Drive thru was empty when I got there made my order was told I had to wait 15min I said ok.... When I got my food asked for honey and was told to go inside that they busy and couldnt the point of drive thru is to not get out your car they need to work on customer service

This place has a problem in selling old dry refried, refried chicken, don’t have the time to drive back to this place for fresh cooked chicken. Should have been cooked the right way the first time not have a customer complain. This is the second time in six month and was hoping the problem was attended to, no success!

I’ve ordered here about 4-5 times since moving to the area I always try to give places the benefit of the doubt but every visit the fries are very dark and over cooked. I’ve asked before if the grease was being changed out and I was told no. I feel like that should be investigated! Because to say I’ve tried coming more than a few times and it’s always the same is crazy. Also the chicken and biscuits are often over cooked as well. Nobody wants to spend money for over cooked food. Great customer service but the food is not good.

Dining room was closed at 7pm with no explanation. Asked the manager on duty what was his name and he waved me off and disregarded.... I went to the drive thru and asked for managers name and the employee asked me why.... Jose is very unprofessional and not management material...

Every single time we show up here the service has been ridiculous, they don’t have sweet tea.the last 3 times. They don’t make it after 9. It’s been before 9 everytime: No tartar sauce. Their fries are soggy. They sold us an expired caramel cheesecake. Kids/service there is rude: And I call to talk to the manager, she offers me one sweet tea and a cheesecake. Probably expired too! Not even an apology! And won’t give me her name.

We went by at 1230am , they are open until 1am. And couldn’t order much of anything off the menu. They said cook went home at midnight and they only had like a 5 piece of tenders and maybe 2 pieces of chicken and a few wings if that. So why are they open until 1am if we can’t order anything ?? 0/10

I don't know where to begin... Service or Food! This Popeyes has the worst service, and each time I have attempted to patronize this store on FM 517, Dickinson, TX my experience has been ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. My husband purchased 24 pieces of chicken that evidently had been sitting under the heat lamp all day... Spoke to the day manager very empathetic, but then he decided to return to the restaurant to get replacement food in place of that previous horrific chicken order, but..... a new manager, Claudia, was not as empathetic, I just want everyone who eats here to check your order before arriving home so that you don't waste money like we did.... Never again will we eat here.. Thank you for your impeccable attention to customer service.

Forty dollars for a 12 piece and 2 sides, you expect everything to be good. You can get the same meal at competing businesses for half that price….we googled it while in line.…the chicken was good but we asked for half spicy and half regular and received 3 spicy pieces of chicken. The Mac n cheese was by far the worst thing about this experience. It was all curdled, dry and cold! We had to throw it away bc it wasn’t even edible. There’s no way an employee scooped that into its container thinking it was even remotely ok. The container for the sides are also pretty small…which is more of a corporate issue than this particular locations issue, but it barely gave us 3 servings. Added some pics of the Mac n cheese…and yes that’s Mac n cheese that looks like fried chicken because it was so clumpy!

my food was actually atrocious and absolutely despicable! I was starving this was the first meal of the day and i quickly regretted my decision and the fact that i spent 17$! I will never been returning. I wouldn't even feed this food to a wild animal! NOT to mention our sauce that was forgotten so when we returned to ask for some the lady gave my friend ATTITUDE! all employees need to be reevaluated !!!!! NOW

Pulled up to the drive thru, was told to please wait twice in a duration of 15 minutes then finally was able to order. Mind you, there were no cars in front of me or in the parking lot but 2 assuming those were employees cars. After pulling up to the window the gentlemen apologized for the wait and I paid. I got home and my fries were "re fryed" as well as the wings - definitely not fresh and of course led to grease galore and burnt crispy wings I could barely bite into. The biscuit was burnt and dry and the chicken strips were like rubber. They were out of blackened ranch so I settled for regular. I seriously could not eat it and threw it away. Absolutely disappointing and waste of money. Popeyes really needs to step up on the quality of their food and more quality checks. I saw 4 employees in the kitchen, clearly they were not understaffed at 8pm with no cars. Will not return.

How many times do you have to ask for 2 thighs to not get 2 legs. Don't go here if you going through the drive thru as they always mess up the orders.

We ordered 2 surf and turf that was supposed to come with 3 shrimp and 3 boneless wings. Wings were broken up strips and shrimp was gummy....won't come again!!!!
