad.

Cashier forgot to ring up part of our order and when we informed her she said we had to go to the back of the line order again then wait- again- for the food. Added almost half an hour to an already 20 min wait. Super disappointed in the customer service

I went after being in the hospital for a few hours. I ordered 2 cheese protein style burgers and two animal style cheese burgers with fries, the order of fries was very small and maybe had like 10 fries. I checked the bag to see if it probably fell over and it didn't. The burgers were very small. It seems almost like a happy meal. I would not be going to this location. I typically go to a different in and out they provide normal size meat portion.

My recent experience at this location did not go well. I decided to stop here on my way from leaving Pechanga Casino with my husband. Our fries were gross. They look like they were the bottom of the bag fries. There were just small pieces of fries that were black. I ordered our burgers well done, but when we got them they were cold. We were so much in a rush to get home and beat traffic that we did not have enough time to go back to the location. I've never had these sorts of issues with In-N-Out before.

Made a mistake with my order and asked if they could change it, it seems they did not take it very well and dropped the salt shaker on the burgers, they were inedible. $50 dollars went to waste. Plus, food was cold.

The two lane drive-thru system consistently creates a frustrating experience. It’s common to choose one lane and then watch multiple cars that arrived after you move ahead in the other line. The flow feels poorly managed and counterintuitive, and it unfortunately takes away from the overall visit. I hope management can consider reorganizing or improving traffic control to make the process fairer and more efficient for customers.
