Every time I come to Charley's , I get a welcome greeting. I love coming here during my breaks. I have enough time to come over get my food and be able to enjoy my meal. The pepperoni cheese stake is absolutely amazing.

Every time I get the chance, I always go here and snag a good philly! Food is made very quick and precisely. Workers have always had a good attitude and good customer service. Food is great every time! Definitely go if you can!

Charlie's is a pretty good place to get a bite to eat if you're looking for something a little different than your normal chain restaurants even though it is a chain restaurant it still is a little different for us because we don't eat there on a regular basis. the service is good at this location and so is the food it was nice and hot and tasted fresh.

The first bite is good but every bite after gets less and less good. I think it's the cheese and the bread is tuff.

All I ordered was fris. They retired them.

Food was ok. Not great. Bread had decent flavor, but a weird chewy consistency. Like a bread flavored yoga mat. Prices are crazy high for the quality of food you are getting. Sandwich combo with an extra side of fries was $23.00. Will not be returning.

I don't know if it was just unlucky or if this is just the quality of the Philly cheese steak here, but I received my order in a timely manner, only to have the most disappointing cheese steak of my like. The meat was dry and unseasoned; nearly flavorless. There was the lightest amount of cheese and the most papery bacon on earth (I could see through it). The sandwich came with lettuce and tomato - which do not belong on a proper Philly, which I can just remove - and was so inundated with mayo that the bread was soggy. The jalapeño, cheddar, bacon fries were a significant let down as well. They barely had any cheese, bacon, jalapeño, and also lacked any seasoning. Excellt service, but some of the blandest food I've ever had in my life.

Im giving a 2 star review cause i order my food for 2 people and when they were done with my food i figure the drinks size and was missing one sandwich, so apparently the girl the help me was either sleeping or not paying attention at all cause she got my order wrong but it feel like it was right from what they charge me for,

My first time here and it was a horrible experience instead of customer service it looks like you're aggravating the workers you ask for service number to provide feedback they don't have one very sad and unfortunately that we have for customer service at such great location.

Wasted my time driving here. It says they close at 7pm, I went there at about 6:25 and they had already cleaned the grill and said they were closed.

The staff here are extremely rude. They like to cuss and argue about the order size in front of your children.

They were serving French fries in a styrofoam cup, I don’t know if it’s common practice, but inevitably the cups fall and fries were everywhere. The manager wouldn’t give me a new one even though it’s on them. Ridiculous!!!

I came here at 7:36pm on a Saturday. They are supposed to close at 8pm. They told me they were “closing early”. I drove a good bit as this is the closest Charleys to my home. If you close at 7:30, just put that on the site but if it says you close at 8, then you need to serve customers until 8… how should one know when you are deciding to close early on random days?

They informed me I could get a refill on the premium lemonade one time and went back to them only giving me a lemonade on regular lemonade… I also got there and asked to split peach and strawberry lemonade and they said only with large cups.. Oscar walked over big and bad and added a pump of strawberry to the regular cup for $1 making it the price of a large lemonade 🫤 the staff here must do better.

I spent over $33.42, drove 15 minutes to get there, and another 15 minutes back home. Despite having had good experiences at this location before, this time was an exception. There were missing items from my order, and the food, to my surprise, tasted bitter. I tried to address my concerns by calling, but I was hung up on twice. This raises questions about the training and attention to detail among the crew. It's unusual for this location, and I hope there can be a swift improvement. Perhaps some retraining for the staff or cooks could make a significant difference.

The man at the register (doesn’t have a name tag but he has tattoos and a hat on) took my order while sitting his behind on the counter with his half body turned away from me, never gave any eye contact and mumbled the whole time like I was ordering. It was like I was bothering him on his day off. I honestly don’t know how someone like this can hold a job specially in customer service. Not only was his whole attitude trash but his behind should not be touching the counters at all. It is urgent that this be changed because this is just unbelievable and it is not what I want to see or experience when I come and enjoy a good shopping experience and a good meal with my family. In addition as a local resident it is very embarrassing that other people who come from far to this outlet mall get to see these type of behavior which can leave someone with the worst impression of this place. I will be contacting corporate .
