We happened across this place while we shopping in westchester, which has tons of choices. It’s Cheesecake Factory so you know the highlight which is cheesecake! But we’ll get to that… We started off with their drinks which were fantastic, and they had a huge selection which always seems to update for the season or specials. After that we got bread and their sweet butter, a perfect way to start the evening. Next we ordered our steak medallions and chicken dish, which the service was impeccable and timely. All the food was delicious! And moderately priced. The setting was darker and the lighting set a nice date night theme ambiance wise. Lastly we had to get some cheesecake before we left, and we settled on the banana cream pie cheesecake. Worth every bite!

Came here for a late birthday dinner (around 9:30pm) with just me and the hubby. It was amazing! From walking in to walking out, we had a great experience. The hostess was friendly and kind enough to fulfill our requests for a specific table we wanted. Our waitress was informative about menu items and had no problem giving recommendations. Went around 1 pm and had an hour wait so we walked around the mall. They did call us to let us know our table was ready, we were seated at a newly cleaned booth for the 4 of us. Our server was nice, I don't recall her name but she was very attentive. Our food came out pretty quick considering it was busy for graduation season. Everything was good & hot! My salad was crisp, the soup was flavorful & my turkey sandwich was refreshing! The peach lemonade was very sweet though, I had to ask for a cup of water to water it down. No complaints, I'd come here again when in the area.

I've been at this cheesecake factory more times than I could count. This place was a part of my childhood. Every time I've been here, the service has been outstanding every single time. This place looks really nice, and the food is delicious. Highly recommend if you are dining with family.

I ate here with friends for my birthday. The cheesecake with stevia to avoid sugar was good. I really didn't care for eating in a cheesecake factory setting in a mall. Although the waiter didn't sing happy birthday to me, I will forgive him LOL! JK. Everyone enjoyed their food, but the rice on the taco plate was dry cold and we all tasted it. It was horrible.

Ordered this for delivery on a Saturday at lunchtime. Kids French toast with bacon and No Syrup, no fruit and no powdered sugar, just plain bread and 2 slices of bacon :(. Tiramisu I asked for no whipped cream (lactose intolerant), the BBQ chicken salad looks good, the Chicken Littles dish is huge, and the Chicken Madeira and Steak Diane combo is delicious. We eat here a lot and have not been disappointed until today.

I understand that they take a lot of time preparing the food, but taking 45 minutes to me seems like a long time. I also was very disappointed in my vegetarian Cobb salad which was normally my favorite plate there. The portions seemed very different and I barely ate any of it so she packed it for me in a to-go box that was half the size of my plate so she basically just made a giant goulash out of my salad to cram it into the to-go box. I would rather just pack it myself. We barely got checked on during the entire meal and no explanation was given to us while we were waiting so long for our dinner. I am only making these comments because the restaurant was not busy at the time that we were sat down so there was no justification for such the long wait because we didn't order anything that complicated really. From where we sat we could see that our waitress spent more time at the bar then on the floor. Really a big bummer for us

Just like the review posted before mine is as here yesterday and there were fruit flies or knats crawling all over the windows around our 2 person booth. Lucky for us they didn’t make it to our side but still gross. Because what are they all over on the other side ? Flatbread with the hot honey was delicious, bread was great as always, cheesecake was to die for ! Service was sub par, waited at the host stand for what seemed like forever with at least a dozen people noticing us, and just walking by. Finally the manager I’m assuming came up and asked if we had been helped yet, no. Sat us at that two person booth, no biggie. Server came over and had attitude the rest of the night after finding out we were only here for an appetizer and cheesecake ( not to mention it was 8:30pm so I mean at least we didn’t order a ton of things and be there past closing time. There was food all over the floors including under and around our table, instead of picking up a larger piece of bread in the walkway inbetween the booths, one employee kicked it into another dimension. Service was just overall super disappointing but the food was great. However the flies made us nervous about how safe our food is back there from them.

I just had the worst experience of my life with my family cheesecake factory The food was way undercooked nothing was cooked as ordered. My daughter had to return her hamburger cause it was onions on it and she said specifically not to have on there. And by the time they served her, everybody else was done eating, so she just refused the hamburger. My wife had some sliders that were so undercooked she couldn’t even eat them. She ordered a salad and nothing came on the salad. That was what she ordered. The waitress was very rude.

We waited for a party of 8 for over an hour, once we got seated we spent 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our food. Then when I get home I found out they overcharged me for my bill. Not a good experience. I have been to a lot of cheesecake factory restaurants this we not worth going back to.

We were seated in the section of waitstaff who had not yet started their shift. We sat for 20 minutes before offered water by a waiter who was not our primary waiter, but had walked by our table several times. The chicken was overcooked by at least 5-10 minutes, very dry, barely edible. It was afternoon around 4:45. The 1st cup of coffee was stale, far from fresh. The 2nd cup of coffee was better. That first cup was memorably tough.

My burger squirted blood it was so raw. Told the waitress she said oh eww. I will have them remake it and send the manager out. 45 minutes later my burger arrives when everyone is done eating. The manager never showed up, and because we were a group she got her 25.00 tip. 😡 I ordered a cheesecake and was told they had no cherries, and only 2 men at our tableout of 12 people got drink refills. Will never be back. Had i not been with a wedding party group, I would have absolutely have spoke up louder about this situation. The amount of red blood that squirted out turned my stomach, I couldn't even eat the new one. She should have made it a priority to get another burger out faster than 45 due to kitchen error, but knew she would her get her tip, so she focused on her other tables. Do Better !!!

I ordered To-Go here and I usually don't come to this location. I spent over $60 for food that's missing. I ordered shrimp and chicken gumbo, there was no shrimp. I ordered sausage mushroom rigatoni and there were no mushrooms. Make sure you check your food before leaving. This is ridiculous, I'm not coming back here. Update: No one has made an effort to call or email me back. Nowhere near good customer service. It's been a month and they don't bother to contact you.
