My family and I went to Floyd's tonight. Our waiter's name was Robby. He suggested the Crab Bisque with my Bar Trash Grilled Cheese. Let me tell you it was amazing! Everything was amazing! Robby was definitely a great team member and I am so glad he was our server tonight. He made our first time there such a positive experience. I hope he has a blessed Christmas and I hope that whoever is reading this will get the chance not to only get served by Robby and taste the amazing food of Floyd's. Highly recommend the Bar Trash Grilled Cheese with the Crab Bisque! - Thank you again Robby!

We got 5lb of boiled crawfish, oysters, and jambalaya, and everything was delicious. The crawfish didn’t have as much sauce as other places, but it didn’t need it—the flavor was great, with spices soaked into every bite. The oysters were fresh, and the jambalaya was flavorful.

Cajun! Down Home Cajun! I have a friend that came with me today, and she is a Cajun connoisseur of Etouffee and she says it is the best she has ever had. I live here, I totally knew that. That is why I brought her directly here. The atmosphere is great, it is versatile, great for a date, or a family outing. A little pricey but well worth the extra splurge. Large portions and extremely tasty!

We heard about the food from family on Friday and drove from Dallas on Sunday...It was worth the ride!!!!The food was so scrumptious.....Our waitress was knowledgeable, professional and soooo sweet with our group...They ran out of the crab we wanted but replaced it with other items..We had fried pickles😋 Ooooomygod!!!! We had 9 in our party and we were seated in less than 10 minutes....There were a few other groups and everyone seemed satisfied....I had 2 🍹 that were oh so pleasing....I recommend you see for yourself because I will definitely return!!!!!

Ate here with my husband for lunch. Everything we got was pretty good. The gumbo was ok but it tasted like they may have burned the roux. There were a few large shrimp in the cup. The bloody mary was ok. Nothing special. They have a lunch menu but it's pretty expensive for lunch. Our waiter did a great job and the food came out in a timely matter.

Wow! Caught oysters at happy hour, had shrimp to follow. Excellent service, the food was awesome. Seated quickly, clean restroom, thankful for a wonderful experience!

I was kind of worried because the reviews were mixed. When we arrived, we were seated right away. Service was overall decent but not sure why the napkins had a musty smell. The silverware and napkins looked clean, just that funky smell. Service could have been more attentive. The food itself came out hot and fresh. We ordered a variety of items. The ones I tasted were fried alligator, fried calamari, chicken & sausage gumbo, flounder, and Bub’s shrimp platter, and chicken & sausage jambalaya. Portions were generous, you won’t go hungry here. Prices are on the more expensive side but I’m sure people are aware of that, going to a seafood place. About a 4.5. On the food itself. It’s a 4 with the service included with the score. -fried alligator 5 - tastes a lot better than the one I had in Minnesota. That gravy makes it taste even better. The taste is similar to fried popcorn chicken but not quite. -fried calamari 5 - it was crunchy and moist on the inside. Make sure you dip them in the Creole sauce to amplify the taste. -chicken & sausage gumbo 4 - not the best gumbo I’ve had but pretty decent. A lot of meat in the gumbo and bread was soft. I like to add some of the rice to the gumbo and then use the bread to scoop it up. The bowl can be shared by 2 people. -flounder 5 - I had a sample of this. It was flaky, not burnt, and delicious. -Bub’s shrimp platter 5 - the crab stuffed shrimp is definitely the highlight. The shrimp en brochette is basically bacon wrapped shrimp. Second favorite. The fries and grilled shrimp are both good but not as tasty as the other two. -chicken & sausage jambalaya 5 - this is a huge dish that can easily be shared by 2-3 people. It’s a great dish and everything was cooked perfectly.

Second time been here. We ordered 10 pounds crawfish 🦞. The first 5, there were kind of small which made me a little upset because I asked the waitress before ordering them. I mentioned something to her and the second round were big!! The hamburger was salty, but customer service was really good. After all, food was good.

Ordered pickup from here last night and I must say I was disappointed with the portion of my food compared to the price. I ordered the Seafood Platter which was $30 and when I opened the container I was shocked at how empty the container was. By the time I made it to the hotel and checked the food, they were already closed. I believe they missed putting the fries with the meal but I couldn’t get in contact with them last night for them to fix my order. The food we did have was okay, nothing special. The catfish was fresh. And the gumbo I ordered was a very dark roux, with a decent amount of seafood in it!

Ordered the catfish dinner blackened.... Fries were delicious, the edges of the catfish were pretty solid but the middle was super mushy andy tarter sauce was water consistency.... Not a horrible experience but not a good one either. Kinda disappointed 😞

Crawfish were not seasoned and many were empty—no tails! We had to ask our server for red sauce, tarter, mayo and she brought items one at a time midway after we were eating! No lemons or butter and they charge you extra for everything!!! Nothing comes with the meal I guess. Never got a refill on our drinks either.

My wife and I had a late lunch there on the 27th. We ordered the Cajun Quesadillas, the crawfish was old and tasted like it. The French fries were greasy and limpy. We were not charged for the quesadillas but won’t be going back. Now, I know why there weren’t many people in there.

Horrible, horrible food. We went because of the reviews. The reviewers must have been eating in a different restaurant. Everything fried tasted fishy and "old frying oil" . Our fish, the French fries, our children's corn dogs...ugh. Anything fried was not edible. We left and never to return. Beware
