Credit to the crew who handled a large crown both in the drive-thru and inside the dining area. Dealt with other challenges as well and worked together as a team. Good job!
Alright the ONLY reason for this is because of Ca-Asia she WORKED this restaurant Monday night running the line, cleaning, keeping her team focused when it was insanely busy. Disappointing she’s not a manager because she deserves it the actual manager was no where till he gave gift cards to door dashers? I don’t know what he was doing. But our girl Ca-Asia was cleaning welcoming checking on people she was amazing and deserves the hype along with another women working drive through but had no name tag we saw you too!
I like this location and the people are really friendly. Update. Today was a rough day for them. They were 20 min late with my pick up order. There were others waiting for their orders as well. They were serving people in line faster than mobile orders. But I was standing waiting for 20 min for my food while people that came in after me were served and got out before me.
The food was great! I came around 8pm, so it was unfortunately very busy. The drive thru line was wrapped around the store. I could see people in line for in-store service that had to wait outside as the line there was also long. But the food was great- the noodles tasted fresh and the orange chicken was some of the best I've had. Their Coke was alright- it tasted like it didn't have enough syrup maybe.
Food was okay .. except for the fried rice.. it was completely undercooked. Terrible. Hopefully the new Belton location will be better bc I do love Panda Express when cooked right.
Ordered a mobile order to grab and go but turned out they closed the dining area. Ended up waiting for 30 mins in the drive thru because it was packed. Food was decent but they didn't even give us napkins/silverware.
Terribly slow!!! For a place that already has the food cooked, this place is stupid slow, 20min to get through drive thru and I ordered it online, it should have already been in a bag!?
I have always loved their Kung Pao chicken. I was there tonight and the asked for a bowl and the young lady stuffed so much rice and barely hardly any of the meat dish. I paid 8.50. I looked at My other friends and they ordered a plate and got 3 different meat items and they paid 12 for it. I did not get enough of the meat dish to go with all that rice and I am not at all happy about it. I am retired and while traveling I always try to find a Panda Express as it is quick to run in and get What I need to eat and it has always been Kung Pao chicken. The reason I eat this dish is because I am pepper person and tonight, I did not even get one of those red chilies! Very Disappointing and the next one I stop in at, hope will be a little more generous with the serving for the price I paid. My 3 friends gave me some of their meat and told me to get the plate next time!
Ordered online food was ready pretty quickly but the attitude and attentiveness to customers is not great one woman was nice but the rest were ignoring me. I went in to grab it and was stared at instead of being acknowledged or told to hold on and was helped after a woman for door dash came in after me as she waited less than 30 seconds. Also didnt get any utensils with my order so now I had to scramble to find some to use to eat my meal in a parking lot.
Service at this location could’ve been better but that’s not the problem here. I ordered a two meat plate (broccoli and beef, honey sesame chicken, and chow mein) and when I get my order they give it to me in a bowl with my second meat in a small carton on the side. So I open it and I have more broccoli with three pieces of beef and in the carton is like 4 pieces of meat sitting on top of a lot of vegetables. This meal is ridiculous and if I didn’t stay far from town I would go back and give it back to them
Food- Got Broccoli beef, orange chicken, fried rice. Broccoli beef is really good (juicy and tender), orange chicken is a little bland, and the fried rice is dry. Service- Came in specifically to support the south belton middle school (fundraiser through panda express to support a family member), got a "I don't know nothing about that" from the cashier when we told him, and he didn't ask anybody. Cashier didn't give us a receipt. Lady that served the food was nice as well as patient when I was trying to figure stuff out. Atmosphere- Regular panda express. Better than the one near me in Houston.
Waiting way too long to move in the line inside. Workers catering to drive thru and not worried about people inside. Mis managed for sure. Don't come unless you are willing to wait.
This store sucks! Placed order on line spend lots of money for my order and when I get there the doors are closed! And there’s a line of 15+ cars in the Drive-through so now my food is getting cold and I’m still getting charged full price for my food that’s supposed to be ready when I got there. This place sucks. Do not go to that store not worth your money your time. If I could leave a zero stars I would you guys suck!!!
The absolute slowest ordering experience. Drive Thru is painfully long. Employees move like molasses. Even the line for the dining room was out to the parking lot. Screen has been out in the drive-through for over two years now. What is going on at this location? What business owner finds this acceptable?
food is hot or miss usually burnt over cooked nasty and very very rude staff. Avoid this Panda location. I've never experienced a Panda restaurant as bad as this one. Again it is hit or miss. I have had 1 decent experience here. Ive been here about 3 times through the drive thru food was god 1st time only. The fourth time I decided to take my daughter and go inside. Huge mistake the service and staff were zero star rude and disrespectful I will never go back there to spend my money. No way.
Ordered through door dash. Asked for orange chicken and black pepper steak with fried rice. Got no orange chicken, 2 maybe 3 pieces of steak and a plate full of vegetables and fried rice. I tried to call and get my order fixed but phone didn't even ring before saying no one is available to take your call.
I went inside on Friday October 17th at 6:26pm I brought my daughter so we could enjoy dinner together. To cut to the chase. I walked out the two girls in front were worse than rude. They had super rude attitudes and zero customer service. I smiled was very friendly even understanding that they couldnt acknowledge me right away no big deal...but the attotude wasnt necessary. When they finally acknowledged me one girl snapped and said "you need to say what you want we cant see your finger and just know what you want because you say this one." I was clearly pointing at the shrimp and beef it was clearly obvious. They were just rude and I lost my appetite no way will I spend my money on a trash experience. Thanks panda im disappointed yall cant train your employees better.
Tashi is probably one of the most rude takeout employees I’ve ever dealt with in my life. From the start when I pulled up she was terrible. She checked me out for the wrong order and got just so nasty about it when I said it wasn’t my order and clearly purposely handed me my drink with a broken/busted lid that wouldn’t even go on the cup. I understand everyone has bad days but damn, I’ve never been like that to someone because I made a mistake. I hope I don’t have to deal with her again, I left practically shaking.
I am always someone to give a place more then one chance. I've been here on a few different occasions and a few different time frames for that honest chance. I got dinner, and on my order was beef and broccoli. My broccoli is still cold, and out of the entire portion, I have half of one piece of beef. I cant give a great review because I've had similar experiences coming here, even where the rice wasnt cooked all the way through. The staff is super nice though I give credit for their customer service. But food could be alot better.
This isn’t the first time we’ve been disappointed with this location. However I had to say something this time. Fried rice was hard as a rock. No seasonings and to be honest got stuck in our teeth because it was so raw. We ordered chicken egg rolls and they are completely burnt, we couldn’t eat them.
Haven’t been to this location in about a year. This evening we ordered food and we were told that it would be a 3-5 minute wait (on Chow Mein) by the drive through gentleman. 35 minutes go by and still no food. My husband went in and was then told that the Chow Mein hadn’t even been started… My husband and I worked fast food for years. Simply can’t understand the lack of communication in a team. This is all a reflection on management and trainers as a whole. Very disappointing. The manager on tonight’s shift lacks the capability of running this business.
I almost ran out of gas in the drive thru.... never again .. I'll go inside and do my take out order instead. Service is extremely slow. This place isn't New anymore. Get it together Panda Express. Train well as good as your paid to work there. Make the experience good for customers, inside or outside ordering. My food was not hot, barely warm . Thank God for microwaves
Worst Panda ever! The Bowl is filled to the TOP line with rice. Then I have 3.5 teeny tiny pieces of chicken. The veggies amount to 2 tablespoons. Once you are through the top layer, it's all dry, bland, old tasting rice. Here's my conversation in the drive thru. Me: "last time I came my bowl had 3 pieces of chicken" Girl on the speaker: "no problem, I'll make sure they fill it up". Got home with my 3 bowls... yup, same thing as last time. NOTE: I just got back from my hometown in Louisiana where I visited PANDA. (Bowls cost $8.50) Same order, Fantastic! The Bowl was half rice and half meat and veggies. I counted! There were 10 big pieces of Chicken!! The store manager in Temple needs to visit West Monroe Panda and take some lessons on cooking Good Food, instead of cheating his customers to save a dime. Done with this location, I won't be back! YES, I did try to call the store, several times, NO answer, but not surprised. Just go to Rocking Ramen and you'll be happy!
I've given this place so many chances I can't even count them. Tonight was my last time. The only reason they r so so busy is bc there isn't another one around besides waco or Georgetown area. For the most part the employee's so I decent job for what they r paid. The place is all about get the customers in and get them out as fast u they can. Food is extremely plan. Today got me to my point. Guy at the window was like "here's ur food", and get outnof the way. Not a "any sauces or anything?" Nothing from him, which totally bornal for this place. Alot of food but no flavor at all. I'm so done with this place.
