Asked for spicy. Got original chicken was so dry. I had to turn around and come back and ask for new chicken now waiting 15 minutes. I'll wait that 15 minutes double-checking my food for sure,!

Order a 2 piece chicken both were very very small and dry the mashed potatoes were cold and very little gravy also ordered the popcorn shrimp burnt could not eat also the potatoes were the same got a extra red beans and rice joys don’t ask the biscuits were from this Morning could use them as a hockey puck Won’t be going back

Chicken was overcooked and the biscuits were hard and dry. Several pieces of the popcorn shrimp were fried with the tails still on. Mashed potatoes and tea were good.

Popeyes has gone down the drain. I’m officially done with this Popeyes location. They use to be good now or sucks. Burnt food, hard biscuits. The only thing that was some what edible was the fries

I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before anybody even acknowledged that I was there. I got my order fast enough, and it was hot, unfortunately, it was also wrong. I ordered 2 x 3 piece classic chicken tenders. What I got was 6 pieces of extra spicy bone-in fried chicken. I have acid reflux. I cannot eat this. I am also working night shift at the Valero refinery nearby, which means that I cannot just turn around and go back and ask them to fix the order. I was inside by the time I realized their mistake, so there is literally nothing I can do about it. And they refuse to answer their phones. I have been calling for over thirty minutes. It was about 5:50pm when I was there. -(edit)- I came back again today, 24 hours later, and told the "manager" about the issue. He asked if I had a receipt, I told him yes. He asked if I brought the chicken with me from yesterday. Let me get this straight.... I go to work, spend a 12 hour shift at a refinery with the chicken sitting in my car for 12 hours, then take it home with me because they are not open when I get off work. Then, bring it back with me the next day, just in the hope that they will give me the ten dollar order that they screwed up the day before. Meanwhile, my car is going to smell like that chicken for at least a week. They screwed up my order and they basically tell me it's my problem. How stupid does that sound?

They dont answer my phone calls when I call them about a question I have about a large family order before diving over to Popeyes.

Missing food and they would not answer my phone calls and switch it from ring to busy sound don't go to the one on Palmer in texas city

Replace our items that I’m guessing the didn’t have without telling us or calling us half of the items that were replaced we didn’t even like. Or eat. So money was pretty much wasted. No sauce either.

Ordered LG combo shrimp 2 sides 2 piece tenders. Got the 2 sides but no chicken tenders. Told the guy that took my order missing tenders but he totally ignored me. I'm not going to loose my mind over 2 pieces of chicken tenders but the worst service I've ever seen.

This is the WORST store in the US. Anytime I go to get a "special" they do not offer it. The BYOB that the ap says they have for that store location THEY WILL NOT HONOR. They are disorganized, dirty, and have to get with the manager to tell me what I can and can't order! Went somewhere else and will never walk in there again.

Terrible service. I ordered breaded shrimp and it seemed like they gave me nothing but breaded crumbs. I will not go there again and they still charge me $8 for it.

Placed an online order. Waited about 30 before driving up to the store. Got to the store, a lady was standing in the back on her phone not paying attention, after a few moments another gentlemen comes to the front, asks the name then tells the lady in the back, she goes back to her phone for a few more moments THEN commences to what looks like start making the order. I waited an addional 15 mins sitting in the lobby before receiving my food like this, luke warm, not even hot. The sandwich was specifically Xtra pickles, we got none at all. Absolutely terrible service.

I don't know what's going on with POPEYES! WE DO LOVE THAT CHICKEN WHEN IT'S COOKED RIGHT & SERVED FRESH! Service at this location usually SUCKS & last night was even worse. Placed my order online at around 7:45pm. Got to restaurant, there were only 4 people working. There was a long line and several disgruntled people waiting for there order. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked the cashier how long my order would be. He went to ask mgr who was cooking. They spoke to each other in Spanish & when he returned he did not answer me. He returned to taking orders from the long line. By now it's 8:30pm. I had been waiting 30 minutes!!! Cashier goes to fix our order. (Certainly this is not sanitary) By the time we get home, we realized we only had an 8pc. w/beans & rice. WE ORDERED A 12PC!! I went back. Manager says she packed a 12pc. Fortunately I took a picture! The beans were watery like they must have added water. They didn't even stick to the spoon. One cup wasn't even full. CHECK YOUR ORDERS B4 U LEAVE THIS LOCATION!! I did get my 4 pieces of chicken. But those beans I should have asked for a refund of those. I'll take it up with corporate office.
