The products are good, but one of the drawbacks is that when you order an iced cappuccino, they charge you 10 pesos more for the Chantilly. So they're supposedly charging for it on their sign for the product they're selling. That's the only bad thing going on.

I used to like going to an Italian restaurant, but now when I go to this one I remembered why I don't like it as much anymore, the place looks dirty and sad, the service leaves a lot to be desired, you can see that the staff is not motivated, it took a long time to bring what we asked for, I ordered a large cold chocolate, half the glass was foam, the drink was tasteless, I don't order coffee anymore since the last few times I've gone the coffee has been pretty bad, once they bring you the drink they ignore you, if you want something else and you're upstairs you have to go down and ask for it, apart from that the internet is pretty bad, it's not what it used to be

The service is terrible. They prepare the coffee that's 60% ice and 40% milk and coffee, and to top it off, they give it to you in a cheap container whose lid doesn't even fit properly and spills everywhere. But with their exorbitant prices, they're good at taking your money, which is the only thing they do well.

When I arrived at the drive-thru, the employee was chatting with his colleague and it took them about 5 minutes to serve me. I asked for a drink with lactose-free milk and they told me they couldn't prepare it because they had everything already prepared early with regular milk, anyway.
