They don't make them like this anymore! If I could give higher than 5 stars I would! The salad bar was completely fresh. The buffet was fully loaded and there were many choices for dessert! The place was clean and the atmosphere was friendly and great! We have Gattis back home, a few in our area, but they are nothing compared to this one! Would highly recommend and will definitely come back when we travel this way in the future!

OK here to UPDATE on my 2nd visit. I absolutely LOVE the update! Not sure why everyone is nagging. If you COMPARE to BEFORE,this is so much nicer,more games(roller coaster one was so much fun lol),pizza came out hot&fresh,salad bar has ALWAYS been fresh and many toppings so that didn't change 👍🏾. Love the space city theme(represent that htown/space city)😆🤟🏾🤟🏾. Wasnt too crowded and everyone kept to themselves! My son had a ball and enjoyed the update! Also love the new icee machine!! We will be back. They also offer party rooms!

Delicious pizzas!!! Have been coming to this location for almost a decade now and I'm never disappointed. Their Mac and Cheese pizza is the best! It sounds like such an odd combo but don't knock it til you try it! The staff is always friendly and they do offer curbside and delivery as well!

Gluten Free pizza y'all!! I was shocked! It was delicious too! $3 upcharge, but that is a normal thing and it was so nice to be able to eat pizza as everyone else did! Destinee was extremely helpful to us inviting us in, explaining things, checking ingredients and checking on us during our meal! She was delightful! Good salad bar and nice choice of beverages! I'd go again!

All good stuff here, pizza buffet, video game arcades, Tvs with sports, private party rooms, all they need is beer. I was skeptical about going in here, I'm not sure what I expected, and I was surprised. The place was well kept and very clean. It was loud, the place was big and it was busy on a Saturday. The food all looked good, employees were everywhere on the buffet line cleaning and helping out guests, cleaning tables, helping 5 year old kids find their lost quarters, they were fully staffed. The food was great, there were lots of classic choices and a few specialty items. The salad bar was stocked and fresh, which was a big deal for me, and again, it was very clean. I saw a couple of private parties going on and a couple of baseball teams there. So if this is your life, you probably need to use this place. Me, I just lucked out and got good food.

Really nice pizza buffet for a cheap price! There are salad, pasta, pizza and dessert options for the whole family. If you don’t see the pizza you want you can request your toppings and have it in just a short time. There are several different dining areas that allow you to choose your own experience. The arcade is small but has several updated pieces of equipment. They also have multiple party rooms for a larger gathering.

It has been some time but the food was great. A big variety to choose from. Also the game room is huge. Lots to do. Service was great. The people were attentive. Fresh food every so many minutes.

Nostalgia! I remember the cheesy games for not many token. As a kid I would end up with some bubble gum for my efforts of juvenile stardom as Skee ball champion (should have been in the Olympics). On a serious note, Mr. Ghatti’s in Webster hit a lot of my high points. I was impressed. The place is clean, staff is always attending the food and salad bar and it was always presentable.staff was pleasant and polite. I was impressed at the number adults that were in without kids. Salad bar was amazing. Pizza was good, not great but way better than competitors in this market. I love it when small businesses give back and there are years of plaques at the door to reflect this. Whom ever the manager is kudos to you for producing a nice product. Texas company’s are best. Thanks for memory lane. The games are still cheesy.

Went to our grandsons birthday party that was held there. I was floored when they, the employees, told us we had to pay for buffets to go to the party! It's the middle of the afternoon and we didn't go there to eat pizza! So we paid for our buffets and went to the party. We decided to go ahead and eat even though we were not hungry. Made me sick to my stomach! I don't believe someone should have to pay for food they were intended to eat! I will not be back! Spent $40 for 3 buffets we weren't intended to pay for. At least all the kids had a blast!

Doubtful I’ll be going back. For it being lunch hour, there was hardly any pizza on the line, it all looked like it had been on the line for a while so I ordered that calzone and it came out undercooked and when I tried to explain that to the lady who cook ed it, she didn’t understand English. She just smiled and said something I didn’t understand. There were 2 employees there that were very nice though.

I have been a long time customer who usually gets takeout since I prefer to enjoy wine or beer with my pizza. Recently, the online coupons changed and therefore I can get pizza elsewhere for better prices. Hopefully they look at improving their coupon offerings.

I have been a loyal customer of Mr. Gatti's for over twenty years and have been visiting this establishment regularly for the last ten years. Today, while at the restaurant, I experienced terrible customer service from management. After purchasing two large pizzas, I returned to my car and noticed an advertisement on the door of the business. I subscribed to the ad and received a coupon for one medium pizza with one topping. I went back inside and showed the person at the counter the text message. Unbeknownst to me, he was the manager, named Syed. He read the text and asked how I had received it. I explained that the advertisement was posted on the front door of the business. Syed said he needed to contact his boss and seemed very reluctant to honor the deal. He stated that I would have to pay extra for the meat, citing that the coupon was only valid for one topping on a cheese pizza. I pointed out that the coupon did not specify that. Syed then suggested I consider purchasing a buffet or takeout instead. I informed him that I had just bought two large pizzas less than five minutes earlier and simply wanted to use the coupon, especially since I lived 50 minutes away and it would expire in a week. Fortunately, another employee came over, reviewed the text, and resolved the situation. However, Syed appeared displeased and walked away. I can't help but feel that race played a role in his treatment of me. He greeted the next customers in line, who were non-Black, with a smile, while he greeted me with visible disgust, as if he thought I couldn't afford a medium pizza and was just seeking a freebie. Syed needs more training in customer service and communication skills, as well as a better understanding of how to treat all customers equally. I was very disappointed with how he treated me. My two-star ⭐️⭐️ review is solely based on my treatment today from management. Overall this business is great. Mr Gattis is my favorite pizza over all.

The environment is so so the employees are rude and don't speak English. The pizzas are usually not fresh because they don't throw away food. The employees don't train other employees correctly so that creates an issue with food and service. Sorry to say the experience was not as great as Victoria store.
