Hotel accogliente e spazioso. Ampio ristorante con cucina discreta. Camere pulite, mantenute ogni giorno e con confort come frigo e phon per capelli.

I stayed there for work. Really large parking lot. Even for buses. The rooms are larger than average. The bathroom is very nice, definitely recently redone. The only downside: the restaurant isn't open at the moment (breakfast only), but there's a pizzeria/deli "Bella Napoli" 300 meters away that's open almost all the time. I'll be back!

The hotel is close to the highway to Perugia, Terni, and Orvieto, so I'd say it's in a strategic location. Ample parking adjacent to the property, clean rooms that were tidied up every day. A generous sweet and savory breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms may not be large or romantic, as some reviews complained, but I've seen worse, for a higher price... Worth a try... but if you're a snob, skip it... 😉

Handy for travelling. Close to motorway.

La struttura da ristrutturare, le camere molto arretrate, manca la cassaforte, la televisione in camera è vecchia, la moquette è macchiata, la colazione è a buffet l ho trovata molto buona. Mi sembra pochino per questo do due stelle per un hotel da quattro stelle

Stanze danneggiate su più punti, acqua calda saltuaria, letti scomodi, dimensioni infime, molto lontano dal centro, pasti comunque decenti

Hotel situato fuori dal centro di Todi. Grande parcheggio antistante. Le stanze avrebbero bisogno di una bella rimodernata. Pulito il bagno. Colazione essenziale. Discreto se si è di passaggio.

It feels like Belarus in the old days. Very limited heating, non-existent bathroom (extremely cold radiator), missing showerhead (removed from another room), and non-functional main light switch. Pros: price, blanket in the closet. And I hope the breakfast is good, otherwise I'll take another star off. Never again, anyway.

The rooms are acceptable. There is no refrigerator in every room, but where there is one, it may not work well. The TV is just an illustration, it is outdated and does not work in a usable way. Each person gets a soap and shower bath package. Breakfast is acceptable, but there are only cold dishes. There is no egg omelette. Its location is 4.5km from Todi, difficult to reach on foot and by public transport. There is a cheese shop and a pub in the vicinity, everything else is far away.

The location near the highway is very noisy. The room was filthy, and it seemed like they didn't clean it at all. The air conditioning didn't work, and it was freezing cold at night. The receptionist, an elderly man, was very rude. He said the air conditioning would turn on automatically, but it actually turned it off. Please avoid this hotel.

This Hotel is a disaster. AC in the room cannot be controlled, working all the time, day and night… Terrible shower. Did not receive any toilet paper in 4 days… Only one electric plug in the room… Breakfast was also not good. Staff very arrogant, they got annoyed when we asked for some toilet paper… Avoid this hotel!

Good experience right up until the last day of our stay. The staff was RUDE and INCOMPETENT. I read some reviews that said they were "too familiar with the customers." I CONFIRM and reiterate! For work, I travel to all types of hotels all over the world, and I've never had an experience like this! We were 10 people, 10 rooms booked, and we definitely won't return! It's a shame because the location is convenient and strategic for getting to the center of Todi.

From a 4-star hotel, you expect more than just a room with a bed that's just right, the furniture is a hideous fake cherry wood, the TV screen is barely bigger than a cell phone, and on the wall is a faded poster of a Matisse, the kind you win for charity but leave there. The air conditioning is incredibly noisy. The only good thing about the bathroom is that it's not shared. Of course, the stars depend on the amenities, but you'd expect much more.
