I don't know the names of the 2 people working by themselves while it was busy but they did a good job. No attitude nothing but niceness while working under pressure. Some people don't care about how hard it can be trying to keep up with orders especially with just 2 peoeples GREAT JOB!

Golden Chick restaurant is a great place to enjoy Texas southern chicken dishes with several award winning side dishes like seasoned fries and breaded okra. They have Texas Pecan chicken salad, which is a great option. The new jalapeno pimento cheese chicken sandwich is a one of a kind treat. A great place to eat for the whole family.

Came last night and this evening Alpha and especially Stephanie staff was friendly; the first night another young lady was extremely helpful as it was my first experience ; caring etc. The food was outstanding! The roasted chicken (not infused with hormones etc to be fatty) was so Delicious I came back. Dirty rice was spicy and so good (I’m a Cajun from Louisiana and it beats the other chicken franchise). The roll soft and delicious. Great side salad.

My son wanted to try something new and was super happy with his choice. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was nice. The restrooms were clean. Our food was delicious my son loved his meal, he kept saying this is so good. Definitely coming back an over all great experience.

The food is very tasty. Love the flavor of the roasted chicken! The cat fish is delish! Not greasy at all. Keiana Hendrix was super kind and helped me decide on what to order. Especially since I have a medical issue that doesn’t allow me to talk loud or easily. She was very sweet and patient.

We had an extra-large group after church tonight, and the workers here were so patient and kind! Ms. Ray at the register was so sweet! The food was delicious and fresh. We will definitely be back!

Arrived at 10pm on a road trip. Place closed at 1100. One staff member looked seriously disappointed that we came in. No sweet tea available because they closed in an hour. No mashed potatoes apparently for the same reason. Food taste was good but would have been much better if it was warm. The taller female staff member was not pleasant. Both my daughter and I felt uncomfortable interacting with her. Bad vibe.

The food was horrible no taste , I dont see how wicked wings not have taste.. the drinks taste like water and the mash potatoes where horrible no taste n gravy was runny and also didn't get all my wings ill never purchase anything from Stateline anymore 7th st will be getting my business for now on

We didn’t want a refund and weren’t going to drive back over mashed potatoes, but we did want to call and let them know that there was something wrong. The first two times we called - 7:23, 7:24 they picked up the phone, didn’t say anything, then hung up. We called again at 7:27 and no one answered. At 7:54 they finally answered - we told them the issue and the woman raised her voice and said if there was a problem we should have come up there and gotten some different mashed potatoes. We told her that’s not what we’re worried about, we’re worried they have something in them and they might need to be thrown out. She said there’s nothing wrong with the mashed potatoes, we’re not going to throw them out, then hung up the phone. Again, we don’t want a refund, we wanted to make sure someone didn’t get sick from eating food that is compromised. It’s incredibly concerning that this is how your store reacts when someone says there might be a cleaning product in your food. Sent feedback through the website and no response, so it’s like they just don’t care.

Ordered a 3 piece tender combo. The bread was literally raw. The tenders weren’t even chewable, the chicken was so tough like they had been sitting there for a long. Ordered a sweet tea and got an unsweetened tea. Called and manager didn’t even want to give a refund or replace the order bc one tender was eaten.
