I'm so upset, I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I've been treated badly at this Burger King several times, however, I'm going back. I thought it was the employees, but today the manager helped me and I realized that it all comes from bad treatment. I closed my eyes and when she sent me to the front of the restaurant because she didn't have my order, I asked her if it would take long, to which she gave me a dirty look, with a very ugly look. I didn't say anything. My order arrived squashed, that's all. I'm not coming back. Good luck with your order, manager Tere, thanks for ruining my day. Regards.

I get off late from work so I asked my son where he wanted to go before bedtime and he immediately screamed burger King. We Went there at 8:20 they took 10 minutes to get our order taken. My son was super excited to go to the play area .. Nowhere online it says what time they close the play area . The lady yells “play area is closed” as my son goes to play so my wife proceeds to ask her what time they close the play area employee says “10 because im by myself “ so we didnt order food for us since we felt like she was rude from the start and just got my son food waited for the food and my wife asked again what time they close the play area. At this point the employee is rude and says like I already said 10 . So why cant my son play for 5 minutes ? At 8:30pm when they close at 10???? She was bitter and lazy. Definitely will NEVER come back to such NEGATIVE atmosphere. Unbelievable!!!!

The lady I was getting my order from very rude and disrespectful would highly recommend finding somewhere else to eat or any other Burger King!

Ordered a double croissant which meal which is already 3$ more then what it says on the actual menu and then they give me this very small crushed single croissant.

0/10 for customer service. We placed an online order for 7 people. A bunch of burgers, fries, onion rings, and various drinks. Went to pick it up all was fine. I know I should’ve checked it before I pulled out of the parking lot. DON’T COME FOR ME. When I got home and started taking the food out and getting it to the person that ordered it, we realized that we were short some fries and onion rings. We called the store to let them know about the shortage. That’s when it all changed. The employee named Chris is the one that answered the phone commenced to calling her a liar and basically saying that we were just trying to get free food. I can promise you that if I was trying to get free food, Burger King would not be the place I’d do it. Every time I’ve had to go back in and have an order corrected, I was always very polite was never mad or said anything out of line. I usually joked with the guy at the counter, but tonight it’s a really good thing I didn’t go in. I most likely would’ve caused a very large and loud scene. Where do customer service reps get the idea it’s right to talk down to and treat people like 3rd class citizens? Yes I know it doesn’t matter to a company like Burger King, but I can guarantee that I will never set foot back in that place again.

Monday: We walked in, there are 2 people working. They did not acknowledge us in anyway. No one was eating in dinning room. We waited about 8 mins before the lady on the line said "we will be with you in a minute". The lady at the drive thru never even looked at us, she even came up to the front register to get an ice cream and a cookie and still never looked at us or said a word to us. She just kept working the drive thru. We waited about 4 minutes more and never received any service so we left. So don't go during the day. We have been patrons of this restaurant many times, always in the evenings. So now we know not to visit during the day (3:15pm)

We ordered our meal off the app. We picked it up, got home, and we were missing two burgers. My husband took a photo of what was in the bag. Went back to get his meal, the missing food. They called him a liar, and are charging him again for the food they did not put in our order. This service is ridiculous, and they need to apologize, and give our money back. I also filed a grievance with Buger King corporate. What about making it our way, more like they didn't feel like making half our order at all. The audacity of calling a customer a liar is completely unprofessional and a way to lose a customer. Never will they get my hard earned money again.

Ordered the Bacon King. Got order fast, but it wasn't worth the $8 it cost for just the sandwich. This is on the verge of false advertising. Won't be going here again

This is for the Burger King in Nash Texas. Beware of the drink machine. The self-serve machine was nasty. Photo attached shows just the ice dispenser. If it's not clean then you can bet the soda dispensers are nasty too.

Swung through the drive through earlier for a quick lunch grab as we were passing through. Service was horrible. The person taking our order constantly sighing as she was frustrated that we had an order for 5 people. We get to the window and not only were the drinks incomplete and wrong but so was our order. Needless to say, we won’t ever go to this location again.
