Nékter Juice Bar

Came in today for maybe the second time in my life. The girl at the counter was so sweet and helpful since I forgot my card with scanning the QR code and ordering/paying that way. I asked her name which is Tori! Due to how great my experience was I’ll be back. The pink flamingo also was amazing! Thank you!

My mom & I came in right during a rush & as the other employees looked panicked & said about a 30 minute wait, Cindy came & stole the show. Her kindness & care to assure us it wouldn’t be that long made our decision for us. Within 5 minutes Cindy came around the corner with our smoothies & was super sweet! I had to get her name to leave this review because her smile lit up the whole place 🙏🏽. Awesome service even under pressure!

Great friendly service. The long time employees tend to make the juices just right and very consistent. I've had a few issues with some of the new staff where the juices were off and not the usual. Some are willing to fix it. And I've had a couple that were rude about it and don't fix it. But since I frequent this location I just take it as is and cop it to them still learning. And fortunately I haven't seen those rude ones when I've been back. So I would assume they take measures on keeping the staff that are excellent in what they do.

I stopped coming to this Nekter location in 2019 because the customer service was awful. I decided to give them another try this year and I am so glad I did. I have the mobile app. I get points and the ease of ordering and just picking up within the actual time frame. The lady who is there now (almost daily), Lisa, is AMAZING!!! There is such an improvement in their staff and cleanliness. My order is always correct and on time! I highly recommend giving this location your business. Thank you, Lisa, for your excellent customer service. Their handcrafted Acai bananas berry bowl is delicious, and the fruit is always fresh!

Location 8.5 located right off winchester was barely any parking due to trader Joe's sharing same parking lot. Cleanliness: 10 every table and counter top was clean floors were clean and I personally witnessed employees routinely washing there hands before they touched anything which is always a plus. Final opinion great tasting juice bar definitely top 2 in Temecula in my opinion. was a bit pricey I paid about 8 bucks for a bowl but ingredients are all natural so I know exactly what is in my bowl. All in All: Yes I would recommend this place if you have the time and money to get an great tasting smoothie or bowl. -LawrenceK

Do not come here! The worst customer service. The worst place I have ever been. Victoria is a nasty human being that should not be working there. They just lost a loyal customer who has spent thousands and dollars here in the last several years. I would never come here again. I spent $17 on a smoothie and she wanted to charge me extra $2 to replace the peanut butter with almond butter after I told her I just ordered on the app because I didn’t have my wallet to pay you an extra dollar or two but not just that besides the point she approached me so rude and nasty and could have accommodated to not lose a customer or a sale but after that level of disrespect

I popped my head around the corner and said “excuse me” to get a gal’s attention and she rudely shoed me out of space. I told her I needed the bathroom code and that I had been waiting several minutes with no greeting even though employees saw me and 2 others enter. She talked over me before I could even ask for what I needed. Then my order that I purchase through the app was late after waiting 15 min. Juices that were ordered after mine were ready before mine was.

Wish I could give zero stars after my experience today! I placed an order on Monday for the 3 day cleanse and a dragon fruit bowl. I received a confirmation email to pick up on 3/23 at 12:15pm. I arrived on time at the correct location and was told they did not have an order for me. I showed the staff my confirmation email and they confirmed the date, time and location. I asked if they could fulfill the order and I’ll wait and was told they need manager approval. The manager requested I come back the next day, which is horrible customer service. I requested a refund and was told the refund could not be made in store and I would have to request it online. Would definitely not recommend this establishment if you are ordering online.

First, She doesn’t acknowledge me while she is at the front counter, no one else was even in there! I said happy new year and she responded what’s so happy about it.. wow really. I asked her when she will get more juices in since there were only a few left and she responded… sometime in the future.. holy hell! She was a larger Hispanic woman with a bun in her hair. I’m done. This experience has lead me to take the $450 I spend here each month, somewhere else! Happy New Year!

Be careful! My daughter has a nut allergy and has ordered from here before. Last night she ordered a “typical bowl” that she has had in the past and even though she said NO CASHEW MILK or any nut product somehow something was cross contaminated. She is doing fine today but not after a severe reaction and hours of pain and sickness.

Nasty watered down smoothie. Bowl was runny, skimpy on fruit and no granola! I've heard other people speak poorly about this location. I guess I found out the hard way. Save yourself a wasted bowl and smoothie and go to a different location or Jamba Juice
