We love us some Longhorn. The food is delicious and the customer service is amazing. Love the fresh baked bread and the steaks and amazing. Great customer service is something worth praising because so many establishments have lost it. Thank you for always being so helpful and caring about your customers. I would definitely recommend Longhorn to anyone!!!!

Eric gave us great service Friday evening. It was our first time, and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. The wait to be seated was pretty long, but it gave me a chance to look at the website. I realized we could have checked in beforehand to save some waiting. We will do that next time. The gluten free menu was so helpful. My partner has Celiac disease, so he was so thankful to find a new place where he can actually eat.

Chicken fried chicken was crunchy moist and flavorful. The atmosphere was very peaceful and welcoming. Our server was also fast and attentive. For the price we paid and the quality of the food we got it was well worth it. If your passing through I recommend stopping here

What did I do to deserve this!?! First off the food was excellent and the burger cooked properly. Soup seasoned well. Service slow but understandable cuz shorthanded. Seems to b everywhere these days. But...for the second day in a row, the weakest and watery margarita I've ever had!!! 2 different states even. Is it me, Don Julio, the bartender or what???

My steak was dry and over salted. Service was excellent. I will give them another try.

We were seated quickly and the waitress was very prompt. I ordered the ribeye medium rare with a salad and baked potato. It was served in a timely matter. The baked potato was very good. However, the steak was flavorless and very tough. I could not eat it and when the waitress asked how it was, I told her. She said she would notify the manager. The manager came by and I told her that it was flavorless and very tough. She said they do not marinate their steaks and apologized and said she would take it off the bill. I thanked her and waited for the corrected bill. I tried scanning it three times and it accepted my card but when I hit send, it said it didn't go through. I called the waitress and she said I would have to pay but did not offer to take my card and she left. I took the card to the front and they said my waitress had to handle it. I told them she didn't offer to take care of it. I could tell that they were upset because I had told them about my steak and they were in no hurry to settle the bill. It ended up being a very frustrating evening and I don't have any desire to go back.

Went with my mom. Waitress was great! My salad was ok, had more fruits than veggies. We got the brisket queso and the chips had 6x too much salt. Had the mushrooms, and they had slightly too much salt. The steak was perfect as well as the broccoli. Mom had fried steak and okra that had poooed oil on her plate sadly. She peeled all the breading off the steak because it was just too oily. She said the gravy was also too salty. Had the sodium levels been checked before serving, it would have been perfect.

Another busy night at Longhorn. The service was great but the steak was terrible. I don't think I've ever been served a steak that dry in my life. Ordered a medium rare and there wasn't a single bit of that steak that wasn't dry and white. I would have complained to the manager and got it remade but didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for a steak. Ate my okra and fed my dog the steak. Will call in advance and make sure that cook won't be working the next time I go.

Ok.. if your name is "Longhorn" Steak House, shouldn't there be way bigger longhorn horns on the wall?? In the video I posted, you can see how ridiculous the longhorns are. They are so small!! We literally have some down the street that are real wall hangers!! I don't get the decorations at all here. Now, let's discuss the bread.. blah!! Wheat bread, but not like the good kind from Texas Roadhouse. Really gross bread, but the real butter without the cinnamon in it (like Texas Roadhouse) but really great real butter. Now the service could use a little work. It took way too long for someone at my table to get his drink while the rest of us had ours. The utensils were so dirty that I was appalled!! Also, a picture of that was taken. My steak didn't rest, so it leaked all over my fries and ruined them. They were all griping about no tips!! OMG!! This place is awfully bad for a $24 steak. No go!!

So I decided that I wanted to have a steak I'm not a big steak eater so for me saying I wanted a steak was a big deal. So my daughter and her boyfriend suggested we should try Longhorn it was our first time. The restaurant wasn't really busy so it was a nice atmosphere our server was nice. Like I ordered the Wild Shrimp appetizer now I wasn't really good the batter was a little salty and it set on banana peppers and that made the shrimp batter mushy. I ordered a Ribeye Med-Well. So when it came to the table I was Impressed but I need some help because I'm not cultured when it come to steaks. So it was salty with a hint of butter to it. My daughter said the day thing that it was salty. So my experience was not what I thought it would be. But my daughter and her boyfriend enjoyed there lunch. I just need someone that knows a good steak tell what I should be looking for and what I should order to get s real steak experience from the seasonings to how it should be cooked.

Today I ordered the 12 oz Parmesan crusted chicken. I ate about 1/3 of it before deciding to just slice it up (I don’t like having to cut it at home) and just take it to go because I wasn’t too hungry. after cutting into it, it was clearly and visibly undercooked/raw. Our server was awesome, apologized and took the plate to the kitchen. As a pregnant customer, this is an extremely serious health hazard, as exposure to foodborne illnesses like Salmonella poses a direct risk to my health and the health of my unborn child. I was then improperly told by the manager that a refund could not be issued because my card had already gone through. Which has to be a lie! It sounds like they just didn’t want to go through the trouble of processing a refund. Well I was then offered a gift card as compensation. Which was fine, except we didn’t notice the card said $10 until we were already leaving and by then it felt very unprofessional. Generally I’d expect my entire bill comped for something like this, but I’d have even settled with just the chicken being comped. I even just found out that my mother ate here and was served raw pork chops a year ago! This location doesn’t seem to be too concerned about it if it’s frequently happening… which is a shame because my husband and I are frequent customers! I just am hoping and praying I do not get sick with salmonella because of this. I’d hate for it to cause harm to my unborn child or myself. Be aware before ordering anything that isn’t steak or vegetables here 🫣
