The staff and management here really care. The food is amazing. We went to a different Olive Garden before coming here and were almost ready to give up on any Olive Garden in Texas. Glad we decided to try this one!!

This Olive Garden is great!!! I’ve ordered the wrong order online, went inside, and asked the manager if I could return for a new meal. They worked with me, ended up giving me the meal that I’ve meant to order, and they granted me the meal that I wanted. The Manager is amazing and the food was great. Thank you guys.

Awesome service… I am bilingual and we had a Spanish speaking waitress. I chose to speak to her in Spanish even tho she knew English and I believe it made her day and definitely made her more comfortable doing her job. In return our service was amazing and we shared so good laughs… Little things do create the vibe… Good job 👍

Out of all of the olive gardens I've been to, this was by far the best experience I have EVER had. We had the absolute best server. Her name was McKenna. Cant believe how satisfied we were! The food was great, and they even gave us a cheesecake with a candle for my birthday. LOVED IT.

The servant brought me a wrong dish but I was okay with that. The food usually gets ready a bit late, especially if you order sirloin steak. The house salad and appetizers are my favorite. The bread sticks and mozzarella cheese sticks are my family’s favorite.

It was a busy day during lunch time and I had a 14 minute wait but it went but quicker than that. Food was good, service was outstanding and the place was clean. Price is very affordable. The breadsticks are to die for... I had the Italian Margarita, and make your own pasta. Great place for causal Italian cuisine. Ate here durring veterans day a few weeks ago, made my dad really happy to eat the free meal and it was really yummy to him. I liked my food and I could totally always go for some Olive Garden.

We came in for a quick bite to eat after a long drive, and were completely blown away by our server Jessica. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was phenomenal!

Jashan gave the best service! If you come to this location ask for him! Literally haven’t seen a waiter with his professionalism in a long time! Def a 10/10! We will be back!

This Olive Garden location is right close to my place. I love going there once in a while because of the food is super delicious and all the waitresses and employees over there are very welcoming. I went there for this Mother’s Day, and I was waited by Sophia. She was absolutely amazing with serving us. She made sure our meal was absolutely the way we wanted it. If you are in the Friendswood area, then I highly recommend this Olive Garden location because you’re gonna enjoy every bit of it.

First time visiting there was the day after Veterans Day. After been refused service at the Olive Garden in Pearland by a black female manager I drove Friendswood, where I was treated great by two nonblack employees. The manager Aceline and hostess were very friendly. So, friendly I gave them some of my extra ink pens as gifts.

Service is good 😊 Food always comes out hot and yummy. I like the shrimp fettuccine, spinach dip, and five cheese ziti pasta. I love when they extra grated cheese on top and give the mints at the end. The shrimp scampi is ok. A little weird I never had scampi with vegetables

Me and my date came Feb 15th & absolutely loved Diego's service! He needs a raise or something!! He was attentive but also gave us our space, attention to detail, our drinks and food came in good time, positive attitude, and most of all we didn't feel left behind as it was very busy and he had other people to tend to. I typically have social anxiety but appreciate his kindness and he wasn't over bearing. Food and atmosphere was great!

Diego was our server and he was excellent. The management staff was busy on the floor helping attend to customers. Everyone seemed happy to be working there. The food was excellent as usual.

Perhaps the best Olive garden I've ever been to. They were jam-packed and super busy when I arrived on Friday night but they got me seated quickly and the wait staff did a great job of teamwork. Manager was always roaming about speaking with everyone. Highly recommend this location very well run

We've come here before and will come again. Bread sticks are always a hit. Our grandchildren love them. I ordered my usual, Soup and salad which is all you can eat. The Tuscan Italian sausage and potato soup with kale. My wife enjoyed the lasagna with salad. She liked it but said she has had better other places but only at a much higher price. The 10 year old ordered kids pepperoni pizza and spaghetti which she didn't like so she got the chicken nuggets and loved it. The other 2 had seafood fettuccine and chicken Alfredo, which they liked a lot. We were provided leftover containers for all the extras we couldn't eat. Atmosphere was pleasant and easy to talk with each other.

He has been so attentive to our table and to every other table in his section. I have not had service like this in a very long time and it feels good to know that there are still wonderful people out there with awesome service. I must say this has to be the best Olive Garden I have ever been to. The food is amazing and everything was perfect from the appetizer, meal, to the dessert! We had an incredible experience at this location! The food was amazing from start to finish. The breadsticks were fresh and perfectly warm, and the spinach dip appetizer was delicious as always. The salad was crisp and flavorful. I ordered the lunch Chicken Parmesan, and it was cooked perfectly with just the right portion size. The service was excellent, friendly, and efficient. Our food came out quickly without much of a wait. On top of that, everything was very affordable, which made the experience even better. The restaurant was spotless, as it always is. Overall, this location continues to impress. Highly recommend!

Came for lunch. We got seated right away. The wait staff, Melanie, came to ask what we wanted right away. I could not decide so had to ask for extra time. Meanwhile she left and came back with our water. I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs. My son had lasagna. He wanted salad, I wanted soup that came with our entrees. I barely took a breath when she came back with breadsticks and this big bowl of salad more than enough for two people. I got my pasta e Fagioli as well. I managed to take one bite of the breadsticks and was putting my spoon into my soup when both our entrees came out. I stared at Melanie and said "that was SUPER fast. We got everything we ordered within less than 5 mins of ordering. It was crazy fast. It was also crazy good. Melanie gave us everything we asked for including red pepper flakes. She was like a whirl wind of competence. She also said we could eat all the soup and salad we wanted. I ate all the pasta e Fagioli so I ordered a different soup called Zuppa Toscana. Both soups were hot and delicious. Melanie said Soup Tuscany is gluten free but it just tasted good to me. Breadsticks were soft, salty, and buttery. They were so good I had to ask for more to eat with my soup. Of course I could not finish it all so we asked for togo containers. I love that the salad togo container included breadcrumbs and dressing. I also ordered their take home spaghetti and 5 cheeses ziti for $6 each. You can get up to 5 take home for each entree dine in. Such a great deal for eating later. I will definitely be coming back for more.

What can I say, it's just like any other Olive Garden lol. But besides the food all tasting the same, the staff is what really counts. Tonight we had a young lady I forgot her name. She said she's only been there for 3 months. Was super nice and very friendly and helping us and serving us. Would definitely recommend this place because of course the food is delicious. But more importantly because of the great communication we had with our server.

Came here for dinner with wife and very glad we did. We have eaten here before but this time I felt it was time for a review. We joined the waitlist before we got to the restaurant. Walked in and was greeted immediately. Was told we had about a 10 minute wait so we decided to go outside and wait. About 5 minutes later the host came and got us to be seated. Drink order was take very promptly along with our appetizer order. Our waiter was very kind and so accommodating. Drinks stayed filled up, plenty bread stick refills and dips. We ordered the mozzarella sticks which were really good with the marinara sauce. (I forgot to take pic). I ordered the grilled chicken fettuccine alfredo and added bacon to make it kind of like a carbonara sauce. (Game changer here) My ordered the tour of Italy. We both loved our food. Some of the grilled chicken pieces in my meal had quite a bit of grissel and and a few other pieces didn't look to authentically pleasing. Honesty needed up just eating around the chicken and for future won't add chicken. Meal was still really good. We topped our meals off with one piece of chocolate lasagna and the wife got the new pumpkin butter cookie cheesecake. Both were absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend a visit but .ake sure to utilize the waitlist feature because this location does get extremely busy.

It's interesting that Olive Garden seems to be resurging, and it's been good for a long time, so you should know what to expect. It's not gourmet, but it's solid, and for the price, it's amazing. Although, I'm not a big fan of buffets, the "all you can eat" table service is a little different because there aren't a bunch of different hands in your food...just those employed by Olive Garden. If you haven't been in a while, give it another try. The salad is my favorite thing on the menu.

Enjoy coming here however can be hit or miss when it comes to service and food quality. But the wifey loves the soup and salad so we always come back. The atmosphere is always calm and welcoming. Sometimes the wait can be a bit too much. The staff is always nice but they can get busy and drink refreshed can take some time. Ask for extra breadsticks early so you dont have to wait for them. Try coming here during the holidays and no-go, totally too busy so have some patience.

We hadn't been here in years. And it will be years before we go back. We had a party of 5, celebrating a birthday. The server was not very attentive. Had to ask twice for more tea, then he refills my glass with warm tea and my glass had no more ice, and as we were closer to leaving. Then we we go to pay, my friends use a card. I choose to pay cash. My bill was $28.65. So I give him two twenties, then he disappeared. We all were waiting to leave. Surely he didn't think I was leaving him a 40% tip?? I mean, really? He expected $11.35 from a bill that was $28.65?? We finally see him and flag him down and he asks what I needed. I'm like, my change. He looked dumbfounded. Then took another fifteen minutes to get my change. During that time we had 3 other waiters come by asking if we needed anything else. We all said, my change. Look I tip at least 18% most times more, when I have great service. But Evan did not give great service and the audacity to think he could just keep my change. He didn't even ask if I needed change, like other servers do. Shame on him.

DO NOT ORDER ON THE WEBSITE. I waited TWO HOURS to get my simple order of soup & salad. Apparently they run their orders through uber one, so when I contacted the manager she said they have this issue all the time. On the website it doesn’t say anything about Uber doing the delivery. After two hours I could have gone to the restaurant, sat down, had a full meal and probably gotten great service AND left a tip, since I paid the same price for my meal as I did for tip, delivery fee and taxes. The manager was kind and honest, but I would absolutely not recommend ordering online. Just go get your food by yourself.

The service and food was absolutely awful. We were served Fettuccine Alfredo Alfredo that was totally dried out, chicken parmesan and lasagna was equally bad!!

I have actually never had a problem ordering from here up until today. My mom had ordered the food to-go 30min in advanced. She had ordered the tour of italy and chicken alfredo. As she arrives and gets the food they have got the whole order wrong. So she had to wait another 30 minutes just to get the right order. So what is that like an hour wait just for 2 dishes? Keep in mind she's just trying to come home from work and eat but she has to deal with all that. So she finally comes home with the right order and we check the food and of course there's another problem. When we look at the tour of italy, it seems that the chicken is missing. There was only the lasagna and the pasta present. We thought that they forgot the chicken but as look around in the plate it seems that the chicken was hiding underneath the lasagna. I mean what kind of a joke is this?😂 I had to play scavenger hunt just to find the chicken. In the photo I posted underneath you can see the chicken in the middle that I had to dig out from the lasagna. This was truly unacceptable and I hope no one else will have this experience.

Was there Friday night. Everything was going well. A little girl came in wearing her Girl Scout vest with her mom and another lady. The little girl appeared to be 7 or 8 years old. A patron and 2 workers wanted to buy cookies from her. This little girl put a smile on everyone face. She was so excited people were asking to buy cookies. At the end of our dinner, we heard a guy who wasn’t so nice. Come to find out, this was the manager. He loudly scolded his employees and told them they were banned from buying cookies on the clock. I don’t know if he said anything to the little girl who was near by but by the look on her face, it seemed he may have. Olive Garden used to be one of our faves to go to. Not anymore. This manager was very rude and took a happy energetic feel to very low and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. That is not how the Hospitality business works. You have lost us as a customer. We will go elsewhere. And for the employees, you don’t have to put up with that. Find new jobs where you are not treated like dirt. You are worth more than what that manager gives you.

Food was okay. Was enjoying somewhat nice meal with my family until I saw a staff member spit two giant loogies onto the floor in what looked to the kitchen. I told my waitress and all she had to say was I’m sorry. Never will we be returning to Olive Garden. Nasty people, bland food, over priced.

Customer service was limited. Saying sorry and charging is not an accommodation. Instead managers should have taken a stand on what the customer is needing due to a health issue. When kitchen makes a mistake, they would have bent over backwards for their own and provided free entrees for customers but when a customer is needing to substitute the shrimp for chicken it is “an inventory issue” and an extra “charge”. The manager on duty couldn’t even provide me with a solution when I asked what can be in place of the missing protein. This is a business and I understand that, however if I had better service I would have splurged more on sides and possibly even a dessert. Due to the celebration at hand, I didn’t want to let Olive Gardens horrible service continue to ruin my plans so I went to the cheesecake factory and order our desserts and sides. Do Better!

So, you must make sure that let them know, that you want the special, 3 meat not regular order. It will not be honored! Secondly for the 6 dollars take home ..please say right away because if not you will have to buy a new entrée to get special. It you are not aware you will be truly uncomfortable and upsold!!!!! Bay brook be aware.....They are not for the customer service and they play dumb!!!!!!

We had reservations for 20 people for 11:30 . We all got there except for one person . The management would not seat us for a long time . Like 30 minutes long. We had to stay in the entrance . Finally we all agreed to leave and she said we can seat you and Be good to the waitresses because they have one less. So we had 19 people and two ordered to go food. That’s 21. What happened to welcome to Olive Garden ? Plus the portions are smaller .

If there's something I love about Olive Garden, it's their minestrone. I like all their ingredients. It was a total disappointment not to find any beans or pasta in it, and its taste is terrible. I don't know if I should give them another chance.
