The staff were not able to give our group any sodas with carbonation because no one at the store knew how to change out the CO2. So all sodas were flat. But the chicken was hot, fresh, and delicious!

The primary reason for the 4 star review had nothing to do with food, service, or atmosphere. It had to do with parking. Unless I missed it, there is no parking for vehicles pulling trailers. As usual, Raising Cane's was amazing and the food was on point.

Raising Canes is the best chicken out there! The other guys are trying to catch up, but Canes tastes so much better than the compitions! It's always hot, always crispy, and the dipping sauce is so much better and fresher! If you haven't tried Canes, you're missing out on what all of us already know, Canes is #1 in all categories compared to the other guys!

First time going to Raising Cane's. I was not sure what to expect. I knew it was famous for itz Cane's Sauce. But I was pleasantly surprised by the great taste of the chicken strips. They were warm and crispy and fairly seasoned. Could have used maybe a little more.aeasoning but they still tasted great. The sauce was great as well. Nothing crazy good but a good taste without being tok sweet. The iced tea is good here as well. Some places have horrible tea but not here. The wife loves the coleslaw so.ill have to take her word on it. Great customer service. We were always checked on. The restaurant was also.very clean and we'll maintained. Overall a great experience and I'll be sure to.come back.

Meets all of the criteria a restaurant has. Good food (the toast and sauce in particular) competative pricing, clean, and excellent service. Received our food probably within 4 minutes which was very nice. Definitely will be visiting again.

This is very good chicken. My granddaughter got the 2 piece chicken kids meal. It was a good size- but could have put in a few more fries. I got the sandwich combo. It had 3 good sizes of chicken on it., but not enough sauce, only a couple squirts.They put in extra ketchup and sauce( yay), also extra napkins. The drive thru was easy to get in and out. The price was acceptable.

Really enjoyed eating here. The chicken tenders are delicious and not dry or overcooked, the fries were hot, and the Texas toast was great. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I really feel like they need more sides...fries, toast and coleslaw are all that are on the menu. Would love to see some kind of beans or veggie. Food and restaurant service were great! Friendly and efficient staff, restrooms and dining are were very clean and inviting.

Be aware that if you order online for curbside pickup, your food might be sitting inside on a shelf while you're waiting on the parking lot. I sat in the parking lot patiently waiting for my food to be brought out for at least 10 minutes past when I was told it would be ready, just figured they were busy. Finally decided to go in and check on it and everything I ordered it is sitting on a shelf, evidently waiting for me to come get it. I'm sure my food is cold seeing as how the ice is melted and all the drinks... Lesson learned.

The lady taking our order was so rude and incompetent. I had to repeat the order mutiple times and there was huge line that was barely moving. Hire better employees to take orders.

Ordered via DoorDash - ordered 2 box combos. Got 1.5. One full meal and half of the second. Missing 2 tenders and half the fries. My kids love Cane's, but it seems like EVERY ORDER, even ones not close to home, is missing food.

Worst canes experience I've had. Exchanged Cole slaw instead of toast and head cook yelled at me when she forgot the slaw and threw out all my fries. Poor customer support to yell at customer

This place is officially banned for me. That rude white middle-aged lady taking orders clearly hates her job — and it shows. This is my SECOND time dealing with her nasty attitude. What happened to the service this place used to have? It went from one of the best to straight-up unpleasant. If you can’t be decent to customers, maybe don’t work the front. Will not return ever!

Whoever the rude caucasian lady is working the window — ma’am, this isn’t it. Slamming the window mid-sentence like you’re irritated when we showed up? Embarrassing behavior. I’ll happily take my business to Jaggers.

I need a negative ten for this place. Once you go through the drive through there is no place to pull out the way at. I know it makes you feel like y'all are serving people very quickly when that is done. When I was told I could not get two pieces of chicken and a slice of bread, I should have left. Service is always crappy. They treat you like they are doing you a favor by taking your order. I will stay with Slim Chicken, they have much better chicken and a much better attitude.
