The food is amazing hereee! The food has amazing flavor and it taste extremely fresh. The people who work heee are also very respectful and friendly! I would recommend the wings,hotdog and sundae!!
My Sister & I came from out of town to help our brother with important issues. Channing and his staff were very kind and caring about our situation. They truly are the best. In addition to compassion the food was delicious and the beer selection is incredible. We highly recommend ❤️❤️
Was pleasantly surprised with the food. My wife ordered the curry with chicken and I had the shaken beef for entrees. Both were flavorful and with large portions for the price. Only complaint was the beef was slightly over-cooked. As an appetizer, we had the garlic butter chicken wings. Came out crispy and delicious. There was a huge selection of beers and our server provided samples and recommendations. Will be repeat customers.
We used to frequent Nobi before we moved out of town. We came back this weekend to be there for the 13th Nobi Anniversary. This is the time of year when they have an incredible selection of rare and hard to get brews. This year was no exception, it seems like they get better every year. The food is great my personal favorite is the chicken nachos or Pho which is only served on Sunday. I am glad we were able to make it of the this years anniversary and hope to be back for next years anniversary.
Absolutely love this place. The food is always top notch, with fun flavors and fresh ingredients. Their beer selection is incomparable, and the staff is so knowledgeable and ready to help you pick the one that fits your taste. The patio is the perfect place for small groups, kids and pups!!

Been here a few times and omg the food is fabulous! The won ton soup is the best I have ever eaten. Our waiter was great very attentive and friendly. I wish I liked beer because there are so many choices. One little thing that management might want to address....one of the employees was leaning her butt against the counter where the plates and to go boxes are looking at her phone pretty much the entire time.
Nobi Public House is most definitely a vibe. The Asian fusion menu is just different enough to be really interesting and unique without being too weird or losing its appeal. Excellent selection of craft brews both local and from abroad. Dominique is really friendly and professional and helped to choose between options when I was on the fence. I for sure will come back and sample more of their food options!

We love coming here. Consistent with great food and drink options. Do wish they had cocktails on the menu, but doesn’t stop me from visiting!
Stopped in this place on a whim. Glad we did! Food was great! Service was pretty good. Had to ask for refills, plates, spoons etc. our waiter did give us his honest review on some of the food options we had questions on and i really appreciated that. I had the shaking beef with noodles, fantastic will eat again. My husband has shaking beef with fried rice, he said was ok. My 6&4 year old each got wonton soup and split garlic wings. Theirs was fantastic as well. Very pleased with this place.
I was invited here by a friend of mine and was totally surprised by how good the food was. I can honestly say I'll be back to try something else from the menu. Tesoro was our Waiter and was good for NOBI.!
This is such a hidden gem. There is not a bad thing on their menu. I get the combination rice and spring rolls every time. The portions are overall very generous and will fill you up. They have tons of beets on tap if that’s what you’re into. Not to mention they love supporting small or local businesses.
What an excellent find in the Weber area, we knew it would be great when we saw how busy it was. Started out by ordering pork fries for an appetizer with the jalapeños on the side. Amazing sharable! I ordered the vermicelli with pork and spring roll, a cup of wonton soup for the picky eater, someone else got the chicken noodle soup and a stir fry noodle. Thank you to the kind gentleman that served us for getting us a lemonade even though it's not on the menu. The service was so friendly, always topping our drinks and recommended a beer, super friendly people. We had no room for dessert and had so many leftovers. All of our food was freshly made and authentic with tons of flavor.
Very laid back and friendly environment setting. I loved the combination of shrimp and pork spring roll. Quite delicious. Now to the main course. I had their pork vermicelli, and let me say there's not really anything to complain about. The pork had a bit more barbeque taste it that I haven't had in any other place. Overall very good.
Love the flavors and the selections of Craft Beers. We really love the food selections. Beer and Food pairings are great. The servers all always there to help you select what best fits your taste. Don't pass this gem up.
Absolutely delicious Asian food. We ordered nachos with grilled chicken and Banh mi sandwiches. The bread is so crispy yet so soft and warm at the same time. The chicken is packed with tons of flavor!! Everything was so yummy and fresh. Definitely will hit up this place for a variety of tap beers and Vietnamese food. Love it love, swing by. I wish I would have taken more pictures while grabbing dinner at Nobi Public House, but the food was that good. When you first walk in, you realize this is an establishment really knows beer. The beer list is on a wall, so depending on where you sit you may want to take a picture of it. There’s an ode to hops no matter where you turn with popular scenes featuring hops. I started off with the egg rolls which were fried to perfection and served with a nice dipping sauce. The jicama in them really gave a fresh flavor. You’ll hear this question around you everywhere, ‘You want an egg on that’ and I said yes when getting the Bi’s Curry. Beware the heat level can vary according to the staff, but it wasn’t too hot for me. I do like spice and had to wipe the brow a couple of times while eating it. The beef is very tender, nice rich broth and plenty of vegetables. I wish this platform let you post video because when I cut into that egg and the runny yolk mixed in, it elevated the dish. Definitely recommend.

Been to Nobi Public House on a number of occasions. Definitely a local favorite. Tip: Try to avoid the prime hours, as it can be difficult to find / get a parking spot. Service is always top notch, however may be a bit on the loud side for some. You can gather as much from the videos uploaded. They have a great selection of on tap beers to meet any demand. Or those others, they do also have a small wine selection. The food has its hits and misses. Definitely avoid the fried pork, nothing special here. The tacos or the banh mi, easily suggested for those seeking familiar favorite preferences. If you're ever free on a Sunday, stop by and try the PhO. Just know they typically run out quick.
