Had a nice Thanksgiving lunch today with Mak's attentive service. The food was good and the atmosphere enjoyable.

My Daughter and I ate here for the 1st time today and let me tell you...IT WAS PHENOMINAL! But 1st let me just say that the manager (who I called superwoman) was taking the order, cooking the order as well as doing the to go orders. She was the only one there, but was still peppy and joyful, no attiitude despite doing the job of several people. The salads we had were fresh as could be and the brussel sprouts were on point!!! NOW THATS A GOOD RESTAURANT MNGR.!!!

This was my first time coming here and I have to say the food was great. I am very picky with my steak, and I was surprised it was cooked magnificently, and the taste was mouthwatering. My gf loves Mac and cheese, and she enjoyed her dish as well. The waitress was nice and attentive. The music taste was good. The lighting was elegant, and the atmosphere felt peaceful and quiet.

Ask for server Madison! She is the best! 1st time here. We had soup and salads, the bread was fantastic. Loved drawing with the crayons on the table tops. The soup is all you can eat! We didn't have room for dessert!

My wife and I had not been to Macaroni Grill in years. Two months ago we stopped at the Temecula location for an early dinner. What a fantastic experience…! It was Wednesday, and bottles of wine are 1/2 price. Cheaper than 2 glasses. We each ordered a build your own pasta dish that were extraordinary. Super fresh, tasty & hot. The kitchen is visible and you get fresh hot bread & olive oil. We have now eaten there 3 times in the last two months. Cannot recommend this restaurant more highly.

Our 2nd time here and both times the food was very good and our servers were the best. Madi provided excellent service when we visited this time, and we ordered the Monday special which was spaghetti with ricotta meatballs. We also ordered the roasted Brussels sprouts and fried mozzarella. The complimentary bread was so so good, with olive oil/ balsamico dip. We even had pistachio canolli for dessert. Too much for me, so there was plenty for lunch the next day. Normally I don't order drinks but this time i wanted to try the white peach sangria. I expected it might be sweet but it wasn't really sweet, so that was good. Worth going back again one day soon.

The restaurant had a great vibe to it looked like an old Italian barnyard What's a bunch of barrels wine bottles Olive oil bottles the décor was real nice the atmosphere is very gentle Christmas music playing in the background great place to take friends and family in a great place to enjoy your night

Plus, this place has always had amazing food and service. Our salad 🥗 and 🍞 baguette with cold butter 🧈. The meeting lasted little over an hour and a 1/2. There was plenty of people there. Had a nice setting, people were able to talk, ask questions and the servers came in. Asked if we needed anything when the meeting was done. The server came back again right after it meeting adjourned with containers for us to take the rest of the food that we had home. Everybody thanked us for coming on a cold January day. It was a really good meeting, and this service was amazing.

First time here. Yesterday, Mothers day, we got there for dinner. Our server Ashley was most excellent. She was sweet, funny and attentive. It was EXTREMELY busy in there and she did great!!! A young man was going around playing the violin. It was FANTASTIC. Overall good time!!!

My wife and I had not been to Macaroni Grill in years. Two months ago we stopped at the Temecula location for an early dinner. What a fantastic experience…! Good Italian restaurant with nice atmosphere. Lunch was not busy during weekdays. However, food is very good and service is professional but not passionate enough. Costco has gift cards for this restaurant. I will be back.

The food that I ate was phenomenal. I ordered the avacado toast from the Brunch Menu and it had avacado, sunny side up eggs, and balsamic vinaigrette on top with a side of potatoes and a tart and tasty sauce to dip them in. They do the same thing as olive garden with the parmesan cheese on top which I love. I also ordered the lobster bisque which was creamy and full of flavor. I also really enjoyed the idea of the bread and oil brought as a complementary appetizer.The only downsides were that 1. I thought lobster bisque had lobster in it, but that could have been a misconception because mine did not. 2. The rest of my party had a problem with the bland taste of the tomatoe basil soup and fettuccine alfredo. Those are supposed to be staple dishes for any Italian restaurant, but they were not as tasty as we hoped. 3. There was an ant on the table. 4. The food was about $5 overpriced. On the bright side, the cheesecake was better than cheesecake factory's cake. It was a really big slice with a light flavor that made it easy to eat after a nice meal. Also the venue is beautiful and delivers and ambience of Italy or some foreign country similar to that. The waitress was also very real and I appreciated her honesty.

6/24/20 Edit: Macaroni Grill has done their very best to improve the situation. I got a refund, and a gift card to compensate for the burned food which is more then fair for the trouble. Thank you Elizabetta for your hardwork it was appreciated, I'm a very busy person so its nice to have satisfaction at meal time. Very disappointed in how much money was paid for burnt food. $40 plus delivery fees for this. This should have never left the kitchen, whoever is performing quality control did a poor job with the chicken parmigiana. Another problem was the coffee bought was barely a half cup full. I can't say if it spilled or what happened but for 4.50 it seems pretty steep.

We were constantly checked on and he brought our food out right away. We went with a toddler and when her food was ready he brought it ahead of the rest of ours so that it can cool down before she eats it. Unfortunately they don't do anything to celebrate birthdays but everything else was still delicious and worth the trip.

Our server was quite busy, so the manager (male, I dont know his name) stepped in and served us. He was a sweetheart. Very helpful and kind and a great server x manager (for jumping into assist his employee who was in the weeds) The kitchen messed up an ingredient in my pasta, and he offered to have them remake it, but it was a simple mistake, so I opted to keep it. Our "compensation...?" We left with 2 pieces of cheesecake, gratis (because my daughter and I do not know how to share 😏) Overall, it was a good experience with good food and great service!

Had high expectations for this place as I've always wanting go. Took my family out to join me for my first time. Waitress was on point. Food presentation was good however 2 people from our party got food poisoning immediately after eating. Personally thought the food was great but they got food poisoning so who knows what's really going on in the kitchen behind the scenes or how they are about food storage. I would go again though I really enjoyed it and the drinks were great.

Both entrees were served slightly warm… lobster bisque was salty and had no lobster 🦞 Don’t make this mistake!

My girlfriend and I came in here at ~6:30pm on a Friday. We had a Mushroom Ravioli and a Mama's Trio. Food and service was ok, not terribly bad, but not great either. Food did take a while to come out, but as we came in at peak dinner time on a Friday night, I can give that a pass. I am leaving a bad review because we came in specifically for happy hour, we sat at the tables and were told that happy hour is only available at the bar. I would be ok with that, but they specifically have advertisements for happy hour AT THE TABLES. If you are going to have a pamphlet for happy hour advertising at the tables, you need to let people get the happy hour deals at the tables, not just the bar.

I have to say not as happy as we've been in the past. The waitress was very friendly and helpful, so I would rate the service a 5 But the food was at best a 2. Had the create your own pasta with what should have been a thick creamy cheese sauce with added chicken. You know I paid extra for the 3 strips of chicken I received and the sauce was thin and watery. It lacked the vibrant tangy taste I was hoping for. Bland and watery best describe the sauce. My husband ordered the Pasta di Mare. It did have 2 clams in it, a couple of shrimp, but the shells that surrounded the plate were filled with tiny mushy morsels of what was suppose to be muscles. The dish was mostly pasta and tomatoe sauce. $20 is a hefty price for the quality of the dish. We ordered dessert, a decadent homemade chocolate cake with Grenache and whipped cream. We got a muffin in a cup, a small amount of chocolate syrup, and a tablespoon of whipped cream with a sprinkle of sugar topping. Nothing of the quality I would expect from the Macaroni Grill.

I’ve only eaten here twice since I’ve moved to Temecula in 2011. I personally did not love the food. I think it’s too simple and plain. The portion size is on the smaller end for the price. The service was alright, it was pretty lonely both times I’ve gone and took a good time to get the food to the table. Both times I’ve had their fettuccine alfredo and just didn’t love it. Their artichoke dip was pretty good though.

The bread still has no flavor. You get called over to be seated. Only two other tables had guests, so service could have been better. Food tasted good. A bit dark but not noisy.

I made an online reservation for a party of 6 at 6:30 pm. I called and spoke to Noah to add 3 more people. I also told him I needed 2 kid's menus and a highchair. He was able to modify our dinner plans. We got there a little early, and we got to sit down quickly. They had 2 kid's menu and a highchair ready. That was awesome. Andrew was our server. He was ok. There was a sign at the host area to ask about their specials. When I asked him, he said they didn't even have any specials today. My husband and mother-in-law wanted to order their pork chops, but they ran out. The place wasn't too busy. The service was slow. Our meals didn't come out all at once. When Andrew came by to ask about our food, we informed him that we were missing two plates (chicken crusted parm salad and a kid's mac and cheese). I never got the ranch dressing that I requested. We had 2 kid's meals, which were supposed to come with a dessert (ice cream), and our server never asked or forgot. I happened to remember halfway home. Boo. We were there for over 2 hours. It would have been nice if service was a bit quicker. The hubby doesn't want to come back to this place again.

Their Free Veterans Day meals get smaller and smaller. No drink or dessert? How can you ruin fresh warm bread? Romano's Grill figured it out.. and added an exorbitant amount of pepper... Making it unpalatable. Disappointed..

Unfortunately too many mistakes. When food finally came out it wasn’t bad. We were seated at lunch with a dinner menu - we then asked for a lunch menu, then my husband had to ask for a pizza menu. My food came out cold on a cold tray. I had to send back to be reheated. The place was not busy. We won’t be back. These restaurants are all closing for a reason. It’s just simple good service - it’s not hard to do

ordered the feast for 5 deal . the associate was unfriendly. refused to do military discount. Said he was the manager and that was a bad policy. paid for my take out meal and left. At Home discovered the bread was old and hard. Very little sauce on the pasta. Salad was old and starting to turn brown on edges. missing the olive oil and vinegar. the cookies for the meal as well. Don't trust the food there again for takeout wish I could get refund on my gift cards do not want to go there again. this is the service from manager what an example for the rest of staff.

Nice staff Food was cold, cooked incorrectly, and the place was filthy. Our cups had visible food and our table cloth was nasty before we came.

We decided to have dinner at MG. We were the only ones sitting at the Bar and had to wait aprox 5 min while the Bartender played with the glasses. He finally approached us and asked if we wanted a drink. I replied no we came to watch you play with the glasses. We ordered our meals and a glass each of vino. While sitting and waiting it was evident the tables were unbussed. Sitting on the bar was a tub of dirty dishes and glasses. The tables never got bussed and the tub of dirty dishes sat on the bar the entire time we were there. We asked the bartender for 2nd glass of wine but apparently his attention span was lacking and my wife finally had to shout 3 times to get his attention. Mind you we were the only ones at the bar. I have included photos of dirty table and bar. Managment is not doing their job. Disgusting and terrible service

Im adding on to my original post because the owner responded. And I thought wow! He/She cares. So I did like they ask and gave a full review. And got no response back.

I said it 3 different times throughout our visit and again it was never acknowledged and by acknowledged, I mean, simply saying happy birthday thanks for coming to see us anything but he never even acknowledged it nor did he even look at him in the eye he could careless. My daughter’s boyfriend ordered chicken fettuccine with broccoli , and there was no chicken in it so had to flag down the bartender to let him know there was no chicken in the chicken fettuccine. We ordered appetizers prior. The mozzarella sticks were just OK. We were never given the bread. I had to request the bread and the oil and we ordered a dessert FOR MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY the chocolate cake was absolutely disgusting it was not only dry but had no taste. We have eaten there many times prior to 2020 and have always loved this place. It has since gone downhill. We will pass eating there in the future. It’s really sad to go out for a meal to celebrate someone’s birthday and not feel important. It wasn’t even busy.

We understand that we have to sit outside due to covid but it was freezing and they had no heating lamps. Then they sit us outside under a patio ceiling fan. We asked if they could turn off the fan and they said they couldn't because it was broken. They didn't offer us a new table. It was so cold that our hot food was cold after a few minutes. The free spaghetti & meatballs they offered Veterans was so bad (so bland) my husband could not eat it. My husband said that was the worst dinner experience he ever had and doesn't want to come back. My Pasta Milano was good but the whole reason we went to dinner was for him. So upset.
