Great service great food restaurant was clean love this place

My server was amazing she took care of her business and the food was perfect and everything came out just in time! The other servers was great and they were on top of everything. If I can rate this Dennys 10 stars I would! I would definitely be coming back!

My husband and I decided we wanted to get some Beetlejuice themed food while the hype was still around. I got the say it three times slam and the pancakes were just a bit too overly sweet for my taste but our server Tina was fantastic and had a wonderful energy and it made the stay much better for us.

We stopped in on our way back to Arkansas. Food was good, Tabbi was our server & she kept us with fresh coffee.

As soon as I walked in, there was a lovely lady named Liz who greeted me from the hostess station. I can say it was a top-tier experience throughout my entire time there.

They are very accommodating. Helped out with a foul up on an order. Liz set everything up and knocked it out of the park. Very good customer service.

I really enjoyed the customer service provided by waitress Amber as well as Denny's entire team. My Mom and I go there to eat regularly when I am in town visiting her. The food is always prepared well and it's very good. The services to us as customers were excellent all the time. The atmosphere is very comforting to enjoy a great meal there. We have brought other friends and family members with us there to enjoy the experience and they were truly satisfied as well. I was there last week and I will be traveling there again tomorrow. I am looking forward to the Denny's experience again in Texas City, TX. This location is an excellent Denny's restaurant. Not all locations with Denny's are good, but this one is truly superb.

Usually people take photos of the dinner before they eat, but this is what my plate looks like after dinner when Manny's on the grill! There was an avocado bacon burger with a medium fried egg on here but it didn't last long. He cooked the grilled onions in bourbon sauce for me and it brought it to a new level!

Outstanding Service by Angelica at Denny’s I was absolutely astonished by the level of service Angelica provided during my visit to Denny’s. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. What really impressed me was her ability to keep my water cup full at all times—a rare feat, considering how fast I drink water! It’s not often that I come across a server who is so proactive and detail-oriented. Her exceptional service made my dining experience truly enjoyable. Normally dont review but I saw a young lady having her frist day she did absolutely amazing at helping the other waitresses when they were busy. We had an amazing time at dennys! Alexa B was our server and she was on top of it! Even with four other tables she really made me and my son feel special! My son has nonverbal autistim. She not only helped him order by watching closely to what he pointed at! She also took time to played with him and his blocks and cars when she wasn't running around helping others. Just so I was able to finish my meal. She wipes down every table she sees that is dirty even not her own. I really was impressed when I paid in change I had counted it out thought everything was alright. But when she took it up front she realized it was wrong and went out of her way to bring me a couple quarters back. I didnt have enough for a tip but I was up front about that and she still served her heart out for me and my son. If yall ever need a sever who is kind after a hard day ask for her. If it was a great day I swear that angel sent girl will make it better. Thank You Alexa!!

I have seen this location do a complete turnaround with the management of Ms Sheila. The staff is always friendly and ready to greet/assist you. The food tastes fresh, and the environment is always welcoming. I am also a proud member of their rewards program that they are sure to mention when you stop by!

On this Sunday during the snow storm I sat at the booth and ordered a cup of coffee and cheese melted sandwich for the dinner. I thought about going out and do a Chinese meal but the cold was extremely bitter so I decided to eat at Denny’s next to my room at Super 8 Inn. They were understaff read the sign at the entrance. Many were worried about this snow storm but no snow yet at least in Texas City.

I love their burgers, but half the time they put too much salt. This last burger tasted like the ocean. And you would get about a teaspoon of salt per bite. Not an exaggerating. And this is not the first time. Seriously, how could you let that happen? Did the cap on the salt shaker come off? Terrible service. Not the first time this has happened. Don't order food at 10:43pm on a Sunday on 06/01/25. Silver lining, there is one older tall guy there, who I think is a chef. He wears glasses and he's really nice and polite. I wished I got his name so I can shout him out and give him the respect he deserves.

OK food, horrible service. No management of staff. Return to tried this place again and it's the same. All of our food came out separately and they did substitution because they were out of menu items. The odd part is they didn't even ask what we would like instead of our order. The poor family was forced to talk to a random customer that was standing over them for most of their meal. The staff cam be and didn't help the situation at all. The family was obviously uncomfortable and just trying to tolerate the situation.

My wife and I walked in and waited for 30 minutes while no one acknowledged us. Suddenly another couple walked in and they were helped immediately.

Amazing place they have art on the walls of local areas photos of historic places etc food was good but not that great I ordered the slam burger she asked how I wanted the eggs I said scrambled, I also ordered a sweet tea. What came was unsweetened tea which isn’t an issue I could get another cup of sweet tea but it took her 20 minutes just to come back around to me, sweet tea was good but as soon as I finished the tea she never came back to refill my cup through out the meal, she even past by me a couple times. Oh and the slamburger was good meat was cooked through and was nice, however one key detail was missed the eggs were over medium and runny so I was signaling to the waitress about it but she didn’t recognize it, so I ended up eating it anyways staining my shirt which I was trying to prevent, overall I was in there dehydrated tired from work and felt like I needed to get my own drinks. Oh and 5 dollars for a tea? Burger was 14-15 bucks plus 5 dollar tea is wild… this establishment let me down.
