Hailey did an amazing job, she was attentive, fast acting, and very entertaining! Overall great food, atmosphere, and people! Will definitely be returning soon !

This is my first time dining in at Hooters since I got here in the US 2008. I don’t know what to expect. Wings flavor was good but the size of the wing was so small compared to the other wings restaurants. I also ordered hooters salad but they served me wilted lettuce. I am not the type of person complained so I just ate it. I guessed I’m just so hungry. My server was nice name Brittany though. I hope this business will thrive and they have to change to be able to compete with other restaurants or sports bar.

Visited hooters on Sunday for a crawfish event. The managers had the logistics figured out to a tee, live band, additional restrooms and top tier service. The food was quick, fresh and tasty!

The wings were really good as usual. The Curly fries were great. We hadn’t dined in in a while because the last time we went the service was pretty bad. But we gave it another try and the service was bad again. And don’t get the bloody Mary pretty watered down both times they did it twice not because we thought it was watered down the first time, but because it sat at the bar for like 20 minutes and the girl forgot about it and she was nice about saying that it was probably watered down and redid it, but the second one was just not Any good either. But they do have good wings, and they have a lot of TVs to watch whatever you’re interested in watching when it comes to sports.

Over the years this hooters has really gone down. The wings were super small. Was disappointed with the buffalo shrimp they were either old or over cooked. There was also a hair in our food. Very sad to see this location in the place that it is. Will more than likely not return.

I dont like leaving bad reviews butWas only 1 other table at lunch on a Thursday. Waitress was more interested in telling stories with manager than doing her job. She just dropped food off on table and walked off. Had to flag her down to ask for a refill of tea. Very disappointed in customer service. Wont be back.

The bartender Nichole was nice. But the problem I had, I placed a Togo order over the phone all the way from Dickinson. Picked up my order and went home and a whole order was missing. Myself and my husband had to drive all the way back to get the order that was missing which caused the other food we ordered to be cold. Orders should be thoroughly checked before giving to a customer especially having to drive back and forth for missing items.

Changed menu from last visit. Ordered 10 wings with what I thought was Garlic Parmesan sauce. Apparently they have done away with that. Everything now is dry rub. First 4 pages of menu is for drinks. Sent wings back, paid for the iced tea and tipped the girl. Will not be back.

This visit will be the end of a tradition. We celebrate my daughter’s birthday at Hooters every year because she loves the wings. The food has slowly declined over the years. This year by far was the worse. I don’t know what they have done to these wings but they need to stop. It was like they were coated with a pound of dry rub. Even the lots of tots had a strange taste to them. We had a table of 8 and we ordered a couple or appetizers for us to share and when we asked for some plates the waitress said there is 1 on the table. Literally there was 1 on the table. This was an agreement by all that this will probably be our last visit to Hooters. Like I said the end of a tradition in our family.

Immediately upon walking in, it smelled of dirty mop water. While walking to our table, I tripped and rolled my ankle on a hole in the floor that was covered with a rubber mat. The staff were unconcerned and said they usually have it marked with a wet mop sign, they were going to get new floors but they aren't anymore. The floors and tables were sticky and very dated. Our table had 1990s Nascar pics on it. The beer my husband ordered was completely flat. My Pepsi Zero was fairly flat as well and had a weird taste. We ordered mild and medium breaded wings that were neither breaded or sauced in anything other than grease. No flavor. We got our receipt and wanted to leave quickly because the restaurant was so musty, we tried to check out at the bar but the bartender refused. This was 3p and the restaurant was practically empty. Very disappointing visit. We have already provided feedback to Hooters online.

We went to Twin Peaks but it was too busy due the the game. So we ended up at Hooters. Not our first choice. We sat down and talked to the manager to add a table to ours because of the amount of people she agreed. Later when that table left the waitress decided we couldn't do that and the other table had more people coming and they could use it. So she moved us in the back corner of the restaurant and forgot about us. 45 minutes to get a beer. She only brought food for 2 out of the 8 people at the table. We never seen our waitress until we asked a waitress working next to our table to get her. She was too busy with the table she kicked us out for. And to top it all off they put an 18% gratuity on our tab for the terrible service we received.

The waitress was nice and did her job. But, i had to chase away 2 cockroachs from the table, while i was eating, and there was a fly in my beer. My friends told me its not what it use to be and they were right. Everything looked old and dirty. The food was ok.

Twin peaks had an hour wait for our table of 16 so we picked hooters because they could seat us right away. We were seated right away because they were empty. We ordered the 10 kids food right away (as soon as we ordered drinks) their food came out with in 10 mins. Our alcohol drinks came out after the kids food did every drink was gross and the beer was flat as can be. The adults ordered their food as soon as we were asked (before the kids food came out) it took an hour and 15 mins to get the food of 6 adults. Mind you there was nobody here. Everyone’s wings were half way sauced, the spicy chicken sandwhich had zero sauce. And one set of mild wings was only tossed in grease and butter. Now they did take $25 off each check, we did have three checks. So there is that, but this was the absolute worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Enough for me to write a review. I’m not one to write a review for standard crappy service.

I have eaten at this Hooters for 20+ years, but never again. They got rid of the Spicy Garlic sauce and everything is tasteless dry rub. Bring back the spicy garlic sauce!!
