Stopped by for lunch, haven't been to a KFC in years. The place was very clean, and looked good inside. I ordered a chicken tender basket. Everything was very fresh, very tasty. Restroom was clean, comfortable toilet.

Ice machine was down so they charged me HALF PRICE and gave me a FREE COOKIE! The fries were pretty good but the biscuit and chickens were PERFECT! The food and SERVICE, MADE MY DAY.

I must say that even with the staff being busy I received absolute sweet respect and kindness from Ashley who checked me out. Really enjoyed how nice and kind she was with busy work load. Thank you for having excellent staff work this restaurant. The others were just as busy as bees taking care of customers also.

5-14 I don't normally write fast food reviews but they got a staff and managers that lead by example and communicate with staff to get things done in a timely manner. Really impressed 👏 Lg order out 10 min fresh and tasty

I have to say that there was not one bad aspect to this visit. The food was delicious as usual for most KFCs that I've eaten at. The time it took for it to be prepared and brought to our table was no more than about 10 minutes from the time we ordered it. Considering that I had four others in my party besides myself, and a lot of food ordered , this was really quick in my opinion. When the food was ready we did not have to even come up to the front counter. The manager himself brought all our food and presented each item that was put in front of us. He gave us plenty of utensils to eat with, and was very professional and polite. I was very impressed by his awesome professional demeanor that he displayed throughout our dining experience. I felt more like I was at a regular restaurant then a fast food chain as far as service goes.

My chihuahua had to have grilled chicken (two legs) every day. Every time I go the staff for the most part is pleasant.

Fries were good. Sweet tea is not bad. Tenders were a little chewy.

The guys working there were great and very professional. The lady messed my order up so bad. But not thinking, I didn't check it before I left the store then I wasn't driving 10 miles back in traffic to have it corrected. Just check your order before you leave.

The KFC doesn't look perfect, but the food is good. I was very dissapointed to find out that they didn't have Kentucky Grilled chicken. They were also out of coleslaw, both of which are Keto friendly. The only Keto friendly available option left were the green beans. I hadn't eaten all day, so I broke my keto fast with the original recipe chicken. Two employees told me that there would be a two minute wait on the chicken, so of course it was very hot and fresh when I got it, which was a plus. Most of the employees were nice, but the lady (manager?) who took my order was a little rude and abrupt. The younger female employee showed exceptional customer service skills.

I’ve been there before and had better service and better chicken, so I returned for my holiday party and this time it was just average.

Well it wasn't popeyes chicken sandwich but the #12 chicken sandwich dipped in buffalo sauce was really really good. And the blued eyed blonde girl on the front counter was very courteous and very helpful. Thanks guy..

We come here roughly once a month. We always ask if we can have a certain number of thighs and legs in our 8count. They’ve done it every time, no problem, for 2 years. Today they told us they can’t customize it at all. And that it will come with 4 thighs and 4 legs. Well… that’s not even how it came. We got chicken breasts too. So, what they wouldn’t let us customize, they gave us differently than what they even told us. At the end of the day- chicken is chicken. We understand. But it was a little frustrating considering we haven’t ever had this problem in the 2 years we’ve been eating here.

2 x I've gotten food and something was missing or wasn't done. 1st time biscuits were not done. Oh and today the 2nd time missing 2 large sides. I don't understand stand because they weren't packed. This place sucks, they never even asked me what I was going to order, when I finally got somebody to ask me what I was going to order it had been over an hour and it took 35 minutes to get my food and there was only about three or four people in the place. Bad service and experience

Staff seems confused, and unwilling to take orders, they pass you around to who ever feels like it and are more worried about drive thru. Both times we have been they take the first persons order and then run off before taking the next, we are left standing there untill a different person asks if we have our order taken then looks back in the kitchen waiting on someone else. This should be addressed as it lacks customer service. All the condiments are behind the counter and not out. the first time we did not even get offered any they just sat the food down and went back to the kitchen before we could ask.

A long standing location appears to lack from either quality control or training. Ordered several Mac n cheese bowls for my kids. The bowls were barely filled halfway and chicken was dry & chewy. The wait for regular chicken was about 45 minutes as they advised they were behind on orders. It’s sad considering the inside dining was almost empty and the drive through was not backed up. And to top it off I paid for a large chocolate cake, but when I arrived home I found a small cake in the bag. Tonight’s field trip into Dickinson to satisfy our KFC craving was disappointing to say the least.

What can u say, best fried chicken around. Staff ate usually friendly and helpful. Gotta watch your order because they are notorious for nit getting it right. If you are going through drive through check your order or you will probably end up having to go back because they either forgot something or got order wrong. But when it's tight food us good

This Place needs a Change in Management. It is absolutely Disgusting as far as Cleanliness and Employee Protocols. *Bathroom Stalls are NOT CLEANED. The Smell is Repugnant. *Employees eating in Food Prep Area WHILE THEY MAKE YOUR ORDER. Cross Contamination from unclean Hands? *Dining Area is always Subpar as far as Clean Tables and Floors. Also the Furniture needs to be replaced. (Falling Apart Benches) I work in Dickinson as a Sales Consultant, and Have refused to go back until a later date to see if Substantial Changes have been implemented. If only they could follow Popeye's SOP they would be great. (Clean Facilities). Edit) *Looks like they have spent some time and money on Renovation. Will give them another chance to earn my business. Drive thru section isn't the best it's really glitchy. Lady taking my order got my order wrong. Ordered the double down sandwich combo but the cheese and bacon on the sandwich were still really cold. Wouldn't recommend.

The cashier could not understand my order in English and our order was incorrect when we finally got it. She also forgot to provide the ranch and buffalo sauce requested. We never eat KFC and obviously won't be returning anytime soon.

Ordered via App for $10 bucket of 8 piece. I know they can do a good job here because they have several times....but not this time. I got there about 10 minutes after placing the order. The app notified that the order should have been ready 4 minutes ago as I walked in to pick it up. I showed them my order number, they all acted like this was the first time they were informed on this order. They told me 16 minutes...smh. OK, so I go sit in the truck and wait. Come back in after 16 minutes, its still not ready. They told me 6 minutes. At this point Im asking calmly and politely, why do they keep giving me a new expectation on when my order will be ready if they are not going to make that happen. They didnt like me having an opinion. I waited the 6 minutes, and returned...still not ready. Now Ive been watching several other folks get there, order, get their chicken, and leave, but Im still waiting. I told them this. They didnt like this either. Finally 30 minutes after I got there, they put 8 pieces of chicken in a bucket and bagged it up, then set it on the counter without a word. No apology, no nothing. The chicken appeared to be on the trays. So why are they not filling my order? I paid it online before I left my driveway. I responded to their satisfaction survey online, and explained this, but have not received a call, or any other reply. Yall suck at this. Bad attitudes, and bad service.

Worst location I've been to. The older Grey haired at the gulf Fwy in Dickinson Tx does not know how to take care of customers. She wasn't listening to the lady in front of me with her problem with her order and then kept flip flopping between us which could have screwed up worse than it did. Did not receive my sauces. But that is minor in comparison to how she handled the store at that moment. Food is great though. Good job to the younger lady

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru 2nd window for food which was cold and over sauced.

The chicken pot pie was quite the DISAPPOINT tonight. The vegetables were slim pickings and the grave, was was more of a paste instead of a soup. Will NOT frequent this location again for chicken pot pie. I will stick to the one in Galveston because they know how do to do chicken pot pie.

Good food if you like baby chicken legs and tights. This use to be the best chicken. However they apparently change the recipe because it not as good as it use to be.

I’m so over this damn place. It’s either it needs to hire more staff or just close the hell down. I went there at 8:42 pm and the lobby is already close which on the door clearly states Lobby closed at 9:00 pm which pissed me off cause I was in my work vehicle and it can’t fit in the drive tru.

When I decided to make a trip to KFC to get a meal seeing that all signage said they closed at 10 o'clock, seemed like a good idea. I got to the restaurant at 9:45 pm to find the building closed down. Not one light on to be found. Pulled into the drive-thru and not a word from the speaker. Now if hours have changed why is there no mention of this? The fact that on any other night I pass them at the same time frame and they have a line around the corner. Will this be the new face of the customer service received here? Like the potato wedges, I previously adored the service here looks to be discontinued. When customers are craving fried chicken they think of KFC. Well, this is not the first time it happened in serves being bad. Thought I would give them another chance tonight. I asked for specific things but I didn't get what I asked and they all look so unhappy working. I know it will not happen again. I'll just go to Texas City I guess or Hertz.

Today is my mother's birthday and we went to kfc to get her food and go home. We ordered all that we wanted, mind this isn't close to our house, and they forgot exactly what we came there for. The thing my mom wanted. SO, me and my dad had to drive all the way back and spend maybe an extra 40 minutes getting food and wasting gas to get what we ordered. They need to make sure they pack what they charge us for next time.

Second time I have been to this store and they just take shortcuts .... Sandwiches with bread that stale and crusty like its been toasted but it hasn't been. Chicken with sauce dabbed on it instead of covered as it shows in all pictures and had always been. Pretty much laziness which I'm guessing starts with the managers if not owners. Sad that the store looks better than it has ever looked after the Hurricane. However .... food and service is TERRIBLE. I made a complaint to corporate the first time .... nothing has changed ... maybe this will keep someone from having a bad experience. Go next door to Taco Bell or Wendy's.... I hate to say it but McDonalds is probably a safer choice.

This location is a joke. The so-called manager does absolutely NO training. Everything falls on the assistant manager. The manager at this location is racially biased. Will chastise trainees in front of others. If I could give this location a negative rating I would because in today's society it's not okay to treat employees the way that this location treats newcomers and staff that has remained on board.

Went through drive thru and forgot condiments. When i went back girl was very rude and was very upset i asked for honey. She started pacing and saying no! no! I'm not giving you nothing. Well, this particular KFC ran out of the spicy chicken patties as I had ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo. They asked if they could substitute the patty spicy chicken strips since they were out OR wait 10 minutes...I said sure, I don't mind having the straps. Order was fulfilled and proceeded to eat the sandwich. It was not spicy chicken strip that they used. Anywho....I'm currently searching for the ultimate spicy chicken sandwich, and popeyes, believe it or not, still takes first place. Go there instead! Do not substitute or you'll be left unsatisfied as I was.

I went there with a coupon. The one guy taking my order was very sweet. But when he asked I assume the Manger. His words idk don't ask me. So the kid called someone and figured out what to do. But still needed the Mangers help. Well the Manger was just rude to the kid telling him to be quite and just hung. Because the Manger didn't have a clue. We then went to drive through, then when it’s time for us to place order, there is NO RESPONSE from the SPEAKER. We keep yelling can you hear us and heard NO RESPONSE. When we tried to ask what happened at the payment window they just IGNORED US. We asked them questions and she just act like she can’t hear us. (But we knew she must have heard us because she’s been squinting at us) Very bad experience.

They can't even simply give you the order how it is supposed to come. I ordered the 3 tender, 3 gravy fest combo, I tell the guy to give me mac and Chee instead of fries, and he charges me for 2 Extra Mac and cheeses instead of switching it for the fries, gives me some cold fries for some reason, and tells me that the applesauce on the kids meal replaces the drink, when clearly it says right there that it comes with a side and a drink. And the gravy fest is supposed to have 3 individual gravies and he gave me 2. I don't know if it's just that they just need bilingual workers here, or if it's truly that hard to make and order how it comes. More bilingual workers would increase customer service and satisfaction, simply knowing that the person can understand your request is truly key to a business and this one will I never come to again!!

Sadly, I feel like KFC will be the next fast food chicken place to go under. The quality is not there anymore. My order was ready for pickup on time which was good and the lady was nice. However, the chicken, while it’s fried chicken… yes this was BEYOND greasy. So the chicken was soggy and was not very appetizing. The Mac and cheese was good though.

I am not sure if KFC just fell off or this store don't make Extra Crispy right. All I know is going. Extra Crispy skin was fully battered and Actually had an amazing crunch to it. What I got was I can see the chicken meat through the skin and it was not "EXTRA CRISPY"

What happen!? I have never had a problem with this place until today. I ordered online and went in to pick up my order, but it wasn’t ready. I waited 45 minutes but I was done waiting and called customer service for a refund. There were people in there who had been waiting for over an hour for their food. They claimed to be short staffed, but I counted six employees which working in a fast food industry before seems like a good amount to not have people waiting over an hour for food.

Beyond disappointed in the new chicken & waffles. One tiny waffle for 2 large pieces of chicken. Not worth the money. Only plus, the drive-thru lady was very nice and pleasant.
