Alba is one of the best places in Americana. Their bakery is spectacular, and the place has that special touch of a hidden gem. They always maintain a welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service. A must-visit spot for lovers of good bread! Reservations are recommended during the week; weekends are subject to availability.

It's a somewhat hidden spot, but it was recommended to me. When I finally found it, I was amazed the moment I walked in the door. Through the window, I could see the conchas (sweet bread rolls) that had just come out of the oven—absolutely beautiful, huge, and fluffy. The service was quick, the place was very comfortable for chatting, and it was lovely and cozy. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the green juice was spectacular—so fresh and natural. I want more! And the cream concha was truly breathtaking. We can only say that we're eager to return and try more things from the menu.

I really liked the place and the service. The location, the farm, and especially the food. I just missed having more variety in bread since they only serve cancha (a type of Mexican bread). And having the option of unlimited coffee refills would be great for those of us who love to have a good conversation. I had café de olla (Mexican-style coffee) and Americano. And I had the chance to eat some delicious waffles with egg and bacon. I definitely recommend the place. 😊

I've been several times now, and I find it a very welcoming place. If you like good coffee, they make it very well here, especially a mocha latte, since it's not sweet. Their toast with panela (unrefined cane sugar) is my favorite. The conchas (sweet bread rolls) are different each season and always taste great. The service is fast and very friendly; just be sure to go early on weekends.

We can’t say enough great things about Alba Cocina! From the food, to the staff, to the atmosphere it was all exceptional. We had a big group and they were very accommodating. We ordered the chilaquiles which were absolutely amazing. The horchata espresso was like nothing I’ve had before, we ordered another one to go! Highly recommend the concha as it was not too sweet and very tasty. The food alone would give this five stars, but staff were the best part as they were so sweet and helpful. They also had another set of menus in English! This place is truly a hidden gem of Guadalajara!

A bit enclosed from my point of view and you hear a lot of murmuring that can be tiring. If someone has a dog and they are not used to living with others, it becomes difficult to hear the barking of the enclosed. From then on, it is a great place to have breakfast with different and very tasty dishes!

We visited Alba. The breakfast was delicious, and their specialty, conchas, never disappoints. We felt very comfortable having breakfast at Alba. The staff was very attentive. I ordered an omelet with machaca, which was very good; the pumpkin seeds were a great addition. I loved it!

We discovered this place walking down the American Highway. I loved the food, and the fact that the kitchen is visible made me realize the quality of the utensils and ingredients, which we appreciate as diners. The barista is amazing; you can tell he knows what he's doing. I recommend trying the iced latte with cardamom cream and their Pink Chai.

What a beautiful place, what delicious conchas and in general their bakery, the drinks are INCREDIBLE, the best in La Americana, very good service, it feels like Mexico, homemade, ranch food, the music and the atmosphere are very nice, we went on Monday morning and it was super quiet, as always in La Americana I do not recommend the weekends or if you only have that day go with a lot of patience, Alba is a must 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
