I am new customer to Auntie Anne's , I came in today and I definitely loved the service I received , I usually always go to the mall on Saturdays but never stop here , I will definitely stop by here again to grab some food , I came by around 6 today the person at the cash register I got name was Regino I loved the service he gave me and I appreciate the time he gave me when I was wondering what to order , Definitely would recommend coming here

Favorite pretzels ever and their is a pretzel kit I bought a few years ago that taste just like the store version. I love sour cream and onion flavor so I got the popcorn flavoring in that flavor and put on top. It's the exact same taste. Don't know where they sell the pretzel kit in Houston though.

What great pretzels this place has. The butter on the pretzels mixed with the cinnamon sugar, is my all-time favorite from there. They have lots of different varieties. There's also little cups you can get to dip different pretzels in.

Look, the pretzels are all great and the rolls are wonderful, however, the prices are just a tad high for what amounts to snack food. $45 for 5 of us....I could have fed us all at What-a-burger.

Look, the pretzels are all great and the rolls are wonderful, however, the prices are just a tad high for what amounts to snack food. $45 for 5 of us....I could have fed us all at What-a-burger.

My pretzel dog was by as good as the one in Katy Mills mall, (maybe I'm spoiled) and my lemonade wasn't nearly as sweet but the owner was super kind! I wish the best of luck in pulling things together!

Pretzel bite peperonni pretzel were good, what lead to a 2 star was the employee that took my order. He was in a horrible mood, I know sometimes people have bad days. But this man was just rude never did I receive basic good customer service. I think they need to rethink who they put on front to take orders.

Every time we come to this location the employees act like serving you is a major inconvenience to them. They only ever have pretzel nuggets ready. At a place famous for pretzels. We always order the original pretzel and they roll their eyes and can't believe they have to make them. Last time they charged us the price of the pretzel cups (over a dollar extra per pretzel) but gave us original pretzels. When I fought back and asked for a refund, the girl lied about it and said she charged us correctly. We got a manager out and he went to the cash register and could see in the history that she had charged us for the pretzel cups. Really bad employees with 0 customer service skills. This time when we went to pick up our pretzels after waiting 12 minutes we found the employees asking each other how to make them. None of the employees knew how to make them. It's the literal logo of the place. Ours turned out burnt and tiny. See the pictures of one of them 😂. These kids only know how to cut nuggets. This location needs a better hiring and training manager.

Just got charged for extra salt, $.50 on pretzel bites, it's not the money, but my first time to be charged for extra SALT on anything, anywhere! And the girl did not even put extra salt on them, they were the same as regular ones...$5.59 for LG pretzle bites, $6.13 total for them with salt...and on top of it all, half of them were burn on the bottom...awful waste of money

Their services sucks and they make pretzels by orded and it takes 30 minutes to make a pretzel. I don't know in what world they think it's ok to have customers waiting for pretzels at a pretzel store. At least have the pretzel dough ready to cook on the oven to save time but no they have to prepare the dough make the pretzel and so on then out the pretzel inside the oven. Find a way to save customers time when they ask for pretzels at a pretzel store. It doesn't even make sense.

Instead of addressing me directly that there was only one line, he called the next person. Others in the line said, "Oh I think she's first" referring to me. He said without directly addressing me, "There's only one line." I'm not unreasonable. I genuinely didn't know it was one line this time. I would not try to cut the line. Like I said the day before they had two different lines. I work in customer service also and I would be in trouble if I handled a situation as poorly as that gentleman did. A simple, "Ma'am there's only one line," would have sufficed. It was unnecessarily rude! Now Daniella on the other hand was amazing and extremely pleasant. I did not want any service from the other gentleman working, but luckily I didn't have to. If he's working I would prefer to be served by someone else. It left that bad of a taste in my mouth. He needs to learn how to speak to people in a business setting. I know it gets tiring dealing with so many people in customer service. I totally get it. But I don't believe on bleeding on those who didn't cut you. If he had other difficult customers yesterday, they weren't me. I didn't deserve the disrespect I was given last night. This is not a reflection on the food quality, that was yummy. This has everything to do with poor customer service on his part.
