We had a wonderful dining experience at Cracker Barrel. The place was clean, the staff was so nice, and the food was delicious. Our waiter, Eduardo, had a great attitude, smiled, and was patient with us (we had quite a bit in our party). His customer service was top-notch!

I cannot recommend this Cracker Barrel location, enough! The food was excellent as always on my last trip, and the service was amazing too. A shout out to Amanda, the lady who helped me as my waitress. A shout out also to the young lady cashier who helped me with the app that was not working For some reason. I will be back, and often.

Good meal Everytime I have visited this place. The food is delicious good ol homemade style. The service was ok we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated but that's alright. And they have a shop inside the restaurant which is neat. Most of the time this place is pscked.

We were on the south side of Houston and needed to get some breakfast. Saw Cracker Barrel was ahead and stopped in. So glad we did. The food was fantastic as always but the staff was lovely also. They were so warm and caring. Great experience.

What was I thinking going on Thanksgiving? Well first thank you Crackers barrel staff for being there today because I would’ve not eaten today if you weren’t.. I’ll say this in a busy chaotic holiday frenzy my daughter who is on crutches went to the restroom in the middle of the meal . Our meal was accidentally taken away. While everyone around us was frantically waiting or eating there meal I ran back to the table to stop them , but I was too late. So without fail the manager on duty quickly had our meal replaced and served. No haste no waist The manager and staff was SUPER DUPER..

Cracker Barrel has always been perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Our favorite dishes are their roast beef and mashed potatoes and the chicken and dumplings. There's no restaurant like it and their shop is always filled with one of a kind gifts and much more.

The best breakfast I’ve had yet! 🤩 The perfectly seasoned and texture combinations of the crispy bacon and potatoes, soft eggs, melty cheese and fluffy biscuits was an incredible sensation! 😍 I highly recommend their casseroles and bennys! 😋

I had a taste for Cracker Barrel sweet carrots so decided to visit today. I was shocked to see items were no longer on the menu. I ended up choosing the fried shrimp, and it had a light seasoned batter and delightful taste! Paul was my server he was friendly, attentive from start to finish! Something happened to me that I never experienced before while dining; a gentleman walks over and says, ma'am my family and I would like to pay for your meal. We noticed you sitting alone and want to pay for your meal. It caught me off guard, I looked over at the wife and thanked her and him. I pay it forward all the time, but hadn't been a recipient before. He returned a little while later and said here is your receipt. Enjoy the rest of your day. I always say: "It's a blessing to be a blessing!" I pray that God will continue to bless that couple and their children 🙏🏽

If you want the best service ask for Claribel. She made our breakfast a dining experience! Our orders are really specific, and not on the menu- so it takes someone experienced to follow (bad customers, I know). She got it all right the first time around! Furthermore, our tea and coffee was always full, and of course, the restaurant was packed as usual.

I love Cracker Barrel! The shop always carries our favorite things. The meat loaf, hash brown casserole and country green beans is soooo good, I can’t bring myself to order anything else. Thank You for such a great dining experience.

Erin did an amazing job taking care of us tonight. Super attentive and always checking back to make sure we were completely satisfied and satiated. My daughters and I commented several times how much we really liked our server. The food here is and always will be 🔥. Our family loves meeting there on Sunday's for some bonding over good company and food. Usually a 30-45 minute wait but we'll worth it. If there wasn't a wait I'd be worried. Most breakfast plates under $10. Coffee is on point. Definitely a family environment. Been going there for 25 years and has never disappointed. We've been to many Cracker Barrels before. They all look the same on the inside but the difference is how nice the staff was at this location. Our waitress was Vanessa and she was very attentive, always had a smile and made us laugh. We thank you for having great people on your staff. Thank you... This location was extremely busy but that's ok because that's what we expected on a Saturday morning. Food was good as always.

Delicious food and lots of cool stuff in the store. Customer service was great and the food was awesome, the coffee, was meh. I had the Mama's Breakfast, the kiddo got the confetti pancakes, and the hubs got the Old Timer Breakfast. Yumm! Overall, a great first experience for me and my family.

Sometimes you get a prayer answered in the form of a fabulous Cracker Barrel waitress. I was having a cardiac episode that was causing severe bodily panic and Erin, our waitress, was so calming. I don't know if it was coincidence or she could tell I was stressed, but she brought us two peg games to the table and my fiancé and I continued to play for at least another 20 minutes. There's no way she could have known I was in 100% fight or flight mode and she gave me something to focus on that took me out of my cardiac panic and grounded me in the moment. She even got us one to go for home because she enjoyed watching us enjoy the game so much and came told us her great grandfather's trick to it. She was an absolute delight of a human being and honestly, I should have given her my # to see if she wanted to be friends. Its very rare in this world that you find someone who is as kind, and calming as she is. Best waitress I've ever had, and thats saying a lot because I've eaten at Michelin star restaurants around the world and no one has ever just put me at ease that way in a moment they couldnt have known I needed someone like that!

Food I always amazing, Service varies, sometimes is good or sometimes is not so good 😊 👍🏻 Atmosphere the best 😍 unless is next to your table a kid loudly crying..lol or in any device loudly playing but that is unfortunate from parents not from the restaurant. And all the questions below 👇🏻 here varies bc we don't just eat we buy in the store so I can put the right amount, about what we ate we always alternate, do all I would say..lol, time varies too, and always sitting in available, only when is Sunday after church services end oh Lord is really a long time waiting.. 😜

The food was quite delightful. Lil Momma had a generous portion of the fried shrimp. But the hamburger steak was a bit smallish. The ambiance was delightful with the old hurricane lamps on the tables and our server was so courteous and polite. A great time to be sure.

It was okay for the price. The eggs were cold, I twice had to tell the server that my meal was missing one of the main components, and the hash brown casserole was downright awful. However, the server was friendly and fast, and the fried chicken was peppery, crisp, hot, and just delicious. I'll probably go back again but won't get those hash browns next time. Bonus is they have two 50kW EVgo charging stations in the parking lot.

The atmosphere was very nice and excellent service. Had the chicken pot pie and it was delicious 😋. We recieved everything we ordered in a timely manner. Defenitley recommend them will be going back.

I have been bugging my fam that we need to go to Cracker Barrel as soon as I knew we were going to Houston, as we have none in Canada And they did not disappoint me with their American comfort food PLUS attached knick-knacks & clothing store Their host (late afternoon Feb 28) was very sweet and helpful The waitress was generous with biscuits & corn muffins - thank you! The disappeared fast! Thanks for your attentiveness & quick service. We all loved our mix of meatloaf, fried chicken, grilled chicken with cheese & bacon & steak dinners. Love that I was able to get a side of grits & also … fried okra! Fried chicken was moist, grits was a texture that I love. We were too full for dessert, but did make our way to their store & snagged a couple of great sale items to go. I’ll be going to this chain again as soon as the opportunity arises. Had not been here in a very long time. Atmosphere was the same very loud place lots of people got seated fairly quickly though. Friendly service with a smile that didn’t change I tried a new menu item called pancake tacos. it was a novel idea, but didn’t quite hit the mark for me. You could not pick them up and eat them like a taco was very difficult pancakes were mushy. There wasn’t quite enough cheese. The bacon was not overcooked, but trying to cut it with a fork and knife was almost impossible interesting concept, that’s all I can say I would not order them again but if you’re adventurous, go ahead and try them. My partner enjoyed his meal the biscuits were excellent. Just to let everyone know, they brought back the sourdough bread for sale, but this time it is not the wheat bread if you were a fan of it before it’s not the same. The only negative thing I have to say is when he came out of the restroom he said that the toilets in the men’s were extremely low to the floor even for someone younger. It was hard for him to get up off the seat. I have some new places to go next time. Come join us as we search for new places to try. Today, I was on a mission to find a cross pendant for a chain necklace I received and certain colors of yarns I didn't have in my stash. So, before DL, ML and I got started, we decided to head south to get out and have breakfast first. You need energy 😉 to go shopping and do who knows what you spontaneously decide to do!!! Also, it gave all 3 of us the opportunity to try out Cracker Barrel. I had never been and it was ages since DL and ML had been. Plus, I had gift cards I wanted to use. It was popping at this location and we were told it would be about a 20 minute wait. No problem! We'll look around. I was amazed at how much merchandise Cracker Barrel had to offer! So, the wait time flew by almost in a flash! We were escorted to our table and Hannah, was there in no time to get our drink orders, but gave us enough time to actually look at the menus. We decided to share the Biscuit Beignets 😋. DL went with the Old Timers Breakfast with plain hash browns, ML went with Grandma's French Toast (recommended from Hannah) and I went with Mommas Pancakes. The food was delicious 😋 and portionwise, right up my alley - filling, not overstuffing and no leftovers! (Remember, we wanted to shop and do other things!) Now, to the register and pay the tab. Darlene had a bit of a problem scratching the coating off of the pin, but got it and could run the gift card with no problem. But the second gift card was a different story! The coating/covering just didn't want to cooperate. Darlene was getting nervous. Anyway, when things start to go wrong, Murphy's law seems to kick in. Darlene finally got the coating off, but now she or I could not read the pin. And you just can't swipe it!!! So, Jamie, the floor manager was called in. Well, all of her options failed as well. Jamie had to go ask store manager. She came back and said they couldn't comp my gift card in store, but would replace it with a digital card. Meaning: she needed my telephone number and email. The store manager would contact me when sent. So, I had to pay up using a different payment method!!! Most of you know I try to find the positive wherever and whenever I can, but in this instance, Cracker Barrel's policies or guidelines are NOT customer friendly. I had a legitimate gift card which was ruined by no fault of my own! Real customer service would have some how compensated me. I did receive a phone call, but apparently did not receive an email in a timely manner (I have a very high junk mail folder and was looking for a reference to Cracker Barrel replacement card)! Alas, not a happy camper, when it comes to Cracker Barrel's policies 👎 The staff at the store 👍

I ordered my breakfast eggs with steak and hashbrowns and the reason I ordered it because I saw someone else eating them and I felt like trying them. My steak tasted tasteless no flavor like old and dry.I gave my husband and niece a taste and they said the same and not to eat it. I told the waitress that I was not happy but she didn’t offer me anything I told her if I can get something easy and fast because it took about 40 mins just to get the ordered food. I asked her if I could something fast like pancakes which she did. I left my entire plate untouched after tasting the steak. Well the lady charged me everything plus pancakes. She didn’t deducted anything that’s why I gave a 3 star and zero for my food.

We stopped by here during an AAU Track and Field district meet. My family and I usually dine at Cracker Barrel when we're on a road trip. We love the southern comfort environment that we experience every time we visit, and this visit wasn't different. However, the only not so pleasant thing that we experienced was the taste of the food. The hash brown casserole and biscuit & gravy that we ordered didn't have the same familiar taste....it felt like something was missing. We didn't finish our meal. Our waitress was phenomenal 👏🏾. She made our tables feel welcomed and was very attentive the full 2 hours we were there.

Our service was less than satisfactory. We had to wait for quite a while to be waited on . Once we were waited on, we were notified after about 30 minutes after ordering that the chicken and dumplings I ordered were already depleted for the day. ( there was still 2 hours until closing) . We finally received our order which was actually pretty good. When I asked for dessert to go, they were out of that too . ( Actually, the waitress stated she couldn’t locate it in the back) I’d like to say this was an unusual event but it’s become more the norm here. The service has always been the issue. When they actually have the food… it’s great!

For starters we ate on Easter Sunday. We came in with the expectation that it would be busy and we'd have to wait. I had pre-checked us in at 1140am and we're given a 40 to 45 mins wait based on the check in. When we finally got to the restaurant it was about 1205pm and nothing was said if we had to wait longer. so we assumed it was close to our time. No, we weren't checked in until 1240pm. we didn't have a large party 2 adults 2 children. When we finally got seated we got drinks right away but no bread basket. I had to flag a hostess and was told we had to ask our server for it since they don't just bring it out anymore. So we waited again. food eventually came..and we waited for more drinks,napkins etc. Mind you there we large gaps of us waiting. when we left the restaurant it was 240 pm. again we expected it to be busy but there were large parties being more catered to then our small one. this isn't the first time we've been over looked. but it's the last. we will never dine there again.

Typically this place is awesome, but sometimes it is hit or miss, such a bummer. They did remove some of my favorite sides off of the menu and they are now charging for things that they typically didn't before. But I'll take my chances on the food and service to not have to make Chicken Fried Steak at home. Also watch out for chipped plates, they are rampant!

Just not what it use to be. High chair for the baby was not safe. Both belt safety snaps were broken. Mash potatoes and gravy had a funky taste. We both ordered Chicken and Dumplings. One was thick and one was watery. Neither were a very healthy portion. Mac N Cheese was good.

The service was good but it just doesn’t feel like home anymore. The service is not great anymore, they don’t light the fireplace when it’s cold and their food quality has gone way down. Their Chicken Fried Steaks are frozen and taste like cardboard, some of the vegetable sides taste canned and the food overall doesn’t feel like grandma’s cooking anymore. And now they serve liquor at a family restaurant, not good.

Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and made sure our experience was enjoyable from start to finish. It’s always a delight to encounter staff who are genuinely dedicated to their roles, and this team certainly did not disappoint. However, I did find the manager's demeanor to be a bit off-putting. When I mentioned that one of the meats was overcooked, the response I received—that they were still learning—felt inadequate. Instead of addressing the issue directly or offering an alternative, it seemed dismissive. An acknowledgment of the concern would have gone a long way in maintaining a positive experience. Additionally, when I complimented the service, the manager’s response about providing the waiter with overtime and higher pay came off as unprofessional. While I appreciate transparency, sharing that information felt unnecessary and detracted from the moment. We were simply praising the excellent service, not looking for an explanation of internal policies. Despite these minor hiccups with the management, I would still recommend Cracker Barrel for its beautiful setting, delicious food, and outstanding service. Just perhaps steer clear of the manager if you can. Overall, it was a lovely dining experience worth having!

I feel compelled to share my experience after my latest visit to Cracker Barrel, a place I have always enjoyed. Unfortunately, this dinner was disappointing. Despite having great breakfasts there in the past, this time, three of my plates arrived with undercooked chicken. The wait for our food was excessive—about 50 minutes—only to be met with unacceptable food quality. Management did acknowledge the issue and apologized, even removing two plates from the bill and offering to remake the other dishes. However, after encountering raw chicken, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. The other three guests with me were able to enjoy their meals, and I can't deny that the pecan pancakes were excellent, but there is simply no excuse for serving undercooked food, especially after such a long wait. This experience needs to be addressed. all three plates were chicken tenders with a kids meal being one of them.

10am on a Sunday Morning. We waitied over one hour for a table to seat six people. Cracker Barrel does not provide you with an estimated wait time. Excellent practice as you browse the gift shop while you wait. Once seated our waiter saved the day. Cheerful polite and accurate with all orders. I sampled a little of every breakfast order at the table. Food was mediocre. You can't blame the staff for the experience as the kitchen has their orders just like everyone else. I may try a different location on a weekday in hopes of a better experience.

Waited 40 minutes for my food and then the waitress would disappear for like 20 minutes at a time making it very annoying to ask for basic things like the fact that she never brought my coffee and once she did, she walked off so fast and offered no creamer so we waited another 20 minutes just for that.

Thanksgiving day! The food was outstanding, but... They ran out of pies by 1100. The portions were disappointing. The waitress forgot the bread until we were almost done with our meal. Had to ask for more napkins. The games have been removed from the tables, probably so they could get people in and out quickly. This biggest day of the year after their recent marketing fiasco and it's like they didn't even try. They were just winging it and hoping nobody noticed. Heartbreaking.

The place is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we walked in there was a variety of things and their store that you could purchase along with wall, decor, and ceiling designs. Once we were seated, which took about 10 minutes, we waited 15 to 20 minutes to place our order for drinks. Then it took another 15 to 20 minutes to place our order to eat the food took about 20 to 25 minutes to come out the kitchen, I will say the eggs need a little bit of favor and the stake needs a lot of work there was definitely no flavor in that steak whatsoever. Overall, I will give this place a 3 out of 5 . I might try another location and see if I get a better experience.

It pains me to say this, but the food was horrible. He ordered country fried chicken meal. Chicken was not hot, was greasy and very over cooked. It couldn't have been fresh. The sides: Hasbrown casserole and beans were cold and casserole didn't have any cheese. Sent back and ordered cheeseburger. It was just as bad, over cooked and cold. The tomatoes were mushy and the lettuce was wilted. The only thing good on that plates was the fries. My meal: French toast, scrambled eggs and bacon. The bacon was supposed to be crisp, it wasn't. The scrambled eggs weren't done. It looked like they were only cooked on one side. They took them back to finish cooking, gross, because I had already taken a bite out of it. When I got them back they still weren't done. My French toast was burnt on one side and the other side wasn't done. I pointed this out to the waitress, the kitchen supervisor and the cashier and no one offered to make it right. We won't go back to this location again. Its sad because we love Cracker Barrel.

Maybe it was because I went here at 7pm, but the food was very disappointing, hardly any scrambled eggs on my plate, the pancakes were good, our waitress was nice but seemed very clueless and when giving her a request, she would take a LONG time from the back. Even though it wasn’t even busy at all, it seemed like the employees were not prepared what so ever. Even though there were only three families there, it took a while for the host to sit us down, and our waitress forgot to give us menus. Would never come back here again.

We visited the League City Cracker Barrel for breakfast we typically do not have any problems with this location but today it was awful. My order came out with hair on the plate and my husbands food was barely cooked. I sent back the order and 2 minutes later the food returned, they did not no-cook the food it was warm only not hot they just wiped off the hair and brought back out the same plate. I did not feel right eating anything so I asked for the check the manager was called and took care of the bill . The first manager ran off from our table so fast it was ridiculous. We will pass on this Cracker Barrel.. and go somewhere else...they need to do better and for heavens sake employees need to start back wearing hair nets...

Just sad. Cracker Barrel used to be one of our favorites. Food was blah. Service was slow due to understaffing. Ho hum.

SO VERY DISAPPOINTED! Coming into at 7:45 pm. 1. They are not busy... 2. My wife had to get up and ask the manager who will be our server after 2 other couples came in after and were attended to first. I gave them 1 Star ONLY because the biscuits were the only thing good tonight. 3. I ordered the Classic Combo. Meatloaf, fried chicken sides green beans and baby carrots. Now, they close at 10pm, how can they run out of green beans. The chicken was hard to bite into as if the chicken had been sitting there under a light, not fresh.... I asked for grilled chicken. Both sides were burnt. Oh, not to mention, my wife ordered the dumplings and it was watery like a soup. I guess we should only come in for breakfast....

I've never been to a Cracker Barrel and the food tasted terrible. I had one item..bacon that was good. Everything else was terrible. Server forgot food. Then the girl at the register to pay held us up because she didn't know how to read the receipt. We paid with apple pay with the QR code on the receipt... tip and everything! We had to wait for her manager to come because she thought we didn't pay. Overall ...not a good experience. Not a typical Cracker Barrel that I have visited all across the country!

Unfortunately we did not have a great impression on this Cracker Barrel location. We came with a party of 11 and waited a really long time for our food. It was to be expected but it was 2-3 pm and there were only a few other tables being serviced and the restaurant was slow. I Would be more understanding had the restaurant been busy. I ordered the pot roast which came out cold, my husband’s chicken fingers were cold, my mom’s meatloaf was cold and my son said the kids mac and cheese was not good. Three of our family members got their food about 10 mins after us and their food was fresh and hot. I don’t understand why ours was cold. We did not mention any issues to the staff because the lady was very nice and kept our drinks refilled while we waited for the food. We were coming from a funeral and did not want to upset the family members who were with us by complaining. Hope the next time we visit the food will be better.

Every since they fired Brad's wife this location has been in declined. We really wantwd breakfast today so we tried it again. Long wait for the hostesses to sit us. NO they were not busy. It was 3:30 pm on a sunday. Our waitress did not know the menu. Couldn't answer question, but she was trying at least. Managers walked by and never stopped to check on us. I never got a spoon desipte asking 4 times. The food was barely edible as it lacked basic seasoning. Im sure it will be another year before we come back to see if it has improved

We came here for dinner today, and when we walked in the restaurant was extremely cold. Other tables were ordering coffee and going to their cars to get jackets and hoodies. We ordered I got coffee and it was cold, they made a fresh pot, I am grateful for that. We ordered, but after we were informed that my husband’s chicken strips were going to be fresh, but it would be 7 minutes we said that was fine. We got our food his chicken was fresh, but the fries were old and cold. My entire plate was cold. Our server was nice about everything, but overall it was very disappointing since we had been traveling six hours and all we wanted was a decent hot meal. May not return for a while.

I want to start by saying that our table service was very good. The problem I think came from the kitchen. We ordered a very simple lunch salad with grilled chicken & cup of fruit - 2nd order was a chicken fried steak topped with cream gravy, cup of cream gravy on the side, fries, coleslaw and the baked apples. These sides were included with the meal. When food arrived, there were items missing from the salad, no gravy at all for the steak. Had to ask for the missing food items and side condiments. The chicken fried steak looked like it was no more than a frozen patty out of the freezer, couldn't seem to find the hard boiled eggs that was supposed to be in the salad.. The gravy was so thick you could pick it up with a fork and needed a knife to spread it on the chicken patty (so called steak). The waitress was very sweet and did a wonderful job servicing our table, but the food was not good.. Again, my rating is based on the food quality. A salad is a salad, it was okay, but the rest of it, we should have saved our money and went somewhere else. Sorry guys..

It took just over 1/2 hour to get our food in a mostly empty restaurant! You could hear the chaos in the kitchen. It was a mess... never again. I was a Cracker Barrel fan, but not anymore, as there was a service issue at the Cypress location also.

It started off fine the hosts were friendly and our server showed up in a timely manner to take our drink order and order our food. It seemed a bit busy for a Thursday which is okay my son and I were fine just waiting on our food. Our server brought out half of our food which was majority of my food, and only my baby’s eggs. I was still waiting on 3 other things for my sons breakfast, so I gave him my food and just waited there for about 15 minutes until I asked the host to track down my server and figure out what was going on. Another server came by and started to take care of us, he brought the rest of our food and checked on us and I appreciated that especially because it wasn’t his table. The other server “went home sick” and never came back. The manager literally right as we were about to leave, came over obviously knowing what happened and just asked if we needed anything, instead of initially apologizing for what had happened. I had to ask her what happened to our server before she even said anything about it and took accountability. I am a server myself, and it’s ridiculous to leave guests just up and dry without anyone at least watching over them and or taking the table. The manager at the end of our conversation asked if I was wanting a dessert or something, i declined because that wasn’t the point of me telling them. But the fact that those items that were completely forgotten about, and that I had to ask for myself were still on the check and I had to pay for, was ridiculous. I wasn’t looking for a handout at all but as a server, if you and your restaurant mess up, it’s your responsibility to make it up to your guests. I looked at many other workers multiple times trying to get their attention and no one else stopped by. It was extremely unprofessional, and a complete waste of 2 hours of my life.

They told us it was going to be a 15 minute wait and we ended up waiting an hour. Then we got a server who didn’t know what she was doing and kept on giving us food we didn’t want/order. The lady also didn’t know the menu enough to tell us if they were still serving a certain food item. She also kept on saying That she was gonna bring us stuff and then came back to us to tell us that she still needs to grab it.

Definitely not impressed with the food nor the service. I asked my waitress for a side pancake and her response was “for what” hopefully to eat but now I regret even asking for it. Fried pancakes, flavorless food, my country fried steak tasted microwaved 😩. The biscuits were moist and delicious and the Mac n cheese was delicious. Definitely not coming back for food ! However, the shop is super cute though!

My husband and I had breakfast at Cracker Barrel, and the experience was extremely disappointing. He initially ordered an apple juice, but it tasted sour, so he requested an orange juice instead. When the server brought it out, he immediately noticed red lipstick on the rim of the glass. He let the server know—pointing out that he doesn’t wear red lipstick—and her response was, “Why not?” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The food was horrible!!! My Chicken fried chicken was not cooked all the way and we got Fried chicken that was hard to bit in. There’s only certain foods I get there but wanted to try something different. Our waiter was not very friendly and we had to get his attention if we wanted something. Then when I went to check out, One of the cashier was being trained, and the person trainer her was not very nice to her. It was just not a good experience on a Sunday evening and I go here a lot.

Food wasn't horrible! I ordered chicken and dumplings, a side of carrot and pinto beans with cornbread muffins. The dumplings were flavorless, pasty, thick and dry dough with no chicken or chicken flavor.🤮 The carrots were good!🤗 But the pinto beans were dry also. I requested some of the beans pot liquor, which was a mistake because it turned out to be nothing but brown flavorless over-salted water. Because of the salt content I wasn't able to eat the beans. This will be my last visit to this location because this is the 2nd time the food has been horrible. My proir visit was for breakfast and that was 👎👎. This time the dinner food was horrible🤢. The food content differently has deteriorated. Something has changed at this location because the cooks/people preparing the food can't cook or they don't care about the food consistency anymore.

We've been here a few times and usually have a decent experience. Unfortunately, this was probably one of the worst dining experiences we've had. We came as a group of 12 and it wasn't busy at the time. They had no plates and service was incredibly slow for s seemingly slow time. They served biscuits about 30 minutes in and offered us napkins to eat them off of. 3 adult guests were unable to even eat their food. One ordered meatloaf that came out ice cold and upon returning after being heated, it was inedible. 1 child had a grilled cheese that came out completely burned on one side. Manager came out to apologize but none the less, this experience was embarrassing. I know they are better than that and there is no excuse for what we were served or went through. Not that it will make a difference to them but this is definitely my last time at this establishment.

At one time this was our go to place for Family breakfast, and business lunches. In the past few years, ive notice the service is so poor, and the quality of the food, fair to poor, consistently so, that we stopped going. Today, missing this charming restaurant, I gave it a second chance. At first, I was so excited, walking in, being greeted with all the seasonal decorations out, and screaming...buy me! The hostess was wondering, warm , friendly, informative about the items on the menu, and just the sweetest. Then, she sat me....and 5 minutes...10 minutes...still no waiter, no acknowledgement by any staff that anyone was on their way...two sets of guests seated after me, and being waited on...too much time later, I had to get up and leave. As disappointing as this is to write and say, im going to sadly haveto give up on this restaurant. Hopefully, one day, this wonderful place will get it together and go back to being amazing again, before it goes under.

Absolutely horrible, arrived at 5:30 for dinner. Ordered the kids food first, ordered ours- but they were out of the Turkey special, so we picked again. Thinking fried southern chicken was a thing still, it isn’t anymore, only on the weekends. Fine, settled for pot roast, being the last southern comfort item I can get that’s not at a Cheddars or Chilis. Success! Order is in, finally. 6:30 comes around. Still no food, not even the kids chicken tenders that was ordered 30 mins prior to ours. The manager final shows up, and apologies for them now being out of pot roast. Dude. I was so unsettled we just asked for the ticket because the kids food had still not arrived after watching plates of pot roast AND chicken coming out. He then leaves to “go check on the kids food” the guys gone for about 10 mins with food. Great but that’s not what I asked for. Feeling obligated at this point, I ask again for the ticket for the kids food and boxes because my husband and I still needed to eat, and if I was going to just buy chicken tenders we could’ve taken it to Cane’s.. This place has already started their change to become just like every other continental restaurant. Which is insane because we came here specifically for the food we can’t get anywhere else.. We left and went to Kelly’s and will no longer be a Cracker Barrel family.

If I could give zero stars I would, I’ve never been in a crackle barrel this bad before. They don’t have corn on a cob which is like a must have for crackle barrel. hashbrow casserole was nothing but hard burt bottom of the pan scrap up, my pot roast was cold even though it was first lunch meal of day. Potatoes took 45 minutes And they weren’t even good. server walked pasted me like 6 times and didn’t refill my drink. There was no celery or mini potatoes in the roast the food was disgusting.

It seems like every time I go in there. They'll order the chicken fries steak dinner. They're always out of something so you gotta do something order something else. So this time, I ordered something new on the menu. What's called a shepherd pie? It's supposed to be served after 11. They said they couldn't serve it no more even though it's 8 o'clock at night. Yeah, I turned around x stew pot that's new on the menu the waiter came back and said, ooh, sorry, after slamming the tray that he had in his hand he kind of like hit it on the table to get my attention, scared my wife. But anyway, say sorry, we don't have that neither then I told him I didn't want anything. 5 minutes later, he came back, said, I pulled some strings. I'm able to get you the shepherd pie. But when he bring it to me, it was just a baked potato, smashed up, very lot of lumps, the carrots cold and hard. My wife ordered your New Quarter grilled chicken. It comes with mashed potatoes and broccoli but we notice my shepherd pie, I had very little mashed potatoes and her plate had mashed potatoes, but it was from the same potato that I had.That what's a baked potato that date smashed up? There are big mumps in it and put it on the plate. They've invited up between us before the epidemic. They were a nice restaurant to go to great service and everything. Now it went downhill

This was difficult. The waitress took forever just to get our drink orders. There were people who were there after us that received food waaaay before us. This is not the first time. Our food was hastily made bacon and ham burnt and refills were a challenge. Overall it was a mess. We had a gift card but this was the second time this place has let us down.

Watch Out! You don't get what you pay for!! Sadly I must give up Cracker Barrels delicious meatloaf. It's been the only thing I order and I've Always ordered a whole one. I usually ordered it special with no problems. Normally a whole order is 8 pieces. It was authorized on my last order to only give me 6. I was still charged for a whole order which I gladly payed for and left. When I got home and took the lid off you could see through the plastic wrap that it was NOT a whole order. I've been making this same order for quite some time but the last couple of months it has come with some issues. ( but its so delicious) Sometimes its been miscommunication others its been customer service. About a month ago one order was completely wrong and late and I had ordered it a day ahead. I spoke with a manager, Eddie Plaza, explained everything to him and told him I would not be back. He was very apologetic and so nice that he convinced me to one more try. THIS was the result. VERY disappointed, so much so that the meatloaf went to waste. I didn't trust it. And so did my $38 bucks! I'm gonna miss that meatloaf. My husband wanted to take it back and pour it on their counter. We decided to do this review instead.

Went to cracker barrel to have a nice dinner man was i ripped off. We ordered the campfire beef and steak and eggs. The steak was medium half fat and Grizzlies biscuits hard as a baseball gravy looked like lard. Tea was butter and old. The campfire beef was good . But the hash brown casserole was so old old and cold I would not have feed it to a stray dog. The waitress Jennifer was very unprofessional rude and acted like she didn't want to wait on us. When I ordered coffee she brought me a cup no coffee. Asked for A1 sauce she took 20 minutes to bring that. And this place is empty 4 other tables with 6 ppl on the floor. I will never eat here again and will be asking for management

The worst breakfast experience I’ve ever had. After waiting 1.5 hours to be seated and them forgetting about us and saying we can talk to a manager about us being skipped we were seated. We ordered our drinks which touch 20 minutes to come out and then stayed empty for the duration of the meal. We ordered our food it took over one hour to come out and we were missing complete plates for our party, half of the food was ice cold as it had been sitting for an hour while the made other plates. The bacon was inedible burnt crisps. It was an awful experience and they need to figure something out and make major changes.

Our breakfast experience at Cracker Barrel on a Saturday morning was disappointing, to say the least. The restaurant was incredibly busy, which resulted in a long wait time for our food. When it finally arrived, it was served cold, and to make matters worse, we were served the wrong order multiple times. Overall, the service was slow and disorganized, and the quality of the food did not meet our expectations. Sadly, we will not be returning to Cracker Barrel in the future.
