SYLVIA IS GREAT..... outstanding customer service
Last night my husband & I visited this subway location. We were served by a trainer & trainee team. They were wonderful! Their energy towards us, as well as each other, was helpful and kind. My husband and I had special nutritional needs and they were accommodating. We wanted to tip at end, but unfortunately had no cash dollars. We will definitely be going back, we'll double-tip then... Thank you guys, for a wonderful, enjoying, experience yesterday.
The place was clean and busy when we first arrived. The kids grabbed their chips and sat so that I could order. The ordering process was quick. The employees were nice and professional. The sandwiches tasted fresh and they were delicious. We don't eat Subway often because of their high prices but it is a nice occasional lunch.
I went in these people have great experience you can tell they are well trained and they have great customer service talking to there customers making me feel like I wanna be there everything was great and I will definitely be back soon .

Everything was decent. I ordered ahead and unfortunately they didn't utilize the pick up shelves so I was waiting for the employees to finish a large order before getting my food. This would have been an issue had I been in a hurry. The pretzel was over cooked, otherwise everything was fine.
Sandwich was decent, I feel the veggies aren’t always fresh. The bread, meats and cheese were all great.

Went into this location... very clean, friendly service, but my only disappointment was the person working apparently was unaware how to make the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. I wasn't paying attention when he was putting the chicken in (my fault), so I didn't realize until I started eating that he had used the shredded chicken instead of the premium grilled chicken. By that point I was just hungry and did not want to bother to have him make another sandwich, but it definitely changes the flavor of that sub. Not quite as good.
Usually Subway is a quick pleasant experience in where you overpay for a "meh" tasting sandwhich that YOU (Customer) can make. Not this time. I went in for the Daily Deal which was the Chiken Baja Sandwhich...it was mid. Workers were definetly rushing, so much in fact that all I ate was a piece of bread with cheese sauce and rotisserie chicken. I decided to get 2 cookies with the combo and I said "Chocolate Chip Cookies", the lady ended up giving me Oatmeal Raisin. I hate Oatmeal Rasin. It's disgusting. I ended up having to buy the correct Cookies and spent more money than I needed to...

Came in to not be greeted at all and it has to be at least 80 degrees in there so while I waited for her to appear from the back to tell me to wait after already waiting for several minutes I was already sweating. Then just her attitude was so careless and totally slipped my sandwich together to the point I asked her to straighten it up a little (no better than before). Needless to say customers don't come back to a place where they feel like everyone who works there hates their job and doesn't want to be there so don't think I'll be returning here either. Doesn't seem like I'm the only person who thinks this either being several other reviews mentioned the same

What is this? I made an online order and this is what I got looks like something from the trash 🤢I tried calling the store several times and no one answered the phone my daughter ended going back to talk to the manager on duty and she told her about the order and showed her the receipt and requested a refund. This will be the last time we ever order from this location

This location has become worse and worse but today topped it. Asked for two kids subs. One was a 5in roll and the other 3in. She tried cutting a foot long bread that tore up in three pieces so that’s what she gave my kids. Asked for ham and cheese with tomatoes. One slice of meat and cheese with one piece of the smallest tomato slices there. Seriously a sandwich that was mostly bread. Kids usually eat anything but even they weren’t impressed. My sub: I got the wrong cheese (didn’t notice until biting into it) and it just didn’t taste well. I asked for it to be toasted and it was barely warmed up. I asked if she could bring fresh lettuce since the batch up front was brown and nasty looking. She claimed they were out. Mind you they just opened. I don’t believe she was telling the truth. Pickles up front were out and she told me I’d have to wait for her to prepare more. I’ve worked at a subway for two years. All the food is delivered pre packaged. You take the food and place it in the tins. That’s it. It only takes a minute to restock. She was on her own, obviously didn’t care and had horrible customer service. I do not recommend this subway location. It’s really gone downhill.
Do not go here unless you want to be met with rude employees who probably don’t wash their hands. Absolute horrible customer service. My boyfriend and I walked in to 2 workers sitting on their phones and rolling their eyes because we walked in and wanted to order. When I said hi to the worker she rudely ignored and pretty much demanded me to order. Put me in such a bad mood I didn’t order anything. How do people like this get hired?
I ordered online and paid using my Google pay account. When I picked up my order the employee informed me they did not have chocolate chip cookies. Did not offer a refund, simply stated I needed to call the number on the receipt. I also ordered a combo for one of the sandwiches and this location did not have lemonade either. Called the number on the receipt, sent their "Coach" Juan Cantu an email and submitted a claim on subway website. I want a refund on what I did not receive. Hope to hear from them.
Something as simple as being out of flatbread shouldn't turn into a bad review but here we are. Out of flatbread with no substitutions. Perfect simply refund my order. Mind you this was a mobile order that was being picked up by a co worker. They say i have to do that in the app. Ok perfect…except it doesn't let you. So i tried to call the phone number they have and it literally says the phome number is not in service for the store. After 42 attempts to contact them..nada. I tried option 3 for the customer hotline. Its a recording, try the catering option for number 2. My goodness its a recording. I have tried everything and cannot get in touch with anyone. So subway took my money. I never got my food and i cannot get in touch with them. I would love for the franchise owner to get in touch with me. I think this is ridiculous and i know i cannot be the only one who has experienced this at this location.
Every time I order thru the app they get it wrong, or when I order in the app it’s says 20 minute wait and while I’m sitting in the subway new people are coming in making a sandwich and then leaving while I still see my name on the bag with no sandwich made yet

Look, the food and everything WHEN I WENT THERE.. was really good. The only reason for the 1 star was the poor lady working - she had been working at Subway for 2 weeks at a different store, they had her come in on a day off to help another lady. She arrived and the lady left. This poor woman with 2 weeks experience was working an entire evening shift by herself - that is so UNSAT! She was great though, kudos to her for taking it like a boss.
