A lunch to celebrate my partner's birthday, a real discovery, a fresh and elegant oasis near the Terni train station. The staff welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, immediately making us feel at ease and taking care of everything, even the candle on the dessert! Excellent food, presented like a 5-star restaurant. I'll definitely be back, and I also want to try their pizza; rumor has it that it's worth it.

Really worth a visit, food was delicious and wine was incredible. Our waiter was so helpful, explained the different dishes and helped select the wine. We went with some of his recommendations and were not disappointed. Only a 7 minute walk from the train station too. We’ll be back

A very elegant, welcoming, and sophisticated restaurant where anti-COVID regulations are strictly adhered to, including Green Pass checks, mask-wearing, and a paper menu for each guest, handed out with tongs. The pizzas are very tasty and feature unique combinations. The desserts deserve a special mention. I highly recommend the lime and olive oil one...without exaggerating, it's the best dessert I've ever eaten in my life. Definitely worth a try!

Locale accogliente e molto curato. Piatti ben presentati e con sapori equilibrati, complimenti al cameriere che ha saputo spiegare benissimo ogni portata. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato.

Prende il nome da uno dei reparti delle acciaierie.... È un ristorante elegante e fine, dove gustare discreti piatti anche della cucina tipica Ternana. Ottimi i vini ed anche il dolce.. Prezzi forse leggermente alti, ma nel complesso il mio giudizio è sostanzialmente buono... Provare per credere 😉!!!

Più volte ci ho mangiato negli ultimi tre anni e sempre ho apprezzato l'accurata scelta degli ingredienti, la precisa cottura e gli abbinamenti. Ottima anche l'enoteca. L'ultima volta sono rimasto un po' deluso dal secondo in foto.

It's a restaurant located on a site where sports facilities have been located for many years, at least three generations. The food is quite good and we're happy to return. In recent years, everything has been tastefully renovated. It's the ideal place for children to play safely. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

This is my first time here, and I'll definitely be back. The place, the atmosphere, the staff, and of course the food are lovely. I'll start by saying that it's been years since I've been to the CLT sports center, and if it weren't for some friends, I wouldn't have even known about the restaurant. Outside, everything is beautiful and well-kept, a remarkably large space with brand-new paddle courts and even a children's playground. La Fonderia, with all this outdoor space available, is definitely a place that shines in the summer. As soon as I entered, I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome: no member of the staff was missing a greeting accompanied by a smile. "Well done, that's a good start," I thought to myself. Very kind, they showed us to our reserved table. The decor is elegant, modern yet minimal, almost austere at times. Modern LED lighting and attention to detail. Overall, everything is very clean. Downstairs, the music changes significantly, switching from white to the warm brown of the wood. I appreciated the restaurant's ambivalent spirit. Original and refined. But let's get on with the orders. They have unique pizzas, often with unusual ingredients. I order one, which is good despite not being wood-fired, and medium-thick. Next time I'll definitely try the first courses. But it's only when I get to the dessert that I'm won over. It's impossible to make desserts this good (and quite complex) without extraordinarily fresh ingredients. Prices are more than fair. Well done.

The menu options are interesting, the food good, and the prices are moderately high (depending on your choices). The location is a bit out of the way, and the atmosphere... feels urban... The staff is friendly, though a bit distracted (after water, I asked for another drink twice and received nothing both times).

Menù insufficiente con solo 4 scelte di antipasti,primi e secondi.Bravo lo Chef ma prezzi troppo alti in relazione all'offerta.Lei mi ha risposto che abbiamo pagato 40 euro a persona ma è falso.Abbiamo speso 45 euro a persona con uno sconto del 10% che avevamo col CLT e quindi sarebbe stato 50 euro a persona per un pasto assolutamente non completo.

I write reviews to help and advise, and most often to compliment the establishments I visit (95% of my reviews are positive). When I don't give 5 stars, it's to point out critical issues and give establishments room to improve. This evening, I can't review the "La Fonderia" restaurant because, ladies and gentlemen, I thought I'd be treated so badly within seconds of entering the restaurant. I walked in with my 7-kilo Pomeranian to ask for confirmation that dogs weren't allowed, having already seen the no-dogs sign on the front door. I just wanted confirmation, since the restaurant also has a garden, and maybe it could have been done... But I swear the waitress looked at me terribly as soon as I entered... No, no!!! He's not allowed in!!! Yes, ma'am, I just wanted confirmation. I turn around and leave... He says, "I'm sorry..." I reply... "I'm sorry for you..." As I was leaving, the loud voice in the background came screaming... "No! It's the rules!!!!" Well... my friend... Those are your rules!!!! In many restaurants these problems don't exist, and your know-it-all wisdom is completely wrong (you even told me I can't go into supermarkets). Well, update yourself, because with certain carts they can go there too! Anyway, I've never seen such extreme rudeness. I will never set foot in your establishment, and certainly not given my job... I certainly won't recommend it. As I've already told you... I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU.
