They did well with my Alpha-gal Allergy
My mom and I did an online order this evening, and the food was amazing. It's been a few years since I last ate at Olive Garden, and I forgot how delicious the food was. I ordered the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was seasoned very well. My mom ordered the Seafood Alfredo, and that was so delicious. We both ordered the chicken and gnocchi soup, and that was fantastic. My late great aunt got me hooked on that soup. Olive Garden was one of my great aunt's favorite restaurants. She loved the soup and salad combo. I will definitely be coming back to Olive Garden. Even though Olive Garden is a little expensive but it's worth every penny.
Had an awesome dinner here. The food was great. The best experience was the service. It is a refreshing change from the drive-through rushing by the younger servers nowadays. Big thanks to "Mama Kat", you need to be training these newhires on real customer service and servers setting the pace for dining, not just cramming customers for tips. Thank you!!!
i want to leave a good review about our waitress tonight, daniela (with the glasses) she was super sweet, patient, and was always asking if we needed anything. at one point i asked my food to be remade and she was super nice about it! thank you for making me and my daughters meal enjoyable
Legend our server was great. We had a little issue nothing major but the manager was absolutely great and took care of it without any issues. Staff very friendly and professional
Olive Garden is great as usual. Give me all the bread sticks I can handle until my stomach bursts lol I'm actually writing because the service tonight was phenomenal, Miranda was an absolute star!! Never in 30 years have had better! She was joyful, attentive, able to anticipate the table's needs, and has such a radiant personality! She's a true gem!
Great Atmosphere and food was exceptional! Waitress was very attentive and not overly so! The four of us enjoyed our meals and even brought home left overs! The portions were enough to guarantee that even the hungriest of our group had some to take home to enjoy later! Loved their House salad dressing and the bread sticks! The decor and mood was exceptionally great for this restaurant! We promise to return!
I ordered the build your own pasta with mushroom sauce. A thoroughly enjoyed it with the bread and salad. Quiet atmosphere and very helpful friendly staff.
The best servers we have had from here are Michael and Rachel. They always know what we want when we go eat here. They are quick and always get it right. Your servers and cook are always the ones that make or break the customers' experience. We enjoy coming back to places that give great service and have good food.
I recently attended a networking event at Olive Garden, located at 10212 EF Lowry Expy in Texas City, and had the pleasure of being served by Rachel. She was an outstanding hostess and waitress who significantly enhanced our evening. From the moment we arrived, Rachel's warm and welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for the entire event. She efficiently managed our large group with grace and professionalism, ensuring that everyone felt attended to and comfortable. Her ability to balance attentiveness with allowing us to network freely was impressive. Throughout the evening, Rachel demonstrated excellent knowledge of the menu, providing helpful recommendations and accommodating special requests without hesitation. Her attentiveness was evident in the way she kept our drinks refilled and checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. Despite the busy nature of our gathering, she never missed a beat, delivering each course promptly and with a smile. Rachel's friendly and engaging personality made her an instant hit with our group. Her ability to remember individual preferences and details about our orders showcased her dedication to providing top-notch service. She went above and beyond to make sure our event was a success, creating a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all attendees. I cannot recommend Rachel highly enough for any event or dining experience at Olive Garden. Her exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine kindness truly set her apart. Thank you, Rachel, for making our networking event a memorable and delightful evening. Five stars all the way!
Everything thing was great, fresh, and hot. Our server, Mike, was on point! He gave me a great recommendation and new favorite meal and soup from there. He left us wanting for nothing. Overall, great experience and server. The reason I spent so much per person includes imported beer, top shelf tequila, 2 apatizers, 2 meals, an extra soup, regular drinks, and a 40% tip. It was very fair!
It was a delightful lunch. Olive Garden rarely disappoints and today was no exception. Food was served hot and appealing. Our waiter was attentive to our table and quickly took care of our requests. This location has a more open feel to it. The landscaping is also pleasing. Well done.
Literally everything that we ordered came out wrong. My date asked for specifics with her plate, which were just completely ignored. I ended up getting something completely opposite to what I actually ordered. Even down to the lemon that never seemed to make it for my water. The place was packed and it all was too funny to us so we didn't complain. The server finally caught on to what all had happened when she brought our bills. We assured her it was fine and left her a nice sized tip. Overall it was an amazing night. The food was good. The service, although strange, was good. And it was definitely a memorable experience.
Typically don't eat at chains but this was excellent. Our waitress, Allie, was phenomenal.
BrookLynn our server was absolutely AWESOME. Food is to die for..
General manager came out to make sure my experience was great which it was. Food always delicious
Aaron C was our very polite & proficient server. Mom & I had house red wine, soup & salad, which Aaron tossed for us. We had tiramasu & Irish coffee for dessert. The food, atmosphere, & service was excellent!
Above average Olive Garden location!! Amazing food, even when our party came late at night. Attentive servers, amazing restaurant architecture and style. I really enjoyed the Tour of Italy and multiple soups.
Love coming to this place as it's not as crowded as the one by Baybrook Mall
Very good experience! Everything was excellent!
Always great food. Never ending soup and salad are fabulous.
We came in sort of last minute and mike delivered exceptional service! He anticipated all our needs and went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. We will definitely come back and ask specifically for him!
My husband likes their spaghetti and meat balls. He has take out from here.
This Olive Garden brought it back. Great atmosphere, great food and to tie it all a great service! Ms. Rachel was our server, she was waiting on several tables and never did she forget the orders nor the drinks. Even the food manager Ms. Jennifer came by the table to check on us. It was excellent!
All my food was amazing. Service was amazing especially David. I definitely recommend him. He was really nice. Really fun to talk to amazing service. I even asked to ask him once for a refill or anything. He was just on it.10/10
Great food. No wait. Our waitress was amazing and management helped me watch one of kids while I took my other son to restroom. She took them around restaurant and gave them cool tour of kitchen. I believe her name was Diana. My kids loved it. Thier chocolate brownie lasagna was to die for. Portions were good. Very satisfied.
Celebrating my daughter's birthday there. They were fabulous.
Great service..great waiter Dayton..kept our drinks full .very pleasant young guy.
Stop going when they took the stuffed chicken marsala off the menu. The stuff chicken marsala was just as good as I remember.
Food was delicious. It was clean inside and out. The server,Jenny I think, was personable and helpful. She checked on us frequently and kindly boxed up our leftovers..
It's Olive Garden. Same food. Bartender was great! The cooler's behind the counter continuously make noise. Annoying
Quick lunch with the daughter. Server was attentive and very nice. Food is always great and filling.
It was the first time either my fiance or I had been to Olive Garden and honestly it didn't disappoint. Food was delicious, quick and very filling. We had the Calamari, loved the super fresh and crispy rings. The Grilled Chicken with Broccoli Alfredo, and Girlled Chicken Totalini with meat sauce. Both were phenomenal. I won't hold the very consistent and persistent crying kid against yall, because he impressed us with a solid 40 minutes of crying. Other than that everything was top notch!
"Five stars for Layla and Kelsy at Olive Garden! They provided some of the best service we’ve had in a long time. They were friendly, fast, and made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. Great team, great energy, and great food!"
Hubby and I went to the Texas City location. Madyson was our waitress. She had a great personality very knowledgeable about the dishes. She gave top tier service.
We were greet it right away. The staff was friendly and on top of their stuff. Not once did we have to ask for anything. The food was delicious. A great place to have a family lunch/ dinner. Highly recommend this place. We be back soon.
Last night we had the pleasure of dining here on a whim. Our server Legend was kind and helpful. The restaurant and bathroom were nice and clean. We'll definitely be back.
I love a quick in-and-out lunch experience with good food and service to go along with it. The shrimp scampi lunch item is the perfect size for lunch. Paired with their bread and salad, it's a very satisfying meal. It's also a good price for lunch. The service was great, and the restaurant was clean and comfy. I would visit again.
It makes for a nice intimate place always kinda quiet. The staff is hit and miss sometime they are awesomely attentive and other times there are a opportunities but Overall good service. And great teasing food. We got some catering here for about 15 people. The pasta station in a box was a great deal 3 sauce, 3 meats and 3 pastas in a box. Your guest can build their own pasta It comes with plates silverware and breadsticks. We also got a pan of lasagna and there were plenty of leftovers.
Great experience, outstanding service, great deals. My husband got all you can eat pasta and soup, he got to try 2 different kinds of soup and seconds on pasta with different topics. I ordered shrimp scamy and salad. Great taste. Kids had spaghetti and meat balls with grapes and pizza with grapes, both with chocolate milk. Great family choice. Satisfied with experience. Highly recomend.

The food here is consistently good. They minimized the amount of sauce they give in the unlimited sauce bowls. We kept running out of Alfredo and the waiter seemed really occupied. Service was nothing to write home about. I kept hearing the employees say it was busy, including the hostesses who initially hesitated to seat us for a few minutes, but there were empty tables all around us and the restaurant was nearly quiet.
I took my kids out to the Olive Garden in Texas City on Valentine's Day. The food was amazing and service was good until my waitress tried to pocket an extra $44 cash. My bill was $124.02 I wanted to put $80 on my credit card then the rest in cash. Then I gave her a $30 tip which was reasonable. 22% would have been $27. When I looked at my receipt to see that the entire $124.02 was charged to my card I alerted the manager. Both the waitress and manager acted like it was too difficult to void the transaction and start over. So I told them to just leave it on there and give me back my $44 cash. The waitress hands me $24 and proceeds to short me $20. Ultimately I got $44 back but it should have never gotten to that point. The waitress swore that she typed in $80 on the credit card but obviously that was a lie. She tried to get me and thought I wasn't going to pay attention since I was distracted with my 3 kids. She should know that mother's who work hard to provide will always pay attention to their money. I hope that the waitress pays more attention to her actions when it comes to other people's hard earned money.
Bit expensive but food was good and our server was on top of everything.
Server "Legend" was amazing. Fenale Hostess clearly had an issue with kids, but once we got passed that the food was ok, first round of breadsticks we received were cold and rock hard, but after that they were hot and fresh. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.
Got a new steak shrimp cabanas type thing to go. Cook cooked the steak perfectly. Lots flavor. Gnocchi soup was Amazing. 6$ take home was really good too. Lunch next day. Keep this cook never let them go
First impressions were not the best. The hostess was a bit rude. Things turned around at the table. Watermelon Sangria was delicious. Our server was very nice & pleasant. Turned out to be a nice dinner.
Quiet Sunday in Texas City Olive Garden! Brother’s birthday with a free dessert which he appreciated! Piping hot doughnuts with chocolate sauce! Loved my salmon and broccoli with a squeeze of lemon and a hearty minestrone soup! Breadsticks are always a plus too!!
The food is always perfectly okay but the service is outstanding and the atmosphere is about like any other places.
The spaghetti w/3 meatballs was nasty! 2 bites and thrown away. Potato soup, not bad

Average across the board. Food was average. Service was average. Environment was average. I don't like the self serve payment machine on every table. We have enough screens in our lives. What happened to genuinely connecting with customers?
Decided to go for a late dinner. Our service was great. I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo. It was a large portion but I had to pay $2.99 for 6-7 pieces of broccoli and needed more sauce. Compared to other restaurants, their prices have gone up a lot which is why we rarely go.
Drinks excellent! Food delicious but the service was not the best. We waited 15 minutes just to place our drink order. Me mother in law got soup and salad, simple order, the soup that was brought out wasn't even close sounding the the one she ordered (minestrone got chicken gnocchi) my husband ordered a byo pasta with meatballs and sausage. They just brought out pasta. The server didn't comeback to check on us. So the rest of the family finished there food when she Finally came back to ask for the correct soup and missing meatballs and sausage, it was placed in a Togo container. We never go out to eat so this was a special occasion and was totally disappointing.
I loved being out with my family here for my birthday. The food was great. The service was good. Here's the problem,I came across it and that is,I have to eat very slowly,I mean really slow as my jaw was diagnosed as falling. It hurts when I chew my food. I was trying to eat my food. These waiters and waitresses non stop keep asking me which dessert I want non stop asking, irritating me.I get a free dessert on my birthday. Yes this kind of thing makes me uncomfortable, plus they kept trying to take my food when I'm trying to eat. So I maybe marking this restaurant off my list of restaurants to visit in the future😩😩😩😩😩😩
They need a face lift overall. The only thing that is the same is the salad and bread sticks. It's now a casual place to eat, nothing fancy.
Food was very fresh cook to order, new dishes were mentioned and tried very good plating and waitress was very helpful and attended to all our need.... and was left a generous tip.❣️
I've been to this location several times and this is the first time I've had an issue, but let me tell you the food was delicious but the service brings down the whole experience. The whole dinner took about two hours for two adults and two kids. The waiter was didn't seem to have a sense of urgency, he was taking care the table next to us and even they had to flag him down to order there food. Just disappointed on the waiters performance, but maybe next visit wont be a repeat
Stoped in for a bite. Wanted a salad and some soup. I tried the app with shrimp, onions, and bell peppers. It was good. The seasoning was ok and the onions were cooked well. The salad and soup are always the same, good. The service though was not spectacular. I sat in the bar area and the nice lady took my order. I didn't see her again till my food came and she brought it all out at the same time. That was ok no issues. The entire visit I was helped by a different young man who got me refills on my tea. He was awesome!!! I then tried to pay and the bartender said use the box on the table, so I tried. So it would not work because the entire order was not put in. I had to wait for her to add the soup and salad. Hopefully this is not a normal night.
The food was pretty good, but the service was lacking. Our waitress FORGOT my husband's entree! So I was finished, she came to ask about the bill when her asked her about it and she admitted she for got it. It was Sunday, and we were the only people in her section before it started getting busy. We probably won't go back. There are MANY other options with good food and service.
Food is great, the host are always pretty dry. No matter what time I come, day or night they literally tell us the same wait- 40 minutes. \n\nFrom the moment we walk in the door, the host are never…
1st time coming to this location and was very upset with the service. We get our drinks and appetizers. Then we order our food to wait about 30 to 35 min before getting our food. As we began to eat,a family of sits 3 across from us (my husband and I), and we notice they order and in a QUICKNESS they receive their food. Mind you we were in the bar section and it was practically empty in that section.
Had to get with manager was almost done with entire meal no bread sticks had three different servers. Started bad from walking in door. Empty tables everywhere and was told there will be at least 5 min wait. Should have walked out then. Wife wanted it for birthday. Don't think we'll return to this location again.
Food was alright. Server was nice....however they had no silverware and literally brought us plastic ware about 10 mins after our food came out. Didn't even get a drink refill. Pretty absurd.
3/22 I placed a curbside order and while i was waiting outside, i received a message that the food had already been delivered to me so as a result i had to go inside to let the staff know about the situation. As i was reporting the issue, the lady at the front desk had an attitude with me and took little interest in helping us out.
I eat here on a regular and today just wasn't it. Stuffed Ziti was very good, second bowl of soup barely had anything in it. The waiter was just not it today, brought of to go containers regular food instead of soup, and when we let him know he only brought back one soup bowl saying thats all he could get. I'm not sure if his service was fully is fault today or a lack of training but today wasn't a good experience..
I came for 14.99 buy one take one home. Manager said it was not available yet it was online. They should have honored it n given it to me.
I have dined at the Olive Garden restaurants in several cities over the past thirty yrs. I have to say that this was the worst dining experience at an Olive Garden ever. First of all, the hostess was not sure where my party was even though the restaurant was nearly empty. Next, the waitress was polite and tried to provide some service but seemed overwhelmed. Jer assistant waiter had no idea what he was doing. His shirt was filthy, wrinkled and had grey-stained arm pits. His sleeves were half rolled up with tattoos everywhere. I thought the nose ring on the waitress bad enough before he showed up. When bread was provided at the table, no butter of olive oil was offered or placed on the table. Finally, when the entrees were brought to the table, neither the waitress or assistant waiter had any idea of which he plates went to which person. Hell, they didn't even clear the soup and salad plates before handing us our entrees. I had to ask them to clear the plates for us to have room to set our dinner plates. Following dinner, no offer of deserts and whenbwe asked for refills on our beverages, we were told "sure" but never received any refills. If I were in charge of QA for Olive Garden, I would close this restaurant and retrain the staff and management. BTW, I have experience working in fine dining when I was a teen working at Guido's in Galveston, TX over 40 yrs ago. I would have been fired for a thimble full of this poor service back then!
Restrooms were extremely dirty. You can tell maintenance is very low and not important to this restaurant. The food was good. But felt like the other areas of the restaurant reflect the kitchen. The smell in the restaurant is also dirty. I did not take photos to document any of this. Don’t risk trying it for yourself.

This place has bad service and we went here a few weeks ago and got our food and it was cold the waiters are rude and took a long time just to deliver our food and drinks
My company paid me a meal from Olive Garden but Olive Garden ended up charging me the whole meal because I sat in a different table smh
The restaurant was busy so I expect the service to reflect that. The problem is that the service was beyond bad. We ordered Peach-Raspberry tea. She brought us regular unsweet tea. We flagged …

Didn’t even get my food the Manager was so rude taking about a hour and a half and still waiting and telling us to let’s hurry this up I feel very affected and never NEVER coming back.
Absolutely horrible service! We asked our server to bring extra olives in our salad. She didn't. She brought 1 bowl of salad and 5 bread sticks for 6 people. We got no bread plates. We asked for more bread sticks and salad. She brought us our soup first. By the time we got the bread sticks and salad, we needed more soup. When she finally brought the soup, she only brought enough for half of us. She told us they were out and having to make some more. The other half of our party waited no less than 12 minutes before we finally got a manager. The manager said she'd take care of it and then we never saw her again. We ended up paying our check on the kiosk and leaving. The waitress never thanked us, brought us our chocolates, or even acknowledged our leaving, and neither did the manager. We'll never come back to this location again.
I’ll start from the beginning. The hostess was okay. He was nice. The girl that got our drinks (Legendary) was rude as hell. The waitress came up and she was fine but after we got our order in she all but disappeared. Didn’t get bread sticks. Waited for refill for a long while. Silverware was dirty and plates were so worn out. This was the worst Olive Garden I have ever been too. I’ll never come back here. Ever.
I was very dissatisfied with my service in my take out order yesterday. I placed an online order for my family and I and went to pick it up. When I arrived and got my food I checked the bag and one of the meals was missing. No big deal. I go in and tell them and they don’t know why it wasn’t in the bag but went to go see. The dish wasn’t even made.. I ordered the tour of Italy. Then when they went to make it they had run out of lasagna so I had to substitute that with something else. They said they would bring the food out to my to go spot. One of the managers (I think) came out to tell me the food was almost ready but the system was telling them that I haven’t paid for my food. I made an online order which you HAVE to pay for when placing it.. so that didn’t make sense and I was visbly very frustrated at this point. I pulled up my bank account and showed them the Olive Garden charge on the account. So after a few moments of them figuring out whatever happened they finally gave me the dish that was missing and I voiced how frustrated I was with this and that my family’s food is now cold. They did offer me 2 free desserts after seeing how pissed off I was. I got there at 7:30 to pick up my food and didn’t finally leave after that situation until 8:05-8:10. I don’t know what need be done but now several times at this exact location I have had problems with the Togo service. I’ve never had problems when dining but they need to get this figured out. It’s ridiculous. I’ve never had almost ANY problems with any other Togo service at other locations.
Went in for dinner on a Monday evening, fairly early. There weren't many guests but the restaurant was understaffed so they told us it would be a 15 minute wait, to which we said that was okay. About 10 minutes after waiting, a family of 5 came in requesting to be seated immediately. A server came up to tell the hostess he could take a table and the woman of the 5 top said whoever sat her immediately would be tipped well. The server replied "oh yeah I want them" and they got sat immediately, before those that had already been waiting. The hostess then told us it would still be another 15 minutes, after we had already been waiting nearly 15 minutes since the first 15 minute estimate. We left. Absolutely unreal to prioritize seating people based on who will tip you to skip everyone that's been waiting already.
PLEASE!!!! PLEASE !!!! BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU EAT ... THIS ARE PICTURES OF WHAT CAME OUT ON MY PLATE ... DID NOT NOTICE IT UNTIL ALMOST THE END ... BUT ASKED THE WAITRES IF SHE COULD TELL ME & HER REACTION ... DID NIT MAKE A BIG DEAL ABOUT IT MYSELF BUT PLEASE BE CAREFUL... I WAS NOT EVEN OFFER A DISCOUNT & WAS TOLD IT WAS A PICE OF ONION 🙄🙄 YEAH SURE .... AGAIN PLEASE BE CAREFUL & IF ANYONE HAS A IDEA OF WHAT THIS WAS PLEASE LET ME KNOW ... ITS WAS A STICKY SUBSTANCE IN THE PICTURE ITS ON THE SIDE OF THE PLATE 😬
I usually go to this place to eat, but this time around, it was the worst. The hostess was kinda of rude when we went in. We got our table and ordered our drinks and food. When salad and soup came, she didn't get us any silverware to where i had to get up to ask someone else. They seemed like it was a chore to bring us some. Once we got our food, the lady left and didn't return back to us til we were done with our food. I had to eat my food with no more bread or drink. Plus, the place was so loud that I could not think or hear anything. I will have to think about going to that for next time.
The absolute worst restaurant experience ever here in Texas city. The staff was the upmost rude. I came at a time when I knew it would be less customers, so that I could film a review on one of their new fall items on the menu at my table I had no camera equipment, just my phone, and a small handheld tripod. I asked my waitress could I sit alone in a particular section, and she agreed. A few minutes later a manager brought a family in there a man, and a woman with two children between the ages of seven months, and four years old. The older child was holding a few toys, and for some odd reason the manager sat the family right next to my table keep in mind, the restaurant was nearly empty. To be honest, no other customers were in the whole restaurant plenty of tables to go around. I heard the manager tell them “this is a perfect spot here, sit here” I couldn’t understand why she would sat them right next to me after I asked to be alone again, the waitress agreed. My food had already made it to my table. I started the review, shortly after that both children started screaming really loud in the restaurant, and that’s fine. Children are going to be children. That’s not my point here the older child jumped up, and looked over at my table, and threw one of his toys over on my food, the toy rolled off my table on to the floor underneath my table. The mother came around and reached over my food, looking for the kids toy, and I told her it rolled under the table. Soon after I asked my waitress to just bring me a to-go-box. I don’t know if she went, and got the manager, they had to have discussed something the manager came over, and asked me, “how was my experience?” I told her it was horrible I let her know what happened, and she just said “OK.” “Have a nice day.” I paid my bill, and left the restaurant. Once I got home, I called back to the restaurant and thoroughly spoke with the same manager, and let her know that I was totally disappointed in my visit, that no one should have someone else reaching over their food, and getting toys thrown on their meal. She said, “OK let me go discuss this with the other manager” once she got back on the phone, she said “I’m sorry we can’t do anything about it. This is a family restaurant, and we can’t stop people from bringing their children, and toys in here.” Despite my experience which was totally unacceptable, I will never understand customer service like this, utterly disappointed, and will never step foot in this restaurant again! The Webster location is, so much better in every aspect of business.
Walked in to give them one more chance due to last times issues. Well 10 times worse, fryer broken limited menu I get it things happen! Sit at bar while I wait on food and attempted to order a glass of wine- nope! They don’t have a bar tender! 4 servers standing at take out stand watching each other and no more me can pour a drink, water, wine, nothing! This place is a joke! Will not come back to Texas City location ever again!
Server was awful, I ordered our appetizers, thank God! Salad took 20 and drinks (teas and water) took the same. Manager was called to the table a few times. She was just as bad as the server. It always starts with the management. Just saying nothing was comped and I had to depend on another server to get our to-go boxes. Won't be going back for a while and definitely not this one. If you go make sure you ask for Kevin. He was amazing.
Don't do survey it opens up a ton of spam calls. The food is warmed up no smell of nobody cooking. This place has become a joke. Everybody busy doing nothing
I love to give good reviews but I think this one needs to be addressed. The dinning area was not clean, the table was falling apart, our silverware was stained, so I grabbed another one, two and then three from another table same thing. The glasses were also stained and dirty. The chairs were horribly dirty, and caked on with dust. We let the waitress know we had decided to leave and she even agreed with us that she felt the same way about the furniture and silverware. I just felt if the dinning room looked like that I could only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Olive garden is not cheap, and when you go to a restaurant like that you are also paying for the service all together. Management needs to hear this from this store or even the owner. This can't be except able. We ended up going to Bayarea and they are way cleaner and up to date. I hope this reaches someone important, so they can take a look at the issues. The picture is just one photo. Should have gotten more. But go check it out yourself.
Placed a large pick up order a month in advance the general manager was ugly then I go to pick up my order Andrew was lovely but then the general manager Diana was nasty and ugly to me and made the entire process 1000% more complicated than it needed to be will not ordering from here again
I usually like Olive Garden but this location (Texas City TX.) was not worth it. My order was not right. My daughter ordered the kids pizza and took one bite of it and said it tasted like chemicals so I tried it and took a very small bite and it left a weird taste in my mouth and tingled a bit. It took everyone else to finish their food before our waiter came back and when I told him about the pizza all he asked was If we wanted one to go, didnt even take it off the bill. I will not be going back to this one.
The hostess that was working at 6:47 pm on Wednesday February, 2026 is quite unprofessional. We called many times and the first, someone picked up and hung up. I thought, surely it was an accident... apparently humanity does not exist at this garden. It was my son's first day that he was able to eat food again after his brain tumor surgery, and all he has wanted is olive garden. So thanks for that... I'm sure the service would have made conditions worse.
NIC @ olive garden Texas city. Was passive aggressive rude. Rushed us out of there. Acted as if we were an inconveninace. Chicken parm and noodles hard and dry. Im sorry NIC I bothered you talking with your friends. My sons meal was cold. GET IT TOGETHER OLIVE
Breadsticks were small and cold. Soup was warm, not hot. Salad was mostly croutons and very little onion and 3 olives. Service was great.
The salad was soggy, the Alfredo was so cold and tasted like flour and chicken bullion! It was my granddaughters 16th birthday felt bad for her and her friends! We were told the unlimited pasta bowls were available for emembers, which i am and was refused that until Monday! Place isn't what it used to be, soup was lacking alot!! Wish we would have went to Mario's in Galveston instead! Save yourself $and time pick another Italian restaurant!
After placing a delivery order and waiting over an hour someone from Olive Garden contacted me to ask how I wanted to proceed since my order was not picked up. The response as to why it was not picked up yet was because they were busy and it was raining. That is not an excuse, if you offer delivery then you should be able to deliver. I do not have that problem elsewhere so I don’t see why that’s a problem here. No apology was given just an okay once I said refund since I do not want old cold food. I will not be ordering from here again. I would give zero stars if I could… what happened to customer service?
