The food at this restaurant is delicious, the cashier Brenda is always very friendly, the cook Kim is the best, manager Idaly congratulations on your good teamwork.

Ivan at Wingstop provided outstanding service, greeting me warmly and handling my order with efficiency and care. His friendly demeanor and professionalism made for an exceptional dining experience. Wingstop is lucky to have him!

I walked in and it was clean. The worker who rung me up, his name is Martel and he was very nice chill and patient with me. The workers in the back cooking were nice as well. Definitely coming back soon.

We have become regulars at Wingstop since we moved to Temecula. We like the many flavor choices they offer and also the fact you can request them to be cooked longer. You can order classic, boneless or tenders - they are all good. My favorite are the Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper, done well in the classic style. My wife likes classic in lemon pepper and also mild. We also order seasoned fries and add ranch and blue cheese for dipping. The wings come crunchy, but not full of batter and they come with all the flavor. Price is on par with most wing places but given the selection and ability to order them done; Wingstop is a step above the others. We use DoorDash to deliver wings to us almost every Friday night. The wings travel well and in most cases if the driver is on it, they come hot. Until I am proven wrong, Wingstop is our number 1 for wings in Temecula.

I ordered the Chicken sandwich (Original hot sauce) with fries and a drink. The fries were delicious and crispy. The only downside was that the chicken was super thin.

Good food here. The boneless wing deal is a good deal. I prefer bone in but not reasonable with a family of 4+. The fries are not good unless I put back into air fryer when home. Corn I will not order again. The dry Louisiana boneless were a good flavor!

The young lady (kiara?) that took our order was awesome. The food however, not so good. The chicken flavor (bbq) had a weird taste and smell to it. Also, the seasoned fries were oily, droopy and didn’t have any seasoning on it all all!!!!!!!!!!! I give the 2 stars for the roll that was ordered.

I ordered Korean spicy wings. When I open the container it smells like burned. This is not the first time. The chicken was ok but the sauce was over cooked and doesn't taste as usual. I should check the order before leave the store.

Horrible service. Extremely rude & unhelpful staff. Paid $20 for 10 wings & couldn’t even ring me up for ranch that is $2.00 extra… 5 staff members in the back all gossiping yet nobody is available. Go elsewhere!

This place has gone downhill. They are understaffed, always take longer than they say and employees take breaks in the restaurant during peak times right in front of everyone. If they say 30 minutes, expect an hour. I gave them the benefit of the doubt too many times but now my patience is worn out. They should just be honest about wait times and hire more people. They could barely figure out a refund while I literally had the receipt they printed me in hand.

Pretty bad experience on a Thursday night. Place was empty and the whole staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. There was no trash receptacles, napkins and of course, they got my order wrong. Fries cake out and they were cold and when informed the guy at window, he gave me a face and just took them back. I like this place and understand that it’s the employees fault. Where’s management?

The reason I rated this place so low is because there was literally trash on every table from every person that ate there prior to us arriving. There are no trash cans at this establishment so the staff are left to cleanup after everyone. But even then they had 4 people working, so they weren't short staffed. My thinking is if the staff leave the eating area filthy, then I can't imagine what it looks like in the kitchen. And I'm no health and safety inspector, but that can't be up to code.

I ordered from them on Sunday October 9, 2022 I placed my order with Rebecca She informed me that it would be about a 20 minute wait and when I got there the order still wasn’t ready for about another 10 minutes.Once I got home I realized the corn was under cooked. I called back and got Rebecca on the phone and explained the situation to her. She asked if I wanted the corn replaced today or another day and I said I did not want to have to come back out there today but I felt that they should replace the whole order since my meal was not properly prepared .She said she would have to speak with her manager, she then spoke with someone and called me back and said that they would have to have the entire meal back in order to replace the meal. I frequent this particular Wingstop all the time even though they are not the only one in my area and I reiterated that to her. I asked her what was her managers name and she asked me why do I need the managers name. I told her that since this decision was made by a manager I want that managers name she then told me with great hesitation at the managers name was Italy. I feel that these young people truly need better management and customer service skills. I will not be going back to this Wingstop.

Really annoyed by their disorganization. Ordered our food they said they would let us know when it was ready. Asked and was told it's not done yet waited 40 mins only to find out it was already bagged and had been sitting on their counter getting cold. No manager on duty to resolve and they didn't respond to my complaint to provide a refund as half of our food was cold and soggy. I'm sticking with the best wings around, Epic Wings from now on.

I have visited this Wingstop twice and both times have been a 1star review. The first time I visited this Wingstop, the order was correct but the wing flavor and preparation were nothing more than a 1star. Half of the wings weren’t seasoned and they were not cooked fully. The reason for this review is because I decided to give this location a second chance. I never write reviews unless I give a second chance for “redemption.” I visited this location yesterday and the wings were great BUT I ordered 30 wings and received only 19 wings. Unfortunately, there isn’t a “contact us” or information on getting this issue resolved on Wingstops website. Beware when ordering at this location. Check your wing count and expect on either getting great wings or under seasoned/under cooked wings.

I went to the Wingstop off Temecula pkwy, by the Starbucks and the froyo. The service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! There was 1 worker that I saw in the front taking orders and making food. I ordered my food and sat down in the 2 people seating near the bathrooms. A lady from the back of the store walks out she’s not working or doing anything.nothing absolutely AT ALL, not doing her job. My food arrives and my boneless wing were COLD and the wings were half not drained in original hot sauce, The sprite tasted like water and the wings were SO tiny! The fries weren’t even seasoned well it tasted like it had no flavor whatsoever. I know in other wing stop places they give u Extra Ranch for free, well in this one, u had to PAY 1.50 for another tub of ranch. I also ordered Cajun corn and they weren’t even Cajun nor crunchy! I would NOT recommend going to this wing stop by Temecula pkwy, TERRIBLE SERVICE!😡😒😒

I do understand that mistakes happen, and I did contact the store directly before posting this review to give them the opportunity to make it right. My order was about $35….wings, two fries, two sandwiches, two drinks. The sandwiches were ordered as plain, but came covered in buffalo sauce, and the fries were so burnt they weren’t even edible. The wings were spot on, and fountain drinks were fine. One of us got to eat and we were too short on time to go back. I contacted the store through their “contact us” option. I provided a copy of the receipt, explained the situation, and let them know I had pictures of the food as well. They sent me a $10 gift card. Needless to say, we won’t be back to that location. We prefer owners who care about customer satisfaction.

I made a review and I making another one now. My kids love Wingstop but our last 5-6 orders were really bad. We are getting a 10-13 real boneless wings out of 20 wings order. Our last order we got only breading crumbs for one of the flavors.

I was concerned by the look of it so I started to take the skin off and realized that those were indeed FEATHERS still on the FRIED WING. They kept saying someone would get in contact with me regarding the FRIED FEATHERS ON MY WING and no one ever did. I gave them weeks and multiple opportunity to make the situation better but they didn't bother. I still feel sick and uneasy after this whole experience

I got the garlic parmesan(supposedly a dry rub) wings that tasted like regular wings without seasonings and when I moved the wings over they are sitting in a pile of grease.. guess that's where the seasonings went. The fries was overcooked and extremely salty which made them inedible and they got tossed as well. Too expensive to be disappointed like this.

Delivery drivers are regularly treated with hostility and a lack of basic respect, making it difficult to do our jobs. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poor management. Immediate attention and corrective action are needed.

Someone who I would assume was the owner greated me at the register, I asked him if they still had the special for 70cent wings (Which they advertise on Mondays and Tuesdays) - he said yes. I placed my order for 25 wings, and I admit I didn't pay attention the the total just tapped my card. About ten mintues later received my order was walking to my car looked at the receipt and it was over $30! I walked back in and explained that they made a mistake on the charge, and the same person whom I talked to earlier and I asked him if the wings were on sale for 70cents looked me straight in the face and calimed he never said that, they were full price. The man stragiht up lied to my face! I will never purchase anything from any Wingstop again. Go across the street to Buffalo Wild Wings, beter atmophere, better customer services and better wings!
