I loved this place as a kid and now I get to go with my kids. The atmosphere is great and the food is good. The portions are not as much as they use to be but it's ok. Still a great place.

Our food order is always made fresh but I tend to have stuff missing from my order every time which is why I didn’t give a 5 star review. Sauces, bread or something - never fails. The girls love it so will for sure go back. I can’t eat here though because nothing is gluten free so I can’t comment on the food - only going by what my family says.

It was okay. There is constantly a line at this raising Cane's and I wanted to see what all the hubbub was... The chicken is pretty good. It's juicy, but the breading falls off quite easily. I do not care at all for the canes sauce. Maybe this is why the place is popular. I don't know but it's not for me The coleslaw was good. Maybe a little bit too much mayo for my taste but I would get it again The crinkle cut fries they're okay, there's just regular fries I love that toast that comes with it I would say for four strips of chicken, a handful of crinkle fries, a small cup of coleslaw and the toast and the drink was about 12 bucks. Quick, Efficient, and tasty Chicken. Clean and Friendly atmosphere but lacks customer service. We witnessed several workers gathered in the kitchen ignore a couple who happened to walk in, ready to order.

Kinda disappointed. The cashier seemed distracted. My order was packed "to go," but I requested "dine in" (my receipt even states dine in). Cane's to go packaging seems wasteful (my side of Coleslaw was in a plastic container, which was then placed in a larger styrofoam container separate from the chicken fingers and fries container(??). The chicken fingers were on the small side. Definitely a small serving of fries and coleslaw. I remember the chicken fingers being larger. Oh well.

Tiny shrinking chicken tenders. Cane’s tenders keep getting smaller. We used to love Cane’s but very rarely go to Cane’s after the price increases and smaller chicken pieces. We tried it tonight and along with the tiny little tenders the Canes sauce tubs have been shrunk and the piece of bread was shrunk down too.

These are the smallest chicken tenders I have ever received. And a sprinkle of fries. This is diabolical. I didn’t even open the extra sauce I paid for because I barely got a meal out of this.

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff and manager(Monique). The lettuce on my sandwich wasn’t edible. I went to speak with a manager to show her what I had received, and she said what a piece of lettuce if you look at the video, this is completely wilted soaking wet when I picked it up. It was like slime I said so you think this lettuce is acceptable to serve someone she didn’t changes her attitude and says no. she offered to remake it however I asked for a refund instead she walked away saying something i could not hear. her staff starts laughing. “Oh, we’ll just take a L on this one. We’ll just take a L on this one!” and literally laughing in my face, this is how you treat customers?!!!

We just got our food and drove off, my wife and daughter got food here except me because I wasn't hungry and thank God I didn't get anything. When we pulled up to the 2nd window to get our food, the man was giving my wife her drink and we heard a woman right behind him say "yeah but I gotta tell ya, there's a roach in it." My wife and I looked at each other and couldn't believe what we heard and she asked the man at the window. "Excuse me but I'm very interested in that comment she said." The man replied "I don't know what she's talking about." He then asked her about her comment and she said "oh I was just joking." Yeah I don't think so! You don't mention a roach at a food establishment and play it off as a joke. This was the first time we came here and we love canes all together, but we will not come back to this location and now my wife not feeling her food. And it's a shame because we drive by multiple times and never come here since it's extremely busy all the time and this one time there wasn't a line and this was the impression we get. Never again!

This was my first visit to this Raising Cane’s location, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. After I paid, the cashier did not return my credit card to me. I had to point it out, and now I need to monitor my account for any issues. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location. I hope the store can address this to prevent it from happening to other customers.

I am disappointed with the quality of Cane’s now. I remember the first time that I had it 10 years ago at the Galleria location, the chicken was so tender and the sauce was so good. It was still good everytime I came back. It has been approximately 7 years since I’ve been back at Cane. This location has deterred me from coming back. First, they forgot my extra sauce…the 39 cent does matter. Second, my chicken was drier than the Sahara desert and the sauce couldn’t even salvage it. Lastly, the ONLY saving grace was the toast, and even then it was subpar. Otherwise, friendly atmosphere.

Usually Cane’s is really good with good service. But, tonight there was lemonade on TOP of the lid so it spilled all over me. Lemonade was unusually terrible. Also these are the smallest chicken fingers I’ve ever gotten ANYWHERE! I guess next time I’ll open everything up before I drive off.

I’m not sure if the young lady understood me or maybe I wasn’t clear enough when I gave my order. But I had to repeat my order several times to make sure I get it correctly. I had to ask the lady to repeat what I just gave her. Because the first time I gave the order, she told me my total and it sounded like for one order only when I ordered two box combos. We also didn’t receive enough utensils, napkins or ketchup. Please make sure you repeat the order just to make sure you’re not missing anything.

I wet there yesterday and order 25 fingers, 2 Caniac 6 fingers order, 8 sides of coleslaw salad and 5 extra fries orders, they gave the food. As soon as I got home I found out that I was missing the 2 Cadiac orders, so I called the store and they told me to come by and pick them up and they gave me a 4 digit code. I told them I will send my wife to pick them up tomorrow which is today after school the girl told me no problem. Any way my wife went their to pick up the missing orders and they told her they don't have any information in the system. And the manager was very rude. I called them and spoke to the manager and she didn't want to honor the order and fix their mistakes. This place is a true ripp off. I don't recommend this location they are the worst in customer service and I can't believe they would hire a manager like that. Unles she is discriminating us.
