The pork ribs are the star of the show; they were well smoked, and perfectly tender. Brisket was ok and the sides also had good flavor. For the price of the plate I feel like you definitely get your money’s worth when compared to other barbecue restaurants. Wait service from Ruth was excellent as I have come to expect from the Pappa’s brand.

Food was phenomenal, the atmosphere is such a vibe, and the waitress we had was spectacular , even exchanged jokes and laughs! 11/10 would go again.

Sat at bar (as of right now) Tom and Natalie are just killing it. Here for happy Hour so had the whiskey smash (a bit sweet and more peach fruit forward than I was expecting but good) and a margarita or 2. Had the smoke bonding, spicy, and the smoked wings. For 1 person a very filling meal. Prompt service, they both remembered my name and everything was prompt. May come back tomorrow!

The flavors were there. Top tier bark,moist and juicy.I had the pork belly and lean brisket, Baked beans and potato salad. The pork melted in your mouth with peppery porky smokey goodness. The brisket was perfect and the sides were almost as good as the entrée. My only complaint was the portions of meat. To be fair I had one piece of brisket and pork belly before snapping the photo but seemed a little light for $28 ?

Give SAMUEL A RAISE! HE SAVED MY 50TH BIRTHDAY 🎂 CELEBRATION IN THE CLUTCH! He was respectful, professional.and friendly. He had good knowledge of the menu and suggested the chicken fried steak, said it's a good ratio of meat to breading and he was right! He was on.point with clearing the wings appetizer, i love their wings and ranch and bleu cheese dressing. I also tasted my moms.brisket sandwich with the sweet BBQ sauce and the mustard is my favorite. I didnt try the spicy habanero. The cheesecake looks deelish and I can't wait to dig in tomorrow! I will.be back for your weekday happy hour where the wings are $6.95 instead of $14.95! Mon to Friday 3 to 6pm.

This place did not disappoint in terms of flavor, service and atmosphere. We had our brunch here, ordered several dishes. The brisket benedict was great. The brisket was also very good, not the best tho. Creamed corn was flavorful. The steak was also good. Their freah bread is amazing. No major downside, beside the prices which seems to be a bit in the higher side.

I have been chasing good fried green tomatoes around the country. These were perfect, a little spicy but amazing. If you want a quieter meal make sure you ask to be seated away from the bar, I forgot this and it was loud, but in a happy way. Everything was cooked very well.

Came here to dine in for my birthday dinner. Aaliyah was our server. She was very friendly and attentive. It was busy but we sat in a booth in the back. Started off with the brisket queso. The homemade chips made it taste so good especially to scoop the brisket and cheesy queso. I had the Nashville hot fried chicken. Came with 4 pieces of chicken. Very crunchy outside and spicy just enough. I had the Mac and cheese which was super good and mashed potatoes which were decent. The meal was very filling and I took plenty of leftovers home. Have to go back to try other entrees.

Great place!! We went there on July 4th, and we sat immediately without reservations. The hostesses were SUPER friendly and nice. We quickly ordered. However, the food did take few minutes but the wait was worth it! The food was REALLY good. We had brisket, smoked chicken, and chicken fried steak. The baked potatoes were really good as well but my favorite side was the creamed corn. Everything is well seasoned and tasty. The ambiance in the place is great, I liked the decor, and I thought lunch went really well! Highly recommend this place!

The waitress (Ruth) was awesome. Im on a buisness trip and wanted BBQ before I head back to Louisiana. When my glass of tea was almost empty a new glass of tea would magically appear. As with all the Pappas restaurants food was good. But Ruth was an all-star waitress and made for a great dinning experience!

I was there during Sunday brunch with my brother. He got the 16oz ribeye. I got the Cadillac baked potato. Good food. Great service. Good atmosphere. They posted on their menu that Tuesday nights there's a deal for a $20 steak. I'd like to see what that's about and report back. So in short, I'd go back for supper!

We (2 people) ate lunch at the Delta Blues Smokehouse on I45 in Webster, Texas today (1/27/2026). One ordered the Pit Boss, and one ordered the Brisket meal. The Pit Boss hamburger was fine, with the brisket having a great flavor, and texture. Too big to eat as a burger, had to eat it with a fork! Not a complaint! The fries were ordered crispy with no salt. Taste was odd, maybe different grease than we are used to or old grease going bad. The brisket meal was requested moist and marbled, with a side of beef sausage. Mashed potatoes and green beans as side dishes. The brisket came in six cut pieces. Three were lean and dry, three were moist and marbled. Those three were very good. The dry pieces, not so much, because they were not what we ordered. The beef sausage was a treat! It's hard to find good beef sausage and you guys nailed it! The side dishes were very good. The roll was very good (with the help of butter!). As you can tell by the stars, we were not too disappointed with the meal, because, had we been, we would have sent it back. These are just things that needed to be mentioned. Our server was Yvonne, and she was perfect. Attentive, very professional, and friendly. Will we come again? Most definitely. In fact, this is a place we will set aside as a place for special occasions.

Came in on a Thursday and the place was packed so i would recommend putting in a reservation. The service was good the food came out within 15 minutes. The green beans were well seasoned. I order my steak medium but next time i know that i should get rare. The parking lot is small so you will have to park a little further. Overall the experience was worth 4 stars

The smell of wood BBQ was present as soon as we opened the car door! Great place, a bit larger than expected. Brisket was solid, and beef sausage was good. A solid bbq with great, quick service. Nothing exceptional, but solid bbq. Unfortunately they were already out of ribs.

We went on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy, but they seated us immediately. The inside had lots of decor that was super fun to look at like most barbecue joints. The waiter was very polite and the food was actually pretty fast. I would love to give this a five star, but the pork belly bites were kind of tough as if they were from yesterday’s grill. Even though I love the cherry cola flavoring, the ribs and brisket were handed down my favorite. But the chicken and turkey were very juicy, the Boudin was a different texture than what I’m used to, but I know they are close to Louisiana, so maybe that is how it supposed to taste. The homemade pickles were amazing. The pork and beans are a must.!!!! I wasn’t too fond of the mac & cheese very saucy. But the coleslaw was delicious. I would definitely go back there again.

First we were told we would need to wait 10-15min max and we ended up waiting 50 minutes to be seated, thinking it was just busy. When we got to our table the restaurant was basically very empty so assume they are short staffed, ok no biggie. I ordered chicken wings and my husband had a question about the delta wings, the server told him that it’s pork and it’s named by the restaurant name, very rudely. He just wanted to know what makes it a delta wing? We all looked at each other like, why was she so rude? Then my wings come and they have all kind of spices on them. I said “are these spicy?” And she was like, yeah, buffalo wings are spicy” very rudely. I said, I didn’t order buffalo wings, I ordered just chicken wings. She says, it’s the same thing and offered to get me something else to eat. At that point we asked to speak to a manager, who was not helpful either as he just made excuses for the server and said she is just used to locals. I said she was rude and extremely disrespectful and he just kept making excuses for her. This was our first and last trip to this restaurant, we will not be back!
