I love raising cane's, no matter which one I've ever been to, the food is always hot and made fresh, and do yourself a favor, ask for a BOB on your toast, it means butter on both sides OMG y'all!!!!

Some people hate on Cane's because all they sell is chicken tenders. Hey, hate all you want...that's just more tenders for me. This location in Temple, TX. knows what's up. I love eating here!

The chicken is always good. Everything is fresh and not overly greasy (looking at you Bush's)... The seasoning and batter consistency are perfect. They are very consistent in their delivery as well.

Fast and the best chicken strips and food on the planet. I walked away to get my drink and after taking one step, they called my name to get my food. Taste fresh and hot too. Love this place! Employees were friendly too

My first time in any Cane's! Very good chicken fingers, chicken was tender and very tasty breading. Dipping sauce was very good too! I love crinkle fries, they were hot. Coleslaw was cold and very good. Nothing was greasy and everything that was supposed to be hot, was hot. Iced tea was fresh. I was very happy with the service and the entire experience.

Cane's always has the best chicken. We stopped in after a hospital visit since it's practically next door and the food was great as always. We got our order fast despite the place being packed, too.

Where do I start with this Raising Cane's. Every time me and my family go in there it's normally the weekdays and it's normally during the lunch run. There is an employee named Frances that works at the Temple Texas location she always goes above and beyond I see her running all around the store waiting on people I mean she's just awesome. This place is so clean I have never seen a Raising Cane's this clean it is always very very clean. Very friendly atmosphere always smiling even the younger employees are just so nice respectful and we love this location we go there at least two to three times a week. You will not be disappointed if you go to this location.

The fastest service in Temple. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for an order. The service is incredibly helpful and nice. I enjoy picking up from here and ordering from this restaurant. So easy. The shining image of fast food done right.

I've been here before and I love it but today I get it to go and I literally drove from raising Cane's to my job which is about 6 minutes away about 3 minutes into the trip I open it up and the first thing I go for are the fries and needless to say the fries were not done in soggy that's upsetting cuz I actually do like their fries everything else is really good y'all need to do better on than fries man I know it sounds like I'm being petty but I just gave you 12 bucks for four tenders and soggy fries

Mashallah Sweetheart was outside taking orders in the hot Texas sun and as I seen her going down the line of cars not once did her smile drop from her face! So sweet and made sure everything was correct! That’s the hospitality you can only see in pure heart

When you think of Raising Cane's , dont just think of fried chicken. Of course thier sauce & tenders are boss but if you want to trim the carbs ask for the naked birds. The manager here is super helpful & very nice. Never had a bad meal! Very consistent! And 100% real chicken❤❤

I dont always go out for chicken but when I do, I go to Raising Cane's I love to get a basic 4 tender meal or 6, soak my tenders in the provided hot sauce. Then continue to dunk them in the awesome Canes sauce. Cant forget the ketchup for them french fries either. Always good customer service when a manager helps me with my order. I am more obsessed with Raising Canes than any other chicken strips. There dipping sauce makes oh so much better. Always impressed with their staff no matter where the restaurant is.

The service is very quick, and the food is consistently prepared. Even when I walk in with a huge group (40+), they never seem to get flustered. People seem to respect the restaurant, picking up after themselves -- when I asked for something to wipe the table down (just after dinner rush), they sent someone out before I even had my order complete. I appreciated that, as my party of 40+ was about to arrive. Great service, accurate orders, speedy. We will continue to come here.

Super fast food prep! The young man that took our order was very cordial. No sooner did I get to our table with drink, condiments, and napkins and my name was called. The chicken and fries were perfectly piping hot. If you are in the area this is an excellent destination for your hunger.

Curbside pick up is quick. Food arrived fresh and hot.

We eat here about once a month if not more. Always have good service and food. The manager and staff are very good at checking on everyone and seeing if everything is OK. Drive through is pretty quick and efficient. They have some very good chicken tenders. Go check em out and find out for yourself. You'll be adding them to your dining out rotation as well.

My family loves Raising Cane’s and has for a while, but yesterday’s visit deserved rave reviews. The restaurant was clean, and the food was fresh. The tea was so good. What was extraordinary was the staff at 7pm-ish on 7/22/2025. In my almost 40 years have never been so impressed with wait staff/servers. Their customer service was above and beyond. Literally unmatched. During my visit I encountered 4 young individuals while dining in and they all separately excelled in their customer service. They were polite, cheerful, generous, and offered more help than I would have imagined. Thank you for making my day ❤️

Had Chicken for Lunch! It was good chicken and the sides were good. We all had THE BOX COMBO - 4 Chicken Fingers, Crinkle-Cut Fries, 1 Cane's Sauce, Texas Toast, Coleslaw, Regular Fountain Drink/Tea we added an extra sauce to each order! The Chicken had a good flavor but had lost its crunchy texture due to taking order home. Everything is different when you drive home with your order! Fries, Chicken, and Toast were not crunchy due to the drive. Things taste much better when you can eat the meal at the restaurant! All food was good. I just look forward to being able to eat it there. Good solid food at a good price.

Raising Cane's raises the bar! Are ya' feelin' for some chicken? Say "yes" if you're coming to this place. Easy fast food, but freshly fried chicken that's flaky and crispy. Sure it's fried, except you don't see all that gross grease. What makes it easy? An uncomplicated menu, quick and friendly drive-thru service, and an excellent sauce; which may be the reason you'd keep coming back! Our usual is The Box Combo - equipped with Texas Toast, cole slaw, and wavy or crinkle fries. We went into this place once and I can say that their interior was VERY clean. I didn't expect the theme to be sporty. The first time I tried Raising Cane's was in Las Vegas. Glad to have one close by. They've managed to keep a customer.

Speedy, friendly customer service at drive thru. Took about three minutes! I ordered the kid's two chicken tenders meal. See pics. I added extra sauce (extra charge) and a piece of toast (extra charge), but worth it. It was for me lol it's plenty. You get a tough about of crispy fries and the chicken tenders are a good size, all in addition to the toast. The sauce brings all is it together. Couldn't believe I found one here! I use to eat this all the time in college at LSU💜💛! How glorious!

Well I come to temple at least 2-3 times a week from 2 hours away... I have had knee surgery 3 times in 10 months! Twice at Scott and White!!So I’m pretty familiar with the restaurants in this area... I wanted something different today... I went through the drive through, was immediately served.. the girl had a smile on her face seemed truly happy to be working!! Which already made my experience nice! I pull over so I can eat.. it’s hard for me on crutches non.. weight bearing to go into restaurants that don’t have waitress’... I open the steaming box!! 🤩 immediately started digging in!!! Wow!! Everything was delicious! My only complaint was the batter falling off.. but if that’s the only complaint I will gladly be back!!!!! Worth the $8.50 for the chicken!!!!💁‍♀️

Customer service is what set them apart from other fast food joints.

Food quality was good as usual, but the prices have gone up, and the chicken fingers are now about 1/2 as big as they were when a Caniac was only $9. They really need to redue their menu photos to more accurately reflect the micro sized chicken, or perhaps they just need to reduce the size of their bread to keep them in relation to the chicke .

Most experiences have been amazing but with in the last month I have had 2 orders forgotten about after being told to pull forward and customer service has dropped dramatically the last 6-7 times I’ve been. The girl today (around 7:30 pm which is around the time I normally go) practically threw my order at me, I’ve never had to catch a bag before. Just disappointing cause I’ve always mentioned the customer service here. Don’t know where it’s been.

As always, we enjoy Cane's chicken. I'm only giving a 4 star because I like my food hot there. The bread was not even warm. It's ok though!

The service was superb! I went through the drive thru and they were very friendly and fast. The place isn't the easiest to see off of the main road and it literally has only one food item on the menu. You can decide the number of chicken strips you want or you can get them on bread 🤷🏻‍♀️. Those are your only choices. I enjoyed their sweet tea and I love their Cane's sauce even though my husband's thoughts are quite the opposite.

This place would have a perfect star review if they would do my toast as I ask. Hahaha I always ask for extra butter extra crispy. They just ring it as a BOB, which stands for butter on both sides. Which is normally fine, if they actually have butter all the way on both sides. But they don't always have butter on both. Sometimes is just a corner or the bread isn't even toasted right. Like it's still cold on the inside and not that delicious crisp outer layer with a soft warmth inside you know? Anyways! There tea is always amazing!! First time visit. Very welcoming setting, local artifacts on the walls. Food was cooked to expectations and my kid loved the toast. Since there is a up-charge for extra sauce they should make sure the ketchup is always full for the dine in area. Told a staff member the ketchup was low and during our whole visit no one ever refilled the ketchup. Had to stand there at the ketchup pump for quite a while just to get enough ketchup for my kid. Over all the food was good. I placed a mobile order set it up for curbside. As soon as I arrived i checked in. Took 12 min and a phone call later to get the food. I would understand if they were busy but there was 2 cars in the parking lot.

Fast friendly service. The chicken itself is very good, tastes great and is nice and tender. The batter/breading whatever you want to call it is not good. Bland flavor and not the best texture. The Cane sauce is tasty, and it improves the tenders a lot. But you shouldn't have to drown your chicken in it, they should be able to stand alone in my opinion.

I’ve been eating canes from DFW to Austin since I can remember and never have I experienced Raising Cane's like I did today. The chicken was severely dry and the fries looks like they took a swim before they made it to my Caniac combo box.. I understand that things happen but Canes sets the bar when it comes to chicken and the quality there of. I expect a lot more out of canes than what other chicken places expect people to eat. My husband and I moved here from New Orleans 2 1/2 years ago...we were SO excited when Cane's came to Temple. The food is just as good as it was in New Orleans, however, our dine-in experience was in dire need to help. The staff that night could not have cared less about being there. They did not communicate with one another well, and the gal working the counter was about as pleasant as a cold damp sock. Having said that, I have been through the drive-through quite a few times now and the folks working the window during the lunch shift seem to enjoy their jobs. They are almost always friendly and smiling. And let's face it $9 for 4 chicken fingers and fries is a little steep so a smile from the staff upon delivery should be a no-brainer. So...as of right now my advice to customers is avoid dining in and avoid the drama. I hate saying that because its a clean and cute little establishment. To the owner and management: I hope you will work on training and improving your evening, dine-in staff. When the staff doesn't enjoy what they do, then proceed to pass that attitude along to the customer, the customer has no choice but to look to the top of that broken ladder.

I'm not too big on Raising Canes. I think the fries look ok but not really seasoned. My daughter absolutely loves it here. She's big on chicken and frequents here. The drive through does seem pretty fast. Love the spirit of drive through workers though.

Went here to eat while visiting my daughter in TX because this isn't an option at home in PA. We heard their chicken was some of the best, so HAD TO try it!! In all honesty, it wasn't anything special!?! Chicken strip are comparable to almost any place else, same with the fries. The coleslaw was good, but again - nothing to brag about. The guy at the counter seemed to be about as enthused to be there as most other fast food places. Waited on us fairly quickly though, but took forever when we went back to the counter a bit after eating for my daughter to have a bag to bring the rest of her fries with her in the car. The floors were sticky, tables had crumbs on most of them, drink station was not very clean. Prices were comparable to every other chain selling similar items. Nothing worth going out of your way for BY FAR...

The service is great, the staff is friendly. The chicken... is ok. It's not bad by any means. It was juicy and hot served freshly made, but otherwise overhyped and just another flavorless chicken tender. The inside of the restaurant is the same as other locations ive been to. At peak times its hard to navigate from the seating area to the counter to collect your food. The parking lot layout and drive through are about the same at the Temple location, difficult to navigate and packed at peak times. Overall, this chain of restaurants is way overhyped. If you want cane's you should go during none peak hours and you should "dine in" as it doesn't make for good "take out".

I do not know what is going on with their chicken, but lately the chicken does not tastes the same… feels a little rubbery and bland for tastes.

Boring menu. The food arrived hot and was very good. However, there is only one basic type of "chicken fingers" and one dipping sauce. I think they should add .ore coating options, such as extra-crispy or spicy, or several additional dipping sauces.

The staff seemed polite and nice, but when I asked for two chicken sandwiches with no king sauce, I didn’t realize until after I had left that one of my chicken sandwiches still had cane sauce on it and personally, I just cannot stand the cane sauce

Step by step. Inch by Inch. The Cane's chicken tenders shrink in length and girth. When does a chicken tender become a chicken nugget? Are tenders and nuggets defined by size or contents? Tenders are breast white meat (hopefully) and nuggets a mixture of chicken parts? The point begining, Mr Cane, to continuing to shrink you will soon disappear.

We frequent this location often and order the same thing. Tonight was a bit different. Asked for 2 Caniac combos with NO drinks. Didn't realize we were charged for a large water until we reached the second window, YES, the first window was actually open this evening. The girl asked if we wanted a refund and we said yes, it took no less than 3 people to get it taken care of. Once we got home and opened the order up we realized and were very disappointed our combos were missing the cole slaw. The chicken was hot and tasty; the fries are just fries for us. We do believe a manager on duty helped with the refund and was very helpful. The person on the mic taking the orders for the drive thru was friendly enough. We know issues happen, but we also know you can do better especially with the cost of everything these days. Canes is not cheap, but it is worth it for the Chicken!

This was our first time eating raising canes since they opened. The prices went up dramatically. The $10.59 price tag wouldn't have been so bad if all 4 of the tenders were full size and the fries were just a little fresher. When we got to the window to pay, we asked for honey mustard and were told how much it'd cost, which was surprising because I didn't know they charged for sauce. The girl working the window was very sweet, though, so nothing against her. Then we got home and realized we were missing food. We didn't want to go all the way back to get it, so we called for a refund. They said we had to go back physically for a refund, which was understandable but didn't offer something for our time like a free drink at least. The food itself was pretty good. Also, the kids' toy was very fun to put together. But the experience plus the prices just kind of put us off, so we probably won't be returning anytime soon.

Raising Cane's probably has the number one most flavorless chicken strips in the nation. I would rather go to a random gas station and be surprised by their most likely stale, greasy and or both leftovers from the morning rush than risk losing my appetite after 1 and 1/2 watery dull chicken strip(s). At this point we are out here killing chickens for no reason.

Pricey chicken fingers that taste good if you eat at the restaurant. Ordering to go is a different story. The styrofoam containers used to keep your food warm cause a lot of condensation and your food ends up soggy. Nothing like soggy chicken fingers, fries & Texas toast!

Went tonight they couldn't follow orders i had to repeat my order 3 times then i had topull up to window to say it again mind I ordered sandwich combo on toast with sauce on side no lettuce and was complete opposite had lettuce and sauce. One of my least favorite experiences.

I usually have a great experience but not tonight. Three teenage girls laughing and staring while having us wait for our food without actually telling us to wait. Customer service was the worst i have ever received at any canes location. Whatever teenagers you hired for the summer, fire them. Never again will this location receive my business. Get it together.

The service today was poor to say the least. I went to place my order around 7pm. Food was fast and efficient but the individuals working the second window were very rude when I informed them that they had got all of our drinks wrong. I wanted two half and half sweet, and 1 regular sweet tea and instead got 1 unsweetened tea and two what tasted like half sweet and unsweetened teas. So they gave my replacements and instead of giving me what I originally ordered they gave me 3 regular unsweetened teas. The individual working the window had a very bad attitude and didn’t even apologize for getting our order wrong.

I made my order and I went to sit down to wait, I heard that order after order came out and even people who ordered after me was already receiving their order I went to see what had happened and they only looked at me and began to ask for my order I don't know what happened but no one knew about my order they asked for it to be done and it took time again then they asked for the order again and still no one had started it, in the drive thru there were three people laughing and talking. It had already been more than 30min so I asked to get a refund instead and they told me that they had already started the order I still just requested my refund and they called the manager and it turns out that she was one of those who was in the drive thru, instead of checking that everything is going well shes in the drive thru laughing and talking with the workers just a horrible experience! Just a waist of time! Lack of management training she just came up asked me for the receipt didn’t have it went to get the receipt for the order made the refund didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience not that I care but after having customer service background its something YOU HAVE TO DO.

Bought a 3 finger combo only gave me 2...for 10$ never again...

As someone who loves canes I’m disappointed I ordered a 6 piece box they gave me 3 my girlfriend ordered a 3 piece with extra toast she got 1 toast and no coleslaw then my girlfriends litter brother ordered a 3 Piece box with no fry’s extra toast he got 1 toast fry’s and no coleslaw and to top it off none of my 3 extra sauces came, all 3 orders were wrong yall need to look into yall night staff they gonna push people away I did order off doordash so maybe it way them but I doubt it

You know how you go out for lunch and you want to wash your hands before you eat? Germs they say, you've got have your hands washed. Well also in the bathroom it says on the little sign "EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS PRIOR TO RETURNING TO WORK" I'll tell you this raising canes doesn't follow that little sign! NOPE, no paper towels, low almost no soap, tiny bit of toilet paper. And an employee came into the bathroom, used it and left in a flash as I was exiting my stall. Didn't see her face just her long dark hair, red shirt, black slacks. When I reported to the counter help the state of the bathroom I think the cashier gave me 3 seconds of acknowledgement. I watch for over 30 min for SOMEONE to go resupply the bathroom. You know the answer, NO ONE. And this place is across the street from the hospital. Absolutely NO recommendations for this place. 🤮

SO I LOVE CANES BUT THIS PLACE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I’m all for teens working but come on now why play on the headset laughing while trying to order . Not only that but kept mocking me while I’m ordering tonight . Highly disappointed and also found hair in my sauce meaning they not wearing any hats or hairnets in the kitchen . I’m extremely upset and won’t be coming back . The manager caught an attitude when I tried to explain the situation.

About a month ago, I went to Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers drive-thru and ate my food in the car on my way home. I didn’t finish it, so when a friend came over later and said he was hungry, I offered him the rest. That’s when he noticed the chicken was raw. Shortly after eating it, I started feeling sick. I had stomach pain, diarrhea, fever, and headaches. It got bad enough that I went to the ER, where they diagnosed me with food poisoning and prescribed medication. A few days later, things got worse. My toes and fingers started tingling. I went back to the ER and was told it was unusual and was referred to a neurologist. Within days, my symptoms progressed — I felt weak and went to the ER again. They gave me medication for nerve pain. Then half of my face became paralyzed. I went back to the ER for the fourth time, and after testing, I was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome caused by a bacterial infection. I had the worst 4–5 weeks of my life. Four hospital visits. Severe symptoms. A neurological diagnosis. All after being served raw chicken. This experience has completely changed how I feel about eating here. No one should have to go through something like this because their food wasn’t cooked properly. I will never eat here again, and I will absolutely be speaking up about what happened.

I went to the drive thru after working all day and opened my box that had literally frozen cold fries , I called and complained and the boy answered the phone said he was a manager and his name was Steven and as soon as I complained he hung up on me I called back and they never answered the phone . That’s how they treat their customers
