So this was my first time dining at an Olive Garden. Holy effing f***! This place was insane. Totally slammed with a line out the door. Our server, Milli(if I butcher spelling I'm sorry but I'm blind) was absolutely wonderful, and took exceptional care of us, well beyond our expectations. The same can be said of our bartenders, Bryan/t(sorry still blind) And Terra. All three were very knowledgeable and helped us make one delicious selection after another. We enjoyed the Cadillac margaritas(upgrade to patron) and the strawberry lemoncello(pictured) The food was delicious. The bottomless bread sticks/soup/salad was awesome. The chicken gnocchi soup comes highly recommended. My lady had the five cheese ziti and I had the steak alfredo. We would totally recommend eating here if you've never been, or even if you have already, come back! Mhmmmmmm so good!
Isabel was a great server. Food on point. Great atmosphere
Hadn’t been here in probably 5 years. Came with my wife and another couple on a double date. We waited at least 15 mins after being seated for someone to take our drink order. The food was really good and we even loved how for $6 each they had these take home meals which were prepared and even cold ready to take to work the next day.
Great food, mostly all main dishes come with all you can eat soup or salad and bread sticks. Great, friendly service.
Jacob is the best waiter this place has ever had. Great sauces and great soups.
I went here starving and left full of joy and amazing food. The salad surprised me I don't know what kind of olive oil dressing that was but I ate that whole bowl. The appetizer was fresh and came with 2 choices of sauce. I love pasta so maybe I'm bias but I thought it was killer and bless that waitress that put up with us needing ALL the cheese. It's very lively, loud and family friendly. Oh and those bread sticks are still one of the best parts about eating there.
Loved this place. Clean Great service. Food was delicious! Great spot
We didn’t have to wait to be seated. Our waiter David took our order and didn’t have to wait long after our soup and salad came out for our dinner. Thank you David for your wonderful service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and great service.
The Olive Garden restaurant across from the Tyler Mall in Riverside: We enjoy good food, a pleasant atmosphere, and economical pricing. Service is almost always efficient and responsive to our needs and requests. Can't help but love dining there!
Sara was Very nice and she gave me amazing service I would love to have her as my waiter again
Unfortunately they discontinued the Manicotti, which was my favorite! But! Even the house salad w breadsticks makes a wonderful meal
I just dined in my family and we had such a great experience. Kudos to the manager for such an awesome team. Our server was Karla and she did such an amazing job taking care of us. Even though it was a busy night she kept checking in on us with such a positive attitude. It was very noticeable how all the employees were going above and beyond very polite. Such a great atmosphere. Thank you for such an enjoyable time!
Robert our server had excellent customer service skill and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Hope more servers take note on how awesome a server can make a dinner. Fast service with a smile!
I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Madison D at Olive Garden, and I cannot say enough great things about her! From the moment we were seated, Madison greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel so welcomed. Her attentiveness throughout our meal was exceptional she made sure our drinks were always filled, checked on us regularly without being intrusive, and accommodated all of our special requests with such kindness and professionalism. Madison’s knowledge of the menu was impressive; she provided great recommendations, including a delicious pairing suggestion that we wouldn’t have thought of on our own. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic dining experience. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her guests. If you’re lucky enough to have Madison as your server, you’re in for a treat! She’s a shining example of excellent customer service, and Olive Garden is fortunate to have her on their team. Thank you, Madison, for making our evening so enjoyable, we’ll definitely be back!
My friend and I went for my birthday. The waiter was so friendly and very terrific always checking up and making sure that we were great. Great service. I will come back definitely.my birthday was on the 1st of February. We only waited for 15 minutes. Love this restaurant, this is my first time at your restaurant. Fifteen stars 😀😀😀😀😀
Before I choose olive garden I choose Logan. Here's why. I was procrastinating on were to eat. Then like if the angels came down from heaven. They whispered in my ear. And said "Olive garden". So I listened. When I went in. A beautiful smell hit my nose. I thought it was for ambiance. Little to my knowledge. It was Logan's. Emanating light that's shined upon me. It was a privilege not just his arua but his smile was like an angels. He spoke in a loving and heartfelt tone. His hair flowed like the angel pasta that I so scumdiddly umptsions ate. I ate three bowls thinking I wasn't able to eat anymore. And then his hopeful and encouraging tone he said "one more! You can do this" and it's like if he knew. I was competitive man. So I ordered another bowl. And I finished it. I had pushed myself and happily ate that 4th bowl. Without Logan. I wouldve never known I could do and achieve so much. I went out of the restaurant. Heartbroken because I had to leave and not being able to see Logan's winning smile again. But I went out in New hopes in myself. Knowing I can do and reach higher goals. Thank you Logan. And God bless you and may you be blessed with all the riches In the world. It shouldn't be called olive garden. It should be Logan's garden
Robert'sa Kick ass bartender, food good too. Portions are a good size. Shrimp Frito Misto appetizer a must have delicious 😋
It's a great spot. Busy on weekends of course. But the service is fantastic and the food is always great.
Had an amazing experience here and the food was amazing, nothing but great customer service from my sever Elia and the hostess Laylane was very welcoming and accommodating.
HAVENT BEEN AT OLIVE GARDEN IN A WHILE AND TODAY WAS AWESOME.. OUR WAITRESS DANNY (DANIEL) WAS AWESOME.. HE TREAT US SUPER GOOD EXPLAIN THE MENU REALLY GOOD ALWAYS WITH A SMILE. VERY POLITE AND ATTENTIVE. BEST WAITRESS..... WE NEED MORE PERSONS LIKE HIM... FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD. THANK YOU DANIEL FOR MAKING OUR DAY ........
We had a wonderful server/waitress ,her name is Kayla and she gave us the best service ever! On 2/15/26 Thank you Kayla for making my bday dinner the best
Came here yesterday, 03/30/2021 for dine in with my future in laws. It was great! It was worth the wait! I had the Tour of Italy dish. Delicious! Was full at the end! 😂 The salad was great to have before the main entree! Will come again! Thank you to the waitress who served us! Great customer service!
Alexis did an outstanding job and took great care of us - even though we were there during the lunch rush it did not impact the excellent service. The manager also did a great job and came and asked how everything was going. 🫶
Trinity was FANTASTIC!!!!!! Will be back again, I felt incredibly welcomed and i loved the service. The food was incredible and staff was amazing. Love it here
Loved the food and the server breadsticks was on POINT....but truthfully my only complaint is the silverware its dirty like me and my fam had to wipe our forks off really good and pray that it was ok but 5 stars nonetheless lovely!! Thank You Melissa you were wonderful made my mum 50th birthday very enjoyable!!
I loved our server Trinity , she was amazing and very helpful. The food was great I got the chicken parm ! Overall great experience
I’m here for all their pastas! Best location in riverside county. I love coming here for happy hour and of course the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. Restrooms are clean!
You need some type of separation between guests so louder groups don't make it impossible for other groups can hear their own conversations. We missed entire discussions due to that situations and Noone wanted to impose on wait staff do they lost opportunities to fully enjoy the great food esp the gnocci.
We came here for a weekday lunch special! You get to pick your entre plus endless soup, salad, and breadstick! As you may know, special meaning smaller portions compare to regular prices. After two soups and appetizers, we were kind of full, and some of us packed to go for dinner later.
Our server was Donna she’s such a sweetheart my husband and I were in a rush to get food since we had a movie to catch in two hours the place was packed she brought our food out super quickly waited about 10-15 minutes after we told her our plans and before we left she brought us to go drinks for our movie she was very cheerful the entire time even after being double seated
The best place ever, not sure why the hostess is getting negative reviews I had a very great service here and the food was cooked well! No need to lie people. This is the BEST olive garden I’ve ever been to. Great job to the management team.
Came here last monday morning, and was welcomed by the two hosts at the front, Margarita and Leilani. The service was amazing, but the welcoming and amazing customer service from these two was top tier!! Would definitely come here again!!
I went out with the family three weeks ago and we had fun and trinity’s service was incredibly welcoming and she was so delightful to be around. wished i’d be able to remember the server but she was outstanding
I came to this Olive Garden the other day and trinity was the hostess. She had a beautiful smile and amazing conversation skills! Definitely would love it if I ran into her again at this location. :)
Food was good and prepared in a timely manner. Waitress provided a good service, and it had a good family environment. For the females restrooms, it might need a better air ventilation and some air fresheners.
Got the tour of Italy and a new item on the menu. (Can’t remember but it had steak and shrimp) Everything was great as usual. We did the takeout delivery to your car. It was fast and ahead of schedule while the restaurant was extremely packed.
We really enjoyed our family lunch. We are very vegetarian and the food was really good. Our server Lupita was kind, friendly and very sweet. She really helped us with our dietary challenges. We will always ask for Lupita in the future!
We had a great experience with the catering department! Lizette is knowledgeable and thorough. We ordered for 50 people and it was delicious, all of it!! I liked how they packaged and delivered all of it!! Just wonderful all around. Thank you Olive Garden 💞💕💞💕
Great food, great service even though the place was at its busiest hour. We were tended to by one waitress, that did a great job. Kept the bread sticks coming and did not stop by every 2 minutes to see how were doing, which I do not like being bugged when my fork is full of goodies and being stuffed in my mouth.
Ysabel and Ana are some of the most wonderful people I’ve encountered while dining out. I’m 7 months pregnant and they were so sweet to me and my husband. I STRONGLY recommend coming to this location if you’re looking for a family friendly and extremely professional staff. They made my night and this is honestly my favorite restaurant at this point. Thank you both for making our dining experience one to remember!
The dining area was clean but it was a busy night so kind of loud. The staff was great. They were friendly and professional and checked on us often. I had the unlimited soup and salad. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. The dressing was very good (we had ranch and 1000 island). The bread sticks were the bomb! I had the minestrone soup which was really good. Due to some medical issues I was having trouble eating the beans and noodles (oh the many kids of cancer). The staff had the cooks strain it for me and brought just the broth. That was really nice of them. My wife had the chicken and shrimp carbonara which she really liked. We had several people on our party and we all enjoyed our meals. Really my only complaint was the restroom. It was not very clean, and not enough stalls and urinals for a restaurant that size. Give it a try. Ill be back for more soup!
Food was excellent. Service was good buuut the atmosphere was awful! The music was blaring, it was very hot in the dining room. We were sweating. Also there was screaming kids and crying babies that drove us up the wall. Big bummer because we couldn't wait to get out of there.
Food is great. Never cold. Quick service and great attitudes. Just a nice place for some good pasta.
Had dinner with the kids, 45 minute wait. Very busy place, good service but servers seemed preoccupied had to keep asking for more bread sticks and refills and soup. The super Toscana didn’t have any sausage. I had to ask the waitress if they no longer put sausage to which she stated they do and on the second bowl of soup they had two pieces of sausage. Over all good experience but not worth the wait.
The food was pretty good. We ordered the shrimp scampi, chicken Parmesan, a kid’s pizza, 1 strawberry daiquiri, 1 Italian rum punch and a kids peach smoothie. The shrimp in the shrimp scampi was okay in flavor but the scampi (sauce) was very tasty. I dipped my breadsticks in it and it was better than the shrimp. The sauce didn’t absorb too well into the noodles but the noodles were of decent flavor. 🍤 The chicken Parmesan was quite tasty, it was full of sauce and significantly wetter than normal but it was the best Parmesan 🐓 I have ever had there. The sauce permeated all of the meat and oh wow was it delicious. The kids pizza 🍕 was good for what it was but the kids peach smoothie was supremely just the right amount of sweet. I didn’t. It know peach 🍑 smoothies could taste so amazing. The strawberry daiquiri was super great as well as the Italian rum punch. The daiquiri was blended and that really added to the flavor. Next time I will order the rum punch because the strength took my taste buds my surprise. As for soup, we had the pasta fijole and chicken gnocchi, both tasty tasty tasty tasty soups. The kiosk at the table I was using had issues working when checking out and the breadsticks tasted much different than usual but it was a swell adventure overall.
I went to try the steak gorgonzola plate that was retired a while ago. This new version was a disappointing experience. The main ingredient was the gorgonzola (meaning too much of it), I could not even taste the balsamic sauce, and the sun dried tomato was horrible. The steak was cut in small pieces, so you don't even get the 6 oz they state on the menu. Although the Toscana soup was good as usual. The server was the start of the show, very nice and extremely efficient. It had all tables very well attended.
A lot of good things, The pasta and sauce quality is very good and chicken well breaded. Soup was made well with good amount of ingredients. Salad has a good balance and with all of these you are allowed as much parmesean as you like (within reason). There is even an annual all you can eat pasta option, and a year round soup and salad option. The only things that hurt me is the normal resturant stuff. The pasta deal that was previously 13.99 previous years was 15.99 this year, and drinks were priced at the restaurant high price of 3 or 4.99 (I forgot what it was). These prices lead to a normal meal price of 20-22 dollars. Which if you include the fact you get a soup, unlimited pasta (good portion size), breaks sticks, salad, and drinks isn't bad at all. The trick is that between the breads ticks, salad, ect. You end up eating one round of pasta (especially if you get the protein for the pasta which is 5-6 dollars extra) and feeling like a normal meal order would have been the exact same. This makes it feel less like a "deal" and more like a regular meal. Honestly if you want to get the pasta deal at olive gardens nowadays, just get pasta. If you get the soup, salad, and breadsticks it ends up feeling less like a special deal when you only eat one plate of pasta.
Great restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. I’d definitely recommend coming here for a Thursday night dinner. It got fashionably busy, which is a good sign for business. This Olive Garden location seems to maintain high standards consistently. Shout out my waitress Brooklyn , thank you !
Overall experience ok..food was ok, server was ok..they have a safety hazard of not allowing the strollers parked next to your table..and not even the high chair next to your booth..so they have two options either get the stroller taken back to your car or taken behind the restaurant where they have it parked for you..while walking out we saw some strollers parked next to their table..not sure where the policy went..
Olive Garden is one of my favorites. The chicken gnocchi soup when made right is oh so tasty. This location is like all other Olive Gardens, friendly staff and long wait times but everything here is worth waiting for. I ordered late and it was to-go the doors were already closed and they didnt have a direct line for someone to call when you arrived for your order. It was very quick and not like the usual 'is there anything else you like to order' or review of items which was odd since all Olive Gardens. They were nice and polite about getting missed items.
They got rid of most of their non pasta dishes. They only have 2 or 3. I don't mind pasta, but I'm sure Italy has more than just pasta. For two people we spent around 50 dollars. The all you can eat soup and salad hits every time. Just wish the bread sticks were not stale. They were warm but kinda hard. This is usually why I don't pick this place. Expensive food okay quality and not many options.
Our server was terrible. The managers stepped in to help us. One of our party waited 30 min to get a soda. I went to the bar twice to get my own beer and his soda. Again managing was great with us but server was horrible. Not going back.
I rarely go to Olive Garden but that’s where the birthday boy decided he wanted to eat now don’t get me wrong the staff was nice and friendly but the only problem I had was the food the presentation was good but unfortunately the taste wasn’t !!! Everything I ate had no flavor the salad barely had dressing and my carbonara pasta had no taste no salt. This place was not my choice I prefer a more authentic Italian restaurant.
We decided to give this location another try, and unfortunately, the experience was worse. Our waiter knocked our glasses off the table by removing the kiosk without notice. The soup was room temp and then trying another type had too much oil as the waiter said he himself poured the rest of it into my bowl. Drinks didn't get refilled or informed the drink of choice ran out to then be able to pick a new one. The appetizer did come out delicious and would order again. I will say the manager did try to help make it a more enjoyable experience and the dessert she provided our table was delicious.
One of the worst experiences ive had at a restraunt was here. simply put, half of the menu wasnt available, the server didnt know what was going on.. she came back 3 times to ask what i ordered and STILL got the order wrong.. literally noodles, sauce, meat and it was 1/3rd not there and 100 percent not what i wanted. Garbagio all around!
It was so loud in there and it took a hour to get our food when it finally came, it was dry burnt pasta. This is our first time here and last time
Staff didn't communicate with each other, was excedly slow service. Utterly disgusting restroom
Not bad for regular spaghetti place not bad at all although it's far from gourmet but it's good it'll do and the service is beyond fantastic
Overall, I love Olive Garden restaurants, food, service, and atmosphere, but today my lunch chicken dish was clearly spoiled meat, I had to spit it out. They didn't charge me for it. I finished the veggies and salad, and my partner's lunch meat was fine. The restrooms needed minor cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and toilet seat covers, which I reported to the front desk. This was a popular location, but sadly, we won't be going there again.
This was the plate that came out. Crusty red sauce and crusty pasta. Idk why I keep giving OG a chance. Ordered the never ending pasta and meat. First off they're 15.99 not 13.99 like advertised online, then you can't get grilled chicken just the fried chicken which was too salty next I ordered sausage only to be told they're out so she brought 1 meatball on a plate of sauce. The alfredo is worse and worse every visit as well. 🙄 Our waitress did her best to help us. I think she had too many tables plus it didn't help the AC wasn't working at its best. One server did make our whole table laugh. Michelle! The waitress at the next table who I asked for a box as she heard me since she side eyed me and kept it moving. 😂 My kids got a kick out of that. Rude and unprofessional as it might be comical none the less. For sure last visit. Every time I take my family I feel like and idiot for spending my $$ there. The manager was the sweetest most professional person.
Got my steak wasn’t how I like it and this was the 2nd time it happend this week . Manager didn’t care as I heard him over talking saying they checked the temp it’s right . Definitely not very professional as a manager !! Other than that lalo was amazing and very professional!
HOW IS IT 9PM, not a lot people inside, fully staffed & STILL RECEIVE SLOW SERVICE. Staff needs better management or structure. - unprofessional ; staff pointed & stared at us while the staff member stood next to the manager. It’s cold outside I took my bf sweater & walked inside. - not welcoming; manager went to every table to check in but sadly passed our table twice WHILE we were missing items from our table. - not organized; currently they have “ buy one take one” special staff forgot to add our to go meals, so the wait was even later. Still 40 mins until closing.
I appreciate restaurants trying to stay alive during this pandemic but please get your act together if you are doing curbside. Drove into the parking lot at 6:15. There were restaurant tray holders placed at every other parking space. I figured someone would come out to take my order. Not the case. Waited almost 10 minutes and was ignored by everyone. Then I notice a car drive up to the door and get help. I called the restaurant and they said I needed to order online. The cell phone coverage was spotty and couldn't get the menu to load. Called back and asked to order on the phone. At 7:12, I was driving out with food. You need a better system. You need signage to tell people what to do. If you aren't going to each car to take orders, PUT A SIGN UP. You gotta do better. Almost 1 hour to get food is unacceptable.
Not sure if this location is going out of business, but come on, Olive Garden get it together. The customer service is lacking, and the food is coming out raw. It’s on another level.
The food is not the same anymore since 6 or 7 years ago this is what I get when ordering a tour of Italy the breaded chicken is the shape of a chicken sandwich patty not at all like chicken breast or even a parmesan chicken piece in person and as you can see the Lasagna is beyond disappointing don't bother getting lasagna from olive garden the lasagna should be called spaghetti lasagna because it's all deconstructed pretty much nothing here is really cooked from scratch now but reheated in the ovens very sad. I was super thirsty after eating also from all the salt the food had.
Food & Service Review – Olive Garden I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience today was deeply disappointing. Our server, Marissa, was extremely rude and rushed throughout the entire meal. I politely mentioned that my food was cold and requested a refill, but was met with attitude and no real concern. I spent $121.88 expecting a warm, enjoyable meal with my family—but instead, we received subpar food and even worse service. As someone battling stage four cancer, simple moments like going out to eat mean everything to me. Unfortunately, Marissa’s behavior made what should’ve been a comforting experience feel stressful and unpleasant. Customer service is everything—especially when people come to dine in hopes of joy, not frustration. Olive Garden, this visit was unacceptable.
Hostess is so rude and definitely asking ridiculous fr a tip even before we left the restaurant and she was talking to my boyfriend at the time and I confront her about my man and she was like I didn’t know and she ended up like hiding in the back like what that’s crazzy
A co-worker told me he went to the Olive Garden for his bday, said the desert cake was "the icing on the cake" to cap off the night. Tells me you got to go try the lasagne cake with white chocolate sprinkles on top. WHAT HE GOT (Second pic) At home iTs always "DESERT FIRST!" when I opened it up I took one(1) bite and then snapped a pic. WHAT I GOT (First pic). So whether this was a slap in the face, a punch in the gut, or a kick to the boys, it's still FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!🎤
It’s just not fair My husband and I were going because our first time at this Olive Garden Because my husband had a $25 dollar gift card. So we decided to have dinner there But at the moment we got our plates my husband notice in his chicken and shrimp carbonara had a BLACK BUG WITH LEGS we were double checking if it was something regular from the pasta but no 👎 We tell our server, she apologized and notify the manager She took off my husband plate of the check and gave a him a cake. Server just gave us to go containers for us to go. Literally didn’t touch my food after seeing that and got charge for the rest of the stuff we order. It’s ridiculous!!!!!! After a long day at work and not eat nothing just got to go containers and basically telling us to leave. I don’t have the picture of the bug But I have my receipt And I know and my husband knows what we went through as our first experience here. Worst experience ever!!! Only have my receipt (Everything happened so fast didn’t have time to take a picture of the bug) DISCUSTING!!!!!!!!!🤢🤮
We decided to dine here since I received a gift card for my birthday. What a waste of my gift card. The sea food Alfredo was horrible overcooked. Spaghetti was dry. We had to ask for more sauce. By the time the waitress came with the sauce, my husband had lost his appetite. We were very disappointed with our entire meal. This was our first time eating at Olive Garden. I doubt that we will return. Very poor service and food.
Absolutely terrible job we got to the Olive Gardean at 6:30 and the host inside said they put us in the system and they will text us when we can be seated. We waited for a whole hour for us to realize we were never put into the system. We then called them and the put us on hold and FORGOT ABOUT US AGAIN truly terrible job by the staff.
Was served rotten food.. I waited 1 1/2 hours to be called in for a party of 2 (my son and myself), then when I walk up apparently my table was given away and I had to wait an additional 20 mins for a table.. Then I was served rotten food. I gave the food back obviously and lost my appetite. I saw MANY angry customers, one was screaming and storming out while a manager was chasing after her out the door to her car.. And the employees at the door were talking bad about her being a problem customer.. (I should have taken it as a hint watching that go down).. Hopefully the restaurant gets fresher food and better service.
came in and was told to put my name down and wait 10 minutes, came back in and was told my name was never on the list and to wait 15 more minutes… which would be 30 minutes before closing. you people are actually crazy and i’m never coming back whoever it was that told me i was on the list is a joke and didn’t wanna do their job it’s not some honest mistake i confirmed politely twice…. what a joke
From the moment we walked in to a nearly empty restaurant we were an inconvenience to the five or six young ladies standing around chatting. They sat us at a table in the corner and we asked if we could have any of the many open booths. Begrudgingly they obliged and we then sat for 15 minutes until anyone acknowledged our existence. I watched several parties come in after us, get sat at other open booths, and receive service before someone finally stopped by and asked if anyone has checked in on us. The service after that was subpar with no refills, and the food was OG quality, but $100+ for that experience is an insult.
I've been ordering food for parties and Christmas from here for several years. On December 23rd, I ordered the family-size Alfredo pasta salad and breadsticks to pick up on the 24th for Christmas dinner. They called me on the 23rd to tell me to pick up my order. I spoke with the manager to explain that I had ordered it for December 24th, and she said the waiter had made a mistake and that it was fine, I could pick it up the next day. On the 24th, I went to pick up my order, and when I got home, the food was cold, the salad was old, and there were no breadsticks. I'm so disappointed; they ruined my Christmas dinner. They gave me the same food from the day before. At least they could have made the salad fresh. I had to throw the whole salad in the trash. Terrible service, terrible manager. I will never order from there again.
I’m writing to express our deep disappointment following a recent visit to your Olive Garden Tyler street branch . The overall experience was far below the standard we’ve come to expect from Olive Garden, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of our server, Nicole, and the lack of empathy shown by her manager. We began our meal by ordering one entrée and requested the refillable salad while we continued reviewing the menu to select a second entrée and a bottle of wine. Nicole refused to bring us a salad refill until we placed the second entrée order, and she delivered this message with a harsh and dismissive tone, which immediately made us uncomfortable. When we asked to speak to the manager for clarification, rather than listening to our concerns or showing any flexibility, the manager focused solely on policy — stating that a refill isn’t served until all entrées are ordered. While we respect restaurant policies, the situation clearly involved guests still in the process of ordering, not avoiding payment. The manager’s cold and indifferent tone only added to the tension, making it clear that customer experience was not a priority. More concerning, Nicole never returned to our table afterward — not to check in, take the rest of our order, or offer any follow-up.and we eventually gave up on the remainder of the meal altogether. To make matters worse, we were asked to pay at the front, where we noticed we were charged for a salad refill we never received. When we pointed this out, Nicole initially insisted the charge was correct and only removed it after we reminded her no refill had been brought — still with no apology. The check was handed over abruptly, without the customary chocolate mints, and when we questioned the inconsistency, she simply said, “Each branch has different management,” with an attitude that felt dismissive and rude. This experience was especially disappointing given that, just one day prior, we had an outstanding dinner at your Brea Mall location (270 Brea Mall, Brea, CA 92821). The staff there were warm, attentive, and welcoming. The portions were generous, and the overall experience reflected the brand we’ve come to love. Had Nicole approached the situation professionally, she could have taken the opportunity to upsell additional items like appetizers or the bottle of wine we were about to order. Instead, her behavior — supported by the manager’s inflexible and unempathetic response — left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. We sincerely hope this feedback helps address the issue and improve the service at this location. Olive Garden has always been a favorite for us, and we hope future visits reflect the level of hospitality your brand is known for.
Probably the worst experience at Olive Garden... Ever. On a position note, we only waited 10 minutes to be seated... And, on the remake, the bread sticks came out hot. The restaurant was basically empty with plenty of staffing. We arrived 1.5 hours before closing. The ladies restroom was gross... Nothing wiped down, toilet paper everywhere, paper towels all over the floors and the items needed to be replenished. We ordered calamari as an appetizer and then the soup and bread sticks for our meal (our favorite). We received the soup right away. The server gave about a tablespoon of cheese on them and walked away as if to say "that's all you get". The appetizer was no where to be found (this was completely opposite of what we requested) and the bread sticks were ice cold so I had to walk to the wait station to request different ones. After being ignored but no less then 3 servers, someone finally ask if I was being helped. I explained what the problem was, requested fresh sticks and showed him the table. We decided to eat the soup without the bread sticks as it was also getting cold while we waited. The sticks did come out hot thankfully. The soup was good but not completely hot. It was OK. We had her cancel the appetizer as we gave up on it after no updates came. With the second bowl of soup, she dropped it off and then left without a word with no cheese at all this time. She did come back a few minutes later and, I think she noticed our annoyance at the poor service and cooling food. She did offer more cheese after her singular tablespoon serving again. We decided to skip my ABSOLUTE favorite dessert, the Italian donuts - the whole reason we had come in. I figured that they would be cold and gross anyway. We paid the bill and left. While I'll probably visit other locations in the future, it won't be this one. (all of this while in a basically empty restaurant 🤦🏻♀️)

It’s a place that can get genuinely busy. One family mentioned their takeout was surprisingly fast and ahead of schedule even when the restaurant was "extrem...
