Fuimos por recomendación de un amigo de Teruel, y solo puedo más que darle las gracias, sabía donde nos mandaba. Los pinchos riquísimos, variados, y muy bien elaborados. El local muy bien ambientado, con pizarras explicativa con los diferente vinos por copa, y un tablón, donde la gente anota comentarios y frases. Una auténtica vermuteria para los amantes del vermut. Quizás, más de 30 vermut diferentes. El servicio muy pero que muy correcto, gracias a Diego, chico cubano, que a pesar de su corta edad, tiene una muy buena disposición y saber estar con los clientes. Everything was excellent. We went for dinner in a small, pleasant dining room upstairs. We ordered to share, and as we were finishing, we saw a cachopo go by and ordered it. Amazing. And the desserts were a 50 out of 10. The cheesecake with pistachio cream was spectacular. We'll have to come back to try the tapas at the bar. They looked very good.

This tiny vermouth bar, with its delicious little snacks, is a truly delightful surprise. They also offer over 120 different vermouths, as well as wine and beer. Space is limited inside, so you'll find yourself in a more intimate setting. The service is very friendly and competent; we visited twice and loved it. The prices are fair, with a vermouth costing around three euros.

We ordered tapas recommended by a very friendly and tasteful waitress, along with a small plate of freshly sliced ​​ham and bread. I was expecting the typical shrimp egg, but instead found more elaborate and surprising tapas. Everything was very good!

We went because of the reviews, and honestly, we're not surprised they have so many awards!!! They served us wonderfully (even though it was obvious the waitresses were inexperienced); we only went for a vermouth and a tapa and we almost emptied the place!!! 😂😂😂 Every time they brought out a new pintxo or tapa, we ordered it!!! In fact... I think some people missed out on a photo! Highly recommended. 2 vermouths and 4 tapas for 17 euros

We had dinner during our visit to Teruel. I definitely recommend it, both at the bar and later in the restaurant area. Both aren't very spacious but are very welcoming. As for the service, we were served by a cameraman whose name I don't remember, but I do remember his excellent service and attention, providing a friendly yet professional approach. As for the food, everything was delicious. If I have to highlight one thing, it's their tataki with truffled purée and their torrija, which surprised us the most. This is the most expensive dessert on the menu (at 50 cents), but it's a very good way to end the meal. I would definitely recommend it. Prices are in line with the quality of the food they serve.

We will come back to Teruel if only to meet the very friendly Emiliano and his staff in this truly special tapas and vermouth bar. This is what Spain is all about. Hidden gems like this. I’ll be spending more time giving thought to vermouth as an accompaniment to my tapas in future. Pura Cepa has an enormous range to try as well as numerous wines to try by the glass. The best and most original tapas we had in over a month traveling in Spain. The anchovies with aioli, the tempura eggplant with honey, the suckling pig filled little rolls and the deep fried shrimp cakes in batter were all we could manage and this very characterful establishment in this wonderful little town makes the drive to this part of Spain worthwhile Just a little over €20 each. Worth every cent.

Thoroughly enjoyed our Friday night here. Opened at 8.30 with the shutters going, get there as it opens to get a seat at the bar. Some really good tapas and then upstairs at 9pm for a fantastic house…

Estuvimos dos veces una en barra y otra en comedor. Trato desagradable por parte del camarero del pinganillo, seguramente el dueño; en las dos ocasiones. Producto excelente, precio razonable en barra pero comparativamente excesivamente caro en el comedor. El comedor es un querer y no poder; mesas ridiculas, sin donde dejar abrigos, paraguas y demas... tienes que tenerlo encima y las mesas son de "juguete". En cuanto ven que estas terminado de comer te despachan con la cuenta sin haberla pedido, vamos que te invitan a irte. En resumen producto excelente, cantidades pequeñas en comedor, trato desagradable y creanme conozco el gremio, tienen margen de mejora sobre todo en el trato ya que se deben al cliente. Experiencia con sabor agridulce.

La comida es muy buena y la cantidad la correcta. En cuanto al servicio fueron muy atentos. El comedor no es muy grande, pero es funcional y cumple con su objetivo. Respecto al precio creo que se puede ajustar un poco más, pero se entiende que estás en pleno centro histórico y ese extra se paga. Lugar a tener en cuenta para comer en Teruel.

The truth is, I have to say that we were very comfortable, the service was very professional, they advised us very well, and everything was delicious. We drank several vermouths, glasses of wine, and several tapas... The problem came when we ordered a cheese board. It was ridiculous, you can see it in the photos. We were two people. Not only were there two pieces of cheese for each of us, but there was one of them that only had one piece for both of us, and then the cuts were like cigarette paper. It's a shame, really. We left quite disappointed and paid €15 for that board. Hello, good evening. You're right. It's true that another cheese is missing, of which there were two triangles; they didn't appear in the photo.

Tienen un ambientador horroroso, no te deja ni oler el vino, solo huele al ambientador, la comida sabe a ambientador a pesar de que la comida está bastante buena, tiene una variedad de vermú impresionante. El servicio es pésimo, no sé si son los dueños del bar, pero yo que tengo un negocio si pusueran unos camareros más efectivos podrían duplicar la facturación. Tardan en servir, tardan en cobrar, les pides y ni te miran, y no es por exceso de trabajo es por actitud. No volveré.
