Very good coffee, friendly girls at the counter who helped pick a coffee i would like. The velvet blend signature coffee with a shot of moon milk and a few sugars hit the spot!! The maple cinnamon roll hit the spot and was decadent but not overly sweet. 3 coffees and a pastry was only $22. Very reasonable and not at all the price I expected. Highly recommend the expresso milkshake! If you like frappes that is for you!! Will be returning!! But to the location in Belton closer to my house.

My compliments to the Summer Moon employee who presented my husband with a “consolation’ gift for not having his breakfast selection (although it was almost 1PM and he had been previously been informed of that possibility!). Another reason to love Summer Moon!!

What a great coffee and a great customer service I wish I got the name of the lady that recommended a drink for me. The drink was amazing and she’s happy person. Both worker they were amazing and very welcoming. Thank you so much guys for a great experience. I’ll be back over and over for the same drink very addictive.

Well designed and comfortable to hangout, must be a company store or franchise. The location has a drive thru window. I would encourage all coffee consumers to support your independent coffee shop. Summer Moon is a nice change from the local independent coffee shops tossed together with used stuff and the opportunity to empty grandma 's garage. I would suggest the owner of an independent coffee shop sit in the chairs they've placed in their business. I would guess, there are dedicated coffee people seeming to prefer the worn out chairs and rocking tables of the independent coffee shops. So enjoy!

I got the Espresso Mikshake. As I took my first sip my taste buds rejoiced! The explosion of flavor did not dissapoint! This will be my go to drink in the afternoon since I am a milkshake addict!

100% recommend!! I was visiting the area from the Midwest and needed a coffee shop to work at for a few hours. The seating space is lovely, and the staff are incredibly friendly! I met one of the owners and she was extremely kind and accommodating, going out of her way to make sure my experience was nothing but the best. The coffee was great too!

Tried today. 4 shots w milk extra hot. They made it exactly how I wanted and it was great. $10 for a cup of coffee. Other places have the same cup for $5. Not sure it makes sense to spend $10 for a cup of coffee and milk. But other places are terrible and Summer Moon gave me a good cup of coffee. 5 stars because it was perfect I’m just not in their budget, and they were very nice.

From day one, Janessa took the time to learn both of our names—something that meant more to us than she probably realizes. She didn’t just stop there. She asked about our preferences and personally recommended a signature drink that has become our drink. We order it every single day now. What truly sets Janessa apart is her warmth and genuine care. She’s the kind of person who doesn’t just serve coffee—she creates connection. Every time we walk in, she makes us feel welcome, seen, and appreciated. It’s emotional to say this, but she has made Summer Moon feel like home. Janessa is an absolute joy to be around, and because of her, Summer Moon isn’t just a coffee shop to us—it’s a part of our daily life that we look forward to. Employees like her are rare, and we are truly grateful. Thank you, Janessa, for everything you do. You make a difference. ❤️☕️

This is definitely one of my favorite coffee spots. The quad moon-shaker is far-and-away my favorite thing here. While I do miss the "big mike" breakfast option, the pigs-in-the-blanket are great, too. We generally come in the early morning so it's not too busy, but we get what we order fast and everyone working is always very friendly! They practically know what we are going to order before we say it nowadays!

First time coming into this location and I was just very fickle on what I wanted to drink, and I was rattling off all the things that I like to Stevi and she hit the nail in the head when I got the spicy dirty chai and then when she suggested to add the pumpkin, it was just perfect Now!! I have become hooked on this drink! I wanna come back at least once a week. Stevi was just so patient and so Sweet and warm and welcoming really made the experience that much more special Oh my goodness

Absolutely love visiting the Summer Moon trailer in Temple off 31. There is a cute little covered patio area to sip your warm beverage or relax or in my case, catch up on work emails. Logan is a sweet young man and offers great customer service and always has great recommendations.

Such a great place! Nice helpful staff that greet you when you walk in. I've tried the 1/4 Moon drink and the drip coffee, both were pretty solid. Good study environment in there as well.

I love their winter moon iced coffee! It’s thick, creamy, and has a unique taste. Been here several times!

Absolutely love coming here for all my coffee and breakfast needs!!! Customer service is always top of the line with their positive attitudes and helping hands. My only complaint if you can call it that is they run out of their breakfast items fast specifically the jalapeño and cheese breakfast bagel sandwich. It is my favorite thing they have on the menu but is definitely a struggle trying to get. However that is just me being picky because I love that sandwich so much. SummerMoon thank you for all that you do!!!!

Very friendly, and helpful. Some of the best service I’ve had in a coffee shop. Very comfortable and warm feeling on the inside too with how everything is laid out and the aesthetics. They even offer off menu seasonal items and that was the best in my opinion. I just wish they had a few more food options. But still a must try!

Customer service for ordering was the best. Our drinks were very good. I ordered the blueberry crisp latte with their bitter croissant (not the greatest, soggy) And my husband ordered the Oak Roasted Drip Coffee with coffee cake(super yummy) we sat in to enjoy. I was not impressed with the cup they served my latte in. There was a very sharp chip that if I were a left hand drinker it would have cut my lip. I let the young man know and even brought my cup up. And he was like "right on, thanks for letting me know" but left the cappuccino cup there and that was it. Extremely different interaction from other employee. She helped us with our orders informing us of other moon milk options. I will return because the drinks were so good. I did recommend they check all their drink ware. But it seemed to be shrugged off. Sometimes people have bad days. But for our first visit, was not impressed.

I brought it to her attention that all the ice melted and my drink tasted watery to which she replied, “ that’s how we make them, we pour hot espresso over the ice and if it melts that’s just way happened”. To which I asked her if I could have several cups of ice then to pour these now watered down americanos on ice at least. She never once offered to make my drink. It was obvious that the skill and making coffee was not present amongst any of the employees. And I ordered a sausage kolache, which was freezing cold in the middle when it was given to me. There are other coffee places in town that deliver much better service. I was really excited about trying some moon and sad that my experience was negative.
