First time diner, and really liked it. Had the double with no modifications. Burger was really good! Fries were not quite as good as other places, but they were tasty, especially when hot. Easy in and out. Clean restrooms and restaurant. Hopefully we get one closer to us!! Love the old school look and employee uniforms as well.

Great place. Friendly and thoughtful staff! One of the employees kindly gave my child the paper hat they were wearing, which made our visit extra special. Also, don’t miss the Animal Style option—it’s a must-try!

Even though I’m a big Whataburger fan, I can’t help but get excited whenever I spot an In-N-Out Burger around town. Something about it just calls my name. While their portion sizes aren’t exactly Texas-sized, they’re definitely satisfying. One thing I absolutely love about In-N-Out is their pickled chili peppers — they add the perfect kick and really bring out the flavor of the burger. I’ve visited several locations across Houston, and every time has been a consistently great experience. From the friendly service to the fresh ingredients, it’s always worth the stop.

I love a double- double animal style! Not a fan of the fries, but the burgers are wonderful especially with grilled onions. Sometimes I'll get a strawberry milkshake too. Always fast and prompt service, and really a great value for what you pay.

Old fashioned type burger diner. Friendly staff and helpful. Fast service. Very busy location and moved efficiently. Good pricing. Hamburger was good but The only complain was the bread was a little over toasted. Recommend animal style on the burger and fries

I ordered a number one combo, double-double. Eating a Burger with sunset is such a beautiful dinner. The last time I came was Thursday at noon. It was horrible traffic. It has to wait 25 minutes in the store and more than 20 cars in the drive-thru.

You can never go wrong with a double double. There is the battle of In N Out vs Whataburger but you cant compare the two because they are so different. Always recommend Animal Style on the burgers and the fries. Service is always with a smile. One our favorite places to grab a burger. Ingredients are always fresh! Kids always get extra spread to dip their fries in it.

Went several times. Every time this place offers the best value fast food anywhere in the planet. Always clean and quick as well.

Our first time trying In-n-Out and the name truly matches the experience. We tried the cheeseburger and fries combos. Our food was served hot and timely. The ingredients were fresh and tasted great. The only thing we disliked was the fries. They tasted like cardboard fries w/o a potato filling. If they can improve on that one issue, this chain can soar. Definitely would eat again.

Went there during dinner time, very busy, in-N-Out Burger in San Diego is so much better. I think they salt the patties I think that this in and out in Texas or people in Houston loves salty your food because they salted the patty and then they give you extra salt packet on top of that and also give additional salt to sprinkle on top of the burger. Suggestion: ask for no salt burger and ask for extra sauce on the side so you can add extra sauce if needed.

My experience here at In-N-Out Burger is always a good one. The burgers are very tasty, especially if you order them Animal-Style. Animal-Style includes onions, pickles, and a special sauce. The beef is tender, and the combination of flavors makes for a wonderful burger. The fries are a little dry but still very good. Adding some salt and pepper is a good idea. While my fries were all cooked well, most of the fries at the bottom of my brother’s order were burnt. However, this location offers free hot chocolate to children on rainy days, so my brother enjoyed a warm cup of hot chocolate. Overall, this is a solid choice for tasty food.

usually food and service here is excellent. i come to this in n out regularly. however tonight after work i went and when i got home, i bit into my burger and found this halfway inside of it. i almost chipped my tooth and choked on this piece of metal (which i assume to be a cap of some kind that screws on). i’m thankful i noticed it when i did. i’m not sure that i will continue to frequent this establishment after finding a piece of equipment in there. because while i’ve already mentioned the safety reasons, as someone in food service it makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and prep space in the restaurant as that is flat out disgusting. i spit out the rest of my burger and will not continue to eat it after knowing what is in there. the amount of bacteria that improperly cleaned kitchen equipment carries just adds to the heath hazard that is a chunk of metal inside my burger, that i was almost too tired to notice after work.

The regular or animal fries are not good at all, do not recommend. The burger would have been good if the bread wasn't over grilled and made the edges hard. I will not visit again, not my style of eating.

They serve good burgers but horrible atmosphere. This has to be the dirtiest fast food restaurant I seen . I asked for a towel to clean my own table because all the tables were dirty . The manager refuse to clean my table and food was coming so I clean it with a napkin. I’m sure they were understaff but come on. In and Out please do not lower your standards ! I hope they get it together soon.

I always go to this In-N-Out because it’s the only one close to my house, so if I want to stay on track with my macros, this is my only option. But somehow, this location consistently messes up my order. This time it really tickled my toes -.- They’re constantly forgetting something, and last time they completely messed up my entire order. I ordered 3 burgers and only received 2 and both were wrong. I asked for two 3x1 protein style burgers. One didn’t come out at all, and the other only had 2 patties, but I was charged for the extra. On top of that, the other burger had onions even though I clearly said no onions due to an allergy. Now imagine if my bf ate that, he would be RICH. This time, I asked for spread specifically to eat with my fries. If you know In N Out fries, you know they NEED spread. You don’t eat these fries without spread. I got home, opened the bag, and there was none. Now I have to drive all the way back just to get spread for my fries. I try to be reasonable because mistakes happen, and I haven’t made a big deal about the other times. But fries with no spread? Come on. How do you guys expect anybody to eat these cardboard tasting fries without sauce, it’s like eating dry bread with no water. Please tighten up. Double check orders before handing them out. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a correct order or give someone spread with their fries!

What’s up In and out? The last 3 times I drove off with my food from the drive through thinking I was gonna enjoy the best burger on my way back hm from work, i didn’t! I am very disappointed that the quality of the food and all related services has declined so bad, the 3 times the straws were cracked so no drink would come up through it, French fries were cold and tasted old, bread was hard on the edges, asked for no onions and actually came with extra onions, no napkins were in the bag. I threw it all away! Waste of $$$ 3X!!! 👎🏼💔 Today is 3/3/26 and it’s my last time @ In and Out at El Dorado Blvd.

Never had a bad experience here until Ashley took my order, she was so rude, she kept cutting me off when I spoke as I was ordering, and she was rushing me. Ashley was so aggressive and non-welcoming, I’ve never had a bad experience at any locations, she doesn’t even smile say thank you or anything.

Please tell me if this looks like what I ordered. I am allergic to tomatoes. My husband doesn't eat them because I am allergic. My receipt clearly says onion and chilis on one and onions only on the other. But wait it gets better not only was the line long but if you look at the burger the cheese is not melted why you ask I will tell you because the burgers were ice cold like they came out the fridge. This is the second time getting In- n- Out burger in Texas and having eaten them all over California I must say Texas stop making In-n-Out burgers this is it for Texas.... Leave IN-N-OUT burgers to California. 21.00 $ down the drain. Dog food I'm going to find the first street dog to feed this crap too.
