Hats off for a job very well done! ⚠️ Epic Fail: False Giveaway Promise The sole disappointment was Your Neighborhood REALTOR REBECCA ROBINSON's table. They falsely advertised a clock giveaway, only collecting names and phone numbers. They left without distributing the promised clock. A misleading tactic that undermined the spirit of the event.

First timer! The place was busy around 5:30 PM on a Tuesday. Our party of 4 was sat, quickly, pausing by the steaks on display, where we were told that we could choose our steak. Our booth was roomy, enough for 6 people. We ordered salads, ribs, steaks and steak tips. While we waited for our meal, we enjoyed the fresh-made rolls with cinnamon butter! Our sides were delicious, especially the sweet potato. The service was excellent and the atmosphere, casual and fun. I will definitely return for more!

Valentines night was a very great and busy night! We checked in straight outta work online and it made it easy to get ready and arrive. Once we did we were able to get seated after hand selecting our steak cuts nd Misty was our server. She was great 9eraonable and know exactly when to chime in and to offer recommendations l. We couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you for making our night special 🥰

We came here for dinner and let me tell you what it never disappoints! To start out with free complementary fresh baked rolls and cinnamon whipped butter is unparalleled! To follow that with a Caesar salad then an 11 ounce sirloin, medium rare with a sweet potato is an extremely nutritious and affordable meal for any steakhouse.Not to mention the drinks are well priced and totally reasonable.

I went to this place to celebrate my birthday, the food was absolutely amazing, I got the steak and pork ribs with Caesar salad and load mashed potatoes, the meat was juicy and just perfect, their little rolls were fresh and hot, our server (I guess her name is Natalie), was so kind and attentive to us. I literally had an amazing experience here. The only 2 things I would give a heads up to the management that could be better and make a customer experience fantastic is that they did not have anything to celebrate my birthday other than sing "Happy birthday", no complimentary dessert, no discount, nothing, and that really made me feel a little disappointed since I've been celebrating my day in other places that with a small thing like a slice of pie would demonstrate their appreciation for me choosing their business to celebrate such a special date. Also I would give a heads up to the cleanness of the male restroom, which really needs some attention, I even saw used gloves on the floor etc... but as I said, the service, the atmosphere and the food were amazing and I loved my day. I would definitely come back! 🎉

Really had a good time my first time coming se decided to come back. Had an amazing waiter. Only problem I had is my steak was cooked medium rare and I requested well done due to me being pregnant and I cannot eat anything under well done. They brought it back and it was still pink on the inside 😳 I gave it back and just requested it to be off my bill but somehow was still charged for it. Unfortunately due to this I will not bring my family back to this location. Everything else was good but I should’ve just went to pappas seafood instead of coming here.

Service was excellent; very friendly and attentive waitress. The rolls and butter were divine. The deviled egg appetizer was tasty with the crumble bacon topping. My aunt liked her bacon cheese burger, fries, and the fried blooming onion. We sent back the mac and cheese, because it was bland and needed more cheese sauce. I enjoyed my smothered steak and mashed potatoes. I didn't care for the broccoli, as I don't like crunchy and steamed veggies. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would return to try more menu items. Prices were reasonable.

Have not been to Texas Roadhouse in several years. Went at lunch time on a Saturday. Seated right away. The service was quick and attentive. My husband had chicken fried chicken. He said it was good,moist and flavorful. I had the chicken strips, side salad and steak fries. The strips tasted good, but the size/ volume was much smaller than I remembered. Over all food was good Now the cleanliness was a hot mess...and not in a good way. When we were first seated there were crumbs and fingerprints all over my seat. No way any wipe down had occurred there! After sitting a while and looking around, the duck mural to my left had what appeared to be multiple food splatters, which at one point has dropped down. Salt and pepper were a bit sticky as well. Dirty restaurants make me question, what does the kitchen look like? Food good, the restaurant was disgusting..

Have give them 3 stars because parking here is very limited and they prefer to have 10 Togo spaces empty vs satisfying dine in customers. I mentioned it to the manager that all the spaces are empty and he responded "we're not going to do anything about it, we make too much money" other than that. Everything else is great with them.

two stars (one a bonus star because the staff is very friendly) - that’s where the good news ends. The place is not very clean. It’s loud and other than the rolls….food was literally unedible. The salad came with the wrong salad dressing. The “award-winning” ribs - were so bad that even the waiter agreed they didn’t look right. took >40 minutes till replacements arrived - at which time we were already ready to go, so I just had them packed in the box never did even get a taste - the manager personally brought them yet refused to take them off the bill. so manager knew there was an issue. The porterhouse steak is not a regular porterhouse. They claim it’s 23 ounces far under by my estimation, literally no seasoning zero! so overcooked that even my son who likes it very well done complained. Worse halfway through the service a new waiter came and said that the first waitress had to go home due to a family emergency. interestingly five minutes later the original waitress came by and said oh did they come and tell you I’m leaving? I said yes I thought you had an emergency. No, it’s just end of my shift. They seated you and now I’m going home. never saw the other waiter again. Summqry: burnt to crisp ribs well well overdone steaks, dirty restaurant, loud and refused to remove an item that was served 20 minutes after the entire table was finished eating.

We visited Texas Roadhouse in Friendswood last night to celebrate my young daughter’s birthday, and unfortunately it was one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had. From the beginning, my daughter politely told our server several times that it was her birthday. She’s a little girl and was really excited. At first, I assumed the server may not have heard because it was busy. However, when it was mentioned again, the response was rude and dismissive. The server stated she heard her the first time and that they would come to her after we were done eating. There was no acknowledgment, no “happy birthday,” and no effort to make the moment special. For a restaurant known for its atmosphere and celebrations, this was very disappointing. Service overall was extremely slow and unorganized. I ordered a beer when we first sat down and didn’t receive it for over 25 minutes, nearly the same time our entrees arrived. While ordering, the server repeatedly pressured us to place our entree order before our appetizers even came out. When the food arrived, multiple items were incorrect. Kids’ meals came with applesauce instead of mashed potatoes, and a steak was cooked incorrectly. At that point, the experience had already been frustrating from start to finish. We’ve visited many Texas Roadhouse locations and have always had great experiences, which made this visit even more disappointing. This location felt like the bottom of the barrel in comparison. The server clearly needs additional training in both customer service and attention to detail. Experiences like this reflect poorly on the entire establishment

Absolute trash! Not a single item on my order came out correct. Trying to get the attention of anyone to help fix the situation was just as annoying. Sent a steak back that was ordered medium well and instead sent out rare. What I got back was the same steak I had cut into with 2 pieces I had cut off back completely charred and burnt to a crisp. Completely inedible. This has been an ongoing issue for several months and we will not be returning to this location.

Customer service: I am posting this after speaking with one of the manager 2 days later in regards to becoming ill after consuming take out. I explained that I still had most of the food left. I explained in detail what portions of the food I ate and how I was feeling after consumption. The manager, Chelsey/ Chelsea proceeded to tell me that I might be sick but it wouldn't be from their restaurant. She also explained that I could possibly have the flu or another Illness. I then asked her if I could bring her the bag of food for a refund. She proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the food and that she is sorry that I'm sick. I'm not upset about the refund or anything I'm just really upset about her condescending tone. I am well aware of what it feels like to get sick from food. This is the message that I sent via the website: I am writing to report a serious issue with a takeout order I placed on Christmas Eve 12.24.25. We were looking forward to a nice holiday meal, but unfortunately, the food made me quite ill. Our order included Deviled Eggs, a Steak and Shrimp Combo, a Caesar Salad, and a Kids' Chicken Tender meal. My son and I also shared the rolls. While the service was fine and the presentation looked great, the quality was not what I expected. The steak was extremely dry, but more importantly, I began feeling a tightness in my stomach followed by illness only an hour after eating. I had consumed most of the salad, a small portion of the steak, and three of the shrimp. This was only my second time eating at Texas Roadhouse, and it is very disappointing that our Christmas Eve dinner resulted in me becoming sick. I am convinced there was an issue with the freshness or preparation of a specific item in that batch—likely the seafood or the dressing. I wanted to bring this to your attention immediately so you can look into the kitchen's logs for that evening. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this will be handled.

This has got to be the dirtiest roadhouse in that kitchen. I stabbed my mouth with a small piece of wood in my chili, there was a fry in my chili, and my chicken fried chicken had meat inside the batter that was fried with it. Pictures will be attached. I wonder if the people who work In this location actually wash their hands before returning to work after the bathroom.

The kids sliders were terrible. Don’t know how someone oks that to get to a customer. Little girl got 1 triangle patty and another piece of burnt chicken. Smh Kitchen managers need to do better on expecting food making sure things look right before going out, was a kitchen manager for 5 years, this is just pure laziness.

Server was great, didn’t appreciate the cockroach baked with my bread though. Jose, the manager, couldn’t care less. “Are you sure it didn’t fall from the ceiling?” was all he had to say. Pretty disappointing. Hopefully the health department cares more than he did. Shame we paid for 6 people to eat here for that to be the treatment.
