One of my favorite.places we go. Orange chicken and wontons r yummy. The portions are alwaya a good sze always a line out the door which is a good sign. Close to home and the customer service is excellent . I probably eat at panda atleast once a week sometimes twice. I never go anywherw else but panda. Food and portions are good sixe . U can try the food before you buy it.

I have always loved Panda Express. It's quick and it tastes great. This location has very friendly staff who have been trained well with customer service skills. This restaurant is also kept very clean. If you like Chinese food and particularly Panda Express, this location is great.

I visited the Temecula Panda Express location yesterday at 32195 СА-79 С, Temecula, CA 92592, around 9pm and I was helped by Stacy. She was so kind and informative. I hadn’t been to Panda Express before so she took the time explain how the menu works as well as the sides/sauces available. At the end of our visit she walked AROUND the counter and handed me our food. It was very obvious she went out of her way to be not only helpful and but kind. I’m very appreciative as you don’t receive excellent customer like this everyday. She had a great demeanor and was very cheerful. I’ve never received this kind of service at a fast food restaurant. She is a unicorn!

I’ve been coming to this Panda Express for years and this time, something was different. The store was much cleaner and the staff was friendlier. I credit Kat for the change in ambiance. Her leadership was evident as she led the staff to work efficiently on the line and maintaining the cleanliness of the place. It’s uncommon to see this much ownership in one’s work in this industry. I do not know her position, but Panda Express would be wise to promote her to positions of higher responsibility. Hard working people like this are hard to find.

It's a great place and the food is pretty fresh all the time I've gone there. The staff there is very nice and know what to do. Just be careful with going there during dinner. The line goes as fast as a ride into Disneyland not because of the staff but because the customers just sit there and order basically everything off the menu. The line doesn't move for over three minutes

Man...Whoever was the cook tonight needs to be my own personal chef!!! I've been to panda express numerous times, and I have NEVER had my honey walnut shrimp the way the person made it tonight! The perfect amount of crisp! Haha I know it's not no 5 star high end dining place, but I'm giving the credit and props to the fellow that was back there whippin it up! The staff was friendly, nice and laughing. Not going to lie I was pretty impressed.👌

The latest blazing Bourbon chicken is a must try. I used to think nothing comes close to the orange chicken, but the new blazing Bourbon chicken is on par. The spice is perfectly on point, the burst of flavors are delightful and the crunchy coating is perfect. I hope it stays on the menu. We had to edit a while for the chicken to be made, but it was worth the wait. On another note, the customer service was excellent, even on a busy afternoon.

Food came out pretty fast. You can tell it was fresh because the food kept running out and being replaced right away. The girls in the front were super friendly and gave very decent portions. Place was clean as well. Only wish they had eggplant and tofu like other Panda Express locations.

I know someone in Panda Express upper management needs to acknowledge Sabrina at the Temecula Parkway store. Every time I come into the store the lady Sabrina is always cheerful in her greetings to customers, smiling as she works and is the nicest when interacting with customers. Her attitude is infectious and a delight. Please someone promote this lady to supervisor or manager asap.

Delicous Chinese food! We never got disappointed. You could go there and choose what you would like to eat or order on the app and pick it up a few minutes later. Definitely worth trying.

Absolutely amazing food at this location. It’s usually hard to find an easy place to pick up food before work especially being in Temecula. This place makes it easy to quickly pick up some food, the staff is so friendly, there’s always this very sweet girl with cool makeup taking orders and I appreciate her very much. The quality of the food is outstanding too - I’d recommend this location over any other in Temecula/Murrieta.

During "prime time" this place gets reaaaaaaaly busy. The line is long, but they are efficient and move the line along very quickly. The food is ok. It's "fast food" so of course it is not going to be amazing. But for what it is, it's good, and my husband and I make this place a regular choice when we are in Temecula and need a quick bite to eat.

Somehow, it just isn't as good as it used to be. Why is the orange chicken spicy now? They introduce new dishes, I like that, but it seems like the bottom line-their profit, seems to outweigh the quality and taste of the items.

The Panda Express off Temecula Parkway is the best however, at times it can be very busy which requires long wait and your order often gets mixed up. It appears that take out orders and in house orders are prepared at the same time and the staff often looks discombobulated and over whelm which impacts his/her customer service and long wait time

I like that they make a fresh pan of items that get low. They don't give the customer the dregs while it cooks. They politely have you wait for the new supply, but don't stop the serving line. You don't have to feel like everyone is held up for you.

This place is always busy and the food is generally above average for a Panda express. This is most likely due to the heavy traffic flow, the food turnover is pretty quick and therefore fresh. The lower marks are due to the employees. Some are genuine and seem to actually care about the customer and their job but many do not. I can appreciate that their job may be minimum wage, or close to it, and disproportionately stressful. However, there seems to be a disregard for the processes put in place. There seems to always be a long wait for seemingly no good reason. I feel like the "its not my job" attitude has spread throughout the staff. Again, the food is always fresh, and better than what you get from the average Panda Express, just don't be surprised to wait a little longer than you are used to. I would put 3.5 stars but 4 will have to do.

I want to give a shout out to Audrey! She’s a hard worker and always super friendly we come to this location. She noticed our portions were way less and immediately corrected it. She then got right to cutting my teriyaki chicken. She’s a great worker and I hope she gets recognized by management!

Finally got to try the Beyond Meat Orange Entree and was pleased. The taste was great but it could use more sauce it was a little dry. But I ask myself why wouldn’t you put vegetables in an entrée made for vegetarian’s? Some onion or bell pepper or even cabbage would be a nice addition. I guess I just should be happy that they finally have some thing for plant-based eaters.

I have gone back to Panda Express since my last review. I am changing and giving the place a 4 🌟 review from the 1 🌟. They had made great improvements. The place is more organized and the employees considerate. 09.10.2021 worse take out order - ordered lunch at 11 am just when they opened, not ready until past noon(see pictures of line and sun exposure) 4 Panda bowls plus a side and an entree. 4 Panda bowls for $20 did not show, was told they could not helpmake adjustment for advertised promo. Got home with almost a heat stroke waiting for the food and it was terrible. Kids did not want to eat it, bitter taste. So disgusted... I have no problem paying for food full price $42.74 but, I expect it to be edible.

Panda ain't bad but lately they have been slow and forgetting stuff. I ordered online and it took 25 mins after I arrived to get my order. I may as well order in the store. What makes it worse is that they were fully staffed qnd it was 8pm.

Today I ordered the family meal online. On the receipt I marked all the sauces and plates and utensils. When I came home there was no sauces or plates or utensils. I also remember the fortune cookies there was none. Very disappointed.

The line can get pretty long at this location and people are bad at practicing social distancing and the occupancy limit. I wish an employee would enforce the posted signs limitations and requirements to enter. Other than that, the food is the same as you would get at any other Panda Express.

The girls in here have been generally rude and disrespectful. They also gave me double chicken and charged me for a fourth entree when I asked for egg rolls, I did not want double chicken. Panda express is generally great but theres an attitude issue at this location.

Standard staples like orange chicken taste great but somehow I feel portion amounts have gone down considerably over the past few months. The cashier also doesn't ask if patrons would like sweet and sour sauce or hot sauce. Vegetarian options are very limited. Why ? It's cheaper for you, Panda!

Ordered the food online for pickup. They forgot some of the order. I always check off to add sauces . They always forget! It's not Teriyaki chicken if you don't have the sauce. Recommend adding the sauce regardless if I checked it off or not. Who has time to be going back to the restaurant when something was left out ? Called the store and that's what they suggested. Do better.

The choices are great and yummy. However, when getting our order an employee stepped in between my sons plate and mine. (Asking us to pay for his finished plate and mine not made yet) The employee that stepped in was making 6 online ordered plates!! That is rude, I took the time to come in and I am here in front of you now (not on a computer) the computer orders can WAIT!! The customer service is lacking and cost them a 5 star rating!! The people who take the time to be present literally in front of you SHOULD BE SERVED FIRST!!

Decent food I guess, it's Panda Express... However, be sure to check your order before you leave if you order online for pickup. The last few times we've ordered we've only received a portion of the order. It's a huge pain to have to drive back to get the rest of your order. They will replace the missing items without a beat (or apology and you will wait in line.) If you're ordering from a delivery service be ready to call about missing items that will only get you a refund, not your dinner. It's not the best Chinese food by any means and definitely not authentic, but if you get it you already know what you want and what to expect. I'm not a fan but my son and husband are... (They'll eat anything)..

The food it isn't as good as authentic Chinese food. I brought my food to my break room at work and after I was finished eating the whole room smelled that teriyaki chicken (not in a good way). As for the service, I stood in line for 15 min only to be put on hold while the cashier filled online orders. Felt like online orders took priority over physical customers.

I never have a problem coming to this location everybody’s always friendly and atmosphere is good. Today I went by and I asked for a plate with teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. I came home and I opened up my plate only to find out I received five pieces of orange chicken. I don’t understand why I only got five pieces of orange chicken. Are they counting chicken as it goes in?

Apparently the entree is just 1 pound of noodles and the side is 2 ounces of whatever you actually ordered. So between TWO ENTREES. I have 4 ounces of meat, and a pound of noodles. So really i just paid twelve dollars for... chunky ramen noodles. So. Yeah. Might as well go to mcdonalds.

We just got the family deal and the boxes are not even full. I thought Panda prides itself in providing the extra full boxes, I guess it doesn't apply to this location. I usually have no complaints but if I'm paying for it I expect better.

Reviewed on 2018-10-17 The overall rating is 3.5. I stopped by for a quick bite at Panda Express yesterday to get my hands on my favorite meal; the Angus Shanghai steak. Panda Express is very convenient and you can almost find the panda around the corner anywhere in the U.S. Contrary to the notorious belief, this American Chinese food franchise is as close as you can experience an authentic Chinese cuisine, only, cutting half of the wait time and ready to eat in a flash; of course, merely my humble opinion. While the meal was less oily, the rice was undercooked and a few onion peel layers were in the mix, making the food hard to chew. Nonetheless, the meat was tender and the flavored savory sesame sweet soy sauce coupled with some crunchy onions and crusty green beans surely made it a satisfying meal. The place is kept clean and the staff is friendly. My rating for this particular panda is above standard and will come back again in the near future.

Ordered food on line and paid nearly $45 for 4 entrees to have to wait over 35 minutes in the heat. (Past the scheduled time) Get home and the boxes half full and some of the food you can tell it wasn’t fresh. I believe this location is taking advantage of the current situation we’re in. This occurred awhile back haven’t been there since.

So first off I'm none too happy about panda discontinueing their Panda Express brand China Mist tea. I'm not sure why they did but I always looked forward to eating at The Panda Express because I can't have soda at all. I used to be able to go to Panda and have their delicious Tea and I felt included. Now I can have water. Yay, Water, the only drink I drink every single day in and day out for the last 10 years of my life. Thankyou Panda for making me feel left out just like almost every other fast food place. I always loved their tea because it was fresh and I could tell the nozzle was cleaned every night because it never tasted like mold. Other restraunts have tea but it always tastes like mold. When you can't drink soda, juice, icees, slushies or milk like everyone else it's nice to have tea as an option. I'm really just sad. So I wont be as excited when I go to Panda from now on. 😢😭

Online/app order several hours ahead of time. Instead of the rice I ordered, they put chow mein, which thanks to my allergies made it so I couldn't eat my lunch. Was so disappointed & hungry.

The portions served here, are reduced if you compare with others panda’s. These is the 3rd time that are food plate is reduced again. We go sometimes to this place because the location with the mall center. But still don’t understand why the to this to the customers. Also, can’t add a photo but one plate portion for the broccoli beef, have 5 pieces of broccoli and 3 pieces of beef. Unbelievable!!!

Long line that took even longer to get through. If I hadn't been craving Panda Express for awhile, I would have walked out and gone some place else. Three people working the counter and still a lag...I was missing the sauce for my chicken too even after they checked the bag several times.

The employees need to improve their team work. The female employee that is working the first point of contact, is wasting way too much time chatting with customers, pushing the sampling and explaining the menu options, when the customer isn’t requesting either one of these. This is resulting in the slowest & extended waiting in line we’ve ever experienced at this location. Several people elected to go elsewhere. I can’t blame them. Meanwhile, the second stage sever is WAITING with nothing to do, as well as the cashier is WAITING. We have NEVER had to wait this long, even for a Friday night. Let’s call this “Friday night FAILURE”.

Came in at 11am (1hr after opening) they only had the noodles, rice, beef & broccoli orange chicken and kung pao chicken ready. The fried items all had a nasty residue like the fryers aren’t cleaned. The ice machine does NOT work and the noodles were pretty stale like they were from the night before and left out.

Online order is slow even when they are not busy. Pick is for 10 minutes. I arrived in about four minutes. There were no customers and order was not started. A line formed, my time for pickup passed, and the people in line got their food before I did. My previous online order was a teriyaki chicken bowl and they forgot the teriyaki sauce. Get it together Panda Express.

False advertising, averaging low prices online when you get into the store the prices are different. So when you see 20.00 family meal. It really 29.95. That don't include all items. So my 20.00 family meal was 35.00. I usually just will not post if iam this disappointed. But just a heads up.

Bring the Asians back to serve. It's best for your restaurant. Others don't care. Chow mien missing ingredients and the forgot the third item. Food prep is poor and they won't answer their phone. Don't pay the 1.50 extra for the sizzling shrimp. The quality has dropped overall. Used to be a staple.

Ok. Service ok... most of the time the employees are short, stiff, not very friendly and they always jip on the premium sides. I go for my kids every once in while- never any improvement over the last 8 years. (This location) but its closest too me, and my kids really love the honey walnut shrimp (I've been trying to make identical recipes so I don't have to go to this store, but my kids complain its not the same. So about once a month I give them my business. Hate to everytime, but makes the kids happy. If it weren't for my kids this location would have lost a customer 8 years ago.

Good for mediocre Chinese food👍 Ordered Beef Broccoli and there was no Beef, did you guys even look when you were at scooping it out 🤷 this place is usually pretty good so. And is it me or are the trays smaller, these portions seem half the size. Small location can get crowded at times so you might have to take it to go.

Not the fault of the staff, but soda machine was down leaking all over the floor. The doors were locked with no explanation other than "The soda machine was down" leaving the customer to walk back and forth to each door before walking away. The store was only open for online orders which took an excessive amount of time to fulfill and seemingly no hurry to fulfill them.

He was great but who ever tells him what to make is not in tune with the staff I proceeded to speak to staff and mention I have been waiting Iverson 15 minutes for beef broccoli and roxie states she will give me store credit she helped but they need more organization

Not the best, I came here with the fam to grab a quick bite Bathrooms were not adequately equipped with paper No napkins stocked by the beverage section Portions - smaller than other Panda’s we’ve been to Customer service, felt rushed I asked to try the Angus to see if I would vibe with, server just put in the plate to get through us Deal - buy a plate w/ 2 entree and a drink for 11.50$ I get it, it’s a fast food joint but even so, I’ve had better experiences

2 of the workers here today were amazing working there but one worker named Alexis was rude very rude and completely disrespectful towards a customer doing door dash service. She seemed very short tempered and agitated and she was taking it out on customers.

Management, if you are going to offer online orders then have a person to handle those orders. If the main cashier is going to keep orders behind the counter, then when an online customer walks in they should be given priority. Do better or stop offering the online orders.

This by far the worst run fast food franchise. Always understaffed and with the worst attitude even when slow. The management is of no help, they rather escalate an issue with a customer than resolve it. The location of this place is great, unfortunately they are never prepared for the busy location. This is my last time coming here. Do yourself a favor and go to Dragon Express.

Messed up my order and refused to let me come back another day for a resolution. Went to 4 places and already 9pm not going to drive all the way back to return the food to prove it. I even said I'd take a picture of the order with the receipt but the lady didn't give a crap. The customer service here is garbage even though they messed up the order. Don't go here, go to another place.

Horrrible. Go to panda express on winchester instead. We ordered 3 double servings of orange chicken at this location. The chicken was dry, tasted like frying oil, had tons of red chilli, and barely had any orange sauce at all. My kids barely touched the chicken (which is usually their favorite part). When I asked if they had any orange sauce on the side to counter act the dry fire of my untouched double serving, they gave me a fresh single serving container to go instead...... so basically my meal got downsized. The couple sitting next to us complained as well. It must had been a bad night or a new cook, either way this could had been handled better. I love the panda express chain, but avoid this location if possible.

What exactly is the point of online ordering and prepaying when it's never ready at the time promised? This is the second time now that I came to pick up only to see an empty box sitting on the side on the counter. Had to wait around for them to help a few customers first before coming around to making my order, after the time it said it would be ready. Oh not even an apology either.

The fried rice was hard, not stirred very well. .... Must have been sitting for hours. The chicken had a lot of fat, ...not happy! Had to throw most of it away. Too pricey for this dish also.

The employees are slow and show no interest in making the meal nice for you. Our order was only half filled and messy. They put the chow mein they dropped on the table back into our bowl. Usually panda is vary good but today was horrible.

My last visit to the Panda Express in Temecula was Sunday evening. I waited over 10 minutes in line as the employee helping the customer before me had ordered a few items. There were about 6 other employees behind the counter that just did their other work while the line was piling up behind me. I wanted to try the new sesame honey chicken but that chicken dish looked like the chicken had been sitting there for a while. One employee said to me that the other employee will “be right with me”. Seriously? I was finally able to order. When the next employee started putting a lid on my food, she noticed how little orange chicken the first employee put in the bowl so she added more. Tables and floors were filthy, we were in there for a while because we were waiting for our daughter to meet us after we ate. An employee wearing glasses eventually started wiping down tables and moving barstools and chairs. She drug every single chair as she moved them making this wretched noise. Even the table next to us was mentioning how awful it sounded. She kept moving chairs and would not pick one chair up to move it.All plastic forks and no plastic knives to cut my broccoli with.This establishment is so ghetto, I won’t be back to this one.

When the item is almost out. You think you would make more food. But nope let's leave it damn near empty with two hours till closing. Place is a joke.

I have went to panda express 10 times or so and I feel like everytime I go there it gets worse. They have really good food if you show up when they put it out on the bar fresh. Bit chances are that won't happen and you will get really old tasting food. The worst part about it is they don't care. I told them that all of my food tasted super old and they looked at me like deal with it. I never write bad reviews but save your money and go to pickup sticks where it takes five to ten minutes to cook your food on the spot. So it is really good and pretty fast to.

Ordered catering for 80th bday party for delivery. Paid day before. They called day of party when they were supposed to have food here and asked did we want to pick up. At that time we have a group at our home so said no please deliver - they said ok but can we come half hour later - we said sure. They never came and never called and would not answer their phone finally got through they said oh we can make it right now. This was at 430. Two hours after they were supposed to be here. So no food for guest. Then they argued about a refund. Most unprofessional business transaction. Simple hey we cannot deliver do u still want the order would have been ok. Passed the phone around. We talked to every employee there. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this location for catering and will not spend money at this establishment again nor will our guest

Terrible experience at this location. I literally just gave a five star review for a Panda Express in Orange County and this is the complete opposite. Drink machines don’t work, we never got our teriyaki chicken, rude staff, terrible environment, etc…. Whatever happened here needs to be fixed, and quick. This is a stain on Temecula.

I went in to get chicken teriyaki and honey walnut shrimp in lg. Containers. The two came to 31.65 I had to wait 10 mins to get them both cooked and then i realized, i could have got 3 lg. Sides plus lg rice and noodles for 35.00. How come the didnt tell me that ( hey sir you can get one more large side plus rice and noodles for 3.35 cents more,)

Just went in and non of them have gloves on. I just saw a guy grab a whole hand of broccoli with his bare hands without gloves. Y’all nasty. If anyone eats here make sure to check for boogers and Caca in your food.

I told the server "Lisa," exact words. "Just to let you know, you guys should not be cleaning the inside of the glass when there are still food out." She told me "why"? I told her that is not food safe and stuff will fall into the food. She told me, "I've been working here for 2 years, everything will stick to the rag, nothing will fall in the food." I can't believe someone would argue with that. I think management should give them training on food regulations. Can't believe they were still cleaning the inside of the glass while I was still there telling them not to do it. Won't be back.

I stopped on my way home from work and ordered two bowls. One was the Beijing beef and when I got home I found out that I paid $6.49 for 5 small pieces and I mean small pieces of steak and a bowl of rice. So .25 cents of rice and at best .50 cents of steak. Can honestly say will never go back and will tell everyone I know what a terrible place this is. Unfortunately they don't let you put minus stars or I would give them a minus 5 stars.

The girl behind the cashier ignored me as I was standing there and proceeded to help a man and and his son who were standing away from me so it was clear we were not together and I asked her if I was invisible and she raised her voice and wanted to argue so I asked her if she could just ring me up and she said no and walked away from me. The manager was nearby and he immediately came and apologized on her behalf for her unprofessional attitude and rudeness and I am extremely thankful to the manager for treating me with the respect I deserve. 8/13/2021 at 5:25 p.m.

This is consistently the worse Panda Express ever! I love Panda so they must work really hard to make the food here taste terrible….and the employees are consistently a mess. Incorrect order, rude staff, and never much food even a couple hours prior to closing.

Ordered food through app and chose the food to be ready by 730pm after ordering the food around 650pm... food was still not ready when we arrived. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to put the order together even though it was not busy. Rice and chow meinwere in abundance, but the other sides were minuscule. I have noticed that the sides are getting smaller and smaller... the vegetables don’t taste right. Anyways, on this order, they bagged the individual trays together and taped the bags shut.... so needless to say, when we arrived home, we discovered that one of the sides were missing... we had to drive back to Panda, thus delaying our meal even more and with an apology we got a tiny box (not packed full, maybe 2”x2”, seems smaller) for our side... hardly worth the trip. Thanks for wasting our time and not providing a satisfying fast food meal through your own app and then reward us with a tiny box and apology for our extra effort at full price.

Very disappointed! I ordered a bowl and the server was a Hispanic woman, she didn't even give me a full scoop and when I asked to add a little more she has the audacity to tell me she has to charge extra. At that point I just walked out! The servers need to be trained on what a full scoop actually is. I absolutely refuse to pay $10 for a box of rice! I'll just take my business someplace else! Beware! They are stingy at this location!

My dad went In asking if they could give him another order of a side dish because the first time around they didn't bother to cook more of it and gave him scraps that were at the bottom of the bowl that had barely any meat. He went in and kindly asked if they could give him another one. There were two managers there that began to laugh at him with one another. They did what he asked but because they laughed at him he was too afraid to ask to put more meat. He got two orders of beef and broccoli and both were just broccoli. If you can't work in the food service industry don't do it. My dad is such a kind and warm person and to hear this establishment has two bullies for managers is going to hurt the business here. He also has a bit of an accent. You put two and two together.

There are still 15 minutes to close, and their store has no food to serve customers, except for only a orange chicken and white rice. It is terrible.

Nothing expressed about this location. Waited in line for over 30 minutes. Ultimately, to never be served. Because the staff behind the counter, maybe numerous, but they work incredibly slow, ate somewhere else.

When you order food and pay over $80 you expect to get what you paid for, instead I got beef and broccoli which had exactly 2 small pieces of beef all broccoli, I ordered a 3 plate with Orange chicken, shrimp and the black Angus steak no orange chicken & 4 shrimp I ordered another bowl no Orange chicken and to top it off. They don't answer their phone! It was a reminder way I stopped going there!

They are rude to and ignore drivers or anyone picking up a to go order. They will not usually make it until you’re there. And they prioritize people standing in line. I could have gotten many of my orders faster if i just got in line and ordered everything the customer wanted. Its so frustrating watching them keep asking for the next customer to help, while i watch them ignore my ticket sitting in front of them on the counter. They seem to have a policy where they will not make a to go order if there is a line. They will even take the finished order to the rack without looking or calling out the order to see if someone is waiting for it. And of course they don’t ask you which order you are waiting for if you’re standing there with a delivery bag at the counter. They seem to all assume that someone else is helping you , even though there are orders sitting on the rack and if they looked they could see a driver with a delivery bag on standing there. Hmm? Could they be waiting for an order? Is one of those bags on the rack for the driver?

This place has gone down hill these last few months! I try not to crave panda anymore because of this.. it’s sad ordering from here now! They barely give you enough fried rice and Chowmein to finish your entree items with. It’s so disappointing. Let alone both fried rice and Chowmein are dry as all hell. Way to make changes in the worse way possible

You have to know how to order, the first time we ordered the bowl, it was super small. The second time for an extra dollar fifty, we get a full meal. The third time you go there, you realize they lacked consistency and you get cheated with the portion again even though you're paying extra. I hate this kind of behavior and I say that's my last time going.

The place is clean however they need to work on their customer service skills. Tonight I waited 5 minutes to pay for my plates. Madison and her coworkers were chatting ignoring me. My plates were there but their conversation was super interesting, I imagine, that they could not stop. In addition to this, Madison has very long nails which is not very acceptable in the food industry.

wow... talk about anti social... social DISTANCING not social ELIMINATION... prior to the pandemic they had outside patio seating and it was great... then they moved the tables farther apart and it was okay.. Covid changed things, this we all know. But for a business that is in Customer Service industry to completely remove ALL seating is just a managment paranoia pandemic... I can't reccomend even dropping in for lunch.. so much anti social energy in this restaurant now....
