The place is very spacious, the staff and the owner are very friendly, the service is fast, the birria is delicious, juicy, and with that authentic Jalisco touch, just as it should be. The salsa is very flavorful and spicy, perfect for a hangover. The quesabirrias are a highlight of the restaurant; I've tried several birrias, and this is the best in the region. The prices are reasonable, the natural fruit drinks are very refreshing and have a pleasant flavor. I already miss that birria! 🥲🥲 If you go to Texrock and don't try that birria, it's like you haven't been to Texcoco at all.

I come here almost every weekend for lunch. It's a highly recommended place to try a good birria. They have a wide variety of drinks. The birria is delicious, and I've never had a bad taste or found it to be a day-old birria. Honestly, I wish there was more variety in the dishes. Flautas, volcanes, pizza. Just to name a few.

It's a good place to go for birria. The consommé didn't have as much flavor, but it was still delicious. I'm a fan of quesabirrias, and I really liked the ones here. The prices are reasonable, and a plus is that they accept credit cards.
Birriamen is the best, the birria cheese. With a Corona or Vicky after a day of work, it's fantastic. When you order takeout, the food is plentiful and great. I wish there was more variety, at least. Birria tortas, birria pizza, birria tortas agada. Maybe the style of this birria is different without cilantro. But with cilantro, I think it tastes better. I highly recommend it.
The birria simply has great flavor, as do the tacos with their spicy salsa! Highly recommended!!!

I don't know why it has this rating, but honestly, the birria has no flavor. It seems like they made it with some kind of Norsuisa or something like that. I'm not sure if that's what it was, but it gave three out of the four of us stomach problems. It's not a place I would return to or recommend. That said, the service from the waiters is very good!

The coffee doesn't taste like birria, it doesn't taste like traditional Mexican coffee, and the quesabirrias aren't the real thing. They fry corn tortillas with meat and cheese, and the consommé is just Knorr beef bouillon with seasoned tomato. I absolutely do not recommend this place; it lacks flavor.
The birria is terrible, like almost all the food in Texcoco, and in terms of cost, it's affordable.
It's not birria at all; it's a simple beef broth with shredded beef. Not recommended 😑
The broth was more water and grease than anything else, with no meat flavor. The tortillas were awful, they looked like the ones Milparreal sells in stores, the kind Sabirria makes from the same tortillas mentioned before, just soaked in oil. I'll leave the evidence.
